Hello, my dear listener. I pray that you are doing well.

I am doing fantastic. I'm having a great day, thank God.

And I say that in that way because I'm not
gonna lie. The energy has been very dense, I think,
just in the world and the super moon and the
eclipse we just had, and some of you may not
believe in that stuff, and that's okay, but I definitely do.
And I am a cardinal sign, so those types of

things do affect me.

So I was very emotional up and down. It was weird.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
I was moody and sad and I don't know why,
and it was just so weird.

But thank goodness, I am good. I had to surrender and.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Release the way I've been teaching you guys, and it
helped a lot. I grounded myself. Yesterday I was feeling
some type of way. I'm like, wait a second, no, no, no,
you know what to do today. So I went outside
in my backyard and I took off my chank glass
and I stepped on the grass and I just let
the sun hit me, and I'm like, I am here,

I am grateful, and I just started being grateful for
everything around me, and it completely shifted everything. I'm on
my way to a retreat, and I was feeling like
canceling because I'm like, I'm just so overwhelmed. There's just
so much to do, and that's why I want to
go do that because I was like, I don't feel
like packing. And as soon as I did that, and
I just surrendered it to God and I'm like, you

know what, God, if this is meant for me and
you really want me to go, please please please change
my mood.

And I kid you not.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Within like twenty minutes, I felt better and I was
happy and optimistic, and I put some music on and
I started packing and I cleaned up my room and
I put everything away, like I did more than I
needed to do, and I started very late and was
able to finish everything. And I felt very proud of

myself because usually I'm late, and I did not.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
I was able to go.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Work out this morning, go home and put everything in
the car and make it on time because I'm driving
there myself. I'm actually driving right now to it's called
Three Rivers, California.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
It's by Sequoia.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
It's about twenty minutes from Sequoia, and I'm going to
a spiritual retreat. And I won't give details yet because
I'm not necessarily ready to give details, but it's a
spiritual retreat. I'm coming by myself, and I'm excited and
I'm glad that I came and I didn't let those
negative feelings stop me from doing this because sometimes, and
I've done this in the past, our emotions aren't reliable,

so we have to kind of check them, you know,
and be like, Okay, wait, what triggered this emotion?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Where's this coming from?

Speaker 1 (02:48):
And kind of like give ourselves self therapy before we
make decisions. And I used to make decisions off of
impulse because I was feeling some type of way. So
I'm glad that I give to myself this and give
myself the opportunity to come because I deserve it, and
I deserve this time alone and I deserve this time

(03:09):
to connect with God, to connect with my higher self,
with my inner child, and really take this time to
be honest with myself. Are there things that I want
to change? Are there things that I still need to
work on? Because healing is is, healing is a journey.
Healing is a for everything, you know, and I'm starting

(03:31):
to understand and accept that I used to think, Okay,
I'm gonna heal from this and then I'm gonna.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Be happy forever. No, it's not how it works, and
it's okay.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Life is life and healing is not linear, you know.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
So now that I understand that, I know how to.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Face certain things and not react a certain way. So anyway,
I just wanted to share this hope with something I
said in this voice memo for you helps you, because
that's always my intention behind everything and anything that I
do is to connect with you, guys, and inspire you
and make you feel better and share with you the

things I'm going through so that you don't feel alone
because you're not You're not crazy, and there's nothing wrong
with you and you're not broken. Like Jayla, my niece
one said, it's a bad moment, it's not a bad life.
I think I've shared that with you guys before on
