and mentioned that he hadn't seen her in two years,
as her mother had made excuses for why he couldn't
connect or even FaceTime her. The Department of Children and
Families is reviewing its prior involvement with the family, confirming
that Torres Garcia's siblings are safe and currently in state custody.
