Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hello, my dear. I hope that you are feeling great today.
I hope that you're smiling and feeling optimistic. I wanted
to talk to you about something that's a little tmi.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
Not a little, actually a lot.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
I've always had digestic system issues or digestive issues, constipation.
I do think it has a lot to do with
my childhood, and I would just hold in a lot
of stuff, a lot of things that happened to me.
I held it in, and you know, I messed up
my digestic system quite a bit. And as an adult,
(00:40):
once I realized how much I liked pooping and I
wasn't doing it as often, I started getting addicted to laxatives.
It started with teas, teas to go to the restroom.
I don't know if you guys know the why. Latina
is the one that has the three little ballerinas in
the front. It's a green box, and then there's another
when that comes from China. I eased my way from those.
Speaker 2 (01:05):
I eased away from those, should I say?
Speaker 1 (01:07):
And those were very strong, So I thought, okay, cool,
let me find something a little more natural, and I
started using some alo pills.
Speaker 2 (01:16):
And then the alo pills were still very It was
just pure aloe right in capsules.
Speaker 1 (01:23):
And then I went from that to some prune pills,
which I thought, Okay, they're just a bunch of prunes
dried up into this pill. And then I realize a
few months ago that they were laxatives, reading and researching
on them a little bit more so I've been trying
to wean off of them. Anyway, The point is that
(01:44):
yesterday I felt very lethargic.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
I was so tired. I couldn't get my thoughts straight.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
Everything was foggy, I couldn't stay up, and I thought,
oh my gosh, it's just because I had a very
long weekend. I hadn't had a weekend so busy every
single day for.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
A long time.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
And then I woke up a little tired today and
I got to the gym and I released. So the
point of this whole conversation with myself but with you,
is the art of releasing, Okay, the art of releasing
literally and also what I always talk about, which is surrendering,
(02:29):
so letting shit go, and in my case literally, I
swear to you, once I released my energy, the left
side of my brain felt clear.
Speaker 2 (02:42):
It was insane.
Speaker 1 (02:43):
It is insane because I'm still kind of processing it
and realizing how important it is to release in.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
Every single way, let things go. Don't carry that with you.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
And I always talk about it, but right now, since
I'm experience and seeing it firsthand, I'm like, dude, it
was weighing me down quite literally. So that's why I
just want to remind you that we have.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
To let shit go. Guys.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
If there's something that happened and hurt our feelings, like,
let's not hold onto it, Let's process it, Let's forgive
the person, even if they don't ask for forgiveness, whatever
the case may be. We just have to learn to
surrender and to release it and to let it go,
like not carry that around with us.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
So yeah, I was talking.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
To my to my trainer Cody about it, and he's
the one that said it the art of releasing letting
shit go, and I was like, oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
I was like, I'm gonna do a sincerely jione on
that right now as soon as I left. So that's
what I'm doing and I'm driving home and I have
a pretty busy day today. I'm very happy, but I
am grateful that I was able to go to the
restaurant because now I can have my full brain back,
and I'm going to continue on this journey of just
eating more fiber and trying to do it more naturally
(04:01):
and wean myself off of these pills because it's been
years and I just have to show my metabolism that
there is another way, there are healthier ways, and I
have to remind myself that it's going to be a
process and I have to trust the process and celebrate
the small winds and celebrate the progress.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
So that's that, guys. I'm celebrating with you. Guys. Thank
you for listening, and yeah, I'll see you soon. Have
a beautiful day. Smile. It's contagious. Sincerely today,
