(01:29):
that seed Blue, Rocket Seeds, Rocket Seeds, Markey Market, It's
rocket seeds dot com. Are on Instagram at Rocket Underscore

Head the Rocket seeds dot Com. And for those who

(01:51):

the show today, you guys, very special guest. First off,
thank you Amy for hooking this up for us. We
greatly appreciate you as a friend of mine. Brought John
gorby Gordon Vine. Thank you. John. John is the founder

online at state Kind CBD dot com, are on Instagram

(02:13):
at State Kind CBD. They are multi operators sold in Oregon, Washington,
California and Jamaica as well. Look at you, guys, yr
Mon doing your thing. They deal with artists, entertainers, athletes,
and so much more. And as we talk about athletes
and entertainers and so much more, we also have joined
us online. Monty from the Remy Boys. Monty, thank you

(02:35):
for coming on with us. Brother. Yeah, I appreciate you, guys,
bro No, thank you. It's nothing better than getting a
good rapper artists on the line. Everyone's all excited. And
that being said, John, let's just start with this relationship
right now. I mean, I want to get into the
house State Kind CBD came to about. But how do
you get these rappers involved with State Kind CBD like this?

(02:55):
I mean, you've got olympians, you've got big time athletes
and people that are involved than this company. How does
this happen for you? So your good looks. It's my
background is actually in music and entertainment. I'm a Kid
Rocks former percussionist. I did a big album back in
the day called Double Dout a Cause, and UH ran
a record company out of Detroit called Protected Records for

(03:15):
fourteen years. Are in the game heavy there and and
worked with every artist big and small for a very
long period of time. And then I was also growing
cannabis on the medical side in Michigan. Um I moved
out to California almost six years ago. And when I
moved out here, I took my favorite things, which is
cannabis and entertainment to create the steak kind code. And

(03:36):
it's actually, uh stay kind code dot com. Yeah, every
time I google steak Kind CBD, steak Kind code does
come up. And then I overheard you stay state kind
code is no longer the Instagram we don't use for
steak I had it written down stay kind code, but
just I heard you say that, I was like, oh,
if you're listening out there, steak Kind, you keep saying

(03:56):
that we can start steak kind stakind plugging it all day, baby,
So you started sta kind code. Thank you, Mark, I
appreciate that is steak kind code. So you started this?
What made you start this? So? Um? Especially with the
entertainment music. I mean you can stay in that forever,
you know. It's it's when we first started. It's funny
the M eight s, which is sitting right in front

(04:17):
of us. It's our edible gummies and M A D
is one of Monty's partners. And uh, it's a lot.
I think it's a lot easier, you know, instead of
going around a trade show saying these are the M
A d s made with this, this, this and this,
it's this is m A D. This is his product.
It's made with this, this and this and oh, by
the way, you know, let's do some cross marketing and

(04:38):
how much would you like to to get in? And
we launched at Cotchella two thousand seventeen the M E
d S. What is it exactly? They're edible gummies. Um,
the ones in front of you. Um, the black tins
have melatonin and CBD which are specifically for night. Um.
The silber ones, hey, I get the thh see hey,

(05:00):
you're not even here, You're just on a zoom. Shut up.
What's funny is when I first moved out here, I
didn't even know what c was, you know, like it
was in Michigan. It's totally foreign, or was at the time.
And uh, it was just a very new concept, at
least to me almost six years ago. And now it's

(05:20):
it's everything. Like in fact, like if you told me
a few years ago I'd be selling pet CBD, I'd
be like, you know, you know, you're out of your mind.
But but here we are with with loocy Pj's pet
CBD and and and much much more so what started
with strictly cannabis is evolved into just it's taken a
full life of its own, and we've been blessed enough
to to be sold in multiple states and in countries

(05:42):
and and right now we're working on our first standalone.
It's a brick and mortar in Detroit, Um, which again
is my my I'm from Matroit, Detroit, so it's my
my hometown. And it's a state hind Detroit. And it's
a consumption, delivery, and retail all under one roof. And
that's gonna be full as well, full THHC full and
and and it's fully recreational license. It's opening uh end

(06:05):
up and uh, it's it's consumption, which is super exciting.
You know, it's it's a you know, full out lounge
and then retail and then delivery. So that's all under
one roof. Correct. Wow, that's that's awesome. They don't know,
they're not allowing that, you know, out here, not allowing that.
What's amazing is though in San Diego that it started

(06:27):
with just I feel like it was just nineteen recreational
licenses and and that's where when when we launched the
M A D S we were Cotchella and we drove
right back to San Diego, M A D and I
and went into every single shop and right on the
spot basically got in so built up great relationships. This
this is this is almost five years ago. So UM

(06:48):
have have have have been in on the ground floor
with some of the biggest dispensaries in the world, UM
since day one, UM on the on the recreational side.
And then uh, it's it's it's literally evolved into so
much more. UM obviously with with everything we've got going
now with with with CBD, but to have a consumption lounge,

(07:08):
and you know, there's only I believe for in l
A and I've I've I've frequented the I believe the
lulls before and they're opening up the first one in
San Diego and it's like a national city, which is
a great spot, don't get me wrong, but there's nothing
on the beach, there's nothing on the you know, like
and get kicked out in there too, because he's been
kicking out of the Holes cafe. So Mark, now you

(07:30):
get to go to San Diego and get geted out
of that one too. You know, I'll smoke until they
tell me I can't. But it's it's it's not a
laughing matter. The fact that there are not consumption lounges
everywhere people, especially tourists who are coming, they can't. They're
not supposed to smoke in their hotel. What the hell
are you gonna go smoke? So, you know, seeing that

(07:52):
at least happening somewhere is is good. And hopefully places
like California will start to look at what you're doing
over there in Michigan and and do it over here.
And you can use that model too, right, you do
it like that in Michigan, you do it right, you
do it good, and then you bring that over worked
over there, and really we're taking everything we've learned here

(08:15):
and bringing it to Michigan. I mean it's uh, we're
bringing that Kelly vibe back to the DYEA. And do
you find them being your receptive of it? Oh? Absolutely?
You know the slogan there is born and Kelly made
in the d and you know it's uh, you know,
it's uh um, yeah, it's gonna be fantastic. And I mean,

(08:35):
who you know when it comes the reason for Kelly Sticks.
It's funny Monty sitting right there. Kelly Sticks were originally
called Monty Sticks, and Monty and I we're talking about
it one day and and we're like, we need to
be global with this, you know, And and everyone knows California.
Everyone knows California weed. And and Monty's got a line
where it's smoking California weed, which is on you know,

(08:58):
every package. It says that in quotes and uh um,
you know, we we named it Kelly with the case
sticks with an X, and um. It's got much more
of a global appeal and no offense Monty um. But
eventually eventually we'll do like some special believe I believe
that was mine. It was, it was, for sure, but

(09:21):
but also like we'll do like a full Monty one day,
like how they have like you know, the all jazz
dubbed uh, you know, give Monty a day for the Monty.
But I mean I was like, yeah, I was more
so just like you know, I was like, I don't
know Monty State. It sounds like I but I don't
want to make it just about me. I think I
think we're gonna make this about like, you know, I
just wanted to be more creative with the name and

(09:43):
then you know, coming with something that you know, just
I felt like just made sense to that that was
just creative or something. And me and John came together
and we you know, Cally Sticks came about and it's
just been NonStop since then. Everything's just been going up
and shou. It has to such a good jingle Cali Sticks,
even with the K I mean, and not only that,

(10:04):
Manti for you to be humble and that to be
like you know what I mean, Yeah, let's do that.
Let's switch that because you're right, it gives it a
bigger name and you're no offense taken. And for you
to come out like, dude, let's make this bigger. That's
the smartest thing ever. I mean, Blue could have called
this show Blue Talk one oh one created He's like
Cannabis Talk one one and probably wouldn't be as far talk,

(10:25):
probably wouldn't talk one on one man, Come on, let's go. Hey,
work at Craig, you guys do Blue Talk, but no
Blue called Cannabis Talk one on one. So you know,
it's it's a good thing for when you humble yourself
to do big things. And how many product lines do
you have all together underneath this route because you're multi
state operating? Are all your products in every state? We
with the CBT we could sell in all fifty states

(10:46):
and up to nineteen countries, and then the obviously th
HC is state to state. Are you guys also doing
delta it's and stuff like that. We were, we were
doing delta ags and it's been it's been so wishy
washy with it. And you know, if there's a uh,
we we will do a custom order for a specific
store if it's if it if it makes sense for us.
But um, it's not the main focus. It's not. It's

(11:09):
just the rules keep changing and and we've got so
many other plans going on. It's uh. I mean again,
if you're out there listening smoke shops. We can and
we'll do it for you. But it's just gotta just
gotta make sense. Yeah, you gotta put together a real order,
actual curious John from you know, coming from Detroit to
coming to California. I want you to share with the
audience that goes, I want to start this company, I

(11:31):
want to do this. How much of our What are
some of the big difficult challenges that you had that
you had to come over and be like, I can
do this, and you know, I can make this happen,
and not only that here in California, but go state
to state. How hard was it to get it start
and then go state to state with it? So I
believe that timing is everything. And when I moved to
California was right before um it was it was still

(11:55):
on the medical side, and so I was able to
kind of like slide in, you know, right before like
the bug you know, and uh um. And so literally
we were able to to to build up a name
and in market share very easily without having to spend
millions of dollars and uh um. It was really very

(12:20):
very We got lucky with the timing, so to speak.
And then just we're very stealthy and how we how
we did just about everything. Who to partner with? Um?
I mean it was it's literally and I consider it's
still the wild wild West out here, and uh, you know,
and a lot of crazy business dealings going on, and
you just really want to be sure you have the

(12:41):
right team and that you're partnered up with the right
people and then you know, success is it's it's it's
easy the only route. Yeah, And do you find it
harder to get into another state and another state? Because
right now is it? Can you find the th HC
in Oregon, Washington and California, but you can get the
CBD all over It was originally it was actually it

(13:01):
was difficult, um. Not with with Monty and in the
team we have, it wasn't too too tough. But um,
you know, years later it's it's it's it's different challenges,
if that makes sense. And what's Monty's roles? He just
gave him the props like that Like with Monty boy,
he was able to help you get because he's a
partner in the company. Okay, Monty looked at you where

(13:21):
it's home base for you? Monty? Um, right now based
out of Miami. Um, I just actually came down here.
I was normally from Jersey, so I've been in busy
for a while. Jersey New York areas like home base.
But now I'm in Miami, so you know, I've been
running around out here. So well, hopefully get it out

(13:42):
there too, in Miami and New York too, as those
markets are opening up and popping and going crazy. When
we come back, we're gonna hear all about the Skews.
It's Cannabis Talk one on one. If you haven't looked
him up, stay kind, co is the website not stay
kind CBD. That's the I g. It's Cannabis Talk one
on one. We'll be right back after this. We'll be
right back with Cannabis Talk one oh one. Welcome back

(14:12):
to Cannabis Talk one oh one. Welcome back to Cannabis
Talk one oh one, live right here with Mr Joe
Grande and Joe. Let me tell you, man, what's up?
You look good? You know what? At least you're being
honest with everyone. Thank you for telling that you're looking healthy. Man.
You keep just I've been I've been, you know, since
doctor visits. I'm telling you, no it's not it's the

(14:33):
exercising Broue. The doctor visits are just gonna tell you
what you're up to. But you're you've been, You've been.
E've been on it, dude on it every day. I'm
holding the mic and as I'm feeling good, I gotta
tell everybody about Buscus Vapes, the ultimate cannabis vape experience.
Biscus is a premium vape brand born in Venice Beach,
delivering the maximum potency you could expect from the Biscus brand.
Live the Ride with the most pleasant, tasty, ultra potent

(14:56):
and super smooth cartridges on the markets, the website Viscus
dot Life, and as we talk about then we get
to talk about our guests. Right now on I g
stay kind CBD, John I said before we went to break,
We're gonna talk about all your skews. As I look
at your website, it is amazing. It is beautiful website.
I love the character before we get into this cue, excuse,

(15:18):
who is this character? The Buddha, the Buddha that has
the shades on it looked like me back in the
days when I worked at Power one oh six. I mean,
it's this big, old dude, these glasses. It's bald head.
I love it. Where this character come from? We love
the Buddha and props out to I've again. Background has
been a music and entertainment and Kid Eate who's a
very famous graphic designer, UM who is now solely doing

(15:41):
n f T s because he's blown up so big.
Um has been doing graphic arts and album covers and
just about every logo I've ever had, uh since two
thousand and nine. And Um he designed the Buddha, this
this state kind logo. UM. Larry Aaron had some help
with it, Um and Uh, but but kid like took

(16:02):
it to the next level and all of our all
of our logos. I don't know if you've ever seen
the video animations that we've done, but that's all Kid
eight and he's he's a genius IDEA. Was able to
watch something online that was sent to me and it
looks awesome and it goes to your whole message, which
I want to ask, where do you guys come with
this message of kindness? I mean, everything I see about
your company and about what you guys are doing represents

(16:23):
this kindness. Where does that come to I? There's there's
no bigger power in the world than kindness. I feel
it's the like above love or anything. The most basic
principle and the purest principle is just kind of Are
you listening to this Mark, because it's true. I want
you to hear that. You know, my brother needs to
hear it, he really does, and so do you. Monty.

(16:45):
As you're rolling that blunt, you need to be kind
and share that and not be online just rolling blunts alone.
And Florida. I wish I could pass it through you, hey,
and next year I think they got something going on
with five just handed through the computer. I'm pretty excited
about it, you know, so sorry John cut off. Want
so stay kind started it was the kindest and it

(17:07):
was a delivery distribution out of San Diego, and kindest
with spell K I N D D I S T
for you know, kind distribution. And it was literally you know,
thinks Anchor Man thinks so well, Um Ferrell and Ron Burgundy,
but you're the best movies. Stay classy, San Diego. It's
stay kind San Diego, and um just the message of

(17:28):
kindness and and the first and foremost that's it for us,
you know, And as you say, San Diego. It's six
one nine on the phone number to call you, guys,
I just noticed that right now, is I'm on your
website six one nine. You're ready for this? What do
you think the next three numbers are six one nine?
What are the next three? Yes? That's so our members
for your local number to call you is six one

(17:53):
nine four twenty Mark Washerman? What do you think the
last four digits would be if it was led for
this Stay Kind company? H I, G K I N D.
Look at you see how we put that together, folks,
And you guys don't even aren't looking at that. It
is brilliantly done. It's my points because stay Kind with
six kind, It's already in my head six one brilliant.

(18:19):
And not only that when you start talking about kind, right,
I mean you know, I mean it's it's for for me.
I could remember my dad saying, hey, dude, you got
I got that kind bud right now. It was a
big thing for for for my pops and his generation
really used to say that all the time, dude, Like
I'd be like, yo, was the curse was the you know,
the roduct? Yeah, the chronic you know, I mean all

(18:41):
kind of my Dad would be like, yeah, I got
that kind bud. You know what I'm saying, Like it
was his It was his thing, you know, to to
talk about kind, kind, kind kind. But and so I
think it's a message not only for how you should
be but but not, but also a message of what
kind of product it is? Right, it's kind, you know.
And so that's that's the the you know, the not
relationship of cannabis. A lot of people are hero is

(19:03):
that the kind buds? Is that some contents or is
that some you know, indoor outdoors that indoor kind outdoor
kind exactly? So of course stay kind CBD on I
G Stay Kind co is the company the relationships you
have with people building a partner like Monty from the
Remy Boys. You're out there both former or current artists

(19:24):
and Monty you're out there touring during your thing all
the time. But then you get athletes like a Jake Vetter,
he is going to be an Olympian in Beijing. How
do you make this relationship with Olympic olympians who we've
seen Olympics get fucking robbed from using CBD and using this,
So how does this even somewhere using CBD they were

(19:46):
there smoking. But but but he possibly Jake said if
the snowboarding team got and I don't want to be
quoted out of context, but if if they were to
be tested hardcore for cannabis, there would be no snowboarding team.
With that. With with that being said, when it when it,
when it, when it comes to they they are allowed

(20:07):
now with with with CBD. I I don't know in
terms of with the I O C and how how
that all works. But uh, um, these products had to
be approved through his trainers, Like they can't just represent anything.
And the beauty with ours is UM. We're teams up
at the University of Arizona UM the manufacturing partner that

(20:28):
that does our cream and tincture, which are Jake's specific products. UM,
the s k C cream in the SKC tincture. They're
doing all the try cone um hemp and the cell
culture and the research UM and they're teamed up with
the University of Arizona and literally making some of the
best CBD and th HC products in the world. UM.

(20:50):
When you say the University of Arizona, are they doing research,
what exactly are they doing? They're doing medical in in
in you know, scientific research and what are we studying? What?
That my point just why I'm getting so excited Johnson.
I'm so excited about research. We're talking about this all
the time, like more research, and so I'm wondering to
dive deeper into what they're doing with Arizona. They're using

(21:10):
like nanotechnology and when when they stay information finding out
if it works for inflammation and things of that nature,
but literally taking I guess the cell the cells in
the um, in the hemp and in the try cones
and making it to its purest form. And and you

(21:30):
hear about people like you know, we come across that
they're like, oh, we're able to grow fifty times the
amount of cannabis doing it vertical, and you know there's
there's a lot of talk out there. Um, the people
over it tours meagined with the University of Arizona are there.
They're they're doing it, They're they're they're proving it and
in the cream and tinkshr like literally a one. Um,

(21:52):
I'll put it to the PEPSI challenge with anybody any day. Well,
it's funny because I just got an m R I yesterday, right.
So my point is I have some serious issues on
my right angle on my hips. I'm illegally handicapped on
my car and I used this your car on your car,
your leaf, well you know what I'm saying. On my
license plate. I have a handicapped placard on my life Player.
I always get judged. Oh you're a big healthy you

(22:13):
look at you. You're not handicapped. You don't know my problems,
like the hips down, I'm a mess right seven times yea,
like the storm bro. So people like you know, I'll
get notes left on my car and ship like all
the time for reals. It's just random. But my point
is that you say you put it to the test
the Pepsi challenge. I can't wait to try your product

(22:33):
because I look forward and I'm a true believer in
it because I've used a lot of stuff from other companies.
No need to bring them up right now that I've
really liked and used and it's been Actually I'll give
a plug. Kelly Effects has been really generous and showing
me a lot of using their different parts for different things.
Like one of their product line was it's called sex,
and it's like, don't use it to get hard, get

(22:55):
it to where you get your blood flowing and pumping better.
So it's not just to get your arouse, it's to
get I let My point is, we talked to the
CEO of the company, like we're talking with you. I've
tried the products. I noticed the difference, so I cannot
wait to try your products as I have pain elements.
Like a lot of these athletes, as I'm an old
you know, are asking for some No I'm taking it out.
I'm not asking before. Mind mind, mind, mind mind. Here's

(23:18):
some hard th that's for Mark. But I mean, like
you just said, though you have the sports cream, you
have the oil tinsters, the CALLI six Premium CBD flower
four grams? Why four grams not the three five? And
what's that was originally just how it came and it
was it was four and eight instead of three and

(23:39):
a half and seven of which to me didn't make
any sense. But you know, I wasn't gonna argue it.
So it's it's just an odd four grammar, right, Like
I'm not used to seeing a four gram thing. It's
like three point five or half ounce will give me
a zip whatever. I mean, it's the it's in the
hemp world. It's just a little bit different, I guess
than the than the th HC world. And that's what's
great because you can buy this online like that. Yeah,

(24:00):
it's fantastic, you know. And and so there's is a
point zero three percent THHC. Is that what it is?
It's full spectrum, you know the legal amount correct, which
is point zero three I believe right now in different
states there's different I think, different laws behind it. So
you know, and I like that it's full spectrum too
because when when you go into a full spectrum product um,

(24:21):
I feel there's more medicinal value to it, you know.
And and a lot of people, you know, and I'm
not gonna say that I agree with them, because I
think there's some value in not full spectrum. But some
people say a snake oil if it's not you know
what I mean, because it's like, oh, it's it's a
snake oil, you know what I mean? Yeah, And and
but I I could disagree with them on some levels

(24:41):
because um, you know, for my pets, you know, I've
used the not full spectrum and and they love it,
you know, my pets actually you know, they kicked But
and then on on a full spectrum one, I have
small dogs. When I use the full spectrum, they're like
walking sideways and yeah, like literally walking sideways. And I'm like,
it's a little too much. Tell your stupid ass had
me laughing as I came out the dentist to day.

(25:02):
As you talk about your pets. Yesterday you comment about
that little straight dog that we see. I walked out
to dentist and seen this little dog and I went
right back to this. Yesterday we're looking at some property.
That a little straight dog, right, that's the type of
straight dog you take home and started biting you every
other week. It's a little crazy, yes hood dog dog.

(25:25):
I walked out the dentnist look at this dog and
started laughing all the hard ways. As you mentioned your dogs,
it just reminding me. I gotta tell you that what
the funniest thing I hurd from you in a while.
And as we talk about dogs, I see Lucy. There's
beautiful bulldog, English bulldog, beautiful little bulldog, Lucy the PJ pet.
How did you guys come about doing that? As Lucy

(25:46):
not have back leg, she she does have back leg,
she has invertebrate disc disease. So her back discs they
are we created the line around them. This her her
condition started almost two years ago, right before lockdown in
uh and Uh we were doing shout out to Fit

(26:07):
Girl Club l A. We were doing one of the
events at Skybar that we we sponsor with them, and Uh,
she I just noticed her walking funny and it progressively
got worse and worse. This was January of of and
by the summer of she was in the wheels And
we tried chiropractor, acupuncture, water therapy, laser therapy and nothing

(26:30):
was working. And uh, um, she's basically paralyzed from the
waist down because you know, the permanent nerve damage. Um.
So we created a CBD line around for her and
it works. And it's literally the only thing in terms
of pain management or medicine that she's on is this.

(26:51):
And the reason for the kids And I'm just gonna
grab one so I could know exactly what I'm talking about.
But the kids have four things in them. They've got
the bomb for their noses in their paws is because
they're always getting you know, like chapped and whatnot. Uh.
The soap which is uh CBD and Goat's milk, UM,
the tincture and the treats and a lot of people

(27:11):
might not know exactly what's gonna work well for their dog.
Sort of have all four things in one kit to
start off with, because you know, CBOD can be expensive.
Sort of have everything right away to start a kid.
It's yeah, I know you're gonna grab what dogs have
big issues? Dude, like really, yeah, I mean more than you?

(27:31):
Yeah yeah, And so does his Chris Risk kid. And
then and then there's that hood dog. I went and
pucked up. I went and picked up the little hood dog.
I took him, you know, I mean, I took him
home and got bit twice. And then the first day,
the next day he bites. You fed him for a week,
and then he I shoot him back to the streets
because he's too rough, you know. In my opinion, the

(27:54):
best thing about this everything he just describes great. But
the price is the most reasonable price of anything I
think I've ever seen price. What do you think the
press would be for something like that? Because you're saying that,
I know you're gonna go low because I said that,
But what do you think would be like if I
just seen that? Let me see it. I think here's
the bottom line I thought in my head before I
looked exactly if Chris Frankino looked at me waiting. I

(28:16):
thought in my head, and forty nine dollars all day,
forty nine dollars all day, high end, seventy Bucks and
with the gloves. You know what I mean? What you
just described as a seventy dollar player package for your dog.
It's it's right now, folks. Today only you go to
state kind code dot com typing the tone one. Okay,

(28:41):
you don't even have to do that to get it
for Bucks. Wow, that's a good deal, man, John, I'm
killing you, John. You know what, maybe that was Monty
who said we got to lower that price. Monty, I'm
probably gonna give you the penny. Get a biscuits. There's
a picture, one of one of my favorite pictures in
the world is of Monty and Lucy sitting on the
chair together, just like it's the greatest picture ever, both

(29:02):
of them. We were doing billboards in l A. This
was in two thousand nineteen, and um half of them
had Monty's face on him, half a more Callie sticks.
And then because of our deal with Fred Siegel, we
had bus benches all over and uh, you know, for
for our clothing line. That was going on at the time. Um,
but Monty, I didn't have a picture for him, um,

(29:24):
because they had to be high RESI and I'm like, dude,
today's the day, it's the deadline. And then I'm like,
there's gonna be you and Lucy like the best picture
of the world. He's like, it's the It's it's good.
But I said, this is gonna be the billboard unless
we have a high reds picture. I wish it was
the one online where it says remy boy Monty. That
would have been a great one hip hop artists with

(29:45):
him and his dog, my dog it is great man.
Seeing everything you got here and they hear that you
guys were one of the first to implement micro docing
in your cannabis gummies. What led you to go to
death direction? So the last thing we want to do
that Our whole mission is to make you feel good
in a fun, healthy, positive way. And if you eat

(30:07):
too much of something and you don't know what's in it,
or you don't know everyone with anything, with smoking, with
with dabbing, with edibles, with however you take it, everyone
has a different tolerance. And if you start off with
too much of something you could get sick, you could
get nauseous. You know, it's not fun. And in some people,
if they have that bad edible experience, never again. And

(30:31):
we're here, we're you know, we are capitalist at the
end of the day. We want to turn a profit. So, um,
the more people that like our products and aren't getting
sick from from you know, too much of you know
thhc um, they're they're gonna for sure return And um
we started with the five milligrams that before anyone was

(30:52):
doing it back in the day, back and I remember
those candy bars that were you know, they called me
chubby bar. Yeah, but my personal tolerance when I first
started it was like five ten milligrams and that was it.
And uh my COVID goal was to start surfing, and

(31:14):
um my my philosophy was surfing or with with with
anything is if you're a little like if you have
some edibles, you're gonna be maybe a little bit more
loosey goosey, and if you get hit by the board
or the wave or whatever, it won't be as bad.
And uh so my tolerance now is like sixty two
milligrams a day is what what I do, which really, yeah,

(31:35):
from five to ten or few years ago up to
well and and and so that's the thing. I'm glad
you say that, because you don't I like five to ten.
I'm when he said that, I was thinking of you
all the way. And I think majority of folks, in
my opinion, well, if they don't know, you know, if
you don't know, I always say three, I say, if
you don't, if you don't mess, yeah, you take a
half a half of a half to like, just take

(31:57):
a small and wait three hours. Not want to wait
twenty minutes and think, oh, you know, I better eat more,
and then all of a suddenly now you're lifted and twisted.
You're like, what is going on? Receptor? The receptors opened up?
But but I mean, if you if you don't know,
don't jump into it right, jump into five, you know,
three to five milligrams, then ease your way up into

(32:17):
you know, the next day, each your way up into
ten if you didn't get high enough. Because if I
go into thirty, because I'll take thirty. I like it.
But it could go either way for me, like I
could be like, holy ship, what am I doing? I
don't like this? Or I could be like I totally love.
This is great. But I've been in both spots. And
the spot when you know, and you know, mind you

(32:39):
the spot with the first time I took thirty milligrams,
my store is getting raided, you know, I swear to god,
I didn't know. Yeah, yeah, I know, I take the
first not the first time, but the first time that
I was like, you know, probably I was like, oh,
I'm gonna take these thirty milligrams, you know what, I'm chilling.
And then all of a sudden, I was like, bro,
you know, it's like, you know, the police start your
store right now getting raided, and I'm going, huh, you know,

(33:00):
I mean, I'm just like, oh man, I was just
so ripped, and it just turned into the worst time ever. Now,
like what's in the house, what's going on? You know,
we're talking many years back, you know, so I was
just stressing, you know, And now you know, I look
back and laugh at all that ship. But but dude,
it could be a nightmare if you take the wrong approach.
And what do the micro docing packages for Kind look like? Like,

(33:22):
what do you what does Kind suggest five milligrams? Yeah,
anything under ten, I guess is technically um Mike considered
to be micro docing. But our M A D s
there's twenty in a pack. It's a hundred milligrams. Each
pieces five milligrams. Now our CBD gummies, um, it's six
hundred milligrams and each pieces thirty milligrams. But you're talking

(33:43):
about CBD on that one. Are you talking talking about
for micro docing? Specifically? T CBD? You need actually at
least twenty five milligrams for it to be effective. And
those you said are your gummies for the CBD only daytime?
Or did I recall you just say nighttime time to
the nighttime have five milligrams of melatonin in addition to

(34:03):
the thirty milligrams of CBD. So my kids will eat
that and go right to bed. They I mean, we
don't want that, But what do you mean, I's nothing
wrong with that, right, I mean, I give them the
sleep tinksters of everything else. I mean, why not a
gummy bear? Are half a gummy bear? I mean, they
they'll they'll definitely, they will. They will go right to
sleep for sure. So everybody, I gotta try some of those.
It's great to have you here. We're gonna come back

(34:25):
with the high five you guys, it's so great to
have online with us. Remy boy, Monty and of course
John the founder and CEO, Stay kind co. It's Cannabis

com or on I G Dime dot Industries. Joe, it's

(36:03):
my favorite time of the show though, the cannabis talk
one on one high five. That's right, folkus, it is
time for the high five. Was Stay kind code dot
com are of course stay kind CBD. We got the
founder and creator John and the man behind it all
remy boy Monty, who is also, of course find his
Callie sticks CBD cannabis all around the world. For God's sakes,

(36:26):
go over there and get that k A l I
stick s t I x kee. Go ahead and represent
and keep it kind with Callie stick. All right, you guys,
five questions. We're gonna go in this order because you're
right here. Next was John, you'll answer first, and then Monty.
God willing your phone doesn't die on us with that
seven percent, you'll answer seconds, and we'll do that order
the same question back to back, gentlemen, Question number one

(36:48):
of the High five, how old are you the first
time you smoked cannabis and where did you get it?
From middle school and my older sister. It was definitely
how much older. It wasn't the kind, but it was not.
But I learned quickly because of the swag. What kind was? Yeah,
was that brown dirty Mexican seeds and just like so

(37:09):
they got that in Detroit as well. That's what they
got before we talked to you, right, they shipped that everywhere.
And what about you, Monty. I think the first time
I remember smoking weed, um, I was like one of
my friends from like high school. I'm like, yeah, high school, elementary.
I don't remember. I'm probably like sixteen. It was downstairs.

(37:31):
He had a little small studio in his um a basement.
And yeah, that was the first time I remember smoking
some guys the school there it goes alright. Question two
of the Cannabis Talk one on one High five John,
what is your favorite way to use cannabis? So? I

(37:53):
love dabbing, but I also love smoking, and I love
and I love my edible so all three me too.
I just love them all. Stay kind that you're smoking
and all of it every day. I mean, it's great
when we have our own product line that we could
just you know, go go to the fish and smoke
that every day. All right, Monty, what about you? The

(38:16):
favorite way to use cannabis? It was where the cannabis
I was rolling it and smoking me. That would be
the best way for me. Is it blunt stars? It
just regular joints, um mainly blunts. I've been smoking a
lot of blunt sleepy Yeah. But if it's joints, I
gotta have grab joints with the grab of mixed up

(38:39):
nice yes. Question number three of the high five. Craziest
place you've ever used or smoked cannabis probably Physics Day
at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. We had we were
what was the day called Physics Day. And when you're
in high school and your junior senior and you're in physics,
you have like a day to like Cedar Point. You're
supposed to like study the the coasters and velocity and

(39:01):
you know, some tripical force all those things. We did
our work for the that we were supposed to do
the night before so we could just have fun on
the trip. Took mushrooms and on each roller coaster we
like you know, had a money bat and we were
smoking the whole time and it was it was incredible.
But that probably the craziest places, and you're at school,

(39:22):
I mean you're in high school. Okay, you can get
in trouble for that ship and at a park what
about you remy arctually manti um O don't no, I
can't really remember. Craziest place. What was the question again,
what's the craziest place you ever smoked cannabis? The craziest place?

(39:46):
I would say maybe du Bay. You know it's it's
heavily illegal there too, right, Yes, I remember I went
out there and somebody told us, don't ask nobody for
none of that out here. And I don't know about
one of my guys was like, Nisa, I got you.
And then we was smoking heavy a lot during that time,

(40:09):
so it was like get it. Yeah, somebody else who
did Dubai remember? I don't remember. I know I heard
that mark when he who was Big Mike. It was
Big Big Mike from Evans Nutrients. I think I think
that was crazy as hell too. Yeah, so a little
bit somewhere. I think it came up with a couple

(40:31):
of different times because we had him on a couple
of times. He's been everywhere. Yea, Monty, we're out there
doing a show or what were you doing in Dubai. Um, Yeah,
it was out there for a show. He was out
there for like a few days, and it was like, no,
I can't go all these days with no cannabis. Go ahead,
market Mark alright. Question number four of the Cannabis Talk

(40:54):
one on one High five John, what is your go
to munchiese after you get high? So it's funny the
other night, I uh, if we're talking sweets, um, lucky
Charms is one of my favorite things. But I finally
I did the full division where I I just marshmallows
on one side and I got just total fat boy

(41:15):
stoner stuff in. And so because I always am addicted
to the court unquote the charms, which are the marshmallows,
and I started eating like the full cup of just
the marshmallows. And you know with candy corn, you start
getting after a few of them that like it's just
not as good as good when it's The Lucky Charms
by itself was not all I thought it was gonna be. However,

(41:37):
it was still you know, it's still definitely go to
um if we're talking about for for for sweet specific
and not only that. You could buy the big boxes
at Costco, which is very efficient. I mean, those Lucky
Charms were nice there. What about you, Monty Me, I
would have to go with Oh no, I might even
going pops Hearts? Do you actually though? Queen frosted strawberry

(42:03):
Strawberry exactly the right way to go. Strawberry pop tarts great?
You know what, I don't think him and the strawberry
like every Pop Card who are you kidding? One of
the chocolate the Smores is okay, like the Smores it's
but it's not the best you like, even the plane
one strawberry. I mean, you know when you say you like,

(42:26):
I mean it was three and fifty pounds at one point,
so I liked everything Pop Card. Who'll be kidding? Right?
I mean, I've try not to eat him anymore as
they're trying to drop debt. A matter of fact, today
was the lowest level folks to thirty two for the
first time, and I don't know, eighth three. Maybe it's yeah,
that's probably Twitter eighth grade, so either way, Yeah, but
my point is that, yeah, exactly question number five with

(42:50):
the high five. Of course, you can find these guys
online at State kind Code dot com, are on Instagram
at State Kind, CBD and hopefully you're gonna find these
guys with us hanging out at the bud Tenders Awards.
Created by G four Live with the vision to be
the most ambitious and the central cannabis event ever. This
show was designed for people that want to take their

(43:10):
business to the next level, just like Stay Kind, co
join us in Las Vegas May eleventh and four through
two at the all new Resort world Snoop Dogg and
Travis Barker will be performing live together for the first
time ever. If you don't go, you don't grow. Remy Martin,
excuse me, Remy boy Monty, I want to see you

(43:31):
on stage over there as well, and bring Fetty whopping.
Let's make it happen, Captain. Question number five, If you
could smoke cannabis with anyone dead, who would it be
and why? Starting with you John so dead would be Hitler,
So maybe we could make that. Just got Mark all excited,
some changes, you know, for the for the better. Um

(43:54):
and uh. But if the changes weren't gonna happen, I
wouldn't waste it on him. That's just interesting though. What
makes you do because you'd wanted you actually think you
could change one of the disciples for Satan's minds. Think
if they smoked maybe a little bit more cannabis. I
think if everyone smoked more canaps, the world would just
be a better place. Very possible. He was into, he

(44:14):
was into, if I'm not if I'm not mistaken, though,
I think he was into giving his soldiers meth um
so that they could work harder, which is whatever shoot
him up with. Yeah, get on the mica. If you guys,
you got some information we gotta up. Of course, look
at him, go ahead, go ahead. Back in those days,
they didn't really have like, you know, the crystal meth

(44:36):
like that we have. They would uh, you know, make
like a mixture and have like a doctor, administer these
shots to him and to whoever you know that needed
it to stay away exactly ultimately, and you know, made
people go crazy and and you know, and and do
stupid things to get what they needed, right, right, So
is there somebody that would be alive since you just

(44:56):
brought the whole show down, Thanks you stay kind Cbde
just kiddy, it's a fair answer. I just gotta bush
your balls because Mark's over here. TEXTI were going, I
can't becausen't you know, I'm Jewish, Jewish and a black
man on the other. Yeah, but don't worry about those guys.
Suck them. They're not here, and I'm whatever exactly I

(45:22):
just like to have. But I honestly think it's a
great answer because they're right. You could probably change some
ideas with him. But what you said dead to him?
Do you having a live person? I mean, you guys
are all right here, so let's go. I'm sure there's
a few joints and blunts back there in the crew
will get you. Yeah, definitely, all right, Rammy boy Monty.
Who would it be? Okay, um, it was dead, it

(45:47):
would have to be Michael Jackson. Yeah, to smoke with
Mike Jackson, I need to know the dance move, the
secret formula. I gotta I gotta chop it up with Mike.
But what if he said, you gotta get a a
little lighter, Monty, and you gotta try this, and before
you do it, you go to that little you know,
milk cream, look like you've got to be a little

(46:11):
say or whatever he says. Kata's secret, Like, Mike, you're
smoking too much? No, but you know what, Michael would
be one of those ones I love. I love that.
I don't even think Rex we've heard of Michael Jackson,
have we That's the first. I think that's the first, right,
But you know, I really like it. I mean for me,

(46:34):
you know, as as a as an adult growing up,
Michael is probably one of the most idolized artists in
my life, you know what I mean? He was bigger
like I mean for me, like I mean, like I
you know, when I sit down and I look at it,
like he for me, he was bigger than Prince for me,
he was bigger than Carlos Santannas. For me, I'm not
saying he's bigger, but for me, he is what I'm

(46:56):
saying he is, you know, I mean, dude, Michael was
you know everything. I used to cry. I sent in
my living room crying with the family watching Mike. You
I think there's two people I cried. There were people
that like, we're celebrities like that Michael and who was
the second one? But do you think I like that
Prince cry that was a big boy called me when
Prince because you know, I'm a big prince Man. But

(47:18):
he's an athlete. Kobe, Kobe made me lose it. But yeah,
that was my prince though I didn't know. You said, yeah,
Kobe was a good and that made me, well, you
guys were closer. Oh yeah, that was the homie Montes
or someone alive though, as you're sitting there pondering alive, Um,
his phone died, he's out alive, Damn, let me see.

(47:46):
It would have to be Man Tupac because he's still alive.
We happen to be and we happen to be many
Danzel guy nothing on me. Yeah, I go, hey, Man,
Danzel is a good dude. I used to chop it

(48:08):
up with him on the daily at the Laker games.
So he used to sit courtside and when I go
to my media cet be right there. So I used
to talk a lot of basketball and he's just a
North like I just talked sport and we just talked
just chill ship like it was just so fucking cool
and normal. Reach out to let's get him on the show.
I didn't get his contact like that. I was just
able to talk to what I want, right, I mean,
I'm like I never tried. I'm just saying, I mean,

(48:34):
when you come on for you, Monty, I might have
to reach out from to say, let's make this happen
for Monty over there at State kind Code dot Com
looking at these big old' calli sticks and him representing them.
Anything we missed you guys, if you want to bring
up before we let you guys go, I think we
hit everything, Monty it. I appreciate you, guys, man if

(48:59):
