Speaker 5 (02:25):
Okay, okay, So we've got a list of the most
googled text acronyms from last year.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
So I'm going to read you an acronym and all
you have to do is tell me what it stands for.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
Oh great, here we go.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
You'll be good. And if you need ask in a sentence,
I can tell you. But I think you'll know all these.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (02:44):
We'll see okay, okay, okay, we'll start easy TVH to
be honest.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Okay, hmu, h.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Old my I don't know, hold my university.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Underwear? Hit me up?

Speaker 4 (03:10):
Wait waitte, hold on, hold up, hit me up. Okay, Yeah,
I'm gonna start using these though. I appreciate you because
this is like class. I thank you.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
Yeah, use hm U.

Speaker 4 (03:18):
I was gonna say no, no, no, no, it's changing that. Let's
hold my umbrella when you're.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
A vi P.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
Yeah it does.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
We change it, We change it. Yeah, everybody. Okay, what
about d w.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
Uh don't worry?

Speaker 3 (03:36):
Yeah, okay, I don't. I don't even get that one,
but you know my friends want me to worry.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
I don't know what about I am oh.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
I am oh in my opinions?

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Okay. Last one is I like to see on TikTok
oh o t.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
D oh o o t d Those are four that's
in a four. I'm good at the trees.

Speaker 5 (04:04):
And the two you got the two O O T D.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Yeah, something over I don't know.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Check out my O T D my outfit of the day.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
Of the day, outfit of the day. Well, you see,
here's the thing. If I was if I was looking
at this and I saw that there was like clothing
and all, I probably would assume. But not.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
When you send a pic of your new fit to
you know, of course, I'm sure you're Backstreet Boys group chat.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
You can just include that later today.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
I'm like, you have a group chat?

Speaker 3 (04:43):
Of course they do. I have a question.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Who's the worst at replying in the Backstreet Boys group chat?

Speaker 4 (04:50):
Kevin? Oh, it's mainly because he does football with his
kids and stuff like that. But and then the other
times he's like in a mountain somewhere, the mountain Backstreet Boy.
So he's always like no service.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
So he's just out of range.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
So at least that's what he tells you if he
doesn't want to reply.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's so funny. No, but yeah, if
they don't want to answer too, then then you know
they just don't answer that they don't agree with what
you're asking.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Yeah, Sonny, all right.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Nick Carter is doing amazing in the celebrities today versus
back in the day that we totally sprung on him.
I love that, And we got another question for you, Nick, sure.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (05:38):
For the next question, we're going to play a round
of name that younger celeb Okay, okay, so first you're
welcome for us not digging up old clips of you
as a kid singing and playing the audio. Instead, we're
going to play your audio of other singers singing when
they were kids. They're all gen Z performers, and you
just have to try to guess who it is.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Okay, okay, okay, are you ready for clip one?

Speaker 4 (06:01):
Go for it?

Speaker 6 (06:02):
Isn't she lovely? Isn't she oneero? Isn't she pricious?

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Less than one? Man?

Speaker 4 (06:17):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (06:18):
There it is. Can you tell which celebrity that is?

Speaker 4 (06:21):
I have no idea to Bailey literal.

Speaker 5 (06:28):
It was Harry Styles when he was on X Factor
as a kid.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
Oh Harry Style.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
Yeah, yeah, an X Factor.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
I totally knew that.

Speaker 3 (06:38):
If you would have sung with an accent, you would
have got it is hard.

Speaker 2 (06:41):
That you can have an accent and hides.

Speaker 4 (06:44):
That is actually very interesting. That tricked me there, because yeah,
there's no British sound there at all. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (06:52):
Okay, so let's see if you're better at clip number two.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
A bit a little while.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
Imagine, Okay, this one feels like I went too hard. Maybe, Yeah,
Alexis picked these out because she they are all like
her childhood.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Yeah, okay, can you at least let me know does
it go back ten years and go back like like
what's give me like a time frame?

Speaker 3 (07:18):
It's probably early two thousands.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
Oh okay? Is that Dora the Explorer.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Selena Gomez when she was on Barney?

Speaker 4 (07:27):
Okay, well, I mean, geez, same. I mean one of
the cartoon character.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
You know, same would make the perfect Dora. She'ld be
so cute.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
Benny Blancos like the one of the other characters in
the map.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
I would love that, dude, It's so cute. I mean,
you have three kids?

Speaker 1 (07:46):
What is what are you guys into right now? On
the children's television.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
Fronted with Demon Hunters? You know cool?

Speaker 3 (07:54):
Yeah? I thought you were gonna say, like Miss rachel Or.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
So that and then obviously Gabbycat and you know, just
stuff like that. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
The Demon Hunters is the K Pop Demon Hunters, right am?
I thinking?

Speaker 4 (08:09):
Right?

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (08:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:10):
Oh my god, my daughter and all of her friends
are singing that movie NonStop. Oh the kids, Oh my god, huge.
It got like ninety five percent of Rotten Tomatoes.

Speaker 4 (08:22):
I was like, yeah, so what's crazy was it wasn't
even just so. I brought my son back from a
baseball game that we had actually practiced, and it had
two of his buddies in the car, and they just
started having these conversations about the characters and like the show.
And I'm sitting here going like what are they talking about?
And then they were like, you know this character, he's

(08:42):
a great rapper, but he's not you know, And like
I'm like, what is happening right now? Like oblow conversations
on this Demon Hunter shows? And I'm just like, what
is this? And so, you know, we're busy in the household,
and so you know, obviously whatever like cleaning, cooking, you know,
preparing all this stuff, and you got this stuff just
on you know, on TV and passing and I'll see
it and I'll hear it. Before you knew it, I

(09:03):
was singing like the Soda Pop song and I'm like,
what the hell am I saying?

Speaker 1 (09:08):
I learn this, dude, But that's the saying like you
bust that out at your next concert.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Yeah, oh no, every gen Apple that's there is.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Going to be singing along. Yeah, boys performs as the Wiggles.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
You guys can do a whole other.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
K pop demon Hunter. I know I was making a joke,
I know, but don't make it on. You gotta be
careful with these kids, you know.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
Wait, I gotta ask for your kids good singers.

Speaker 4 (09:32):
I think they all can hold a tune, you know,
in a note. At my middle daughter's tear shot, I'll
hear her just like literally singing, like this morning, she
was singing this Girl on Fire, you know, and she
this girl is on fire, and she has like really
beautiful no idea where she have, no idea where she
got it from. But come on, I mean, listen to music.

(09:54):
Music's around them. I brought them to Sphere a bunch
of times. I brought all my kids to it, and
they're just like dancing the audience, and so that's kind
of like the first time. But I think even more
cool for me is that like now they're singing Backstreet
Boys songs.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
Oh yeah, that's really cute.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
And they'll just be singing it like like by themselves.
If they're playing with toys or something like that, and
I don't know. I'll give like a little you know,
smirk on the side, like and a little smile, and
I'm just like, oh my god, I cannot believe like that,
you know that they even know who we are. Well
to you.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
They're singing, we love our dad.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
I know we're getting away from the game right now,
but can I just say I went and saw the
musical last night and Juliet I took my daughter, and
I didn't know much about that play.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
That musical it is.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
All Backstreet music almost, and it was like so funny
because I'm like, oh, oh my god.

Speaker 3 (10:44):
I leaned over to my.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
Daughter and I was like, I know, all I'm interviewing
the lead singer of the.

Speaker 4 (10:50):
Right Yeah. Yeah, that it's incredible, Like that's Max Martin,
one of our biggest producers, and he put all of
his stuff in the musical and some instinct stuff and
obviously Brittany, right, But it turned out to be a
really great, little little.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
Great h Yeah, honestly, if anybody has a chance, and
the way they reimagine the meaning of your songs was
really cool.

Speaker 3 (11:14):
So anyway, anyway, sorry, I didn't mean.

Speaker 1 (11:16):
To get aside. Should we go to our last question?
Let's do it.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
Alexis right, all right, Nick?

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Have you watched Love Island before?

Speaker 4 (11:25):
No?

Speaker 3 (11:28):
I haven't either, but Alexis is obsessed.

Speaker 5 (11:30):
Yeah, okay, everybody's upseessed.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
Don't make me some weird.

Speaker 5 (11:36):
But Love Island's a reality dating show and the UK
season twelve is going on right now.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
And they use a lot of like British dating slang.

Speaker 5 (11:45):
So we're just gonna do like thirty seconds. I'll read
you one of the words that they say, and you
just try to guess the meaning of it. Okay, I
think British slang is what's happening?

Speaker 4 (11:55):
What does it really mean?

Speaker 3 (11:56):
Are you ready? Time on the clocks and go?

Speaker 2 (12:01):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (12:01):
Pied?

Speaker 2 (12:03):
Oh my gosh, you've been pied?

Speaker 3 (12:07):
That means, I don't know, ghosted.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Okay, it means if you're ghosted. Okay. What about buzzing?

Speaker 4 (12:16):
It sounds like a phone, like something with a phone.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
You're excited, like I'm buzzing, you know.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
Okay, what about like literally buzzing?

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Okay, okay, mugged off?

Speaker 4 (12:28):
Mugged off, Yeah, that's okay.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
It's if you're being rude, like you're being muggy.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
You know you're being muggy.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
You know you're not being muggy. That's what I meant.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
I was gonna says, is insulting car No no, no, no, no, no, okay.

Speaker 4 (12:47):
Well actually I'm just I'm glad that you taught me
these things because I have not had time, you know,
because but yeah, pretty busy. I can use it now
when I see the guys, I'm going to use those good.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
That's good. I mean, you're just a little busy. You're
a father of three.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
You got a new song, a new single, search Light,
that's out now. Oh and I've heard the the vinyl
collectible editions of the new album of your solo album
are going to support the Kids' Mental Health Foundations.

Speaker 4 (13:14):
So good, Yeah, so good.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
And everyone needs to get tickets to see you with
the Sphere in Vegas, the Backstreet Boys Residency.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
I'm flying into Vegas this weekend.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
I all I ask is when I wave from the plane,
if you'll look up and wave back to you guys,
just tell me you got to wear something. Everyone's wearing
kind of white and blue. So if you put on
a yellow shirt like I guarantee.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
Now everyone's going to show up and yellow.

Speaker 3 (13:44):
Yeah, guys, I wanted to see me. You'll be like
a highlighter on the trap.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
Yeah, Nick Cutter, you've been absolutely fabulous.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
Thank you so much for being on.

Speaker 1 (13:55):

continued success.

thrive out there.
