abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence. The charges
arise after the death of thirty seven year old Annette
Marie Valdez, as reported by nine News, Authorities discovered valdez
remains in a park located in Westminster, Colorado, on December four,
where her body was found in a garbage bin. According

(00:43):
to reports from nine News, prosecutors indicated that she died
some time between November twenty eight and December four. Prior
to the discovery of her body, Valdez had been missing
for several days. Parles was arrested on December five. As

to move her from one location to another. Notably, Parrells

(01:25):
had recently been released from jail on November twenty one,
just two weeks prior to valdez body being found. Police
confirmed that Valdez and Parrellis had a prior relationship, and
her family informed nine News they had children together. We've
tried so hard to help her break free from him,
Larson expressed to the news outlet, but every time she returned,

(02:10):
crime television producer Mary Carol McDonald on its most wanted
list following her alleged theft of nearly thirty million dollars
through an intricate bank fraud scheme. According to the latest
release from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, McDonald has sought
for her reported role in a fraud scheme that specifically
targeted businesses in Los Angeles and Orange Counties in California.

(02:34):
The FBI reports that McDonald impersonated an air to the
McDonald Aircraft Corporation fortune, falsely alleging that she had access
to an eighty million dollar secret trust. The McDonald Aircraft Corporation,
an American aerospace manufacturer, ceased operations in nineteen sixty seven.

(02:55):
Her fraudulent activities reportedly began around July two thousand and
seven and persisted until May twenty eighteen, as outlined by
the FBI. At the time of the alleged crimes, McDonald
served as the CEO of Bellum Entertainment, LLC, a Burbank
based production company that produced true crime series like I

(03:16):
Married a Murderer and It Takes a Killer, which ultimately
went out of business in twenty seventeen. Reports indicate that
Bellum Entertainment faced significant financial difficulties, struggling to meet payroll
and other financial commitments. Furthermore, McDonald's has faced multiple civil
lawsuits claiming she owes over a million dollars to various

(03:37):
creditors across the country. The FBI's bulletin alleges that McDonald
intentionally defrauded bank of California, securing fourteen point seven million
dollars from the institution while fully aware that she had
no legitimate claim to the funds, which she never repaid.
Over the course of her fraudulent activities, the FBI claims

(03:58):
that McDonald defrauded additional financial institutions out of more than
fifteen million dollars. The stolen funds were reportedly used by
McDonald to cover various expenses, including paying creditors and meeting
her payroll obligations. In December twenty eighteen, a grand jury
indicted McDonald on charges of bank fraud and aggravated identity theft,

(04:19):
leading to a federal arrest warrant being issued. Since then,
McDonald has evaded capture, with the FBI suspecting she could
be in Dubai. They also noted that she has connections
to the Montgomery, Alabama area. For now, police say, if
you have any information, reach out. There is a reward.

(04:40):
It's that time of year, time for gift giving, but
there is a lesson to be learned from our next story.
If you give something away and then try to retrieve
it again, you could get in trouble. My favorite sheriff
Sheriff Grady Judd tells us about such a case in Florida.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
Well, Pedro, I'll tet is twenty three's from Davenport. Pedro
likes to dress up like a lady. I'm just saying
what it is. I mean, you know, and I don't care.
You know, he can wear high heels or you know,
dresses or whatever makes him happy. You know, that's a

(05:21):
personal thing. But when you give your pocketbook a way
to a female friend and then you want it back,
sometimes there can be a scrum. You don't know what
that is. Look it up. I like that word. I
like the way it sounds. Scrum. So he gives a

(05:41):
purse to his female friend, tries to go back and
get it, and there's a big argument, and from the argument,
there's a fight and he whips her up pretty bad.
He drags the victim by the hair down the steps
out of the apartment. Not only that, when she trying
to call for help, he takes her cell phone and

(06:03):
you know, they're about one thousand dollars and he throws
it in a pond, probably a retention pod. This is
a bad dude. I don't care whether he's wearing heels
or tennis shoes. You ought not to beat up a lady.
I mean, after all, dude, you gave her the pocketbook Originally,

(06:27):
he's in jail, we got the pocketbook at his evidence
and boom, a little like he's going to have a
real great Christmas season, you know what I'm saying. Have
a good date.
