Speaker 1 (00:04):
My dearest wonderful listener. Hi from Woodland, California. I am
on Tipingga Canyon Road on my way home right now
from the gym, and I had a very interesting morning.
I woke up late. I woke up at five twenty seven.
I was supposed to be up at five am because
I had my trainer at six point thirty. I leave
(00:25):
my house on time, which I was very surprised. I
did my prayers, got my tea and honey, did the
whole thing. And usually I am always five minutes late,
not proud of it, but today I was two minutes early.
I got to the gym at six twenty eight. Guys,
(00:45):
I'm there, I'm stretching. I finally taxed my trainer and
I'm like, hey, did I misunderstand? And he said, well,
you said so and so he said this day, and
I'm like, oh my god, I did I meant to
say today. Anyway, the point is I worked out. I
got it done. After taking a week break, I could not,
(01:07):
for the life of me, wake up last week. I
was so exhausted. I was like, you know what, I'm
just gonna give my body a rest, which I think
is important. Obviously, We've talked about rest on the podcast,
and rest is a part of our jobs and we
need to rest, but we have to know how to rest.
And I think I'm gonna do a cheekas and chill
episode on how to rest. There's different ways of how
(01:28):
to rest the mind, the body, et cetera. But still
moving energy around. And that's why I wanted to send
this voice note because it is so important guys to
move energy. We are energy, okay to move it around
in our minds, in our bodies, because if not, it
gets stuck in our muscles, in our emotions, in our
(01:50):
mind and that's why we need to keep things flowing.
And that's what I realized right now. I mean, I've
known this, but I went through it again firsthand end
because I had a really tough day yesterday emotionally. Granted,
there's a lot going on and I have reasons to
be stressed out, but since I got back from my
last retreat, I've been better with managing my emotions and
(02:13):
I just break through things. But yesterday was one of
those days where I was like, oh my gosh, Like
I just cried and I felt so overwhelmed, and I'm like,
what is going on. Well, today I figured it out.
I just had to move my damn body. I just
had to really work out, and especially at my age,
(02:35):
like it's so important to strength train and lift weights,
and it's just important. It's just something that we have
to do. And I felt the difference. Guys. Your body's energy,
Your body is spirit, and every time you move, you
heal something, even if you don't notice it right away.
(02:59):
So today, choose to move, choose to sweat, Choose to
show up for yourself or your future, your mood, your health,
your spirit will definitely thank you, guys, because we need
to detox our bodies on a daily basis, and this
is a way to do so, releasing toxins through sweat,
through our elymphatic system, moving energy around so that it
(03:21):
doesn't become disease, so that it doesn't become chronic pain.
We are energy, guys, and that's what it is. And
I think America would be a lot healthier if we
just moved our body, even if it's a nice little stroll,
one that makes you sweat a little bit, walking on
an incline, taking a little jog. Strength training is so
(03:44):
good for you. A dance class zoomba dancing is so
freaking amazing, guys. I've been doing that a lot too.
When I'm feeling a certain way, I go outside on
my grass barefoot, and I just dance under the sun
and I move my body, especially like my solar plexus,
which is the third chakra right like in our naval area.
(04:08):
So anyway, one day, maybe we have to do another
episode on chakras and the energy they carry and knowing
if I'm feeling this, if I'm thinking this, what chakra
is out of line, that's another good episode. But anyway,
the point is move your body, guys. It doesn't have
to be now, but if tomorrow you're able to do it,
(04:28):
do it. Just move your body a little bit, even
if you do some jumping jacks, oh my gosh, jumping
jacks ten help some you know, punching, the air boxing,
shadow boxing. Trust me, your body and your mind, your
emotions will thank you. And that is all. That is it.
I love you and I hope you have an amazing day.
(04:50):
Thank you for listening, and that is it. Ten four
sincerely today,
