Only in the dictionary does the word success come before the word work? Because it's alphabetical. John Hope Bryant tells a story about Shaq's kids asking him why they need to work if they are rich. Shaq said "no, no, no kids. We're not rich. I'm rich. So you've got to figure out what your talent is. And then you got to lean into it and get at it because nothing comes easy."
