Speaker 1 (00:00):
I'm going to try to stay consistent with my routine
throughout the bucket off. Calm Down with Erin and Chrissa
is a production of iHeartRadio Welcome the Dress rehearsal. This
(00:22):
is b Whenever I hear myself on our clips back
and saying welcome to the GLOVEDWN podcast, I was like, oh,
welcome everybody that Thursday night football, it's my favorite. It
gets me so excited. You're a lapsed on that. Let's
go back to the man who should not be named
voice coach whenever it was before you start like an
(00:42):
opening you're supposed to take and then go into your
read instead of having so let me try with calm
Down podcasts. Welcome to the Calm Down Podcast. Yeah, that's
better been welcome podcast. Hold on, let me do it.
How are we doing? Kevin? Thanks so much, No, because
it'd be like you have to let the let it
out and Kevin, Kevin, No, Now I'm out of bris.
(01:04):
I can't do this yo. With that, we welcome you
to the Calm Down Podcast. This episode we are recording
a little bit earlier because the Labor Day weekend, which
I mean, look, it will have already happened. So I'm
sure Ryan or what a full producer and Kurt will
be like, we're not talking about things that already happened.
I am so excited for that Ohio State. Oh my god,
(01:27):
big noon, Like I know, shout out to Fox. So again,
the output will already be revealed by the time the
podcast airs. But Steve and I already have a whole
plan for Saturday. College football. College football can already getting up.
Wait wait, I'm well, look, I'm just the krack of
dawn here at the I got to get the pig wriding.
But yeah, I'm just football is back. Football is working here.
(01:48):
I'm so excited. We didn't even plan this. We're both
wearing our where by Aaron Andrews gear, a cute ranch
edition of Where NFL Line is out. Check it out
on whereby EA dot com or Fanatics dot We've got
some commute stuff, fute. I'm so freaking proud of you,
said friend of ours. I'd posted about like the new stuff.
I just I cannot say enough. It is one thing
(02:10):
to talk about, it's another thing to actually do it.
And every year you guys just keep getting better and
better and better. So love you all right, girl, huge
We don't even have to have the NFL season start
to have massive news. Michael pars Mitlanta, part of the
Green Bay Packers. This clap is for from Green Bay
Packers fans and for the Dallas Cowboy fans. I think
(02:32):
they're less what so so well, we talked about it yesterday.
I mean, our tech chains with our guys from our
crewise just going off, going off, going off, going off,
like it's just it's drama twenty four seven. There is
no reality show, even Real Housewives of New York and
(02:55):
it's Prime that can keep up with this. It is
just fantastic. Now, this is going to be a side
note we talked about later. You and I were both
in the middle of watching The Gambler and his Cowboys.
Didn't you feel like watching this happen yesterday is a
lot like what you saw with herschel Walker with the
Emmett Smith kind of like hold out kind of thing.
(03:16):
It's very on brand, it is. It wasn't really surprised, No, no, yeah,
I understand the herschel Walker situation was for all those
picks and then the picks that had the caveat in it,
and watching the game. If you don't know they only
got those picks if they ended up trading the players
that they got from Minnesota. So there was like all
these other like subplots within that. But I'm like Jerry
(03:38):
says it himself in that in that series, he let
his Dallas Cowboys are a soap opera and he likes
it that way. So I don't know. Again, I'm not
a Cowboys like, I'm not from Texas. I'm not a
Cowboys fan. I'm a fan of the NFL. Sure this
is awesome. I don't know. I think it's awesome because look,
if Michael wanted Michael said he wanted out, so he
(04:00):
got what he wanted. And I don't know. You know what, selfishly,
I'm excited because I've got the Packers Week two for
Thursday night football, our opener against the Commanders, and I'm like,
let's go. I thought of you right away. A couple
of things from the football side of it, just where
we are, I mean, take away what I do for
a living. I was raised a Green Bay fan. My
dad's a big Green Bay fan. He it's weird because
(04:21):
he grew up in New England. But he said at
the time the Patriots weren't good, so they were always
blacked out. Packers always on. So when I became a
huge fan of watching sports with my dad, my dad
was like, this is Brett Farv. You know this is
and so those were my memories of watching it with
my dad. And then I got to do this for
a living, and you know, Fox when Aaron was playing
there covered Packers a lot, So I got to know
(04:43):
that organization really, really well, and it's been some of
the coolest moments in my career. So as somebody that
was raised a Packers fan, now I'm neutral, but I
look at the whole organization through my dad's eyes. They
don't they don't get guys like this, They don't things
like this don't happen. You know. My dad was going
on a whole tangent yesterday about Reggie White and him
coming and how it turned the franchise around, and it's
(05:06):
just really really cool. And then from our perspective, it's
like seeing Mike in the Green and Gold and having
him on Thanksgiving Day up against the Lions. Now, what
does this do to the NFC North It's frigging awesome. Like,
I just love the drama. I love the theater. I
love that Jerry is just like the gambler, and I
love that the Packers, holy shit, paid the guy. It's
(05:27):
all it's fun. It's fun. And for anyone that hasn't
seen that Cowboys documentary on Netflix, I'm not finished with
it yet. You are, You're one episode in front of me.
But also it's spending all these years both of us
working with coach Jimmy Johnson. You just Troy of course,
and Troy, but watching like that relationship with Jerry, me
(05:49):
and all the backstory of that, and yeah, there's so
much vulnerability from all of them in this and it
is so so well done. So you don't all die fan.
You have to just be a fan of the NFL storylines, people, competitiveness,
like it is freakin' awesome. And I love it, love it,
love it. But yeah, there's a sequel now the Michael
Persis Oh my gosh, that is the next episode. I
(06:11):
was telling my dad, you know, about it last night,
and I said, Chris so was going on and on
about it. We started watching it. We couldn't stop. You
had mentioned when you were explaining the whole series to
us about the rivalry between San Francisco and Dallas. And
while I knew it was always a rivalry because I
worked with Troy, I heard about some of it. You
got to see the footage and these guys break it down.
(06:32):
It's awesome. You know who's great in this? I do
want to talk about Troy in a minute, the playmaker.
He's hilarious in it. Michael Ergan is incredible. Yeah, but Troy,
Oh go ahead, no, no, no, because it's just for all this.
It's all those sound bites that you know and love
from Michael Whorre. It's like even at the White Hoose
where no one wants to touch the subject matter, and
(06:53):
he's like white House, I was the president, Like this
guy is just like TV gold he is. And Jared
was saying, like, what a hell of a teammate, you know,
like throw me the ball like this this is you know.
I love watching those things through my husband's eyes. It
was kind of that way when we watched the Jordan
doc the Jeter series as well. Jared kept saying, oh
(07:15):
my god, all these things he's saying, this is awesome
and he loved it too. With the San Francisco and
the Dallas rivalry, I think it was Steve Young who
said the Cowboys made me the player. I am like,
they made me better and that reminds me of like
Larry and Magic and that whole thing. Troy is awesome
in it. I have a fun text chain with obviously
my boys on my crew that have also worked with Troy,
(07:36):
and there's troyisms that we love so much. It was
like the time I think that the media was waiting
outside of his car and is hot, like Trump drives
me with his glasses. He's like, y'all never take a break,
do you like? It's so good. It's so Troy Like,
it's awesome, his style, his hair coming out of his helmet.
I love the story of now that we've done because
(08:00):
and we're just talking about it, but there's so many
moments of it. The aquarium story, Oh my gosh, we
go and get an aquarium and they bond over that.
I just think it's so again, you don't have to
be a fan of the Cowboys. In fact, you can
hate the Cowboys and you can watch this and find
some sort of you know, through line of how you
even if you hate them, you have to respect that.
It was I mean, you, guys, this team has not
(08:21):
been in an NFC Championship game in thirty years, and
we still talk about them every single day. My best
selling team on my clothing apparel. I mean, their fan
base is rabbit. They are just diehards. It's a religion.
It's it's awesome, it's awesome wide. The value of this
(08:41):
team is up there. I don't know if there's still
the number one. Are they the number one? But like
up with the Arsenals that don't quote me, but like
the like in terms of franchises and the value of
the franchise, and yet you still haven't won anything in
thirty years. So Jerry, you canno Jerry. But Jerry's a businessman.
I love Jerry. The other thing that's great is how
(09:03):
about when they were going out for their first Super
Bowl at the Rose Bowl and Troy talked about it
like it just hit me. I thought, I love stuff
like that. Also, Michael Jackson was the halftag and when
Michael Urban's like, I was like, hey, he just stood
there for a while. I'm like, can you go because
I got to get in the locker room. Okay, love it?
So all right, that was the big news obviously huge.
(09:31):
Michael Parsons to Green Bay. By the time our episode
will air, we are going to be on the road.
I mean you were the road because I don't start
there's a neck football until week two. Yeah, but you
are headed where and what game do you have? Remind
refresh the viewers with your schedule. We have Giants, which
you just saw for a preseason game, and like you
(09:53):
told me, a lot of excitement around that organization. And
then they are at the fighting Terry mcl Lawrence and
the Jade and Daniels. So we have Giants and Commanders
week one, which is great. We're so excited about it.
I've got to do some I am now in the
tight chest era. I need to just get down to
(10:13):
business today. I need a solid four hours glasses on, going, going, going,
texting the boys. Hey la la la la la, catching
up on articles. So yeah, that's where we are and
I'm looking forward to it. I'm going to do a
walk today, a power walk with my serious or whoever
is on. I'm going to listen to some football talk.
(10:34):
Yesterday I was doing it. I had an hour drive.
Coach Reid was on. He was breaking stuff down with
Alex Smith. I found that to be so helpful and great,
Like just listening to stuff. We were talking about this
the other day is so helpful, just talking, listening going
over stuff. Sports talk radio will always remind me of
my father and with my dad and he would always
(10:55):
have on Seattle sports talk radio and or ESPN radio,
whatever it was. And I just like always like, I
mean a couple of things my dad. I mean, you know,
we'll always stand out the same as yours, sports and music.
And it's like driving in the car with some of
the best I mean, I still do. My father has
not passed away, Okay, like the memories that I have
(11:17):
from driving in the car with my dad or listening
to music and listening to sports talk radio. So yeah,
you do and so And I like, I can't listen
to debate shows. They give me an they're just screaming
on TV. But I like a healthy conversation and dissension
and opinion. And I find on those sports talk radios
they're not yelling at each other. It's like, well, then
tell me why you think that. And it's like a
(11:39):
little bit more constructive, which I find to be interesting
to see point counterpoint on some of the y The
only problem I have sometimes we debate shows. It's not
the only problem. It's the biggest problem. I have a
lot of these people aren't in the locker rooms or
on the conference calls with these guys, and I'm like,
what do you what are you basing your opinion off of? Yeah, yeah, okay,
(12:00):
So so the season will be started or you'll be
on the road and going. I'm excited. I'm going next week,
what you got. At the end of the week, we
get a new studio at Fox. I'm moving into a
new studio. It is going to be the state of
the art. I haven't seen it yet. So I'm like,
you guys just got a new studio. The boys next
(12:21):
door in Oh but you're getting one. We're getting Yes,
the kickoff show is getting one cute qqute. So you
know how good I am with technology? This ought to
be good. Oh my god, let me put a pin
in that conversation. So there's a spam risk call happening
on right now. I need to many lately. I got
to tell you something, Okay, ladies and gentlemen, I have jury.
(12:45):
I am found guilty of not being somebody that has
her phone all the time. I don't like to have
my phone. I don't. I don't want to have my
phone all the time. It's not charged, there's not reception.
So miss Aaron Andrews and Shared Stole have designated emergency
pople for their child, Mac Roger Stole. Number one on
(13:07):
the list is Aaron's sister. Number two on the list,
drum roll, please Steven Henry Candary. I love his middle
name is Henry. It's so great. Stephen Henry Candary was
anointed with the great honor of becoming Max's second emergency
contact person yesterday. And let me just tell you this morning,
when we woke up to that text chain, Steve was
(13:29):
so excited and now nervous. You know what he says
to me. We're sitting out with our coffee because we're
trying to do coffee conversations, and I love that have
our phones with us because you know, sponsored by Illy.
He goes, yes, sponsored by Illy. He goes, I'm gonna
have to have my phone during the conversations now, And
I go why, he goes, Mac is the emergency contact person.
Wonder if she calls me and I'm not available, then
(13:51):
I'm not a good emergency contact person. Then he has
his phone and a number pops up. He doesn't know.
He goes, I'm going to have to answer all no,
So guess what A call comes through during coffee conversation
and he goes, Mac, is it you Mac? Every time? Now,
guess there's every spare call because it might be Mac.
And I'm like, no one is going to take this
(14:15):
more seriously. I know what I just illustrated than Stephen
Henry Candary. We will be probably, I mean, I don't
know in church or I don't know somewhere church all
the time. We're in church, you're at work. When there's church,
you're at church, you're at a box. So we could
be at the Masters. Okay, I'm really not allowed to
(14:37):
have your phone or you're kicked off. Augusta and Steve
will be like, fine, I can't go to Master's because
I can get it on my phone because I'm Max's
emergency contact person. So we've created a monster. But at
least you know that your child will always have a
pickup in case of emergency. So I know. Anyways, that's
what's happening over here. It's great. It was so I
actually didn't even ask. I just told you guys. They said, Hey,
(15:00):
I hope you don't mind, You're gonna be the emergency
contact curson, no offense. You and I are never around,
so our names are not on max emergency contact. Hey,
that's a good head coach. No, your personnel put people
in a position to have success. I would fail at that.
You got to do a mother to two people, and
before God, the sons that I have, they're probably like
(15:21):
this girl sucks as a god parent. I'm like, hey,
I'll leave you a lot of money. Actually I don't
not a lot of money, but you know I don't
have kids, so maybe you'll get money. Be nice to me.
He is laughing. Max is getting ready to school. Yeah,
so I had a meltdown last night and I was
trying to get all the forms ready. Forms are ready.
(15:42):
I've got a big shop I've got to do today,
have things to bring to school with him, very concerned
about how we're bringing that in? Are we bringing it
in one bag? Like this is what? And then at
one point Jared's like looked at me, asked me a question.
I just started crying. I said, I am having a moment.
This is what's happening, okay, And it's happening with going
to school and it's happening with after school activities. I
(16:05):
got this whole thing. He's coming home, he's taking a nap,
and then what am I doing with him the five
days out of the week. I need after school activities?
So I'm texting parents, what are you doing? What do
you got going on? What am I? We're set up,
We even got the little calendar all going in the house.
I have been a freak about this and I think
(16:25):
this is what's happening, and this is why I get emotional.
I'm not going to be home half the week, and
I feel not bad, but I'm like, I already feel
like I'm missing a lot. So I want to be
the mom that sets it all up, but I don't
know how to set it up, Like I don't know,
Like I got this cool mom that has a son
(16:45):
and she works too, but she is really great and
she'll text me and the nanny in the morning be like, hey,
the kids are going here? Does Mac want to come?
Mac ends up going. I text her the other day
and I said, thanks for being a great stepmom. She goes,
can I be the hot Julia Robert's stepmom? I said, yeah,
but only the steal like Elie is yeah, in that movie.
Oh my god, anyone has never seen step Mom. Oh
(17:08):
my god, it's heart wrenching but so sweet awful. But anyways, man,
I got I'm having a real thing about trying to
juggle both and knowing I won't be there, so wanting
it perfectly all set up yesterday last night, Jared's like, well,
what time are we supposed to drop him off? It
says here, seven to eight. I'm like, we said eight thirty.
Is it eight o'clock this morning? I'm texting his teacher.
(17:28):
I'm a fucking freak right now, and I don't even
want to be with myself. Okay, okay, let's take a pause,
as you would tell me, and let's go through this.
Make a bee yep. I'm going to give you a
couple headlines here. Okay, were a great mom, You love
what you do for a living. And your son is
going to when he even understood how many points to
mommy on TV from the high chair and you're interviewing
(17:50):
Sakworn Barkley at the NFC Championship game and he says, Mama,
if you're doing great, sweetie, and three is all of
the things that you're doing are completely normal. I'm sure
you're not alone in this, and anyone the listening to
this podcast that has a child probably feels the same
way that you're never going to do enough or you're
never going to be perfect. But Mac is two. Mac
is a love. So let's just start with that. Number one.
(18:11):
You're doing great, like your child is happy, he is healthy,
he's alive. So take the stress off of yourself to
be perfect because you're never going to be perfect. Was
your mom perfect? No, my mom wasn't perfect, But you're
doing all of the things to at least put yourself
in a position to like have your kid be happy.
Look at all the MAC has so much shit that
he already does so much shit, so busy, busy. You're
(18:34):
an incredible mom. So I feel like, what can we do?
And I'd love to open it up to the mom's
plain possibility that how they manage their time and how
when they're busy working and everything where it's like, how
can we help Aaron not feel like the you know,
heart rate has to be so high or the guilt
has to be so high because this is no way
(18:54):
to live. And you're not alone. I knock this off. No,
I think that you are somebody I know. I don't
think I know you are somebody in your professional life,
personal life as a mom. You want everything to be perfect. Yeah,
reality is not. But that's okay. I think it's I
think it's great that you aspire to have everything be
(19:15):
as perfect as it can be, but in reality it's
like you're always going to be falling short. Then if
the goal is perfect, well then you might as well
just say I've got an F on every paper because
you're not going to So why don't It's not about
lowering expectations, but why don't you just say I've been
really into Stoicism lately to Ryan Holiday, and I actually
listened to this podcast on the way to the ranch
(19:36):
because I a drive, and it was about like the
history of Stoicism and what it's all about. Stoicism is
like basically this idea. And I'm sorry for any philosophers
out there if I'm butcher butchering it, but in short,
this is what I retain from it and have learned.
Steve adopts this very well, which is why he's so calm.
Just know that not everything is in your control, and
(19:56):
that's okay. Something's going to happen no matter what it is. Okay,
the cat, my dog, my dog killed the cat. I
can't control that. But what I can control is, okay,
what can I do to help the dog not kill
the cat, another cat or whatever? That Life is going
to happen. Things are going to happen, but it's not
what happens, it's how you react to it. So instead
of absorbing, our reaction sucks. So it is mine and
(20:19):
Steve has taught me a lot about he doesn't react.
We are so like, you know, with all of it,
and think about how much energy that takes us. I'm
exhausted today exactly. So why don't you and I help
each other when we have our vent session because I
think that's important. I actually really need that, and I
have that with you because as soon as I get
(20:39):
off the phone with you after just going look, then
I'm like, okay, so that's still good. I think that's
cathartic for re you that. But then I think there's
also a point where something happens that maybe is not
exactly what we wanted. We take a deep breath, we
take a beep, and then react. You and I are reactionary,
(21:00):
so I don't know if this will help you, but
I would like to try to do it together. When
we want to just react, let's text each other and
be like, I'm having a moment, I'm gonna freak out,
pause and then whatever. Or if you're not adequate with
Mac or you feel like whatever, text me and then
let's let it. Let it go, because you are an
(21:21):
fucking awesome mom. Aaron. Look how hard you work to
have your child. Yeah, Air, remind you of everything. If
you wouldn't be if you if you didn't have this
tenacity in you, Mac wouldn't even be here. So give
yourself some grace. It's not going to be perfect, but
you're doing a fucking great job. So it's so funny.
I'm gonna cry in two seconds. I am so emotional.
(21:42):
And it's not even about him going to school. I
know he's going to be great. He's going to be
not perfect, but he's going to be great. It's like
everything that's coming with it, the job him. Do we
have our ducks in a row? What's what's the code? Like,
what's what? Okay? We've got We've to bring a box
of pull ups? So am I walking in with the
box or do they want me to put it in
(22:03):
a bag. It's nuts what I got going on a pair, man,
But you also have to remember this, you have an
incredible husband who takes out and is so willing and
wanting to help you out. I don't know how these
single mom I don't know how these people do it
alone exactly, or people with multiple children. I said that
to my girlfriends Jackie and Meghan. I'm like, how do
you guys do this? But I say this to you,
(22:24):
I don't have a kid, and I go, how do
you do that? No? No, I don't have animals. Okay, well,
everyone has their own things out or that puts like
a lot of pressure on them or whatever. I think
you just need to remember that the most important thing
is that your kid's happy. I see the videos, and
I see the pictures of your child that is not
a child. It's worried about how the pull ups got
(22:44):
into class. Okay, So give yourself some grace and remember
that like you are doing what you love. Your child
is fine. And our friend is writing songs about being
a showgirl. I need to write a song about how
am I getting pull ups into the class. It's just fine, Okay.
(23:05):
I still don't know what. Oh feel light means? What?
I don't? Oh, thank god, because well she's very smart.
We know that, but you know all words. And I'm like,
I'm on a stone. We should probably look that up.
I don't even know how to pronounce it. Oh so light? Okay,
somebody tell us what. I can't wait to hear the
(23:27):
album October third, can't come soon enough? Hurry up? Oh
my god? Okay, skin update. So to add to the craziness. Ready,
So I was noticing my skin as and you were
talking about you're gonna go get a facial. I'm gonna
(23:48):
get one this week. All the little maintenance two nuts.
I somebody was saying, God, your skin's looking great. I'm like,
thank you. I take a compliment. Thank you. Guess what's
happening next week because of what I do to myself.
It's already happening. It's happening, and I'm just like it always.
It's I was when I wrote this to you guys,
(24:10):
I was going to say, watch good next week. We
help this. No, it's just it's what happens. I get excited,
I get to sit down and it's like it's fine,
you're great. Everyone's great. Everyone's fine, everyone's great. I don't
(24:31):
know if you feel like this, but I also I'm like,
I'm just ready for the goddamn thing to start. I
just needed to get going. We have been having so
many conversations about like, well, you know, summer and all
this kind of stuff. I'm ready, I really am, and like,
I've got the next few days to like relax. I'm
going to enjoy the weekend all and then I am excited.
I'm excited for that first pull out the suitcase, let's
(24:54):
pack the bag. This is always what I do, though
always I'm so organized. The first few weeks, I've done
all the things that you've taught me. I've got them.
Everything's organized. Week five starts defining Week six. Why week eight?
You're lucky that I'm even at the game because I've
made the flight and actually know where I'm staying. So
I'm going to try the same way You're going to
(25:14):
try to not be so hard on yourself. I'm going
to try to stay consistent with my routine throughout the
NU get off, I mean ship, I am calm, I
am rud what them I'm going to be. I'm going
to try. This is what I'm going to try so
(25:36):
organized and so what I say every woman, I can
say this because I have a ranch. Hand is the
freaking best person in the whole world. I remember a Norman.
(25:57):
I remember look at my man. You see Norman. Norman.
Oh Jesus, book at Norman's the og. Norman's been here
since way before I'm here. Anyone that doesn't know Norman story,
Norman and Pilot, who has since passed away. Sweet Pilot,
they were here long before I owned the ranch, and
(26:17):
the previous owners took them with and they left and
moved a couple of miles away. These dogs homeward bound
back to this ship. One day, Tony goes, hey, Norman
and Pilot are back, and I'm like, well much, okay, hey,
lovely update speaking of dogs. Oh You're so sweet to ask.
So sweet Lollie is doing good. I don't know he's
Here's the question, how long do I keep her in
(26:41):
that like great situation I have going on. We're going
on two months now, and anyone that doesn't know Lollie, okay,
what I you know? You know, yeah, Wally, I'm trying
to acclimate her up here, and I'm trying to make
sure he doesn't run away and she's taken care of,
but she's so afraid of people, and she's opening up
and she's better, but she still doesn't let me petter.
(27:02):
But she's coming around like she likes when the dog's around.
But I'm like, how long do I leave her in
that little area? Because it's also not fair to the
dog that's like lived her whole life roaming acreage to
be like, Okay, we're going to put you in this
small contained area so you are safe. Well she happy.
I wish that dogs could talk. I don't know. I
got to talk to Tony about it because it's been
bothering me. I'm like, any dog experts out there, know,
(27:24):
how long do you wait? Because I if I open
up that grate and she runs out, I'm not getting
her back, and then I'll worry about her every day
that she's head and she's not being loved and I
don't know. So that's kind of where I'm at. Steve
and I were talking about that last night, like how
long do we confine her so she gets acclimated. I
don't know what you shoot? Wait, what was I saying
(27:47):
before then? I can't remember. I don't know I'm excited
for the season. I'm ready for it to start. Like
I said, I don't know if it's on the pre game.
We've had a hell of a summer. We've had a
lot of great memories. Now it's time for us to
go do our damn job. It feels like two summers
we've had it has There's been a lot of great memories,
and I am just grateful for that, but also like
(28:07):
I love my job, you love your jobs. Like, let's
do the damn thing. We have an anonymous update. If
we want to get to that, we would love to.
So the original question came from April. Husband doesn't want
his second kid, but I do. I respect his choice,
but feel sad. What to do? Our advice if we
want to go back to it, have a lot of conversations.
(28:28):
Definitely talk about it. Don't make a decision, and stick
with it. Continue to talk through it. You want to
give the follow up? Uh? Yeah, So I just exited
out as the thing because I thought you were reading it. Sorry,
Oh I can do it. Sorry, here's the follow up.
I'm pleased to share that I'm almost seven weeks pregnant
and I couldn't be more excited. We had really good
conversations that brought us closer and made this something we
(28:50):
both wanted and entered in together. Please send good vibes
as the week goes on that this little one gets
to join us in April twenty twenty six. Thank you
so much. Yeah so canads. That is so sweet, and
thank you for keeping us updated. Yeah yeah, I mean
this is we talked about when she originally wrote in
(29:13):
and was saying, like, you know, you had such great
and sound sage advice where it was like you got
to be on the same page and you can speak
obviously being a mom, but like you, bringing a kid
in to the world is hard enough as it is,
but it's if you're not aligned with your husband on it,
or if you're being sneaky about it and you're like, oh,
I was on birth control, Like things can get real.
(29:37):
Don't resent you and resentful exactly. So I'm so happy
that you guys had a constructive conversation or multiple conversations.
I'm sure and that and I don't think it's a
coincidence either that like because you were not stressed, no
anxiety filled in your body, that your body was receptive
to the character. But I believe in that, like you
(30:01):
could be. Thanks, we're matchmakers and we'll help you get pregnant.
What else, and you know what will also help you
calm down? Okay, I love myself, but doing great, ladies
and gentlemen of the jury. I love you all. Thank
you for listening. I don't know why I had to
make it a lawyer, Oh, you're a lawyer to a
(30:22):
lawyer to Actually that was my What was your major
in college? Communications school that had an incredible communications program?
Not me. I went to UCSB only because I liked
the location of the Collegey, so you want to be
a sports broadcaster. Do they have a broadcasting program? I'm like, no,
(30:44):
they don't. Your girl knows what she wants, you know.
I wanted location and I did internships. But I also
was my major was like, well, let's just pick a
major that's fun. Law and society. I don't even know
if that's a major anymore, but it was really fun.
A lot of political science and then you learn all
about jurisprudence and the history of all this other stuff.
(31:05):
I object, I am object. I love you. Let's reve you.
Let's do the damn thing ahead of us. Thank you, guys,
for listening. See you next week, by the way, when
we are on here next week. First game under your
belt and first time in studio. Oh that's what I
was talking about. I got a new studio. Tune into
Box NFL kickoff on Sunday night. I know. I'm so excited.
(31:27):
