Speaker 1 (00:03):
It's now time for Cannabis Talk one O one with Blue,
Joe Grande and Mark and Craig Wasserman the Pot Brothers
at Law. We're the world's number one podcast for everything cannabis.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Welcome to Cannabis Talk one A for.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Your pants have say. Sometimes it's just fun to laugh.

Speaker 4 (00:23):
Man on the ground.

Speaker 5 (00:25):
I encourage all of you guys out there just to
enjoy yourself and.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
How fun is what's the last time you got a
good belly laugh over something?

Speaker 3 (00:32):
No cheeriously, what did you laugh at about it? What's
the last thing for you? Craige, what's the last thing?

Speaker 4 (00:36):
I can't remember?

Speaker 3 (00:37):
I'm too old your hairline?

Speaker 4 (00:38):
There was something about that, something not that long ago,
as funny as hell, but I can't remember.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
I got a kay the last thing I laughed about.
There's a guy in our office, you know who, Mark
Harns is h.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
That was the best giggle I've ever said. That's a
good laugh.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
But to my point, is a good laugh till Mark
been trying to talk crap about me.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Oh you're pattering to me.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Joe, Him and another fat guy hang out with by
the name of Fit staying over there.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
So Pitt another one.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
Yet, how did I get dragged this?

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Because both of them think they're skinnier than me.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Right, And granted, I've always been a fat bastard most
of my life, but Pitt is tilting the scales that exactly.
So my point is they both run their mouths with oh, Joe,
you're fatter than me, whatever, whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
And Mark Carr has been running his mouth quite a
bit lately around this. And then he made a joke
because I took a picture of them, because a girdle.
There's nothing wrong.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
With a tight shirt that keeps me held tight like
you know what I mean. It's like it's like your
joky braids.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
You're nice and tight like hold that one, Pitt for
a minute. Huh.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
Listen to the belly left though. So he's been yapping
his mouth about me, right. And then what he did
was he brought me donuts. You can't bring a fat
kid donuts.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
I'm gonna eat him, right, So don't do that to
me like that.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
That's an insult and a funny one because he brought
some fresh donuts.

Speaker 5 (01:53):
They weren't even fresh. The guy in the office, one
of the biggest guy in the office, is like, I'm
not even gonna eat those donuts, and Joe's like, why
the friend. He was like, bro, you had never seen
two days donuts before. Those are two day old donuts.
For He's got a.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Fat card, for sure, but I thought they were fresh
when he brought him in there. I took one right away,
one too exactly. They tasted good to me. The point
of the story is he tried to you know, that's
a bag. That's a funny bag by bringing me donuts.
You can't bring a fat kid donuts.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
It's funny.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
I ate him well, knowing damn well, Craig, I don't
want to eat donuts during the week, right, but I
don't want to do this.

Speaker 5 (02:21):
It got deep. So we're sitting in Joe's office and
and we look out the window and Mark's clowning from downstairs.
You know, he's saying some jokes after he just brought
some donuts. I mean, it's continuing to be make fun
of me. He's shooting fires at him. He's shooting at him.
So so Joe hits him over the head, was like, hey, bro,
where'd you get that new big screen?

Speaker 2 (02:41):
He comes up walking up with a white T shirt
and white you get that big white screen TV.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
What is that?

Speaker 5 (02:46):
What do you?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
But before I seen that, because he had that and
some cargo shorts on sands go hey, what is you Samoan?
You know, brother coming up right? So we start bagging.
We're laughing, and then I was like, damn dog, where'd
you get that shirt?

Speaker 4 (03:01):
At?

Speaker 5 (03:01):
What's it say? On the back?

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Amc Because it was a big old movie screen type shirt.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
I guess you had to be there.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Well, you gotta have a comedy bone in your.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
Backyard or you can't be some people we're laughing now.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
Because you're not funny and you don't know how to
do anything.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
You're I guess we had to be there.

Speaker 3 (03:18):
But here's the funny part of the store.

Speaker 5 (03:20):
It gets better.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
So you back and forth, And what I do is
I take a picture of him without anybody knowing. Over
the weekend, I went and photo shopped this picture of
him photoshot, you know, and I put.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Him with because he kind of looks like one of
the Three Stooges.

Speaker 5 (03:33):
He kind of looks like, you.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Know, Curlyer, one of these bigger guys for the Three Stooges.
So I found a picture. Look what I did to
the picture Craig. I added him to the picture of
the Three Stooges, and for those of you who can't
see it, I'm gonna post it on the podcast so
you could see you who Mark Carnes is, mister foul
ol on ig. How I ripped him? And then here's
what I did, though he hung printed a big postal size,

(03:55):
just put it in my office.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
I printed part and I didn't tell nobody.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
And then on Monday, I just put it up and
people started coming to the office and go, hey, you guys,
you're about the new movie coming out, the Four Stoes,
the four Stooges that took out the three And he
came in there and he kissed his pants. So my
point is it was a good belly laughed as we
started laughing. It makes you think of when's the last time. Obviously, you,
with your horrible life and miserable company, you had to
get a little dog, and you can't even laugh about
something funny that we're laughing about.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
You're such an attacker because you're attacking me. By way,
that's not funny. Hey did I attack? All I said
was I guess you had to be there, That's all
I said.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
And that's attacking.

Speaker 4 (04:32):
Oh my god, that's not attacking that.

Speaker 5 (04:35):
Well, you got to talk in the mic.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Not at all, not at all?

Speaker 5 (04:37):
Are you sure?

Speaker 4 (04:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (04:38):
What is her? He's not gonna get you out of
that was that was fun.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
That was funnier than the joke.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
When you need a lawyer, that's why you're helping him.
So Joe, Hey, he's gonna charge.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
He charged anybody else.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
So, Joe Bleue, I've got another candidate. This one's from Virginia.
She was actually a public defender elected in twenty seventeen
to represent Virginia his second House of Delegates, and now
she's this Jennifer Carol Foy. She's a mom wife born
in Petersburg, Virginia, Breton, Petersburg, Virginia, and now she's a

(05:12):
Democrat running for Virginia governor.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
Ooh nice.

Speaker 4 (05:17):
She wants she's excited to bring back because she's been
in the House of Delegates there in Virginia and she
wants to bring back her legalization of the marijuana bills
that she had brought previously, which is really and I've
been saying this all along in the last few months, unfortunately,
that cannabis reform getting rid of cannabis prohibition goes a
long way towards real justice reform in the United States

(05:39):
because there's so many disparate portion people that are arrested
because of cannabis alone, that you just get rid of
the arrest for cannabis and you probably you know, I'm
not gonna say fifty to fifty by any means, but
you're gonna narrow that gap between the disparity and white
people getting busted for cannabis and people of color getting
busted for cannabis. So I just think it's great that

(06:02):
she she's hopefully can make some lee Wayne and become
governor of Virginia and change things in Virginia. It's just
another example of someone getting out there in the community
and going for it. You guys think that's funny. You
guys think that's really funny. Moving on, No, let's talk

(06:24):
about it.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
Moving on.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
As members as more members of virgin of more members
of Ameral Justice, created by Democratic President nominated Joe Biden
former rival Senator Bernie Sanders, they speak out publicly about
the need to reform marijuana with you. The panel has
reportedly discussed behind closed doors, where they recommend the former
Vice president finally endorse legalizing cannabis, and that should show

(06:51):
you that you will never ever ever be able to
talk over me.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
Why do you think not? Why do you think? How
do you feel about these people? This lady in Virginia
flip flopping coming around or not?

Speaker 4 (07:05):
She didn't, No, she didn't flip flop. No, no, no, I
didn't say that democratic. No she's a she's a Democrat. Yeah, No,
she was a Democrat, always a Democrat. Oh I thought
you said she was a public defender who was elected
in two step twenty seventeen to represent the second House
of Delegates. I don't know how they have their state

(07:26):
legislature set up in Virginia, but instead of being like
the Senate in the US and the Representative House of Representatives,
they have this Second House of Delegates district whatever the
fuck that is.

Speaker 5 (07:34):
Yeah, so let me let me ask you this. You know,
I'm having a good time, I'm enjoying myself and this
you're laughing. This is boring you, This is so great.
I'm serious, This is this is this is serious, and
what you're talking about is probably way more serious than
what I'm about to say. But just since we're on this,
man I want your best joke, Joe.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
Craig doesn't like to have a good time.

Speaker 5 (07:57):
No, he need to his best joke too, and I
know he's got one.

Speaker 4 (08:01):
I never said let's not have a good time. All
I said was for your joke was that was I
guess you had to be there now, that's all I said.
My god, you're shooting. You're so sensitive.

Speaker 5 (08:10):
He was shooting at you, Joe.

Speaker 4 (08:12):
You're so sensitive.

Speaker 5 (08:13):
You were shooting at Joe.

Speaker 4 (08:14):
How many times I tell a joke and tell somebody
what I said and they go up because you had
to be there.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
That's because you're not funny.

Speaker 4 (08:20):
No, that's okay.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
No, look at you.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
You look funny, but you're not funny verbal.

Speaker 4 (08:24):
And then you're go attacking me again.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
That's how that attack? What it's true?

Speaker 4 (08:27):
That's attacking?

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Like am I attacking you when I say yours?

Speaker 4 (08:32):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (08:33):
Or is that true?

Speaker 4 (08:34):
Everything you say to me is an attack?

Speaker 5 (08:36):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (08:36):
Here would go, poor me? I'm the big brother. They
get the fucker.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
Hey joke, Joe, best you say all this ship that
I can't please?

Speaker 5 (08:45):
Best best joke gets a butterble edible butt.

Speaker 3 (08:49):
Okay, Craig, here you go. Are you ready Craig, No,
whye to fort Smell.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
I'm not engaging blue white fort Smell.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
I don't know so deaf people can enjoy him too.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
Damn.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
You know what now you just you know you're not
listening to the podcast.

Speaker 4 (09:05):
Come on, now, you're getting even deeper. You're gonna have
You're gonna have to retract.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
He said, it's a joke.

Speaker 4 (09:12):
You can't joke these days.

Speaker 5 (09:14):
Oh you can't.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
You're ready for this, Craig, what do you call black
guy who flies a plane?

Speaker 4 (09:18):
I'm not even going there. Why not?

Speaker 3 (09:19):
It's a pilot e racist? Fuck, that's not a joke.
There was a question. Why couldn't you answer.

Speaker 4 (09:26):
It there and answer the questions?

Speaker 3 (09:34):
See, you can't have a good time. Let's get back
to walking off the show. Oh my god, he's read again.
Oh my god, I've got it.

Speaker 4 (09:41):
Why does he look like killing me? You're killing me.

Speaker 5 (09:44):
I got a joke, man, it's and it's in this. Parents,
if you're listening, I want you to take your kids
turn I mean, listen to it later. This is one
of those you know it's gonna.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
It's already cursed enough or not, it's gonna have the
whole thing.

Speaker 5 (09:57):
Yeah, it's gonna have.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
The whole and if they are good for the parents.

Speaker 5 (10:00):
So it's you guys got to be quiet through this
joke though, because it's it's a real one, you know
what I mean. Okay, So there's these these three part
pot farmers. There's the three there's the three pot farmers, right,
and they live with their dad jew and and yeah,
one was a Jew.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
Went to Mexican. He's a farmer.

Speaker 5 (10:19):
And what's a whike?

Speaker 4 (10:21):
Wait, the Jew's not a loop too. No, it's true though,
we're not guys, really are We're not.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
Yeah, it's terribly stereotypical.

Speaker 5 (10:31):
Truth. So there's three kids that live on the dad's farm,
and and uh and uh. The dad comes to him
and says, hey, guys, you know what, I can't afford
to have you guys all live here anymore. So I'm
giving you guys all a duck. And each one of
you guys got to go out and sell this duck today.
Whichever one of you comes home with the most money,
we'll be able to stay here and help me grow
on this farm. Now we we finishing hold on twenty bucks,

(10:54):
says he foxs u up, Okay, hold on a second,
So what do you What happens is this There's a
smart one, a strong one, and a stupid one. Okay,
so the smart one goes out, and he follows the
strong one, and the strong one goes out and he's
looking to sell his duck. He goes out and gets
ten bucks for his duck. Smart one's watching him. It's Joe.

(11:16):
He goes and gets fifteen for his stupid one's walking
around town. He don't know what the hell to do
with this duck. Duck jump comes up. Some hooker comes
up to him and says, hey, you want to fuck.
He says, I don't have any money. All I got
is this duck. She says, you know what, I'll fuck
you for the duck. He says, no way, I'll do

(11:37):
it first time ever. She says that was so amazing.
I'll give you back this duck if you let me
fuck again. So he gets the duck back. He's been
fucking her all day. He's on his way home. He's
walking with his duck. Fucking duck jumps out of his hands,
gets ran over by a truck. Truck driver jumps out
of the car and says, oh my god, I don't

(11:59):
have a turn right now. Let me give you twenty
dollars for your duck. He says, okay, I'll take it.
So he gets home. He says, what you.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
Get, guys, And Dad says, what you get, guys, This.

Speaker 5 (12:09):
Is what you get. Smart When he says I have
fifteen dollars, what'd you get? Strong? He said all that time,
Once you get stupid, he said, I got a fuck
for a duck, a duck for a fuck, and twenty dollars.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
So fucked up duck twenty five bis just twenty five, But.

Speaker 5 (12:28):
You're a fuck.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
That fucked up? All right, great show, both of our
goes for sole joke that he said, I grew up one.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
I don't know. Tell it's like a Mexican oh man,
that way I was playing one.

Speaker 5 (12:42):
Well, there it is, guys, cannabis talking one on one.

Speaker 3 (12:44):
Let's joke around. We'll be right back after this break.

Speaker 5 (12:54):
Welcome back to Cannabis talking one on one, where the joke.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
Is on us.

Speaker 5 (12:57):
We have one of the ages.

Speaker 3 (12:58):
Hey, but let's get right back in.

Speaker 5 (13:00):
Let's dive into some serious cannabis news. Craig, tell us
what's going on?

Speaker 4 (13:04):
All right? Earlier on when you wanted to talk over
me But let let's talk about the about Joe Biden. Oh,
and let's cross our fingers that he's strata.

Speaker 5 (13:15):
Let's talk about Joe Biden book.

Speaker 6 (13:18):
He's off Senator Bernie Sanders in his ear, and as
I said before, they're really pushing him to come out
and finally endure.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
Well, can I legalizing cannabis at a federal level? I
really hope they're getting in his it. He's in his
ear hard, Yeah, he is.

Speaker 3 (13:38):
Are you just seeing some new stories on the Clipper?

Speaker 4 (13:39):
We read the asking new stories? If you look at
all the news that I look at, touching as you'll
see it.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
It's funny because I just seen him going off recently.

Speaker 5 (13:46):
On Trump and how he didn't support to do the
right thing for coronavirus and just really bashing Trumpley.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
But I haven't seen he.

Speaker 4 (13:52):
Hasn't taken that quite that step yet. I think he's
the hopefully he's gonna go there. I'm hoping he needs to.
He needs to step on the because he's already winning
the polls. And if he does something like that right there,
it's it'll tip the scale. If he finally goes along
with all and that's what all the other Democrats want.
That's what the House Representatives, which is led by the
Democrats want. They've already passed laws allowing that that's Canada.

Speaker 3 (14:14):
That bothers me is that he's so wish you wash
you on it, that he's.

Speaker 4 (14:17):
Not like maybe just be that he'll be that puppet
that we want.

Speaker 5 (14:20):
Are there only two candidates right now?

Speaker 2 (14:22):
Yes, everyone that's been elected is that it's either Trump
or Joe John Noel.

Speaker 4 (14:26):
Biden's the presumptive Democratic president presidential nominee because they haven't
actually had that convention yet, but he's for all intensive purposes,
it's Joe versus Trump, unless the rumors that I've heard
is Trump's going to resign prior to because it's gonna
be the worst most corrupted election in the history.

Speaker 3 (14:49):
Corrupt like the way I was elected.

Speaker 4 (14:51):
And if he so, which I don't think, I don't
like that. I don't know. If that's what you're about
to say, is because I think someone else might have
a better chance of beating Biden than Trump does.

Speaker 5 (15:00):
Okay, And I was I mean, ship Joe, you want
to run for president?

Speaker 3 (15:05):
No, that's not my party. Sorry, I can't go. Oh,
Joe Biden is my guy.

Speaker 5 (15:09):
How about you.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
I'm supporting that party.

Speaker 5 (15:10):
Running for president. No, okay, just checking so you know what.
I honestly, I wouldn't mind nominated. I wouldn't mind having
Obama back.

Speaker 3 (15:18):
You can't you can only serve eight yours.

Speaker 5 (15:20):
Well, let's change the law.

Speaker 4 (15:22):
Trump wanted to change the law.

Speaker 5 (15:23):
You know, I'll tell you what he was doing for life.

Speaker 3 (15:26):
Oh yeah, and become a dictator.

Speaker 4 (15:28):
No, he is a dictator.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
No.

Speaker 5 (15:29):
I I think if he if he backs out and
and he actually resigns, I would be so shocked one
because of his ego.

Speaker 4 (15:38):
Okay, yeah, I don't know. It might be fake news.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (15:41):
I couldn't imagine his ego because I've heard him I'm
gonna win this thing. And you know.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
But if he's hearing he's being beat by a landslide already,
he may pull out just so that he doesn't get the.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
L you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (15:51):
And and oh I didn't get my knee, my knee, badnee.

Speaker 5 (15:56):
B back.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
I can't serve the country no more.

Speaker 4 (15:58):
My badnee.

Speaker 5 (16:00):
You know I can see it happening, you know again,
It's it's one of those things that I really feel like, you.

Speaker 4 (16:08):
Know what I got to say though, I mean it's
been it's I've been meaning to say this, and it's
usually not a good form for it. But the whole
you know thing with the statutes, people pulling down statutes, and.

Speaker 3 (16:18):
And statutes are statues statues is there?

Speaker 4 (16:21):
Yeah, there is no not really a statue. Statues statues
give me water and blue was bussed to get me
water and didn't. So a little bit of a little
little bit of cotton mount there. But you know whatever,
you don't care, you don't care. But you know what's
sad I think is the outrage, the lack of outrage

(16:44):
by our president for all the minorities and people getting
killed and and you know, beat up and jailed, but
yet he can have outrage over a fucking statue being
brought down. Dude, it that just kills me.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
I love that you support these causes that bother me
as well, because it's someone.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
Can say that's the way it's been. You know what,
We've turned it blind it's been a blind eye.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
It's been horse blinders on folks.

Speaker 4 (17:11):
Well, you know, it's like the response to all it's
like the response to all lives matter, because initially I
don't know if I bought into that. This is a
while ago, when I mean, Black Lives Matter started a
long time before Floyd's killing. And you know what doesn't
mean all lives matter. But the light bulb went off
when I think I heard someone else may have said this, Well,

(17:32):
when all lives actually matter, then we can use that term.
But right now, all lives don't matter because look at
the people of color, and the minority there obviously don't matter.
So when people say lives matter, blue matters like people
crying over a statue, please crying, please cry, or at

(17:52):
least crying over a statue. I didn't see them cry
for Floyd.

Speaker 5 (17:56):
Well, let me tell you this is that first going
into the black lives and all life matter thing, it's
a touchy subject one you gotta be careful, you know,
because the way it's being presented is that it's a
race thing and and and you know, and I didn't
know that. I didn't even know that in my mind,
and Pitt had to kind of school me on it,
because you know, me and Pitt go back a long
long time. And you know, a lot of my friends

(18:17):
are African American or or.

Speaker 4 (18:20):
They're African or American, which one, is it?

Speaker 3 (18:22):
No?

Speaker 5 (18:22):
Did I stutter it?

Speaker 4 (18:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (18:23):
His mouth cotton mouth for him?

Speaker 5 (18:25):
What was in your mouth? That's funny that that's it, man,
He's getting it, okay. So so he had to scream
me on it. And and I you know, I grew
up in a very urban you know, and anybody that
knows me knows that. So it's not a racial thing
for me. But out there I think it is. And

(18:48):
I'm watching it and I didn't. I literally was watching
some local news and I'm watching people scream at these protesters,
and I'm going, why are they screaming at these protesters
telling them to go back to their home? Like let
them protest? Like, you know, there's stages, there's stage time,
and it's like, you know, when Kanye Dumptown West, Kanye
West jumped on and snatched the and said I should
have been the winner of this.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
Uh No, it was Beyonce should have been the winner.
She had the best video of the year.

Speaker 4 (19:13):
And Taylor Swift was given the speech.

Speaker 5 (19:15):
When something like that happens, you know, you're stealing that
person's glory in their thunder. You know, I don't know
that that. You know, everybody that says all lives matters,
knows what's really going on when someone says black lives matters.
I had to be educated by because I was going
to produce a damn video and I didn't know. I

(19:35):
just didn't know that part of the racism I didn't understand.
So I was like, Oh, we should just put all
lives and everybody looked at me, like what are you
talking about? And I was like, what do you mean,
Like doesn't that should?

Speaker 4 (19:44):
It should?

Speaker 5 (19:45):
But but then I I started investigating what the hell
the whole movement was about and how they were actually racial.
It threw me. I was like, oh shit, like I
gotta be conscious of that, but not knowing that. I
don't think that every American's hit to what's happening on that.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
I think some may be in denial of it, like you.
But once again, denial is not only a river in Egypt.
There's some self awareness that people need to be aware of.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
And it was shocking that you didn't know it.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
And even at the time, I was very shocked that
you said that, and I was very borderline disappointed because.

Speaker 3 (20:20):
Like, what the fuck are you talking to?

Speaker 5 (20:22):
Quit ya?

Speaker 2 (20:23):
And then even I remember looking and I'm going but
it's and then in your defense for you knowing you
it wasn't malicious, it wasn't.

Speaker 3 (20:36):
Exactly.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
So my point is it's hard to figure out for
a lot of people who say that, and even like
with you Craig at the time, I'm sure I'm gonna
stick up for you too, same way.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
It's not done maliciously. At the time, it was just
need to be educated.

Speaker 2 (20:50):
So the people who were like both of you at
the time, who I was, never like that here, No,
I'm serious, But there's a lot of people out there
that just it doesn't matter.

Speaker 5 (21:02):
Yes, it does matter.

Speaker 3 (21:03):
You didn't see it and you didn't understand it.

Speaker 5 (21:04):
Because I wasn't looking for it because it didn't apply.
It doesn't apply to me.

Speaker 3 (21:08):
Yes it does.

Speaker 5 (21:09):
No, it doesn't because I wasn't at the moment when
I said it. I was like, hey, we should put
the you know, all lives matter on that. I didn't
even know that there was a racial issue. You know,
you know of it, so you know, it's one of
those things that.

Speaker 4 (21:22):
Right, I mean, it's it's a it's a comeback to
you know, black lives matter, other side saying well a
life should matter, Well it should, but it doesn't. So
there you go. It doesn't right.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Now, Yeah, it doesn't at all, and people that don't
see it and don't understand it. And bottom line is,
I'm actually getting to a point where I'm commending you
both for realizing it so quickly. So I went my
point to getting to what I was trying to get
to and before. I don't want you both to feel
defensive by no means. I want you to realize that
it takes people, sometimes quickly sometimes slowly, for them to

(21:55):
understand that.

Speaker 3 (21:56):
You know, hey, what are you doing? You know, look
it in the right way.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
And then it took you quickly, Craig, and hopefully Blue
took you quickly. But something that's pressing right now that
we just found out is that Mark Washerman isn't here
today because he's a live neother no show. But your
little brother, Craig, can you explain herb He's he's on

(22:22):
live somewhere, but he's not with us.

Speaker 4 (22:24):
Okay, Well, let's not give him any time. Let's not
even talk about it right now, because he doesn't deserve
the time. We may have to suspend him for a show.

Speaker 5 (22:31):
We're gonna just never play.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
He's always missing. I mean, geez, I have a but back.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
To but but back to reality is it's just a
I mean, it really is a shame that, you know
that our society right now has people that just are
fucked up and don't get it. Like I was telling
I was telling you guys, I have this mask that
I wore in the mask that I wore in Laughlin.
I don't know if you heard this pit the other day,

(22:56):
but it says I can't breathe. And I'm in the
l with a mixed racial couple and they give me
a thumbs up, thank you for supporting. I say, anything
I can do to support I will, And it was
a real nice exchange. I walk outside and some Caucasian
ladies walking by me stops after she gets by me,

(23:17):
turns around and says, man, i'd like that mask. And
she takes off her mask and says, I know these masks.
I can't breathe either, and I'm just walk under and
I'm like, are you serious? I don't think everybody's hip
to no no no. And whether it's and that's my
point is whether it was malicious, whether it was you know, uh,

(23:37):
just not getting what this means. Uh, you know, I
I don't know, but you know, my brother and I
are trying to figure out a way to you know,
as as the mister Checkpoint said, somehow use our white privilege,
because it certainly is. We're certainly treated different other than
my son wasn't It wasn't any different than anybody else
dolling drug back in the day. But as your sense

(23:59):
of to help, you know, to help, try to change
whatever we can do to try to help.

Speaker 5 (24:04):
But I don't know this this goes back to people
saying if you're not a part of the problem, or
if you're.

Speaker 4 (24:09):
Not a part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

Speaker 5 (24:11):
But I think though when you say that, though, it's like,
you know, we're always standing up for what's right, period.
And then that's how I feel about it, you know,
And you know a lot of people get it twisted
when they think that, you know, you're going to do something,
you know, outlandish, so that you can get recognized for
being a part of some movement. I'm not going to

(24:32):
jump out there and do something crazy. I'm not going
to go loot and ship, but I would protest, you know,
I'll go out there and protest. But my kids wanted
to go protest, and I was like, hell, no, you
can't go protest, only fifteen and seventeen years old. But
they were like, we want to go down there and
you know represent you know, Black lives Matter and support
this movement. And I'm like, dude, you're fifteen and seventeen.
You're not going out there right because it's a dangerous
place for them, you know, and because I've seen it

(24:54):
turn into something else. Who's on Who's who is that?

Speaker 2 (24:59):
Somebody that is making some change though, you guys in
the cannabis world and sticking up for minorities, says this
is great. Out of Colorado Governor Gerald Paulis, he's actually
just signed a bill that will promote social equity in
the state's marijuana market and also give them power or
give him power to unlatterly issue pardons for prior cannabis convictions.

(25:22):
So he's helping the community out in Colorado, especially as
social equity ones. Paulice approved the legislation during a signature
ceremony at a minority owned dispensary in Denver, which is
dope that he's doing that. As we know somebody that's
a minority that owns a dispensary in Denver, Colorado area
that is.

Speaker 3 (25:41):
Called wolf Pack wolf Peck, and he's a very great
gentleman right there.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
And the bill will create a statewide definition so that
business qualifies businesses that qualify as cannabis Social Equity licenses applicants,
and those applicants will be able to benefit from the
acceleration pro that was already in the works, enabling them
to use existing cannabis facilities to build their businesses. So

(26:06):
it's stuff like that when I see, you know, governors
giving everybody a fair shake, use this equity program to
help cats rather than thinking, oh screw everybody, just get it.
Big money, big banks, big farms. That's who we're going
to help out the equity program. In my opinion, I
think it's great.

Speaker 5 (26:23):
I like it. I like it a lot. I think
there's going to be some very interesting things that happened
with it because of the way they structured it, you know.
And that's because when you know, they gave the the
equity applicants they could not sell more than fifty one
percent in the company, which I like.

Speaker 3 (26:41):
This is in Colorado, though I'm referring to you're not California.
Oh oh, right. Is it different listening?

Speaker 5 (26:46):
Is it different?

Speaker 4 (26:47):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (26:47):
About No, it's not, so stop talking, thank you, moving forward.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
I'm sure it is.

Speaker 5 (26:51):
No, it's not. I've actually looked into it. I'm very
aware of it. They have to own fifty one percent.

Speaker 4 (26:56):
I guarantee most social equity know, most social most what
you like that most social equity program?

Speaker 5 (27:02):
Paycheck?

Speaker 3 (27:03):
Okay, you got it?

Speaker 4 (27:04):
Most social like yeah, I'll bet you my next one?

Speaker 5 (27:06):
Yeah? That what that?

Speaker 3 (27:08):
You didn't look it up?

Speaker 5 (27:09):
No? No, the different most they have to own fifty
minority the minority.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
Social equity program in Colorado?

Speaker 5 (27:17):
Yeah, you owe me your check.

Speaker 3 (27:18):
No, I didn't bet. Oh what if we didn't come
from the bank.

Speaker 5 (27:22):
What's the bat of my hand and everything? What's the
bet that was the best? See, I didn't know the
bat Back to take, I'm saying you didn't do the
research on it. No, I didn't do that research. And
I knew that reacharch. That's why I was talking when
you so up interrupted.

Speaker 4 (27:34):
I said, you know more than you think he does.

Speaker 3 (27:37):
What do you you're making me look an.

Speaker 5 (27:39):
Ind you're doing? Looking at it?

Speaker 6 (27:42):
Bag?

Speaker 5 (27:44):
Can I get a craig this real quick?

Speaker 3 (27:47):
Though?

Speaker 5 (27:47):
You know, going into something else that I want to
I want to say, you know, bring up then when
I got to you're looking at it up for I
had to.

Speaker 3 (27:56):
You're on both and then and then.

Speaker 5 (27:57):
You're gonna want your money then you want bedd on it?
Not was that like bead on it? Like anybody if
there is scared of talking one on one.

Speaker 3 (28:07):
Moved right that Yet it's true and not true.

Speaker 4 (28:15):
I'm heious.

Speaker 5 (28:16):
That's a good.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
Welcome back.

Speaker 5 (28:23):
So so one thing though, I want to get your
guys opinion on. I don't know if you guys seen
it or not, but I think it's it's important to
discuss because it's gonna be fun discussing it. Did you
can't see when when Trump called out the KKK just recently,
I'm not you can hear about that? No, okay. So
so basically, there was this huge riot in in Virginia,

(28:46):
and and what happened was, is uh the KKK, A
bunch of uh uh you know, racist uh groups came
out to protest and they started protesting right down with
the into the the Black Lives Matter of protest, and
they literally came face to face and as soon as
they got face to face, all ship broke clues. They

(29:06):
but the KKK members initiated the violence by attacking a
twenty year old They got beat ship up of a
twenty yeer oo black men and and you know it
was bad. They started going at it right then from
the backside of the Black Lives Matter Dodge vehicle comes

(29:26):
flying into them full speed.

Speaker 4 (29:29):
That Virginia full seat the old news.

Speaker 5 (29:33):
Huh, No, that happened a.

Speaker 3 (29:34):
Long time ago. I feel like that happened earlier.

Speaker 4 (29:36):
That's the one where he said people are there's good
people on both sides.

Speaker 5 (29:40):
No, they just know.

Speaker 4 (29:41):
He brought it up again. Then it didn't happen to
get called out.

Speaker 5 (29:44):
He said, he physically said that that the the I
forgot the other group's name, but it was the KKK
and another group were completely wrong and they were.

Speaker 4 (29:51):
And there was good people on both sides. It's full
of ship.

Speaker 3 (29:54):
Yeah, that's old. That's something that he brought up a
long time ago.

Speaker 4 (29:57):
He just brought it up.

Speaker 5 (29:58):
He just they just it just brought Yeah, they just yeah,
they just brought it up.

Speaker 4 (30:02):
But he they killed somebody.

Speaker 5 (30:03):
Well no, but one of my questions was killed in
that route, yeah, the girl. Yeah. So but the question
was is that when he brought it up this time.
They brought it up with with the the KKK. He
never brought it up the first time. He never put
them out and actually called them out this time.

Speaker 4 (30:19):
He didn't close to an election. He is who he
is and he said has he has said what he
has said?

Speaker 5 (30:25):
No, I'm not I'm not treated somebody in a fucking
golf court riding round.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
It two days ago. He didn't hear it.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
It was at the beginning of the fucking thing. Don't
give me.

Speaker 4 (30:35):
That I'm being sarcastic.

Speaker 5 (30:37):
I know that that I didn't hear that. What happened?

Speaker 2 (30:41):
Yeah, he retweeted somebody he re retweeted a video and
in the video it's just planning me talking to you
right now.

Speaker 5 (30:47):
Clear. Someone in the video yell out of the cargoy
why part?

Speaker 3 (30:53):
And he tweets it. Yes, No, they took it down.
When did that?

Speaker 5 (30:58):
Boy?

Speaker 4 (30:58):
Then they took it in hand and the handlers or so,
he didn't hear it.

Speaker 5 (31:02):
I like to play Devil's advocate with them.

Speaker 3 (31:04):
I don't.

Speaker 5 (31:04):
I don't like to to take either side. I don't believed.
I've made that very clear, dear man.

Speaker 3 (31:10):
Let me bring this up.

Speaker 5 (31:11):
Special relationship going.

Speaker 4 (31:12):
Back to Puerto Rico. If he's already he wins again,
you're going back.

Speaker 5 (31:18):
No, they're gonna cut it. They're gonna build a wall.

Speaker 4 (31:20):
Guy, let's figure out a way.

Speaker 3 (31:21):
HBO, I don't know if you guys heard this one.

Speaker 5 (31:23):
They teamed up.

Speaker 2 (31:24):
With a marijuana company to sell THC gummies to promote
the new TV series. HBO is partnering up with a
major company. But it's just dope. The point of their
story is grand. They're only ten milligrams blah blah blah.
But HBO, which has you know, a huge platform, they're
using their money.

Speaker 3 (31:42):
To go buy THHC products.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
So when you think about companies like that, like who
knows what the next big company is it going to
be Google, is going to be Facebook?

Speaker 3 (31:51):
You know a lot of these companies give up promotional.

Speaker 5 (31:52):
Items right right.

Speaker 3 (31:54):
They gotta buy them.

Speaker 2 (31:54):
You gotta buy promotional items, whether it's a backpack, a.

Speaker 5 (31:57):
T shirt, whatever it is.

Speaker 2 (31:58):
They spend millions of dollars on these things, promotional items.
It's dope to see that a company like HBO is
spending money on a THC product, And it's just crazy
to think of what's next.

Speaker 5 (32:12):
You know what HBO also just created and I don't
know if this is part of the same deal, but
we should definitely look into it because I could foresee
this happening pretty quickly. HBO teamed up with podcasts and
they're going to start doing podcasts, and they're gonna start
launching live podcasts on HBO so you can watch HBO online,

(32:33):
I mean at home now and you're gonna be able
to watch live podcasts. And they're talking about signing new
acts and all that stuff.

Speaker 4 (32:38):
So I got it, We got I got a deal
going right now.

Speaker 5 (32:40):
Nice, Nice and wait to hear about it. What's what's
his name?

Speaker 4 (32:44):
Podcast of Craig?

Speaker 5 (32:45):
Yeah, the podcast Craig's podcast. Yeah, No, I wouldn't It
wouldn't surprise me one bit, Craig. I wouldn't be surprised.
If this comedy If your brother does it by comedy.

Speaker 2 (32:54):
Jam, your brother needs to do it by himself as
he's not here, but he's online by himself right now
right the show on HBO. It is called and you
can buy these, you know, from this company called Canoa
or kenyak Ka and not Kenyakkan han i ajakan conic.

Speaker 3 (33:12):
Hey a n h A who knows how to pronounce it.
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
But bottom line, it's in California. It's basically you can
find them in dispensaries, you can get them on ease.
But the moral of the story, in my opinion, is
to find out what the next company that's gonna do
something that's given away cannabis.

Speaker 3 (33:26):
You know, like a lot of companies will give away
some alcohol or give you something.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
Of course twenty one over and if you're twenty one
and over to get a free cannabis whatever. I just
find that it's strange to think that that's where we're
going in society.

Speaker 5 (33:38):
Now.

Speaker 3 (33:39):
We haven't seen this yet.

Speaker 2 (33:40):
We haven't seen a company buy a promotional item or
here's some THC gummy bears as a free product for
a TV show.

Speaker 5 (33:46):
Today on HBO.

Speaker 3 (33:47):
Cannabis and close enough.

Speaker 4 (33:50):
Make sure you how are they gonna give it out?

Speaker 3 (33:52):
I don't know that.

Speaker 2 (33:52):
Information exactly, how they're gonna get it mail exactly, So
you're probably gonna have to show up maybe if you're
at the events, you know what I mean, you're you know, granted,
if you go to some events, you can get some
tac like.

Speaker 5 (34:02):
And I was like when you're at these it sounds
like a pr Now you're not allowed to give them away?
Right if?

Speaker 4 (34:07):
No, No, you can give it away. No, a retailer
cannot give away cannabis unless it's under SB thirty four,
which is which is basically for charity and you know,
giving away to patients. Other than that, you can't give it.
A retailer can't give it away, nor can a manufacture.

(34:29):
So but you can buy it and give it away.
So if someone wants to buy it at retail and
then give it away, they can do that as long
as it's not over twenty eight grams of flower and
to a adult or eight grams away on.

Speaker 3 (34:41):
What they're saying.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
It's thrilling to be a part of this team and
create a campaign that feels so authentic to close enough,
that's the name of the show. Peter Sherman is a
senior vice president of Programming Marketing for HBO Max and
said the press release, you know, when crafting any campaign,
our aim is always to create experience for the audience
that feels genuine and exciting. And you know what I'm

(35:03):
telling you, this is genuine and exciting. I just think
it's dope for HBO to look out of the box.

Speaker 3 (35:08):
I agree, and do something big.

Speaker 4 (35:09):
I agree, Joe.

Speaker 5 (35:10):
It's gonna be more big companies Joe, that are gonna
start to do this. I mean HBO is just scritched.

Speaker 3 (35:14):
I mean Amazon like they got big, big money.

Speaker 5 (35:17):
You know what I mean. Oh, they start doing something crazy,
people are gonna start coming in and and you know,
prior to the federal legal and and and that's when
I think fed feds are gonna go. Look, all the
big companies are doing it now. Can't wait for the
car companies to make like the hamp leief.

Speaker 4 (35:31):
Now the Senate has to switch because right now such
big business is in it. That for the Senate, which
is run by Republicans, don't see that now. I don't
know what more can happen. They don't. It's gotta flip
Democrat because the Republicans just they don't give a fuck.
They got their heads.

Speaker 3 (35:51):
It's taboo. They think they're all gonna cough and die
like blues.

Speaker 5 (35:54):
Right now on sets, I'm already coughing and dying.

Speaker 4 (35:57):
Well there it is.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
Guys.

Speaker 5 (35:58):
You know, if if you do, you know, want to
be a part of our show, you can call us
anytime at one eight hundred four twenty nineteen eighty.

Speaker 2 (36:06):
That one hundred again, that number again. Craig is one
a hundred four twenty nineteen eighty. Mats Craig four, twenty
nineteen eighty.

Speaker 5 (36:12):
And remember this. If no one else loves you, we do.
