Authorities in Arkansas have arrested a woman after allegation surface
that she attempted to lure two children to the home
of a registered sex offender. A community safety notification revealed
that the Truman Police Department received a report from a

concerned parent regarding a troubling incident involving her children. The
complaint informed the police that while her children were playing outside,
a woman approached them with questionable intentions. According to the
statement from law enforcement, the woman tried to persuade the
children to leave with her and come to a nearby home,

which is reportedly owned by a registered sex offender. The
entire encounter was captured on the mother's home security camera.
Police identified the suspect as forty nine year old Tracy
Lynn Washburn, tracked her down and subsequently arrested her for
charges on stalking. Washburn transported to the Poinsett County Detention Center.

She appeared in court on Wednesday for a probable cause
hearing related to the stalking charges, and it was revealed
that she had several disturbing outstanding warrants. A judge mandated
that she have no further contact with the children involved.
Authorities noted that Washburn drives a maroon Kia Sedona. Officials
are urging parents and guardians to stay alert and report

involving a thirteen year old girl who was struck by

a car. Authorities report that the victim was unintentionally hit
by a car, which left her trapped underneath. Although adults
were present at the scene, they initially attempted to release
the girl, but couldn't help help They didn't call nine
one one immediately, thinking they could free the girl on
their own. According to police, after their attempts to assist

the child failed, a woman named Angel Brooke Rubkey took
control of the car. She said she could rescue the
child victim by allegedly dislodging her if she drove the car.
It's then reported that she drove over the child the
second time, inflicting additional injuries. Emergency responders from the Overton PD,

along with the Christis Ems and the Overton Volunteer Fire
department arrived on the scene. The girl was subsequently air
flighted to a hospital, where she is reported to be
in critical condition. Rubkey was arrested and charged with aggravated
assault with a deadly weapon. She is currently being held
at the Smith County Jail with a bond set at
one hundred and fifty thousand dollars. Jeffrey Lynn Wall of

Tennessee was last seen on September twenty one, twenty thirteen,
when his neighbors saw him outside in Arlington, Tennessee, with
his then girlfriend, Stacy Buckley. He was washing his motorcycle
in the driveway. When Jeff didn't show up for work,
his relatives tried to reach him and failed. They requested
a welfare check. When police responded to Jeff's Oak Hollow

Cove address, Jeff and Stacy were both missing. Their cars
were gone as well. On September twenty five, twenty thirteen,
Stacy Buckley was found in a soybean field in Saint
Francis County, Arkansas. She had suffered a gunshot wound. She
was transported to a Memphis hospital and she recovered. Stacy's
white tahoe was later found in South Memphis Tennessee, some

time before October eleven, twenty thirteen, but investigators did not
disclose where or how the discovery was made. Jeffrey Wall
was never named a suspect, but it was revealed by
the media that police wanted him for questioning, and it
was reported that there was a history of domestic violence
between the couple. The case got quiet and Stacy was

released from the hospital. It was rumored that she claims
she couldn't remember anything that happened on that night. On
December twenty five, twenty thirteen, Jeff's white GMC Sierra was
found and recovered by the Memphis Police Department. Jeff was
never found. He has not been seen or heard from
since he was declared dead in twenty fifteen, and a

statement made on a page dedicated to finding him indicates
that foul play is suspected. His loved ones still offer
a twenty five thousand dollar reward for information leading to
his recovery or at least an arrest and conviction for
