Speaker 1 (00:02):
Welcome to the very first episode of Casual Chaos. Hey guys,
I'm Gia, and most of you might know me from
The Real Housewives in New Jersey. My mom is an
og Teresa Judice. But now I am stepping out on
my own to really give you guys an inside look
of who I really am beyond the Real Housewives. My

(00:24):
family has been on this show since two thousand and nine,
but my family has also been through a lot a
lot of hard times, a lot of dark times, but
there's also been a lot of good times and a
lot of good memories that have came from the Real
Housewives in New Jersey. But beyond that, I've always had

(00:45):
to be kind of serious on the show. Besides, when
I was an eight year old running around going to
my auditions in New York City, I was a kid
during my young years while being on the show, and
I acted like one. But then that came to a
really big halt when my family went through legal issues

(01:08):
and we had family drama and there was just a
really dark cloud over my family for a really long time.
So during that time on the show, I still am
but I have always been my mom's right hand man
no matter what it's her and I through it all.

(01:29):
If she has no one, I'm right there with her.
It kind of made me have to have a more
serious attitude on the show and not be my fun,
lighthearted honestly, don't give a self. But with all of that,
I kind of couldn't act like that on the show
because it was topics involving my family. So I'm so

(01:54):
excited to finally show you guys who I am outside
of the Housewives in New Jersey and outside of this
dark cloud that my family has been under for many years.
We're finally out of it now. My dad is living
his best life in the Bahamas, my mom is remarried,

(02:15):
and my family's doing really good. So now I'm excited
to really let you all get to know me and
see this fun, lighthearted side of me that you really
didn't get to see on TV. All Right, and I'm
sure you guys want me to get way deeper into
the real Housewives in New Jersey drama, but that is

(02:37):
for a later date and time and another episode. Let's
get into what has been going on with me behind
the scenes. So, yeah, I went to college. I am
coming up on my two year graduation date. That's like sickening.
I can't believe I graduated two years ago. But I

(02:58):
loved college. I went into college wanting to be a lawyer.
My major was criminal justice, my minor was sociology. I
have a vivid memory of me and my criminal justice
class freshman year, so excited and loving every minute of it.
And I also have a vivid memory of me my

(03:18):
senior year of college taking an employment law class, writing
briefs and loving every minute of it. I love criminal justice.
I love the field. I love the topic. That was
never an issue for me. I was good at the work.
I got it done, I enjoyed it. I also was

(03:40):
always so interested in the psychological aspect of it. I
always wanted to know why do criminals commit the crimes
that they do. So I loved my entire college experience academically.
Then I really started picking up social media during COVID,
I want to say, into my junior and senior year

(04:02):
of college, I really started becoming more active on all
of my pages. Starting to become more active on social
media did not deter my love for the law, but
it did deter my focus to becoming a lawyer. If
my heart was fully set on becoming a lawyer. I

(04:24):
would have had to give up social media, give up
everything that I was doing, and honestly give up the
money coming in. I'm just being real with you. So
at that point I was like, am I really going
to stop all of this right now? So a lot
of you are maybe disappointed in me for not becoming

(04:45):
a lawyer, but the chapter is not closed. I can
always pull a kimk and go back to law school,
do it part time. And I know a lot of
moms that do that as well. They're in law school
right now part time, never going to be in my
twenties again, getting these opportunities, and I really just wanted

(05:07):
to capitalize on it. That's literally it. It's not me
being lazy or not wanting to become a lawyer. And shit,
the l SATs were hard, Like I actually was driving
myself insane. I was studying for a year and a half,
spent over five thousand on tutors, Like I don't want

(05:29):
you guys to think I didn't try, because I did.
But social media coming in the way that it did,
job offers coming in the way that it did, all
these opportunities coming in the way that they were coming
in and still are coming in. My tutor literally looked
at me one day and said to me, if you
are not one hundred percent invested in this and one
hundred percent in the game, you couldnot become a lawyer

(05:53):
because going to law school studying for your LSATs it's
a full time job. And after college, I had a
job at Rymax, which is a marketing corporation, and I
took time off from Rymax to study for my OLSATS.
But at the same time, I was also trying to
juggle social media. It was just all too much. So

(06:16):
that's why I put my law career on holds. And
now I'm telling you guys my story and really letting
you guys come into my life through Instagram, TikTok and
now this amazing podcast, Casual Chaos. So I'm super excited
for this. So don't be mad at me, guys, for
not becoming a lawyer. I still love it. I'll tell

(06:38):
you about all the briefs that I wrote in college,
and I'll really get into that whole thing, because I
feel like you guys feel like I kind of gave
up on that, but I didn't. I just kind of
took a pause because I still really love the law,
and I'm so intrigued on the topic, but that is

(07:01):
for a later date and I will get more into
that and talk all about my college experience with you
guys in another podcast. But yeah, that was kind of
what made me also want to pursue social media full time.
The opportunities were endless, and I know if anybody else

(07:21):
got this opportunity, it was either let's make some money
and have a really good time or spend four more
years in school and be in debt. It just didn't
make sense. So this was my path right now. So
I hate to break you to you. I'm not engaged

(07:42):
and I'm not pregnant, but I do have an amazing boyfriend.
His name is Christian, and we've been together for six
years now. We actually met how Cliche at the Jersey
Shore and we've been together ever since. So we're the
same aida. I'm three months older technically, but Christian and

(08:04):
I have really grown together and I think that's one
of the most special things about our relationship. But I'm
super excited to have him on the podcast soon and
really talk about the depths of our relationship and kind
of give you our own relationship advice in a way.
He is my second serious relationship and hopefully my last,

(08:30):
and he really is the person that I see forever with.
So I'm really excited for you guys to get to
know him. So after college, I moved back home. I
don't have an urgency to move out right now. I mean,
I have everything I need at home. I know people
that stay home until they get married. I make my

(08:50):
own money, I do my own thing, But I just
don't see the urgency to move out. The only reason
why I want to move out is to move in
with Christian, So when we're both ready, that's going to happen.
But I get amazing meals cooked by my mom and
that is and my dog. I love my Bella, my
Bella and just being home with my family. I honestly

(09:14):
love it. Christian loves it too. Christian is one of
four as well, so he has four brothers. He's one
of four brothers. I'm one of four sisters, so we
have very similar home dynamics where it's fun being around
your siblings and your family. So as much as I'm
living at home, I also do my own thing all

(09:36):
the time I'm in and out of the city. I'm
working every day. There's days where I barely see my
house and my mom doesn't want me to move out.
I still help around the house with my sisters. Audriana's
still home. I don't know. I'm just in no rush.
It's kind of just whenever Christian and I are ready.

(09:57):
We talk about it all the time, look at apartments
and houses all the time. It's not like it's not
on our radar. But we also don't need to jump
into it next week, and when the time comes, you
guys will have a front row seat and be a
part of the whole journey. So now that I've filled

(10:25):
you guys in on my life, what's going on, how
I got here, now I want to tell you guys
a little bit about this podcast and what I'm going
to be bringing to the table and why I'm so
excited for you all to listen and tune in every week.
So I want to talk about girl talk, pop culture,
hot takes. I'm excited to get casually chaotic with you

(10:48):
guys and just have fun conversations. I can't wait to
talk about beauty and wellness with you guys. I love
all of my beauty products and doing my hair and makeup.
I can't wait to share with you guys my favorite
makeup products. I also love getting dressed up for a
night out, so I can't wait to go through some
fashion trends and fashion tips that I've been loving this season.

(11:12):
And also, let's talk about wellness. It is so important
and keeps me so sane every day to do at
least one workout and incorporate vitamins and just have a
healthy lifestyle. I really got into working out this year.
I'm currently on my seventy five soft journey. I'm really busy.
I couldn't commit to seventy five hard and then I

(11:33):
would have just disappointed you all. So seventy five soft,
I don't disappoint myself. I don't disappoint you guys, and
we kind of go through the process slow and together.
But yeah, seventy five soft has been amazing. I am
also a pilates girlly now, I am so obsessed with
the ex Former machine. I think I need to buy
one for my house. But I am obsessed with it.

(11:56):
It is killer. You want to get a tone body,
go to pull with the next Former. I'm so excited
to have so many people on the podcast like beauty experts, influencers,
reality stars, celebrities, family and friends, you name it. I'm
going to have it all. But make sure to head
over to our Instagram Casual Chaos with Gia and comment

(12:17):
who you want to see on my podcast. So there
you have it, guys. This podcast is going to be
an inside look into my everyday life as an influencer,
reality star, and entrepreneur. I can't wait to give you
guys weekly updates of me living my life in my
twenties and work updates. So make sure to grab your

(12:39):
