Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hello, my beautiful, wonderful listener. I hope you are having
an amazing day, feeling good, feeling inspired, feeling happy. There
goes Ryu anytime anyone's at the door. These dogs go crazy,
especially Ryu. AnyWho, Thank goodness, I'm feeling good, and there's
the vacuum. I don't know if you hear the vacuum.
(00:24):
There's about going on at home. I am sitting at
my kitchen table looking out the window. So I just
felt inspired to send you a message right now. Like
I was saying, I'm feeling great today. I had a
great workout, I woke up early. I feel good. But
if for whatever reason, you're not having a good day,
I understand because I have those as well. Just take
(00:44):
a deep breath, let out all the negative feelings, and
when you take another deep breath in hell all the
things that you need, whether it's positivity or clarity or
love or pay whatever it may be, and then just
release the fear, the doubt, the confusion, whatever it is
(01:06):
that you're dealing with. That always helps me. Breathing intentionally
is so good for us guys. But AnyWho, that is
not the point of this voice note today. The point
is that I wanted to hopefully inspire you and challenge
you a little bit to commit an act of kindness
for someone else, preferably a stranger. I know that sounds crazy, right,
(01:28):
but I think it's beautiful when God has blessed us
with so much, with a roof over our head, with
clothes on our back, with food and our refrigerator, with
money on our account. Even if it's not a lot,
it could be a coffee for someone. It could be
you could be in the drive through paying for your
coffee and if you have an extra ten to twenty dollars,
(01:48):
you could just say, hey, can I pay for the
coffee for the person behind me. You don't even have
to know this person. It's just paying it forward. In
church they call it tithing, which means you know, giving
you're offering at church. I do that as well when
I go to church, but I like to do it
in my community with the people that I know, but
(02:10):
a lot more with the people that I don't know,
with just helping others than It goes such a long way.
And again, it doesn't have to be a lot. I
did it the other day and it felt so good.
It's something that I love to do. I feel like
God has given me a lot, and I want to
(02:30):
share those blessings, and I feel like it's my responsibility
as a human being to help others, especially when they
don't expect it. I went to the grocery store and
I went to go buy some peaches, and then I
just started paying for people's groceries, strangers, people that knew me.
Other people didn't. And two people said no. They're like, oh, no,
(02:51):
thank you, thank you, but no thank you. They weren't
rude about it, and that's okay, but I just feel
like some people started crying, like, oh my gosh, thank you,
like I can't believe you're doing this. And it's like,
right now, times are hard, and they are for all
of us. So I think if you do have and
it is going to have to be monetarily, it could
be helping someone with their groceries to their car. It
(03:12):
could be putting the carts away, even if it's not
your cart at the grocery store in the lot, putting
them away for the worker that has to come and
do it later. I don't know. I mean, it could
be almost anything. Even if you see a piece of
trash on the ground and it's not yours and you
didn't leave it there, but you can pick it up
(03:32):
and put it in the trash can like that. Those
are the little things that go a long way. And
God is seeing that, and the universe sees that, and
we don't have to do it, so God gives us more.
It's doing it from a place of gratitude of Wow,
God has been good to me, and even if I'm
not feeling my best right now, because that day I
was not feeling my best, and doing that made me
(03:54):
feel good. I was like, Okay, I need to do
something outside of myself to help others and maybe that's
going to help me feel better. And it did. But
it's just doing it from a place of kindness and
of gratitude. So I just wanted to like share that
with you and hopefully it does inspire you again. I
(04:17):
can give you more examples, but just think of something
that makes you happy. You know. It could even be
a coworker you know, and just say, hey, I want
to buy you lunch today or bring someone to coffee
to work. I challenge you to do it with a stranger.
Believe me, people are going to be shocked because people
don't do that anymore. I even want to do this
(04:39):
thing where I'm going to put a sign on myself
and be like, hey, if you need a hug, come
to me. Like I love giving people hugs, like someone
sometimes people just need hugs, you know, like when people
are walking around with a bad attitude or upset, like
maybe all they need is a hug. I even ask
people when I go somewhere and they're not in the
best mood. I'm like, hey, are you having a bad
(04:59):
day to day? I hope it gets better, you know,
and smile, you know, instead of like giving them an
attitude back, it's showing them love and spreading some light
and it just switches people. I don't know, just try it.
I wanted to share that and hopefully it makes a
difference not only in the other person's life, but also
in yours. I hope you have a beautiful day, a
(05:22):
beautiful rest of your day, and you get some good
sleep already. Sincerely, Jenney,
