Speaker 1 (00:00):
Up next c J. Pearson on Censored part of the
English Set Network. We live in America. We don't live
in Venezuela. We don't live in Cuba, we don't live
in some socialist third world country. We live in the
United States of America. There is no reason that people
in this country should not be able to cast their
ballot and and have faith in the fact that it

(00:21):
will be counted and then it won't be tainted by
some illegal votes either. Hey guys, c J. Peerson here
and welcome to c J. Pierson and sincer. So. I
don't know if you can tell, but you probably can't.
I so a little bit different today, and it's because
I'm fresh off um a speech at this huge event

(00:42):
that just happened here in Alfaretta, Georgia, in my home
state UM with Lynnwood, Sydney Powell, all probably familiar names
to you, because they're leading an incredible fight, uh to
stop the steel here in the state of Georgia. But
not just here in Georgia, but in states like Pennsylvania, state,
it's like Wisconsin, and states like Arizona, Nevada. They are

(01:03):
doing a multi state strategy to ensure that the people
of this country can have faith in their elections once more.
I actually have the distinct honor of being the lead
plaintiff in their Georgia lawsuit, which is called Pierson v.
Kemp Um. You know, so it's kind of really really
wild for me, Um, but something I'm greatly honored to

(01:24):
be a part of the reason being is that for me,
guys like me and the governor of the state, we
have an incredible great relationship. I like the guy, I
really do. Um. I like our Senate candidates, and I
think that it is more important than anything that we
rally behind them to get them elected to the Senate. However,
the reason I'm involved in this too is because I
believe that the people of Georgia, as are the people

(01:46):
of every state of this country, deserve to have faith
in integrity in our elections, and they are missing that. Now. Guys,
I saw a poll that recently show that thirty percent
of Americans believe that the election was rigged. Thirty percent
or so. Um. Yes, Joe Biden Geno become president and
that and there's other conditions. I'm sorry, but that's not
good for America. It's not good for the country. It's

(02:06):
not good for our democracy, our republic if we have
a man who seriously is not supported by hundreds of
thousands of people, millions of people. Actually, when you think
about that, thirty percent believe that the way he got
to the White House was through stealing the election. And really, honestly,
a lot of people are saying, well, this is some
big conspiracy. You guys are cooks, you guys are sore losers.

(02:27):
You need to let it go. But every single day
we seem to see more evidence of the contrary that
maybe there is really something there that there is ay
they're they're right. We're seeing stories of people moving machines,
wiping them clean. We we see instances like here in
Georgia where there was a order to not allow for
machines to be wiped, but we hear reports of so

(02:47):
many had already been wiped. And then you have the
judge literally an hour thirty minutes later after that initial
order where he said you guys aren't allowed to wipe
the machines, he says, actually, you guys are allowed to
wipe the machines. You don't have to abide by my
previous order. And then hours later he releases a new
contrary decision that says, wait, guys, so forget my second

(03:09):
order for at the first two, you actually cannot wipe
the machines. So for hours this case was in limbo
with election officials believing that they could wipe the machines.
And it's just it makes no sense it guys. It's
it's sketchy, and and it's incredibly sketchy, and the American
people deserve answers. And so that is why I'm a
part of this fight. That's why I'm a part of
this lawsuits because I believe that the American people are

(03:31):
entitled to knowing how their vote was kind of that
their vote was counted. Guys, because we live in America.
We don't live in Venezuela. We don't live in Cuba,
we don't live in some socialist third world country. We
live in the United States of America. There is no
reason that people in this country should not be able
to cast their ballot and and have faith in the

(03:52):
fact that it will be counted and then it won't
be tainted by some illegal votes either, guys. And and
and you know the thing about it is that the
left often replies, well, even if there was fraud, that
there wasn't widespread voter fraud, So why does it really matter, because, guys,
one illegal vote is one illegal vote too many. America
is about legal vote. It's about a legitimate election. It's

(04:13):
about legitimate candidates being legitimately elected. And that does not
happen when you have people who are not elligible to vote,
who are criminals, who are felons, who don't even live here,
who aren't even from here, who are voting other jurisdiction.
When they vote, the entire election is tainted. And that
is what we're seeing in lawsuits fought about City Powell.
Is what we're seeing in lawsuits fought by the Trump campaign.

(04:34):
We're seeing multiple instances of people who were not illegible
to vote, who voted in this election. And so what
does that say to the people who actually did the
right thing, who got registered the right way, who cast
their absentee ballot, who went to vote in person, right,
what does that say? Because the people that are saying,
like Trump supporters, pack it up, you're done, Why are

(04:54):
you still having this big, glorified timper tantrum, are the
same able there for four long years, four long years,
I can tell you about those years, because I was
around for those years who every single day said that
Donald Trump wasn't the July elected president of States. They
made t shirts and said not my president, had posters
and said it too, because they said that Russia got

(05:16):
him elected, and they every single day they tried to
discredit his president and discredit the fact that he was
I liked about the American people, all these things. Guys,
we've been doing this for what two weeks, And they're
like saying, like, oh, you don't get to do this anymore.
Like you guys are sure losers, like you guys lost.
But guys, when y'all lost, what happened, right, you kept
going and going and going. When you tried to sew
discord in this country, you saw it to pretend as

(05:39):
if Donald Trump was some state actor working to undermine
the United States, was bought and paid for by Russia.
And it's just absurd. And then when we say that, well,
Joe Biden has some sketch relationships with China, then we're
approaching an issue that's a little bit too far. We're
being a little bit too conspiracy minded, right, I don't
understand that for the life of me, and I never will,

(05:59):
because that's not rooted in any real common sense. It's
just absolute bullshit. If we're being white, Frank, if we're
being real about it, and it's it's it's hypocrisy at
its worst, not at its finest, at its worst, genuinely
like these people, and I just and and it's mind boggling, guys.
I'm literally rubbing my temples as I say this, So

(06:20):
rub yours with me if you can, because I'm a
little stressed, because I don't understand how they can seriously
say with a straight face, you guys are insane, You
guys are crazy conceived the election move on when for
four years they refused to do the same thing. They
refused to pack it up, They refused to conceived, They
refused to acknowledge the fact that Donald Trump won the

(06:42):
electoral College. They were such sore losers that they literally
said that they wanted to abolish the college. That they
wanted to abolish it because they couldn't believe that they
had lost. They couldn't believe that the American people had
rejected a woman who wore pants to They couldn't believe
that the American people didn't want another Clinton in the
White House. They didn't want her baggage, they didn't want

(07:03):
her criminal ties, they didn't want her fakeness in the
White House. They couldn't believe it. But guess what, every
real American, every American that works hard every single day,
they didn't want to be punished for their success, punished
for their hard work. Every American, you didn't want to
lose their second event rights. Every American who loves and
adores of freedoms and liberties we enjoy as Americans. Every

(07:24):
American who were like the people I just described, they
understood why Hillary Clinton lost because Hillary Clinton didn't connect
with the American people, and that is why she lost.
And guess what we tried to tell them that. We
try to tell them that, well, and maybe you guys,
maybe you just had a bad candidate. Maybe you did,
but they didn't believe that it was Russia, Russia, Russia.
But now we each come here, we have some credible

(07:45):
allegations of fraud and and and then scams, and they
say that we are just two damn crazy crazy crazy.
Now that is funny, it's actually hilarious. It amuses me almost.
But I really can't say that I expect anything more
from the left, I can't. They're used to the Party

(08:05):
of John McCain, the party Admit Romney, the party that
would just roll over and let them do this ship right,
the party that would just let them just tell Republicans, hey, like,
this is how it is. And I'm sorry if you
feel differently, but it is what it is, you know.
And so that's the issue I have here, right, Like,
they're not used to a party of fighters, a party
of renegades, a party of courageous Americans who will look

(08:27):
in the face of the system and run towards it
and fight against it and not away from it. People
that are committed to drain the swap, not living in it.
People that are committed to doing all they can to
ensure that again, the rule of law that makes America
America remains evenly and adequately applied in the way that
it should be, in the way they're founding fathers intended.

(08:48):
They're not used to people fighting in the way that
they're fighting. They're not used to seeing crowds that the
crowds were getting in every single state we go to
in d C. You know, I talked about it on
an earlier episode. Guys, there were like a hundred thousands
something people there, maybe more here and in Georgia. Guys,
we planned this rally just yesterday and I'm recording this
on a Wednesday. Um we recorded with the rally was today.

(09:09):
We planned it on Tuesday. We threw it together. Guys.
We blew the entire venue out, like literally a thousand people.
A thousand people and a day's notice came to Georgia
at the drop of a dime because they realized how
important the stakes are in this election in the context
of the future and direction of our country. They have
never seen an energy like this. They can't get energy

(09:30):
like this themselves. You look at a Joe Biden rally.
How many people were there? Certainly not the amount of
people I've been seeing at these events, because every video
I saw of Joe Biden rally was like he was
talking to his family. Guy. It is what like thousands
of people, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, all coming
together in this fight because they realized in the importance
of it and how much it matters. More on this

(09:51):
after the break, guys, welcome back to c J. Pearson Uncensored.
So earlier in the show, we were talking about the
incredible rally that happened just yesterday, um, right here in Atlanta, Georgia,
where I'm recording today, and boy was it absolutely electric electric.

(10:12):
And a lot of people have been asking me kind
of what does this lawsuit mean for Georgia rights actually
doesn't entail what does it mean? What's included in it?
And I've got to tell you, it's pretty exciting stuff.
It's pretty excited, but it's some pretty damning stuff too,
because when I look through the lawsuit, which I ironically
it's so crazy. I'm the lead point of in this lawsuit.

(10:32):
It's literally named after me. It's called Pierson v. Kemp
And you can read it on the Sydney Powell's website, UM,
which will be sure to have a link to in
the episode notes here so you guys can get to that.
It's defending the republic dot work. So guys, if you
want to go check that out, you guys want to go, um,
you know, read the lawsuit, read the exhibits, all those things,

(10:53):
the evidence that's coming forth. UM that is going to
be undefending the republic dot work. UM. And really in
this lawsuit they talk about a a lot of things
really One of the things that they really talked about
is Dominion. Now, for those of you aren't familiar with Dominion,
it's a voter like machine software which actually has been
using third world countries to rig elections. Yeah, like you

(11:15):
heard that right, Like this is a conspiracy or anything
like that. Like this is literally what it's been used
for in places like Venezuela, in places like other third
world countries, They've literally used it to rig elections. And
it's actually the software that we use recently here in Georgia.
It's a software that was using other swing states most
recently during this election that led to all these errors

(11:37):
when it kim to vote of tabulation, all these random
Joe Biden votes just randomly going to him. You know,
we would go to sleep at night, Donald Trump would
be leading, and then you would see, randomly the next
day you have whoa Joe Biden is now president Like
the United States. I'm not the best at math, right,
you know, I did okay in high school math, but
I don't think it's like high school math to realize

(11:58):
that this just doesn't make any sense. Does it take
someone taking a pie statistics or probability to know that
that just doesn't make any sense. You don't when we
find two votes and they all go to one person,
it just doesn't happen. But with Dominion software, it's honestly
no surprise at that sort of thing would happen, right.
It is actually the type of software. The machines we
use in Georgia were actually rejected by the State of

(12:19):
Texas because of how susceptible to hacking infiltration they were.
The State of Texas said that we're not going to
use these machines. Are absolutely vulnerable. We are not going
to use the machines. But for some reason, the state
when Georgia decided um which from what I can tell
was a no bid contract um process, that they were
going to give this contract to Dominion and they were
going to be the software that powered these voting machines.

(12:41):
But that wasn't the only shady thing that happened to
Georgia that's included in this lawsuit. So this is actually
really weird and actually really crazy when you think about it. Like,
so there is this instance so at State Farm Arena,
which is um was a voting precinct here or or
is a state where they actually was a site where
they were actually counting balance and votes. Um here in
the state, there was this incent where they said that

(13:02):
there was like some leaky pipe and that everyone was
going home, that all the people that were counting ballots
were going home. So all the observers who were sending
out that Republican Party Democratic part of the all need
to go home as well because no more votes were
gonna be counted that night. It turns out, because that
there was no leaky pipe, there was no one going home.
And so when all the observers were sent home by
the election officials, the people that were counting the ballot

(13:24):
stay not being watched by a single soul, No transparency,
none of that, just them counting ballots after someone said
that they were going to go home, that no more
ballots would be counted for the rest of the day. Now, guys,
I'm not saying that anything happened, but I'm saying then, well,
they definitely provided the conditions to lollowd for that to happen, right,
because if you think about it, like why did they

(13:46):
need to count those ballots a one? Like, it's a
common process, it's a it's always existed for a long
long time that when an election is being is occurring,
that when ballots are being countered, that there are officials
from both parties able to watch it, to observe it,
to an sure that those ballots are being process and
counted in the right way, that there is no opportunity
for fraud to occur. But all these ballot workers were

(14:08):
sent home because apparently there was no more ballots to
be kept. But what it turns out out is that
that just wasn't the case. That was a lie, but
that wasn't the only thing here. But you also have
some exhibits within this case um in the lawsuit filed
by Sydney Powell again Pierce and v. Camp. But you
can find on defending the republic dot org where they
have some reports from experts who says one of the

(14:29):
guys here, his name is Navid. He explains that the U.
S Intelligence Services have developed tools to infiltrate foreign voting machines,
including Dominion. He says that Dominion software is vulnerable to
data manipulation by unauthorized means and permitted election data to
be altered in all battleground states. He concludes it is
an expert witness here a hundreds of thousands of votes
that were cast for president from the general election were

(14:51):
transferred to former Vice President Biden, guys, and the it
just doesn't stop there. But what we also see is
an insurmountable evidence. Board of election rack demonstrate that at
least ninety six thousand ballots were requested and counted, but
we're never recorded as being returned to county election boards
by the voter. Thus, at a minimum, ninety six thousand
votes must be discarded for the record, guys. Biden's margin

(15:13):
of victory in the state, it's like eleven thousand, maybe
fourteen thousand votes, like it's it's a it's around that.
So if ninety six thousand votes are being thrown out,
is very well possible that Donald Trump won this state
and he's entiled to the sixteen l tooral votes of
this state. That's huge. That's big. That's big. This is
actually the craziest thing that happened in Georgia. Like I believed,
and then you know, I was like, Okay, there's some
shady stuff going on. After election, I was like, this

(15:35):
is pretty weird. Um, there's maybe some stuff here. But
what really made me a true believer is when it
happened in my own state when Donald Trump forced UM
kind of the hand of the of the Secretary of
State here brad Raethlinsburger, who's a total rhino, uh, total
lacks convisition, lacks courage. Um is a total met Romney Republican. UM.
He basically forced him and said, hey, you need to

(15:57):
do a recount of every single vote in the state
by hand. First time in Georgia history that's ever happened.
So they do this recount by hand. They have to
count every single ballot by hand. They have to do
all that, and it takes a long time, obviously, because
it's a recount by hand. Usually just run it through
a machine and that is that. So in Floyd County
they found twenty six hundred ballots UM, and another count
they found thirty six hundred ballots, thirty three hundred ballots

(16:19):
that were on some memory stick that just hadn't been counted.
They were like, in these machines, these votes had just
gone on counting. Apparently they were just quote unquote lost,
because like, how the hell does that happen in the
history of America? When don't we just lost memory six
I'm like thousand votes. When has that ever happened, like seriously,
in an election like this so close, so tight, we

(16:40):
have this entire COVID mess going on, and they just
this selection is the one that they lose votes. They
just got one to count it. And they're like, oh, well, guys,
that just happens. That just happens. They trying to explain away.
They released a stick and they're like, it just happens.
What do you mean it just happens. How did that
just happen? And what world does that just happen in
where you just randomly lose thousands of votes and you

(17:04):
just sell the American people, Oh, it just happens. It
just happens. Guys, Like I understand, we may be legal
like Colorado and d C, but it's not legal in Georgia.
I'm not hot. People Georgia aren't high. We understand that
this literally makes no sense. This makes zero sense. And

(17:27):
this is the type of falses that they are trying
to serve us with a straight face and say you
need to believe this, or you're crazy, or you're stupid,
or you're or you're just a kuk. Like what, I
cannot have faith in an election in which thousands of
votes were just lost on some memories stick in some
box and people are just like, oh, well, don't count

(17:47):
them now, Like in what world does that even make sense?
I don't even know if that happens in third world countries.
I think Venezuela probably did a better job at conducting
me that fair election than Georgia did this past cycle.
And that is a damn shame. Seriously, it's a damn shame.
Not just a shame like that. Damn is very important.
It's very important modifier because that is absurd, Like my

(18:10):
mind is blown, absolutely bluned. But a lot of people
are asking, like seriously, where do we go from here?
Like from this, you know with the lawsuits file now
it's been a signed as pederal dist report. Where do
we go from here? Where does the case go from here? Well,
I'm not happen to break Welcome back guys, the C J.

(18:33):
Pearson noncensored. So now that this lawsuit has been filed
in Georgia, very very important, guys, like sixty twelve votes
up for grabs here to stay. If this case goes through,
it's a big one for the president. Where does it
go from here? So, guys, I've had some conversations with Pete,
folks like Cnny Powell. I've had folks with competitions, folks
like Lynn Wood who I've been proud to work with
on this case. And really, the ball is in the

(18:55):
hands of the courts right now. And the thing about
this case, this case is meant to go to the
extance it really is. UM, it's going to go through
the appellate process. We will appeel it at every level
if we need to. UM, we will do everything that
we can't, everything that we need to do to make
things happen. Because the American people deserve to have integrity
and faith in their elections full stop. If that means

(19:15):
going to the Supreme Court, will do that. And guys,
you know, the thing about the Supreme Court, which I'm
I'm so excited about and why it's important that cases
like this get their day in court, is because of
the fact that Donald Trump made a pretty big appointment
before the election. A lot of people, a lot we're
pretty mad about, right. They were up in arms about it.
They said that it was undemocratic, it was unprecedented, it

(19:38):
was not okay, it was undermining our country and its
foundation and all this stuff. All right, things. They don't
really believe things that they just saying because they all
that's all they do. They just say things. They just
say things. Whatever. But anyways, he nominated Judge Amy Coney
Barrett to the Supreme Court. Right. J. J. McConney beart
conservative warrior, huge fighter, actually conservad with some backbone, right,

(19:59):
A really good thing. That is good to see these days,
especially when you have folks like Chief Justice John Roberts
on the Court and you have other Republicans who just
seemingly have lost all will to fight because they just
don't know how to. We have fighters like Jamiomie Coney
Barrett to really pick up some slack, which God bless her. Seriously,
keep Judge Amy Coney Barrett in your prayer. She needs it.

(20:20):
She is doing the Lord's work. But guys, President Trump
at the foresight of putting her on the court and
the event that this case goes to court, it is
my conviction, is my belief, and I think um is
also shared by the legal team of both the campaign
and City Powell and Mr Wood that we will prevail.
And in the event that we will prevail, I think

(20:41):
we see a lot of factors and then facets of
the Georgia case, I can very readily be applied to
other states like Pennsylvania, very readily be applied to other
states like Arizona, very readily be bought to other states
like Nevada. That could really make a serious stint in
this election. We're on the clock, we seriously are guys.
The Electoral College votes pretty soon. Honestly, I think, um

(21:01):
looking at my calendar, it's in about two weeks time,
the Electoral College will be casting their votes that will
officially certify, certify the results of this election. Two weeks time.
That is the clock that we're on. That is the
timetable that we are facing. Because guys, the Electoral College
cannot vote in an election and to certify results that
are fraudulent. They can't certify results that were brought to

(21:26):
you by a legal votes cast. They can't. That would
be a dare election of their duty and it would
be a violation of their oath because guys, members of
Electoral College taken oath similar to any other elected official,
to uphold and bide by the Constitution United States. The
Constitution United States is found upon the idea that election
should be free and fair and in the event that

(21:46):
there's this cloud of mysteriousness and and and suspicion around
the results of this election. Can one really say that
this election was free and fair? A lot of people
surely can't. I don't know if I can't say that
with conviction right now. And that's why cases like this
are so important. It's why I'm not sure that wht
of Democrats are so scared of them, and why they
just won't let them happen. Right There's nothing to hide,

(22:08):
if there's no illegal votes cast, if they really did
win this election on the up and up, if dominion
software really isn't all that bad, then what is the
problem doing an election day audit? What is the problem
with counting every single ballot and making sure that well,
maybe that the same thing that happened in Georgia with
a thousands on the three thousands of votes just randomly
being on a memory stick not being counted, didn't happen

(22:29):
in Pennsylvania, didn't happen in Wisconsin, didn't happen in Arizona.
What is wrong with that? There shouldn't be a single
thing wrong with that unless there's something there, Unless there's
something that Democrats don't want us to know about unless
there's something that would jeopardize Joe Biden's supposed presidency. Right
but notice, guys, Kamala Harris so asn't resonder Senate seat.

(22:52):
That's pretty interesting. Right But guys, what I will assure
you for my conversations with everyone in the middle of
this fight, everyone in the thing of it, is that
we are not going to stop. We are not going
to get tired, We're not going to grow weird. But
is this fight is just beginning, and we are going
to fight for the American people every single day, day

(23:13):
in and day out, with every breath and are being
I don't care if I lose my voice five more times.
I don't care if I get sick from all the traveling.
I don't care because America is a country or fighting
for a country worth defending that country that has given
so much to me, and now it's time for us
to get all to it. God bless you, God bless America,

(23:34):
and thank you for listening to C. J. Pierson. He said, Sir, Hey, guys,
