Speaker 1 (00:01):
I don't always carry all of my groceries on one arm,
but when I do, my keys are always in the
wrong pocket.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
The only struggle that's more depressing and hilarious to witness
is when we go around the room here sharing what's
been on our minds, starting with Brooke, Brooke, what's on
your mind?

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Well, I ran.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Out of contact to where so I haven't been doing
any like physical activity because it sucks to do it
with my glasses.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
One, Like my glasses all sweaty and.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
They come down and then I've tried running with them before,
but like my vision is bouncing and it makes me nauseous.

Speaker 4 (00:40):
Time in the back like a basketball player.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Well, I called the eye doctor and I'm like, hey,
I just need like a pair of emergency trials, no problem.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
And I can hear a type in the background. What's
your name? You know your birthday?

Speaker 3 (00:53):
And then after I give her my information, she audibly says.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Ew after the birthday year?

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Yeah, oh god.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Yes, And I go did you just see my prescription?

Speaker 3 (01:04):
And she goes, yeah, you it's you, And she's like, yeah,
we're not going to be able to get you any
context and anytime soon. There's only like two companies I
can even buy them from, and so I'm.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
Just are they like the Hubble telescope company basically?

Speaker 2 (01:25):
And they're like back orders. So I don't get contacts
for another three weeks.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
So if I didn't, you get rumpy because I haven't
worked out, you'll know you can get those little speed
goggles people where to work out I'm talking about.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
I don't know if they come emergency swimming goggles. There's
no prescription in a.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
I'm just trying to make you look cool. Bro, Come on,
I want to help, Jose. What's been on your mind?

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Well, if you.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
Guys didn't know, my other job other than being on
the radio is a video game streamer. Follow me on YouTube.
Hilarious Jose. Anyways, recently I did an entire wrap where
you could win a date with me. Yeah, and it's
like it could be a dinner date, it could be
a sporting event, it could literally be whatever you want.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Okay, I will pay for it.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
A lot of people interested. I got over one thousand entries.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
It does make me feel good.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
And so the night of the Raffle happens, I spin
the wheel and who wins? A lady who goes by
the name Booby.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
I love Booby.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Now I get a hold of her, she's super excited.
She tells me she does want to go out for dinner,
but also wants to bring her husband, who's a huge follower.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
And it's a married.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Married because anybody can win.

Speaker 4 (02:45):
Like if a bro con a one, we could do
a bro date.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
I don't so now I'm like, but that's the thing.

Speaker 4 (02:53):
It's like I'm only supposed to do with the winner.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
He can sit at one table behind you and just watch.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
Well, then I realized, like, I can't tell her you
can't bring your husband, because it's like, yes I can,
And that's.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
Kind of weird, even if.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
It's raffles for my own YouTube. I somehow end up
third wheeling it.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
I think you're actually dat. I'm actually used to get
a separate table at this Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Yeah, and you're.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Paying for how's your guys' lobster tails?

Speaker 2 (03:24):
They're good? Okay, Yeah, here's my credit card.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
So I like it.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
On your mind.

Speaker 5 (03:31):
So I've been talking to this guy for a little
bit and he's a pro athlete. He gets recognized sometimes
when we go out places, Okay, and I noticed it's
like when we just are like popping into a nice
place for fun, Like the time we were like Louis Vuitton,
for example, and he's recognized.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
We weren't buying anything. Do they let you in there?

Speaker 5 (03:50):
Well, I mean we just went quick and okay, buying anything,
like the nicer restaurants in the city.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (03:56):
And I never get noticed.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Not at those places. Not at those places.

Speaker 5 (03:59):
And I'm like, come on, like, just one listener, come
up to me somewhere, you know, so I can match this.
The other night, at one am, we decided to go
to a dive bar.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Okay, we'll pull through or listen here of them we're
at that dive bar. Yeah, the way back.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
To take a photo with me fifty plus year old men.
I don't care. I felt good that it was my moment,
and so thank you.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
To those people. And maybe one of them was named Louis, maybe,
but maybe something.

Speaker 5 (04:28):
And so I realized I need to go to those
places more with him, you.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Know, was the guy impressed by your fifty year old admirers?

Speaker 2 (04:34):
Well, he thought I.

Speaker 5 (04:35):
Purposely chose the place for that reason.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
He's like, he didn't.

Speaker 5 (04:39):
Think that I'm reading so normally, Yeah, we make fun
of people for this, and it's desperate. But if you
see me with a guy out, you better come up
to me and take a photo.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
There.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
I'm in a competition. I don't even care.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
Just come on, I need to win this every Yeah,
I love it.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
Jeffrey, what's on your mind this past weekend? I thought,
you know what I need? I need more earthiness in
my life. Sure, I'm surrounded by forest and my house
is made of wood, but I would like more shrubbery
inside of my house. Exactly. I already I have a
few already, but I want it to be more lush inside.

(05:21):
So I grabbed Bagel's backpack and we headed to a
plant oasis that I call Low's.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
Okay, I thought, you want to like a Q garden shop.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
Okay, I can't afford that, Brook, I gotta go to Low's.
We get in there and I put him into one
of the shopping carts with the little red car on
the front. Babel, Yeah, I put Bagel in there. So
he's got his paws on the steering wheel and we're
just cruising around the store. We go to the green section.
I grabbed three hanging flower pots and then two extra

(05:53):
large piece lilies and At that point, I faced a
dilemma because I wanted more plants, but my shopping cart
was completely full.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
It's because you picked the one with a race car
on it.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
But that's when I met an angel, a young man
named Dylan who worked at Low's, and he was nice
enough to bring me a second cart, and because I
couldn't push both, he ended up pushing a cart with me.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
How do you end up with like a rich assistant
everywhere you go.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
And talking about plants and walking around Lows together. It
looked like two dudes hanging out buying plants together with
a dog in a race car. And it seemed like
he was happy to not be working the register for
a little while. So if I just want to say,
if you want to have a personal shopper without having
to pay for one, just create a problem like buying

(06:48):
too much stuff but not enough cart space, and maybe
you'll get lucky and get your own Dylan one day.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
WOWE visit Dylan every weekend. Now it's like you're your buddy.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
He's like my best friend. Now it's still and the
text in to seven eighty five nine two and tell
us what's been on your mind? It's Brooke and Jeffrey
in the morning.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
