Speaker 1 (00:04):
Dear beautiful, wonderful listener. I hope you're doing good. I
hope you're feeling good. I hope you will up feeling
grateful and are having an amazing day. And if you're not,
and you're feeling a little overwhelmed like I am right now,
I understand. I get it. I go through it as well,

(00:24):
and you have to honor those feelings, like when you
feel like crying, you just need to cry, just need
to let it out. And that's what I was just
doing right now. And one of my new favorite places
in my house, in my backyard, on a nice, big,
comfy lounge outdoor chair that I was going to get
rid of, but I think I'm going to keep for
a little longer because I've been sitting here drinking my tea,

(00:47):
reading my books and just in silence, and it's been wonderful.
And today I woke up fine. I did have a
bit of a not stressful day. Yesterday wasn't stressful. It
was just I think a little like disappointing and disheartening,
and not only with the other person that I was
dealing with, but with myself. I feel like I could

(01:07):
have handled the situation a little different but it's okay.
It is what it is. I'm accepting it. I've accepted it.
I'm not sad, I'm not angry about it. I'm just
glad that that's over and done with. So I didn't
necessarily wake up sad. There wasn't really anything that triggered
this session of tears because I just finished crying. But

(01:30):
I think I just needed to cry. And I think
I'm at a crossroads right now, and I would tell
you about it, but I don't necessarily have it clear yet,
so i'd rather not until I do. But I do
feel at a crossroads right now of letting go of

(01:53):
certain things and maybe even people that are good for me,
or I think are for me or work good for
me for this season of my life, and things that
make me happy and make me feel good momentarily but
aren't necessarily good for what I want to do in
the future. So I know it's a lot of gibberish

(02:15):
right now. I'm still trying to figure it out myself,
but I think it was just the thought of letting go.
It's that whole thing that we've talked about, or I've
told you guys about on Cheeky's and chill where it's
They call it La Lais del Basillo. So it's the
law of emptying out of just okay, saying, Okay, I'm

(02:39):
gonna let go of this God because I trust you.
Even though these things make me happy, even though these
people make me happy and these activities, I'm going to
just let it go because I know there's something better.
And I've had to let go of people or situations
because they've been really bad for me. But now I'm
in this new found journey of having to let go

(03:03):
of things that make me happy and I think are
good for me, but I don't know if they'll fit
where I'm going. And that kind of shook me and
it made me cry. And now I have to shake
it off because I have to go to work because
I'm gonna go record an episode of Footy on the

(03:23):
Go and I'm really excited because it's one of my
favorite restaurants here in La so I'm excited for that.
So I just got to shake it off. And I
just thought I would send you guys a voice, want
to let you guys know that at the end of
the day, I'm like you guys, I'm human and I
have emotions, and I have a lot of them, and
I think a lot, and now that I'm sitting in

(03:45):
silence and meditating in silence, even without music, it's been
a new world of just things. And I don't know
exactly where I'm going with this, but I would just
leave you a message because you're like my diary, and

(04:05):
I just express it and leave it here and thank
you for listening, and everything will be fine. We will
find our way, I think it is when we want
to and we have the desire, we will. And hopefully
this episode doesn't bring you down, because if you're having
an amazing day, continue to have an amazing day. That's amazing.
I have a lot of amazing days, and then I

(04:26):
have days like these, and maybe you do too, So
maybe this episode will help you get through those cloudy days,
because they're still beautiful on their own and they're meant
to teach us things. But sometimes, you know, cloudy days
and change and growth is uncomfortable. So it's all right, guys,
We're gonna be all right anyway. I love you. Now,

(04:48):
let's go have an amazing rest of our day. Sincerely, Janey,
