Speaker 1 (00:00):
We are back twenty twenty six. Welcome, Thank you for
your patience. We've been off for a few weeks. We well,
so to say, inside the bus, this podcast has been off.
The bus has been operating in full function. We just
celebrated Jared Beeman last night as Zany's doing his first
official comedy show. It was legendary. But here we are
(00:22):
episode thirty one. They're forcing episode thirty one on me
because I'm age thirty one, but I'm twenty at heart,
so we'll go with it. Does anyone have any players
thirty one?
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Corln Finnigan, Greg Maddix, Reggie Miller, Kevin Byron, anyone else.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
I don't know anything.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
We love it well. Now that you're hearing an unfamiliar voice,
we have a guest this week, starting off the year
hot we have in the building, Jack bbe give it up.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
Thanks for having me. Excited to be here, so thanks
for having me.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
Yeah, Jack, give us a little background info. Where you're from,
Why you're here, what's just to the listener.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
I'm from a This is part of the reason why
I'm here. I guess you could say I I played
our played football ball stay for the last five years.
I started making rugs the last year and a half
and started making for some cool people, and you guys
were one of them. I wanted to reach out to
because I just enjoy your guys content. So uh made
one for the bus locker room and obviously this one too.
(01:25):
So I just thought I didn't reach out and try
to hop on and kick it with you guys.
Speaker 3 (01:30):
Nashville's newest Resident's right, I'm excited. He's looking for a
spot on Mitch's flag football team.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
I mean, he's a D one athlete, one athlete. We're
gonna have you right the we'll scheme it up later. Sorry.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
I love that for y'all. I feel like you guys
need that kind of juice.
Speaker 4 (01:45):
Oh absolutely, we had a We had a guy that
played at Miami Ohio, Ryan Mickwood, but he uh, he
played with us for a little bit, but then he
got too big time, so he doesn't play this anymore.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
Are you all suspended for for good now or.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Oh no, that was just one game, one game, deal,
game deal.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
I was back two weeks ago.
Speaker 4 (02:09):
We our team forfeited, or the team we were supposed
to play against this past Friday forfeited. This week, we
have a bye. So it's gonna be like a three
week going into playoffs.
Speaker 3 (02:18):
You're trying to ice you before playoffs. I know they
some woman get yeah, hey, we'll start with the D one.
I message you on the side. Had you think of
some things?
Speaker 2 (02:30):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (02:30):
When Tom Edwards was on the podcast, he shared a
great story. He was a backup a linement on Tennessee
and he had a blockbud to pre one time Jack
was a linebacker. Will Compton ask probably maybe a little
bit more athletic, I mean, arguably arguably the fun time.
What's the forty time?
Speaker 2 (02:51):
I don't know, I've never really riten that, but I'm
sure for real, yeah recently, not really in college for all.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
But I don't know, what are some of your great
your great stories. I know you guys have played at Auburn.
I think you played at Tennessee.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
Yeah, I played at Tennessee, Georgia.
Speaker 3 (03:06):
Play you played against cam Ward Yeah, when he was
with Miami.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
Or I did play Diego last year Kim McConnell, Kate McConnell, Yeah,
which the atmosphere stands out again Tennessee. That was my
first ever college game play.
Speaker 5 (03:25):
I was like, I was that twenty twenty two, your
first college.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
Game, my Tennessee game. Yeah, twenty twenty two.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
I remember that game.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
Yeah, ass whooping for sure. Yeah, I mean, come on.
That's the thing about G five, Like I know Taylor
can probably he's just been perfect for this start right here.
He hates you know whatever, but uh yeah, I mean
the weird thing about playing those games, like they're obviously
like we're getting money for him, but like at the
beginning of the week and leading up in the Austin
(03:54):
like you know, you're getting your ass kicked, but uh.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
What's like the coach speech.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
Yeah, that's the thing. Like the coaches all week, like
they start like manipulating your mind. They're like, you know what,
maybe we can win, like maybe you can cover you
like like we have a shot. And then it's like
you're getting warm up, You're like getting hype and everything,
and then ball snap's like all right, yeah, over it sucks.
Did you have like the longest four hours? It does
time does not take like real, it's it's horrible.
Speaker 3 (04:21):
Did y'all which team? Did y'all go in feeling like
you had the best chance to.
Speaker 2 (04:24):
Be I don't want to if people come for me,
but like Honestly, last year of Vanderbilt, I feel like
we were we had I not had them, but we
were close. Yeah, it was relatively close for a little bit,
and so I was like, yeah, that was probably the
one we had the best shot. I feel like, especially
I think they're coming off with Bam of the week before,
so we were like, all right, maybe we can catch
(04:44):
them in a little you know, like looking over us
and whatnot. So that's kind of that's.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
A that's a great answer. Yeah, oh the only answer
in my book.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
But that's a little bro But well, yeah, you're not
wearing the tank top anymore? Is that for the rest
the year?
Speaker 1 (05:00):
Yeah, if you, thank you. I appreciate that. If anyone's
wondering why I'm not wearing a red tank top, which
I bet there's maybe half of a person who's thoughts that, Uh,
we finally are at the end of me and Garrett's
bet when Tennessee and Alabama played each other, we bet
loser had to wear a wife beater for the remainder
of the season. I didn't bring one the first week,
and there just happened to be this random Budweiser tank
(05:21):
So happy to probably never put that on again and
today I'm a little chilly in here for the first
time in a while.
Speaker 4 (05:28):
So sixty five.
Speaker 3 (05:29):
Then y'all didn't record the last couple of weeks of December, right, No,
we didn't.
Speaker 4 (05:32):
We missed Christmas week in the New Year's week, So
this is our first first episode back.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
Because we've been missing you. You've been preference. I've been
missing y'all. We just had Jared Beeman one night only
as Zanies last night, Jared, what is you gotta? You
gotta walk us through the whole event pre pregame, pre show,
during show, post show.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Cloud nine.
Speaker 6 (05:54):
Right now, this is awkward because I've like talked to
y'all so much, but I'll talk to you since I've
been telling them for sure. Yeah, y'all butt in too,
because I don't want to like just ramble about this.
Uh yeah, as y'all know, like this bet that me
and Taylor made if I didn't get a six pack
by New Year's I did do twenty minutes to stand up.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
If I got a six pack, he would give me
five grand. Didn't get the six.
Speaker 6 (06:13):
Pack, obviously, and he even confirmed last night because I
asked him after the show on my podcast. Uh with
Sharan was on as a guest and I brought up
the bet, and I dumbly was like, Taylor's not gonna
follow through with this. He's not a man of his word,
Like this is too beneath him to do.
Speaker 3 (06:28):
Taylor, did any of y'all send that to him?
Speaker 6 (06:31):
Now that that's over? He said that he watched my
podcast on his own, which I don't believe it was
an hour in.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
He said that a couple of times now, and I
think he actually is going I believe I quiz.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
I was like, so what happened earlier in the episode,
and he knew and he doesn't watch Make It to Midnight,
but yeah.
Speaker 6 (06:49):
He like watched it, took it as a challenge. He
made the bet happen. I asked him last night. I
was like, if I never talked about it when the
show have happened, He's like, absolutely not. It's like you
were right, and he's like until I saw it, He's like,
I would for completely forgotten about this. He's it would
have been like January twentieth, and that would have been like, oh, yeah,
you supposed to a show. Yeah, but yeah it was
I've been in hell for like two months while it's
(07:10):
been planning it. I kind of got comfortable, like all
the guys here have kind of helped me write it
and like give me notes and stuff and like other
comedians and stuff. But the two days before I was
a fucking train wreck here and like I like didn't
eat for two days. I like didn't talk. I mean
I think I talked to you a little bit, but
like you were miserable. Yeah, my friends and family came
in town, and like I felt so rude, just like
(07:31):
I just.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
Didn't want to talk to anyone. I was like, just
like I don't know.
Speaker 6 (07:34):
I equated it to like I never played sports, so
I've never had a game that I'm nervous about, and
I think this is the closest comparison.
Speaker 3 (07:41):
Probably more nerve wrecking to be hot, like probably going
and playing in a big stadium.
Speaker 6 (07:45):
But yeah, exactly, like I just never had that. And
I was talking to Taylor Body, He's like, yeah, I
mean that makes sense, like you've never had something like
to you're anticipating or whatever, but.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
You were asking yesterday is there anything I can do
to get out of this?
Speaker 6 (07:57):
And that was like kind of like a like just
trying to tap like any anything we can do to
make this show to happen, Like we can just get
another comedian to like JP was, I'm kind of going
all over the place. JP was sitting with me backstage,
like right before I went on, uh, like in the
minutes leading up to it, and just just like I
feel like I was just having like a panic attack
out loud or was.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
It more of like sitting silence and you're just kind
of deserving.
Speaker 6 (08:17):
Yes, I said that earlier. Yeah, Mackenzie, my very beautiful,
supportive girlfriend. I love you so much. She was doing
a very supportive job of sitting with side me and
be like you're gonna do so great. I like when
I'm stressed, like I don't want to hear anything. And
I asked her to stay back there. I was like,
you sit with me. I was like, I'm not trying
to be rude. I was like, can you just go back?
I was like, this is stressing me out more. I
(08:38):
love her, but I was like, I asked for this,
but I hate this right now. I was like, I
just want to be in dead silence in here. So
then she goes back out and then JP comes in
I think to film the walk out, and then JP
was at the perfect level of like I had an
ear to.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
Like then too.
Speaker 3 (08:51):
I was just like, dude, t I to cut this joke,
But you think, like I could just cut this whole
page right now, and you didn't even have to respond
to him because he was already gonna move on to
the next question. So just now your head like I
don't know.
Speaker 6 (09:01):
And then if I got blacked out, like I don't
remember anything before the show, did you want to throw
up at all? Like, dude, I took so much knowledge
of medicines, really, like I oded on.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
He asked him like at two PM for something.
Speaker 6 (09:11):
Yeah, yeah, my mom since she was in town. She
came by with it and just hooked me up with it.
I was just taking them all day.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
I think coffee was a turning point for you to
a little bit with the other comedian that opened Wait
say that again. I'm sorry coffee that you grabbed like
a week before the show. Oh yeah, shout out Lee Kimberle.
This did he He was hilarious.
Speaker 6 (09:31):
Don't the guy he was tours with, THEO dude, the
nicest dude on earth. He I hit all the comedians
up when we booked them. These super talented comedians and
I just felt I sent them all d just like, hey,
this just feels disrespectful that you're in this show. I
want you to notice the punishment. Like I'm this just
feels weird, like y'all see me bomb and open mics
and now it's like.
Speaker 3 (09:51):
You want to be want to open for me?
Speaker 2 (09:52):
Yeah? Felt weird.
Speaker 6 (09:53):
Leave responses I do like that, Like it's cool, and
let's go get coffee, like I want to talk to
you and like hear your thoughts.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
I know you're play spiraling.
Speaker 6 (10:01):
And we went and got coffee and like ten minutes in,
I'm just like rambling to him. I was like, dude,
I'm sorry, this is like a therapy session. He's like
that's what I thought it would be, and then he
went and ordered a second coffee that we're gonna be
here for a while, and then we stayed like two
and a half hours and just talked and he gave
me like such good advice and just like listen to.
Speaker 3 (10:16):
Me for like two and a half hours.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
It seems like a really good I think he's just
a good ass dude.
Speaker 6 (10:22):
He like, I mean, I don't know if this is
too much that he wouldn't want me to say, like,
you know, in THEO, Vaughn like did you see the
viral stuff when he like was recording his special and
he like kind of spiraled. Lee was the opener before that,
and Lee was like there for THEO during that and
was like like when THEO had to go back because
like something was happening, like they sent Lee back out,
(10:43):
like he's like the sickest dude ever.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
But he was awesome.
Speaker 2 (10:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (10:47):
He I don't think I would have not that I
wouldn't have done the show, but he was a huge
difference getting to talk to him, uh before it.
Speaker 2 (10:54):
But yeah, I.
Speaker 3 (10:55):
Gotta know what the feeling was when you When Taylor
did introduce you in the whole crowd was going nuts. Yeah,
because I was right behind you filming it, and my
heart is pumping. Yeah, we ran into each other, dude.
I feel I wonder if y'all would do this.
Speaker 6 (11:08):
In my head, all I'm thinking about, like a couple
of minutes before, like once I realized like, oh that
dude's going down, like I have to walk up there,
all I'm thinking about is like what am I gonna
right place?
Speaker 2 (11:16):
Notebook? Beer?
Speaker 3 (11:17):
Like you know what I mean?
Speaker 6 (11:18):
I'm like, like, all I was worried about was like
where do I put my stuff? Because I was like
what if I put my notebook in the I was
just freaking out. And then when I got up there, dude,
it was like, I don't know what word to describe it.
Before it a feeling that no human deserves.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
Everyone class.
Speaker 6 (11:36):
The lights were fired and many many Men was playing
and the fucking light show.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
Yeah, you gott to tell him about the lights, yeh.
Speaker 6 (11:43):
Before the show, the guy comes in to ask us
all the logistical questions about me going on. He's like,
what walk up song do you want? I'm like, I
don't know walk up song. He's like all the other
comedians are gonna have walk up songs, Like what do
you want? I was like many men.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
Right one?
Speaker 6 (11:58):
And then he's like, what do you want of lights
to look like? I guess I don't know if people
have preferences. And then Clump, Jeremy Clump just butts and
he's like, hey man, do you do the lights?
Speaker 3 (12:07):
And he's like yeah.
Speaker 6 (12:07):
He's like if there's ever been some experimental ship you
ever want to try out.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
They won't let you do, like do that ship? Like
just do the craziest ship you ever seen it? Yeah,
I'll do whatever.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
It was sick.
Speaker 3 (12:21):
I just I just watched the video. It's like, yeah,
with Dave Chappelle walking out, dude, lights and nuts, crowds
standing up.
Speaker 7 (12:29):
You didn't have a you had a swag DApp with Taylor. Yeah,
put the notebook down, set the beer down.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
I thought about that so hard. How are we doing?
How are we doing?
Speaker 6 (12:38):
Like oh my god, so funny because like you have
your first words planned out and it was not like
how are we doing or whatever?
Speaker 3 (12:44):
I said, Yeah, that was brutal, but it is weird,
like I don't know if I came on here after
I did my first open mic, I don't remember remember, but.
Speaker 6 (12:53):
It was like nerve, nerve, nerve, Like this second you
shake the host hand, it's just like goes away weirdly,
like the first of my legs like shait. Until I
got up there, it was like gone.
Speaker 1 (13:02):
It was like it looks comfortable. Have that like nervous
voice energy where yeah, you're physically okay, but you can
tell you I think.
Speaker 6 (13:11):
Literally like it's just like getting a word out and
then once you realize it's not shaky, you're like okay, good.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
But the whole night between bits and whether they ran
longer shorter than them, it was just like a continuous flow.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
That makes me feel That's like what I didn't think
would do.
Speaker 7 (13:26):
I loved that you would laugh going into yolks because
I'm like, I was just laughing so hard with Will.
Speaker 4 (13:33):
Seeing them too, like dying laughing because like obviously we
were so but then like you making fun of them
and then they're like, yeah, you're right, and then dying
laughing like it was so getting.
Speaker 6 (13:44):
To say the the fand a thing to Taylor, like
to his face was just like.
Speaker 3 (13:48):
Oh my god, and hear everybody else just die laughing,
because I was like, if nothing else gets to laughing,
this has to get a last. It was perfect just
looking at him in the eyes.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
Great thing. God, they have been clapped. I got like
five minutes of nothing.
Speaker 1 (14:02):
We were up in the balcony here like some almost
where I know a lot of these guys were floating
around filming the show. I was sitting at a table
watching and at one point I looked at my left
and your mom she was she had been standing the
entire she never said, she's just standing watching and she's
like She's so proud. Her eyes like you can almost
see like a glimmer off them, Like she was like
happy crying. Yeah, and it was just the sweetest moment ever.
(14:24):
Your dad's chopping it up with everyone. Five minutes where
the show starts. He walked by me after he'd already
talking and goes, let's go.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
Jackle I asked.
Speaker 4 (14:36):
I am like, hey, I like that's a pretty sweet jersey.
I think you were probably doing the same thing. It's like, yeah, like,
is Clay coming, Like, I don't think so.
Speaker 3 (14:43):
He's like as I mean, like he would, but probably not. Yeah,
we asked him to.
Speaker 4 (14:50):
But I was like, Delaney would have loved being there.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
Yeah, I don't think Delaney directly, he would have loved it.
Speaker 4 (14:57):
Yeah, I know. That's a huge, awesome dude.
Speaker 3 (15:00):
Yeah, I would have loved to have Delaney there.
Speaker 7 (15:02):
You could have played into that. Yeah, your only black
friend Delaney.
Speaker 6 (15:05):
Yeah, yeah, I know, but the crowd knows Delaney.
Speaker 3 (15:12):
Uh what was that dude? Uh?
Speaker 1 (15:14):
Second guy Thailand Tyler.
Speaker 3 (15:17):
Yeah, black dude was.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
Uncomfortable.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
Yeah, dude, but I.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
Love his end.
Speaker 3 (15:23):
He didn't get the pop that it deserved. It was
so funny. I love He's like I looked like to
do in the movie. That's like, wait, guys, we don't
have to do this. What did he say? He's like
Turning Point NFL kill. Yeah, turning It's like Turning Point
USA is the company that Charlie Kirk worked for.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
He's this looks like Turning Point NFL.
Speaker 1 (15:44):
God, he was killing like I already knew the gas
station around.
Speaker 2 (15:50):
Dude.
Speaker 6 (15:50):
He he was backstage just coming up with ship, like
so for I think I told you all earlier.
Speaker 3 (15:55):
But it was like he said, uh, you need to
roast us when you got on stage.
Speaker 2 (15:59):
I was like, I'm not.
Speaker 1 (16:01):
I was pissed after he was like, man, I can't
believe I didn't cook Jared for his dirty ass air
Forces and his hair.
Speaker 3 (16:07):
He said he went out in all brown sweats, who
like Kanye and the Superman girl on his forehead. I
can't believe I didn't cook his ship.
Speaker 2 (16:15):
I forgot about that.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
They started cooking me.
Speaker 4 (16:17):
After the first The first girl was like, Jared looks
like the guy that wants to go last. At the
end of a Bonnie Blue video.
Speaker 3 (16:26):
Oh my god, someone was in the green.
Speaker 2 (16:28):
It was me. It was me.
Speaker 4 (16:29):
You I think you were there Mackenzie and you're like
that was a good one.
Speaker 3 (16:33):
That was a good one.
Speaker 6 (16:34):
And I was just sitting at the monitors way. I
was like, I wonder if I'm gonna get my feelings hurt.
Let's see what she says something we couldn't hear back there,
though we hear them say your name the monitors. When
she said my name was like I walked up and
listened to it and then walk away.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
All I could hear was Shirm's laugh to the one.
Speaker 1 (16:49):
Pretty much all her rose were like the first two
were pretty much.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
Like he's not even fat?
Speaker 1 (16:54):
Yeah, and then yeah, I think the worst one was
you said eighty is hilarious.
Speaker 3 (17:00):
All of them, she was funny, so funny. Yeah, it's funny.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
Uh different type of funny.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
Yeah, all of them were.
Speaker 7 (17:07):
Yeah, for sure, I do think it's funny when a
girl can get a group of guys like that uncomfortable.
Speaker 3 (17:12):
Yeah, just kind of very uneasy. Her last line, man,
when she was like and I'm a teacher, I was like, Yo,
that is freaking Was.
Speaker 6 (17:21):
She the one I'm not trying to keep up repeating
their drugs? Was she the one that walked on stage
after Taylor and was like give it up for whoever
the fun.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
We heard that.
Speaker 3 (17:30):
As I said, we were dying at that. She was, yeah,
they all did a.
Speaker 6 (17:33):
Good The last guy that he came out firing just
so he doesn't stopped moving, and he was great. He
was on barstool Idol when I, uh, when I interned
there him and a comedian friend of his Ali, I think,
but yeah, because I was like talking to back stages,
like you definitely don't remember this, but I was like,
I edited like some of your videos like three days
(17:54):
while you're on the show, and he's like, oh yeah,
but yeah the other part start that was like, oh yeah,
I realized where this is going.
Speaker 4 (18:03):
And then there's he was funny though, yes.
Speaker 2 (18:08):
He was like I'm so joke.
Speaker 4 (18:11):
He's like, I'm so pissed is the one that always
gets the most last, and it's like it's.
Speaker 3 (18:14):
True, Peanut Butter.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
Yeah, yeah that one.
Speaker 3 (18:20):
There were two good boys in that hug so quick.
He had me so nervous. I missed that one. I
don't know where I was for that, but.
Speaker 4 (18:26):
Yeah, he was going back.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
He was. He was.
Speaker 7 (18:28):
He had a really good cadence, just NonStop, let it
breathe and.
Speaker 2 (18:32):
Then just boom, yeah, would you have would you have
traded the five thousand dollars for last night?
Speaker 4 (18:38):
Or that's a great question.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
Oh yeah, good question.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
No one asked that last night question Jack, No, that's
a good question. Yeah, that I don't know.
Speaker 4 (18:46):
You're about to go to Vegas this weekend.
Speaker 3 (18:48):
You about a double rob Taylor.
Speaker 6 (18:51):
I honestly think, like now after I mean, yesterday, obviously
I would like I was pay him five thousand dollars
not to do it, but now that is worth it,
like the show is way better, that's it. But yesterday
I would have done anything.
Speaker 2 (19:03):
Not to do it.
Speaker 3 (19:03):
What do you think of Jack's question?
Speaker 2 (19:05):
I told him earlier.
Speaker 6 (19:06):
I was like, dude, it's like it was like a
when I say, like a sleep proalysis monster in the
cold the.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
Worst, So I think and Jack, they were trying to
do a Q and A because Jared didn't do a
full twenty minutes, like had a.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
Time, Yeah, eleven minutes.
Speaker 1 (19:21):
But I was starting to formulate a question in my
head because the black guy actually made this joke. He
was like, oh, yeah, Jared's punishment is actually what I belive.
It's like how gay is that? And uh, But at
the end, I was just like a lot of comedians
here have built their whole lives around these careers, and
some were saying that you're making a mockery of it,
Like and I was also screaming.
Speaker 2 (19:45):
Loud.
Speaker 3 (19:46):
I mean every.
Speaker 1 (19:46):
People at the gas station.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
But it was like the most like insecure question you
could have asked her.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
Yeah, think in.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
My head too. It was really a setup because I
was like, what is Jared Beeman's next? Like what's next
for Jared and more is like a slam dunk for
him to be like so funny, I'm quitting comedy.
Speaker 3 (20:05):
Well I don't even know what I said, but there's
a million questions being thrown at once.
Speaker 1 (20:10):
Yeah, that's why I started screaming, because I was like
if I don't get this one out.
Speaker 4 (20:13):
And then everybody started asking Taylor questions just like no,
this is for.
Speaker 3 (20:17):
Jermyot the Titans. I just immediately paid the camera in this.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
Horrible face for probably twenty seconds, and I kind of
see JP in the front row. I'm on the upper
deck and he's just smiling on me.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (20:30):
The Q and A was like weird.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
I did not enjoy that. Yeah, that was like weird,
And they just made you take your shirt off. That
was really weird valiation Rich. I did it just to
not be like it's because you bodied Taylor so much.
He had to get his he did.
Speaker 1 (20:44):
He wanted to level the playing field because I was
talking a Will too, and he was like that was crazy.
Speaker 3 (20:49):
Like Will was texting my layers like why did he
make you do that?
Speaker 6 (20:52):
I don't know, but I wish I just took it
off the first time because taking your pants off.
Speaker 1 (20:55):
Hey, I'll say. From where I was sitting, I was like, yo,
it looks like he's still been in the gym.
Speaker 3 (21:00):
Hey the light, yes, bro, there it created like definition.
Speaker 7 (21:08):
Look at the picture of Coop and I were saying,
it would have been perfect if you did get shredded
and did that rock we got We should have got
one of those shirts.
Speaker 3 (21:23):
Comedian comedian, But the entire show. I have a and
this is I should have asked people this before, but
I just thought of it because I've talked about.
Speaker 2 (21:32):
It with Jared.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
Anybody can answer this if you've ever thought about it,
if you had to go do five minutes of comedy,
do you have an idea of what your like central
idea around your joke would be? Because I think what
you got.
Speaker 1 (21:45):
Because I okay, and I I hate even saying what
I'm about to say out loud, but I think it
will you'll agree with me. I'm I'm a handsome guy.
Comedians don't really do very well as as handsome people
unless you have an arc behind it, and mine would
be diabetes where it's like nerf by God, and that's
(22:07):
the only thing that I It's like you have to
let them know, like in my specific situation, then I
have something that that would be like, oh damn, that
kind of does.
Speaker 3 (22:15):
It's a hilarious premise.
Speaker 6 (22:17):
Like the first thing I ever thought of it, Mike,
was a like self introductory, like deprecating joke, you know,
I mean, like right, like the will, Like my first
one was the will like I hurt.
Speaker 2 (22:27):
My back.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
Yourself.
Speaker 2 (22:31):
Yeah, that was like the first joke I ever.
Speaker 3 (22:33):
Yeah, you don't know what mine would be.
Speaker 4 (22:36):
I know, I'm not I can't think off the top
of my head. I can't freestyle like I not good.
Speaker 2 (22:41):
I'm just like exposing teammates for honestly, I might just
do that.
Speaker 3 (22:46):
You got you got a good fun one that the
person can remain anonymous.
Speaker 2 (22:50):
Oh man, I mean I think it was my sophomore year.
Speaker 3 (22:53):
We just told a crazy one where they were sword
fighting in the locker.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
We had this I don't know if I actually I'll
just say we had this one teammate's transfer. He just
got there in the summer and uh he dude, he
was on it's like a robot, a report back for
the summer lifting whatnot. And uh it's like Sunday and night.
We were coming there Monday morning or whatever, and there
was like this group chat for the whole team and
(23:15):
like everyone's like, go watch this video. It's to catch
a predator and it's one of our teammates on Grinder,
like catching this guy at Walmart.
Speaker 4 (23:23):
Like wait, hold on, yeah, your teammate got caught.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
Yes, we didn't really even know him for like he
was there for like a week or two, but uh,
crazy crazy and we're like no, we changed with that
like a lot, like.
Speaker 3 (23:40):
Year number forty seven day, like.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
His nameplates gone. I'm like, man, that's crazy right there.
Five G five. That's what they don't tell you, not
even mainstream media.
Speaker 3 (23:55):
This video, and that's what it was.
Speaker 4 (23:57):
We had the same lines, not not not like Grinder type,
but like after we got after we all graduated he
got arrested for like child pornography, pretty similar but because
he Uh, but like in our when you were going
to ball State, did you guys have like an all
freshman group chat? H Yeah, so we had that too.
(24:19):
This guy was sending videos into the group chat of him,
just like fucking girls.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
We had one of those guys. I think, is that normal?
Speaker 4 (24:25):
I don't think it was normal. And then and then like,
I don't hope that's normal. And then he got like
in trouble after school about it. So it's like there's
some there's always some weird cats.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
I think they're of age. The guy, I don't know.
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (24:45):
That's actually nuts. The only I was thinking of one
the other day, and y'all to might relate to this.
I don't know how good your high school football team
was bad bad, so would only play maybe in front
of a crew that like understands some high school sports.
But I was just thinking because in high scho out,
a coach could get into my head so fast, like
if they were on me, like how football coaches can
(25:05):
get on you and telling you you suck and all
this stuff, like you fully believe them. And then I
was thinking about in the car yesterday. I'm like, I
really let this dude, this one defensive coordinator, he couldn't
even walk because he was so fat. He would drive
around on the golf cart yell at me, and him, yeah,
yell at me, and then you know, like be just
(25:27):
on the whole team's case talking about like y'all aren't
worth this, y'all aren't worth that, YadA, YadA, YadA. And
he's like a substitute teacher and he's coaching a three
and seven football team, and I'm like surprised, boot Yeah,
shout out substitute teachers, of course, but I'm like, dang,
we really let these like high school football coaches bully us.
(25:49):
That's what I'm saying. I'm the punter. It's your fault.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
I'm on the field.
Speaker 3 (25:53):
Low key.
Speaker 7 (25:54):
A substitute teacher can save an entire day if you
have sub at school.
Speaker 3 (26:01):
The good sub is the is the shoutout, no free
shout out Mount Rushmore, probably bro, because everybody has. Did
y'all have one teacher you think of with.
Speaker 4 (26:08):
The I can't.
Speaker 7 (26:10):
I don't remember any names specifically, but I just know
that that day was always like a board and doing.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
Nothing, especially if like it's later on the day and
one of your body's like we had the subject teach
in this class. They can tell you another class like
you guys are chilling watching.
Speaker 4 (26:26):
A movie and so and so it's not here and
this is a sub fired to that.
Speaker 3 (26:31):
Period sub not even going Yeah, it's all right.
Speaker 2 (26:36):
Was miss Moyd all had periods? Or do you guys
have blocks?
Speaker 3 (26:39):
We did periods?
Speaker 4 (26:40):
Yeah, I think I'm the only one that I know.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
That did blocks.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
Block ley common in private schools in Nashville, because I like,
I know B A broads and all them they're block
schedule and block remind.
Speaker 4 (26:52):
Me of four hour and a half.
Speaker 3 (26:55):
And then at the next semester you switched.
Speaker 4 (26:59):
Like I need Thursday, Tuesday, Thursday. I forget exactly how
it went, but you have four classes in like the
third period, I believe, or second period is like two
hours song because that's when your lunch is.
Speaker 3 (27:12):
Yeah, the third period third period for.
Speaker 4 (27:14):
Us, so you have like we had a B, C
or D lunch A is the first thirty minutes, B
second thirty.
Speaker 3 (27:19):
Only thirty was that ours speak thirty minutes.
Speaker 1 (27:22):
Like forty two or like forty eight minutes song. It
was like some off like the thirty even.
Speaker 3 (27:27):
Of the halls. Did y'all have hall monitors? No, I'm
starting to think maybe they're like it's really just kind
of like a myth position. I would say, like elementary school,
like fellow classmates, we had.
Speaker 4 (27:39):
Safeties, which is like when we were when we would
wait for our bus safety patrols. Yeah, we had the
person that like led the line, and I didn't get
to do it. My mom said she can wake up
early now. I mean it was always the fifth graders.
It was always the fifth graders that did it for us.
And then the year we were going to become fifth
graders is when the fifth grader moved to the middle school,
So we never got to become safety.
Speaker 3 (27:58):
Your fifth graders in middle school? Same as well, day Wow, Hey,
who do y'all think is cooler fifth graders when you're
a first grader or seniors when you're a freshman. Seniors? Yeah,
seniors when you're a freshman.
Speaker 7 (28:12):
Because I feel like when I was in first grade,
I didn't know anybody was in fifth grade. You don't
just you just don't know that, yeah, that class, or
at least I didn't, And for me, I did first
grade in Mount and Juliet and the fifth grade in Brlwood.
Speaker 5 (28:26):
So especially for like high school sports too, Like if
you're in the same locker room with these guys, you're
looking up to them, they're making fun of you.
Speaker 3 (28:33):
Well, it be like your friends older siblings too, and.
Speaker 5 (28:36):
You're like all of our all of our grade, they're
all of their brothers were seniors and we all played
the same sports, so like they would bully the hell.
Speaker 2 (28:43):
Out of us.
Speaker 1 (28:45):
I remember getting a glove, toxic glove from I got
a glove from one of the seniors when I was
in eighth graders, Michael Gan, and I literally thought legend,
shout out Michael, Dan and Dean. But I remember it
feeling like it was someone from Nissan Stadium giving me
a glove after a pro game. And then like you
(29:08):
get to being a senior and I look at I
told them this story not too long ago, and he
was like, why the fuck do you think I was cool?
I was like, dude, come on, I was like, what
do you mean you were a stun Yeah, and he
was a beast then, dude.
Speaker 3 (29:20):
Yeah. The high school quarterback when you're in eighth grade ours.
His name was Austin Reeves, he actually wanted to go
play golf at play for the Lakers. Yeah, he played
off of Firman then basketball for the Lakers. But he
was so dope and we would always play football during
the football game, and like when you're a quarterback, you're like,
I'm Austin Reeves. Our high school team was like, but
(29:41):
he was a beast. Everybody else was just kind of brutal.
Speaker 7 (29:43):
That's like that grade with Michael du Gain and all
of them was that kind of grade where you're like,
they're either going to beat the crap out of us
or they're gonna be really cool, and I'm cool with whatever.
Speaker 4 (29:54):
I remember when you think you're a freshman too, like
in their seniors, you're like, bro, these guys are so
good at footb.
Speaker 3 (30:00):
Yeah, and then like so big, remember so fast?
Speaker 4 (30:02):
Yeah, and then then we just get our asses kicked
every week, and it's like, you probably have good coming
as a freshman to Ball State.
Speaker 2 (30:09):
Oh yeah. I mean so when I got there as
a freshman, it was twenty twenty one. They just won
the MAC the year before the COVID year, so and
being a walk on, like dude, my first day, they
like I didn't finish the line because we're doing warm
ups and like that was like the standard I did
in high school. Like we didn't really have any of that.
So like, dude, I'm betting screamed at by the rainy
mac Defin's player of the year. Dude, it was bad.
It was bad. What's he saying to you? Yo forty too?
(30:32):
He didn't know my name? Yo forty two? Get back
here finishing the line. I'm like, okay, so I went
and did it. He's like, no, dude again, I'm like
all right, and I went back out there, and like, dude,
I'm getting humulated for the whole team. Like I was
a camp start walking, so like even the freshman class
was here like in the summer working out and then
I just started at camp. Like this is bad. This
is not how you want to start your college career.
I was like, dude. I went home. I probably called
(30:52):
my dad, was like, dude, I don't know if this
is for me, bro, but.
Speaker 3 (30:55):
Did he ever light you up in practice when you
are hindris?
Speaker 2 (30:57):
Oh no, he's a linebacker, So me being a linebacker's
like this is we're not gonna go. You don't gotta
worry about him. But uh, I mean the offensive. Yeah,
the guy got their fair share, did you? Being like
a walk on?
Speaker 4 (31:08):
Will tells the story of like like his first time
he made a play and then like the coach was like,
oh shit, who's or like anything like or Shanahan was
like a mister interception or something like do you have
a play or whether it's during practice or something that
you were like and you felt like the coach started to.
Speaker 3 (31:25):
Notice you because you finished on scholarship.
Speaker 2 (31:27):
I did after my second year, I got put on
in the going to my junior which is super awesome, grace,
like awesome time. My best friend he was also a
walk on or my best friend he was a two
years older, so he put me on schoash for the
whole team. Was awesome. No video, no video though, which
is like heartbreaking, but how I walk us through that though?
How did he do it?
Speaker 1 (31:47):
Was?
Speaker 2 (31:48):
It was your best friend that's two years older than you. Yeah,
okay he was Yeah, So, like I said, he was
a walk on. He got put on scholarship my freshman year,
so I watched him get put on scholarship from the
whole team. Was awesome. And then the next the next
year he did for me. But Essentially it was like
during camp, so like this is like the second or
third day, like you don't really put pads on until
like day three or whatnot. And so, uh it's like
(32:11):
after a walk through. Usually at night you have like
a team meeting maybe like some freshman entertainment whatnot and
stuff like that, and our coach is like, we're doing
some different this year. We're doing like a senior spotlight
where this senior like starts talking like whatever they get right,
you know. So he's like, all right, Cole, come up here,
and uh so he comes out there. He's like I
just want to take this time to talk about like
(32:31):
this other kid, and then like you know, gives me
some praise and stuff like that, and I just like
I'm sitting the second round like just like low key
teering up like this is fire, bro. Yeah, and then
uh he's like he's like I just want to say,
like you're putting on scholarship whatnot, and like everyone a
roughs Like dude, like kind of like a saving like
last night, like walking out in front of everyone like
that was kind of it for me. And uh yeah, dude,
(32:53):
So like we have to be there next day at
like six thirty seven o'clock, but.
Speaker 3 (32:56):
You're there four not exactly.
Speaker 2 (32:59):
I went home, so my parents level an hour and
a half away, and so I was like, dude, I
gotta go tell him in purse. I can't call him
like this is like they've done that, you know, paid
for my first two years of school. And so I
drove home that night and get there like eleven. They're
like what's like, what's wrong? What are you doing? Like
I woke them up and they're like freaking out because
you know, like your parents probably not expecting, you know.
And I told him they're just like so proud of
(33:21):
me and stuff like that. And I drove all the
way back that night. It was a long night because
he's a adrenaline though form energy you know right here. Yeah,
but uh no, Yeah, it was awesome experience. But I
don't really have a certain play.
Speaker 1 (33:35):
I mean, is that you think your best moment in
college for your personal like.
Speaker 2 (33:39):
Football, it has to be honestly is Yeah, he doesn't
really top that.
Speaker 4 (33:43):
Yeah, that's awesome.
Speaker 2 (33:44):
You didn't get that pick off war, I know.
Speaker 3 (33:46):
I mean, I mean, yeah, when you're when you're playing
against somebody like cam Ward, is he someone that you
could obviously has a ton of buzz around him, but
when you're out there on the field, is it just like,
holy crap, this dude is different.
Speaker 2 (33:58):
Well that was Yeah, you just look across the feeling like,
all right, there's brock Buyers, like Gg's hended Hooker, Gg's
like it's over, Like it's not like I know these
guys like my teamster did those are not the same people. Like,
it's just not fair. And that's why you know it's
G five or you know, yeah, G five and P
four And that's that's where Taylor's argument comes in. So yeah, G.
Speaker 1 (34:21):
Five spot yard into it's like every year you'll get
paid a gwop ton to just unfortunately.
Speaker 2 (34:27):
Yeah, and the worst part is like even like the
best players in our team are out of there next
year as soon as they get shout out Brady Hunt,
Brady Hunt, the guy South Carolina game Cock. Yeah, that
does kind of suck. It's like, dude, all your boys
are gone, bro.
Speaker 4 (34:41):
Yeah, like you have a really good year in a
group of five, and then it's like, all right, P
five is gonna pluck you.
Speaker 2 (34:46):
Yeah, I mean it's the same thing with like D
two and fcs n AI like all those best players
are worth taking those guys, you know. So it's like
it's it's everywhere. Really it just sucks.
Speaker 4 (34:56):
But I couldn't imagine, like D three is obviously so different,
like like losing your boys, like your best friend that
you were like play against, were play with every single
day and then they're just plucked and gone now.
Speaker 2 (35:08):
And you're not mad at them because you will want
to do it. Yeah, like those are your guys. Start
wearing dog tags for.
Speaker 3 (35:14):
The funny that is funny.
Speaker 2 (35:22):
Oh you just have a graveyard of all the boys from.
Speaker 3 (35:27):
The D one schools too though, because that's just everyone's
a homie hopper in college football now.
Speaker 4 (35:31):
So I get uh kind of staying on like the
G five and Power four like yeah, how is and
you don't you can tell us what you want not
but how is n I l When it comes to
like group, it's.
Speaker 2 (35:44):
Well, obviously a lot less because there's not nearly as
much money and uh, like we had guys on nil
for like my first two years, like it was, we
don't really have like a crazy amount of donors until
like last year when the rest year started coming out out.
Everyone's like you kind of like whispers around the room
like Yo, this guy is getting paid this much money
(36:05):
and he's not even traveling or stuff like that. And
it's like damn, you know, stuff like that starts coming out.
It sucks, you know, yeah, dude, like what's what's going
on here? You know? And I think this year, like
I can speak for ball State, like they're tapping into
it more like each guy's can pay a little bit
more than you know, previous years, which is cool, but
I mean they can't compete with like like they're not
(36:27):
very good. They still put BT at us, but like,
uh like they're still paying.
Speaker 3 (36:32):
They still have way more money than us. And yeah,
like they ever cut your check? No, no, no, ball State,
Oh no, that's.
Speaker 2 (36:39):
What this is for. I kind of somewhere. So yeah, no,
they give me a scholarship. That's all I can ask for.
Speaker 3 (36:45):
I yeah, definitely, yeah, definitely. And then so when did
this start?
Speaker 2 (36:50):
Uh so last year my fourth year, I should say
a year and a half ago, maybe two years. But
uh as soon as my fourth year started, like we
went like I started the NBA program which is all
on my classes, and I was like, dude, I went
to practice, watch the film whatever came home, and I
was like doom scrolling and you know, like the worst part,
like the worst feeling is like when you get to
the end of your day and you're just like, dude,
(37:11):
I did nothing with my day or whatever. It's like
this sucks, Like I can't be doing that wasting your time.
And h I was like, dide, I need to start
something else.
Speaker 3 (37:18):
So I put it that scroller.
Speaker 2 (37:25):
I just love going somewhere I don't know, but uh no, Yeah,
I was like, I just need you something I do
something with my time. I was like, I saw the
YouTube videos look kind of cool. I was like, something
fun to do. I could do it in my room
at school. And uh obviously turned to something a little
bit bigger than I expected, but I enjoyed doing a lot. Yeah, definitely.
Who was the first delivery that you did, like the
(37:46):
big one. Yeah, shout out malisek, you know, shout out
the guy. Uh. I hit him up for Grood and
Rug and he I was like one of his first
boxes and uh, I believe I was, and UH sent
Rugg and his reaction was awesome, priceless, so super excited
for that that one.
Speaker 1 (38:07):
Yeah, right, scholarship fill your friends in big moments exactly.
Speaker 4 (38:12):
How did you get on your the one page you
have You're with Riley Leonard.
Speaker 2 (38:17):
Yeah, did with him back to the portal. I mean
one of my buddies played with him at Duke and
uh he went to a buck now and Riley went
to another Dame and then uh, my buddy wants that
boss day after that, and so Riley was at the
Coltson was like just kind of made sense. I was like,
because he wanted he wanted a rug and I was like,
all right, well I'll comp you one if you can
hook me up with anyone. You know. He's like, you know,
(38:40):
righty Leonard. I'm like, of course, Leonard. He was a
national championship last year, and uh so that's how it
came to be. And then just met an Ikia down
the road, you know, in the middle.
Speaker 4 (38:49):
It's pretty cool.
Speaker 2 (38:50):
He's a great guy, seems like a good dude. That
was cool. I played with his son.
Speaker 3 (38:56):
Yeah, he made one for Adam and Terry.
Speaker 2 (39:00):
Yeah, so with his son at boss A a few
years ago and hit him up. I was like, well,
I originally hit him up because I made them for
Pat Pat McAfee, and I was like, is there any
correlation like connection there, like do you have anything? They're
just trying to like get it to him and whatnot.
He's like, yeah, I can hook you up there. So
in a roundabout way, he's like I went for my dad.
I'm like, yeah, dude, I got you for sure. And
(39:21):
then so uh made that happy? That was pretty cool. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (39:25):
Yeah, I feel like that's like a good way to
do like your marketing too, like hey, yeah, you get
you get somebody like I'll comp you one.
Speaker 2 (39:31):
Yeah. If you can get somebody else that helps. It
gives them an incentive to help you. You know, that's
not like you know, that's what people want.
Speaker 3 (39:37):
Really. Yeah, real, cause your first couple of ones you
did for teammates.
Speaker 2 (39:41):
Right, yeah, teammates, and like, dude, they were bad if
you don't scroll the back of the Instagram. But we
all got to start somewhere. Yeah, I mean plug you
sure real it's foot stompers. I believe it's foot dot stompers.
Uh go follow trying to head a thousand followers, let's go? Yeah,
and uh yeah, the first ones were just bad, bad dude, Like,
(40:02):
everyone starts somewhere. Yeah, I'm kind of tapping into that
right now. I just started. I just did like my
first two videos on camera, which were I'm gonna say
they're like horrible, but like they're just like I don't know,
you starting making the midnight like you hear your voice
on camera for the first time, like you probably remember, like, Dude,
my family like playing it at dinner. I'm like, dude,
turn that off, Like I gotta leave, Like it's bad. Dude.
Speaker 1 (40:24):
I don't think that'll ever get easy. Yeah, it will
get You'll get less uncomfortable.
Speaker 2 (40:29):
Yeah. So I was like, man, so I trying something
new there kind of started from the bottom again there
in that regard because it's a whole different medium like
way of filming videos and stuff like that. So you
just try new things, you know. I think Alex Hermise
you might have said this, like the biggest risk is
not taking any so like, uh, you know, he's gotta no. Yeah,
(40:53):
I think that is. That's something that stick out to
me with I was like, dude, I might gotta try.
Who cares what other people think? So what is the top?
Speaker 3 (41:00):
Like how long did it take you to make your
first rug and how long would it take you to
make that same rug right now?
Speaker 2 (41:05):
Oh? Man, dude, I will. I learned so many different
strategies from trial and air, Like YouTube can't tell you everything,
so like, dude, this would have taken me. Dude, it
probably would have taken me like ten eleven, twelve hours
to do this a long time ago, and now it
probably took me seven eight. I mean there's a lot
of detail in here, but yeah, dude, you can get
(41:27):
better as you go on, just like anything.
Speaker 4 (41:29):
So the detail on that is so cool because you
can pick out like you can see Coop all the
way on the left, I see storms Beard, Yeah, Jack's mustache.
Speaker 3 (41:38):
So fire, dude.
Speaker 2 (41:39):
Yeah, that's good stuff. Coop's hat.
Speaker 3 (41:41):
I don't think I like this one's framed. I know
I like it.
Speaker 2 (41:44):
It was the first frame and once again here through
on it is whatever that's I'm so obsessed with this
side hustle slash.
Speaker 3 (41:54):
Yeah, full full business machine.
Speaker 7 (41:56):
I mean when you post the videos in the machine
like it's crazy looking.
Speaker 2 (42:01):
How it just like you can hurt you, like if
you get your hand and works. Yeah, I mean this
rug machine honestly shot the like my Instagram, Like if
you go there and look, you can kind of explain
it better. But uh, there's like it looks like like
a ray gun like from like cod honestly, and like
there's you put yarn through it and it like goes
into this fabric and then like like has the scissors
(42:22):
and it cuts it and then that's what you see
continually threaded up and then it kind of like sticks
into the fabric.
Speaker 1 (42:28):
But uh, and then you finish it off like almost
like buzzing it.
Speaker 2 (42:31):
Yeah. I tak like thing like a barber and like
you just take this razor and cut it. Like that's
what like the you can see like there's little indentation, indentation.
Speaker 3 (42:40):
It's so satisfying.
Speaker 7 (42:45):
I appreciate that, especial when like hit the like go
through different colors.
Speaker 3 (42:48):
Yeah, and it just is so smooth and yeah then
you hit you line it up.
Speaker 2 (42:52):
Those videos there's so many cuts. Like I'm just yeah,
just take everything.
Speaker 3 (42:57):
But for sure, who are the uh the maybe give
us three people that you'd love to make a rug
for that you haven't made.
Speaker 2 (43:03):
Want to get my rugs to Kaylyn Clark and Pat McAfee.
That'd be cool. I want to get I already haven't made,
so like that that is something I want to do.
I really want to do something for tighten you. I
think that'd be so sick. You definitely should definitely get
that would be super cool, whether that's like I know,
like some of the guys that get boots and whatnot,
if everyone like signed up for a rug or if
I just had them there, that'd be sick or something
like that.
Speaker 7 (43:24):
I think actually you could definitely do uh, like the
TEU logo.
Speaker 3 (43:28):
They would put it at that, like I would imagine, yeah,
put it up stoppers times Kristen used check.
Speaker 2 (43:38):
Lab. Yeah, put the jersey into it. Yeah, that would
actually be so sick.
Speaker 3 (43:44):
We get George Kittle, friend of the show, this jersey,
and you got to be able to tell the difference
between me and Jack George George.
Speaker 2 (43:54):
I think Kim War would be cool to the one
just being a Nashville Yeah, I think that'd be sick.
And you can be like, hey, I played against you.
Yeah you don't remember me. Yeah, mostly on special teams
during that game, but I was there Rain Deler for
three hours too. I'm sure he hated as much as
I did. I think a country music star would would
be cool too, like like Kelly would kind of be yeah, yeah,
(44:18):
maybe theo would be sick too. I think maybe that'd
be awesome if you, like, you're in a good city.
Speaker 4 (44:24):
I know, say, if you do one for Diego, Diego
would probably show THEO and true.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
Yeah, I think Diego would eat that up. Probably. I
love it.
Speaker 3 (44:34):
Yeah, you gonna have a good setup in your.
Speaker 2 (44:36):
Spot here, dude, listen to this. So I got a
two bedroom apartment and uh, partially for the rugs, but
I'm thinking you might like this. I'm living by myself
and being you know, the only guy living by myself.
I might living my girlfriend anything like that. Like I
had this idea of putting a golf stimulator inside the
house or your thoughts on.
Speaker 3 (44:55):
That in in the apartment, why not, dude, I saw
the room.
Speaker 2 (44:58):
I saw. It's scaring real. I'm like, you know, this
could be it, Like this could be fire. I don't know.
I could think about the living room, honestly, is that crazy?
I'm young?
Speaker 3 (45:11):
The living room?
Speaker 2 (45:12):
Is it?
Speaker 3 (45:13):
You're down in Franklin, right, Yeah, I mean like most
times you'd probably be going to hang out at people's
spots in Nashville.
Speaker 2 (45:19):
Yeah, I don't have people coming over for real, like,
and if they do come over, they can play golf,
like I like that's a great idea.
Speaker 3 (45:26):
Why I say rip it, dude, your first apartment out
of school, neighbor, get you a golf stimulator. Just noise
sitting drivers tonight. That could be an issue your neighbors.
Speaker 2 (45:37):
Iron Dude, I saw an instagrament I was like, dude,
that that could be it.
Speaker 3 (45:41):
Like and even.
Speaker 2 (45:42):
If you like the entrepreneural minded me is like, dude,
anything people come over five dollars. You know what I'm saying.
Like you want to hit the reins, you know what
I'm saying. Do that.
Speaker 1 (45:55):
You definitely should step into the lane of social content
at least and should be like, I'm a golf simulator
in my living room. That's something that a lot of
guys would be fired up.
Speaker 2 (46:04):
Dude. Yeah, we go viral the golf simulator X foot
stompers rug. I'm making a rug while I'm hitting golf
vision Vision.
Speaker 3 (46:18):
I have this whole warehouse is two bedroom, I don't know,
like endless.
Speaker 2 (46:23):
I'm living by myself for the first time.
Speaker 1 (46:25):
Like, if you do it, we all got to come over.
Speaker 2 (46:28):
Yeah yeah, MTV cribs, Yeah yeah. I saw like a
launch minor for like five hundred and six hundred and
seven dollars like a garden, like a raapsode or something
like that. I was like, I don't I don't care
as long as it works. I don't like break a window,
you know my obviously some like nets and stuff like that.
Speaker 3 (46:44):
But dude, yeah, we gotta see we gotta make this.
Speaker 2 (46:46):
I gotta see it through after having the idea. Its
like did you ever have an idea? It's like I
have to have this, Like I have to see it through,
Like definitely.
Speaker 1 (46:53):
That's instinct.
Speaker 3 (46:54):
Yeah, trust your gut.
Speaker 2 (46:56):
I don't know, it's like might as well.
Speaker 3 (47:00):
Ready to think.
Speaker 7 (47:01):
Okay, so that second bedroom is definitely just gonna be
like his little work studio. Think about the living room
for coat.
Speaker 2 (47:09):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (47:10):
That's what I'm thinking, is like tax right offs everywhere,
guest room, living room, guest rooms, one business living rooms,
one business bedroom show.
Speaker 2 (47:19):
I mean, it's way better than my old setup. Like, dude,
it was horrible. I didn't have a bedroom my old house.
I was like put my bed on the ground and
I would flip it up onto the wall so I
wouldn't get any like yarn fumes on it, and then
I would have like the rest of my room was
a giant rug frame.
Speaker 3 (47:33):
And they just threw this mattress back down. Oh yeah, yep,
my rooms are grossy, Like do what are you doing?
Speaker 2 (47:41):
Dude? It was it was badroom, brown carpet, wood walls, horrible.
Speaker 3 (47:46):
How like when you walked into your apartment. Now you
got to be like, this is amazing. That's that's all.
Speaker 2 (47:50):
I'm like, dude, like have to like I don't know,
I love that. Man.
Speaker 3 (47:56):
What else we got going around the uh the busting world?
If do we need it dive into. I'm trying to
think this will go on Friday? Yeah, yeah, how long
we be going back?
Speaker 7 (48:07):
The boys will be out of town on Friday forty
eight forty eight house divided on Friday.
Speaker 1 (48:12):
Yeah, so there's an interesting thing going on. I guess
we can probably close out with this. But this is
Friday morning. Yesterday, JP Will, Taylor, myself, Jared, and Clump
flew from Nashville to Arizona for the Fiesta Bowl. Originally, Taylor,
Jared and I we're going to Vegas this weekend, or
we're in Vegas right now. Taylor made a last second
(48:34):
plan where instead of flying commercial out of Nashville to
Vegas on Thursday afternoon we were just gonna hop on
the private plane with JP Will and Clump, which is cool.
But now and again this is already on Thursday. We
land at four forty and the next flight that we
have to take out of Arizona to go to Vegas
(48:55):
is at six pm, so it's a twenty minute drive
near the airport. It's that gives us an hour to
get through security in two of their I don't doubt
we can't make it, but rush hour too probably. Yeah,
so works out because Taylor's don't even going to the
game anymore. The whole plane was he was gonna go
to the first half then fly to Vegas that night,
but now he can't get credentialed or whatever it is,
(49:16):
so it'll be interesting. I'm very excited to be able
to fly private across the country because it'll be much
more comfortable and quicker, not having to go through security
and all that jazz.
Speaker 2 (49:25):
But it's clumb gun because a bigger plane. Yea, and yeah, happening.
Speaker 1 (49:31):
Basically, that's exactly what's happening. But yeah, I don't know
if it's the play or not. I think Taylor really
wanted zips. And if you don't know what Zips, Islor's
favorite restaurant from Arizona to get it. It's getting That's
what I said. I told Clump and Rhyme that They're like,
you're not gonna have time, and I was like, okay, well, chill, chill.
They're getting Zips delivered to the airport so that we
(49:51):
will laying in Arizona get the Zips and effectively get
into a car and go straight to the commercial airport
and fly to Vegas. Trust me, I'm on of logic.
It doesn't make sense to me, but you know, a
more comfortable ride, that's cool. So yeah, that's kind of
where we're at. And then you got a that's only
(50:12):
half of your trip.
Speaker 3 (50:13):
Yeah, so we'll be at the Fiesta Bowl with me,
Will Clump and Josh Pate and then right after that game,
we will be flying to Atlanta for who's playing in Atlanta,
India or Indiana Indiana Oregon, which always throws me off
just because of Oregon coming all the way to Atlanta.
That's just the road that traveled up.
Speaker 1 (50:34):
If they win, they'll go back to Miami.
Speaker 3 (50:37):
Yeah, Lee, man, they're getting screwed. But yeah, we'll fly
to Atlanta. We'll have that whole day on Friday to
kind of get right, film some fun content and hopefully
some man on the Street type stuff and then hopefully
watch a college football classic, which I think we could
be in for one. Both of them, yeah, both of
(50:59):
them really alive.
Speaker 2 (51:01):
I know.
Speaker 3 (51:04):
Miami and Ole Miss, yes, which could be fire I
think is going to get fireworks.
Speaker 2 (51:11):
I likes my.
Speaker 7 (51:12):
Heart unless unless Miami's defense just continues to do what
they're doing and.
Speaker 3 (51:19):
Somehow that old Miss flame just runs out. But I
don't know, he's a.
Speaker 2 (51:24):
Home record, Like that guy just destroys six crazy.
Speaker 4 (51:30):
But I saw something about like the Old Miss, like
transfers and stuff with like LSU with Lane leaving, and
like how Lane was under under the assumption that he
was going to get Trinidad once he moved, He's gonna
get the kicker, Yeah, running back the Lacy, Like all
of these guys who's under the assumption that he would
all right, they're gonna come to LSU next year. All
of those guys are staying, and like Lane is like
(51:52):
what the fuck do I do now? Which is what
makes it like that much cooler of a story that
like Ole Miss is like the player one's bought in.
I mean, like they love the new staff.
Speaker 7 (52:01):
Through all of that drama too. Like, if you just
looked at ole Miss's record, they're twelve and one, which
is and their only loss was to Georgia, who they
eventually ended up getting back when.
Speaker 3 (52:12):
It mattered more.
Speaker 7 (52:13):
And Pete Golding inherited a twelve and one football team
going into the playoffs and honestly has handled it so well.
Speaker 4 (52:24):
You think he's sick that each win that they get
in the playoff that lane.
Speaker 3 (52:29):
Not at all.
Speaker 7 (52:30):
He's the head coach of an SEC football team in
the semi fun Do you.
Speaker 4 (52:33):
Think he's getting Yeah, I guarantee you he'll get a
fat check.
Speaker 3 (52:41):
The final domino that has got to fall for ole
Miss is those coordinators deciding, you know what, we're not
going to l s U.
Speaker 2 (52:47):
That was awesome.
Speaker 7 (52:49):
Charlie defensive Charlie weistra Yeah, that would be in.
Speaker 2 (52:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (52:57):
Yeah, he's a junior way who you got.
Speaker 7 (53:00):
I'm saying, Charlie Wise, it's probably something wise because Charlie
weis Yeah, I believe.
Speaker 3 (53:06):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 1 (53:08):
Also, like my heart wants Old Miss, But college football
is objectively better when Miami has a good team, and
so I think just for that narrative. I wouldn't hate
if Miami made it to national championship.
Speaker 4 (53:21):
I do like what christ Ball said, like, no, we're
not trying to be Miami of the two thousands and
the nineties, like that's that type of football is not
possible anymore, Like we're trying to be like the new Miami.
But I still want I don't know.
Speaker 3 (53:34):
I just know those I'm picking Miss.
Speaker 2 (53:40):
I think I gotta go Miami.
Speaker 3 (53:42):
I'm gonna pick ale Miss because I want the story.
Speaker 7 (53:45):
And I'm created a theory with Clump two days ago
that Trinidad Chambliss is waiting on the approval to come
back for a six year and I am a firm
believer that if he makes it to the National Championship,
the powers at b who control the puppeteer of college
football are probably gonna grant it to them because they're like, yeah, we.
Speaker 3 (54:06):
Could use this next year. So that's my theory. First,
Ole Miss, I think Ole Miss, but I did.
Speaker 7 (54:13):
Do you know those like random Instagram reels or TikTok
whatever it is, it's like flashing through combinations.
Speaker 3 (54:20):
It's like whatever you hold on will be this.
Speaker 7 (54:24):
It was for the National Championship and I'm it's going
and I hold it and it was Miami and unfortunately
it was Alabama.
Speaker 3 (54:33):
But that makes me feel like Miami could go.
Speaker 2 (54:39):
Well, Alabama, you are.
Speaker 7 (54:41):
Listening, I said, Miami could if Miami goes that shit
is crazy how that works.
Speaker 1 (54:47):
I am taking on my heart once old miss like
I said, but I think that Miami is gonna pull
it out.
Speaker 5 (54:51):
Defense Championships ever since I watched the documentary with Miami
and Nered Dame. As a kid, I boy to a
spot for the U. I hate Notre Dame. The You's
always had swag.
Speaker 1 (55:04):
Matt went to a Catholic private high.
Speaker 5 (55:07):
Yeah, but they sued my high school. I hate Notre Dame.
It's gonna be the you, the year of Hate, the
Year of hate.
Speaker 3 (55:13):
You saw what they're calling this game, three Catholics versus Confederates,
right wow? Not the Catholics though, are convict comics. Yeah,
that's kind of sick. And then who Oregon Indiana?
Speaker 4 (55:29):
I want?
Speaker 2 (55:31):
Yeah, I want, I want organ But I think, I mean,
how can you bet against them?
Speaker 1 (55:35):
Like, I'm all you, Yeah, Oregon has possibility to pull
one out, but I just don't see how you stop them.
Right now, you got so much momentum and is big too.
Speaker 3 (55:47):
The travel is huge.
Speaker 1 (55:48):
That's every single time zone.
Speaker 2 (55:51):
I just twice in two weeks.
Speaker 7 (55:52):
Indiana is a full rounded team. They're coached very well
and Netty is a sicko and we'll do whatever it
takes to prove a point.
Speaker 4 (56:03):
I think bro and they just got one of the
best transfer quarterbacks.
Speaker 3 (56:07):
He might be having. He might have a dynasty loading yes,
I think whoever. No, it's like they were the most
losing program in college football history up until two years ago.
Speaker 7 (56:18):
If he came, If Indiana makes it, whoever they match
up with, Indiana comes.
Speaker 2 (56:24):
I think it's cool about these four teams, Like everyone
has a cool story. Like I wouldn't be mad if
any of these teams want honestly, like they're all awesome stories.
Speaker 3 (56:34):
I kind of like want Old Miss to make it,
but I don't want them to win it because I
don't think that that game probably, but I think, uh,
because Indiana is so good, It's like if they don't
do it, then it's like, damn, what is that season?
Speaker 2 (56:51):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (56:52):
Yeah, not like me, And obviously they were really fucking good.
Speaker 7 (56:55):
Might fire or Oregon if like I would like for
Orgon to do it obviously because we have ties, but
I also I just don't see them getting past.
Speaker 3 (57:06):
The winner of Oregon Indiana will win.
Speaker 1 (57:07):
The champions are imagine in Indiana, Miami National Championship.
Speaker 3 (57:13):
In Miamidana ol miss Miami home game in the.
Speaker 4 (57:17):
Naw Yeah, are you Indiana all the way?
Speaker 3 (57:25):
Three words?
Speaker 2 (57:27):
Charlie fucking Becker Indiana? Who is he?
Speaker 3 (57:30):
Matt how you know.
Speaker 5 (57:32):
Father Ryan Product? Charlie Becker Indians walk so he can run?
Call to Cole's cool too?
Speaker 3 (57:41):
He played football app state Cole Becker.
Speaker 2 (57:44):
Yeah, shout out col good deal.
Speaker 4 (57:47):
Love it well, Jack. We appreciate you for coming on.
I'm sure pleasure, Sure, we'll have you on another times
you will be I say it will.
Speaker 1 (57:57):
Be mission for the office.
Speaker 3 (57:58):
You heard of strings.
Speaker 1 (58:03):
Actually you said, I honestly might need to get a
ray gun rugged.
Speaker 4 (58:10):
You will be a next season on flag for sure.
Speaker 2 (58:13):
Yeah, we gotta talk about that.
Speaker 4 (58:14):
Locking locking you in for that, but we appreciate you
for coming on.
Speaker 2 (58:16):
Dude. I appreciate you.
Speaker 3 (58:18):
Make sure y'all go follow them. Ultra respect for Jack
Man starting a business while in college while playing football,
building it, learning it, failing through the early processes of it. Like, dude,
your your mindset and your work ethic is going to
get you far if you keep it. So stoked to
have you in Nashville.
Speaker 2 (58:34):
Appreciate it you. I'm excited. So hopefully you guys can
see some maybe potential content of the golf simulator.
Speaker 3 (58:41):
See y'all next week.
Speaker 1 (58:42):
It'd be more carolling content.
Speaker 4 (58:45):
Before we stop, Before we stop, you want to talk
about this before we stop.
Speaker 2 (58:50):
I am working on the vlog.
Speaker 4 (58:51):
It should be today, No, it will be out today.
I'm gonna have it for Friday.
Speaker 1 (58:58):
Some people are saying that the vlogg doesn't exist. It's
not me, but.
Speaker 3 (59:02):
Nobody has seen the footage. It's time free to prove
everyone downstairs. No, no, no, no, we prefer that's what people
are saying, and we prefer it this way.
Speaker 1 (59:11):
It was at the show last night. Yeah, a couple
of guys came up. They're like, Yo, what I curl now.
Speaker 7 (59:16):
One guy that got up and told the uh that
one joke about like, whoa dude, we don't have to
do this.
Speaker 3 (59:21):
That guy said.
Speaker 4 (59:22):
It it's coming. You guys are trying to get under
my skin and it's working.
Speaker 3 (59:28):
And it's why I can't wait to see it. Honestly,
you gave a little teaser with foul.
Speaker 4 (59:31):
I am going to need one of y'all or all
of you guys to watch it because, like the usages,
I don't know how good it is, but.
Speaker 2 (59:41):
Halfway through like I was.
Speaker 4 (59:42):
Just kind of run.
Speaker 3 (59:44):
Yes, I kind of want my first time to watch
it to be when it's live.
Speaker 2 (59:47):
Oh yeah, it's gonna be. Come on, man, stay tuned.
Speaker 5 (59:51):
Let's go a live reaction video like while we're watching
it here and have it.
Speaker 4 (59:56):
I think it's going to be tonight at six pm
Caroling Vlog twenty twenty five am something your way.
Speaker 3 (01:00:04):
At halftime of the Indian organ game. You should watch.
Speaker 4 (01:00:09):
All that, probably earlier than that then. If that's the case,
probably like four we'll make it happen all.
Speaker 3 (01:00:16):
Right, Well when you're leaving work. Just kidding. I'm just excited, bro. Yeah,
after what you said about foul.
Speaker 4 (01:00:23):
I yeah, I I gotta put that part in because
it's so funny, but I go, don't. It just doesn't
fit at all.
Speaker 3 (01:00:28):
But maybe it's a teaser up front.
Speaker 2 (01:00:31):
Ye, yeah, I got a blooper reel my video that
just didad.
