Hello, hello! Welcome back to "Sincerely, Janney." I'm really loving these shorter episodes, where I can record my thoughts, feelings and ideas for you guys in real time. Keep in mind, these episodes are not recorded in a studio, they're recorded on-the-go, and this time I'm recording from the backyard of my home. Anyway, today, I'm sharing my thoughts on the importance of BEING PRESENT. I'll also share how heavy the immigration raids have been on my heart and I'm also urging everyone to protest peacefully.

Speaker 1 (00:03):
My dear Kilsteneran. I am here sitting in my backyard.
I just had an amazing session with magic mushrooms. That's
something I recommend you guys doing unless you've done your
research and you do it in a spiritual way, not recreational.
But that for another time. We can speak about that more.

(00:24):
But I had an amazing, amazing session by myself with
my soundbols, listening to music, feeling the feelings, looking at
all the colors, just enjoying the present moments. And I
wanted to remind you guys with this mini episode to
just remember to be mindful, to stay present and say

(00:48):
thank you God, thank you that I can see this
right before me, thank you that I could hear and
listen to this music. Thank you that I can touch
this water bottle, thank you that I can chase my
grain juice. We take those little things for granted so
often because of life, and it's normal because we don't
stop and really think about it, which is what I'm

(01:10):
inviting you to do, is to just take a moment
to just feel the breasts in your lungs and just
really realizing, you know, and being thankful for the little
things that we sometimes just overlook because we're busy, because
we are working and just living and doing life. We work.

(01:32):
I'm going to include myself because I am also guilty
of this where we live to work and we should
work to live. Does that make sense? I don't know
if I'm making sense right now. I saw so many
beautiful birdies. I could hear all of them chirping and singing,

(01:52):
and it was just so beautiful. And I need to
do more of that, which is why I wanted to
do this episode. And I know there's so much going
on in the world, you guys. Right now, I have
been so emotional. It's been so heavy on my heart
that that's why I needed to take today and just say, Okay,
I need to breathe. And I know that the world
is chaotic and that's out of my control. But what
I do have control of is what I am feeling,

(02:12):
what I am consuming. How I can help, And it
doesn't even have to be on a big scale. It
could just be by praying and just saying, Okay, I'm
going to be still for a second and quiet down
the noise and work on my inner piece and get
myself mentally prepared, you know, So anyway, I am praying
for everyone that's being affected by immigration. It's really really

(02:36):
heavy on me and it's not something that I could
just watch and not say anything about. But also we
need to remember, guys too, we're going to go protest
to it peacefully. Two negatives don't make a positive. Is
that correct? Or maybe it does scientifically, But what I'm
saying is, la Luki, she just brought me my food.
I'm having mole with red rice, you guys, And Lucy

(02:56):
is my housekeeper. She's amazing. She's my I don't even
like to say how because I'm just like, you know,
I love her. She's a part of the family. And
she's say, I'm gonna cut this watermelon for you. I'm like,
oh my gosh, that's exactly what I wanted God to
set me some watermelons. Anyway, what was I even saying? Okay, yeah,
So what I'm saying is that if we're going to
go protest, do it peacefully. Don't be aggressive, don't be violent,

(03:19):
don't vandalize. Like I feel a lot of people are
burning things and it's just that only just causes the
police to be more aggressive and be even meaner to
the immigrants that are being taken away. So just if
you are one of those people that are going to
go protest, which I think you should. We should go protest,
you know, just do it peacefully and remind everyone around
you. You guys, do this peacefully to show them that we're stronger,
that we're smarter that you know, do it in a

(03:41):
good way. Like it's just use your voice. It's powerful.
But me, be mindful. Be mindful. Oh my god, that's
that's the whole thing. Be mindful. Anyway, I'm going to
enjoy mind food right now. Thank you God for this food,
Thank you for this moment. Thank you for each and
every single one of my listeners. Thank you that you've
given me the spot to express myself and that these

(04:02):
people are actually listening. I'm so grateful God, Thank you,
thank you. Thank you for the water that I'm going
to drink. I bless my water, I bless my food.
I bless the hands that made it, and I blessed
this moment. And so it is, and so it will be.
Ammend Sincerely, Gene,
