A Florida woman is behind bars after deputies say she
bludgeoned her husband to death with a billy club then
tried to wash away the evidence. Bonnie Teetkins, age sixty,
was arrested on charges of second degree murder and tampering
with evidence after her husband, William Teitkins, aged sixty four,
was found dead in their home on Birch Drive and
Fourth Peers. Investigators said the crime came to light when

Bonnie called her adult son around nine pm and confessed.

According to Sheriff Richard del Toro.

The son returned the call to Bonnie, at which point
she informed him that dad was dead.

Bonnie admitted hitting her husband with the club.

The son and his sister rushed to the house and
found their father on the floor with severe head injuries.
They called nine to one one, but deputies were unable
to save him.

Deputies located Bonnie Tegans in the garage standing near a
washing machine. A blood soap blanket was on the ground
beside her in the machine, and the machine was found
fully loaded with blood soap, clothing, and towels. As she
was being taken in the custody. She was in the
process of basically pressing the star cycle on the machine.

A wooden club believed to be the weapon, was found nearby.

We believe he was struck in the head several times
with a wooden sort of described as a billy club,
it's more like a bat.

The sheriff says Bonnie appeared intoxicated at the scene and
that alcohol may have played a role in the killing.
He offers thoughts and prayers to the family and friends
of the victim during this tragic time. Neighbors told reporters
the couple had been married about forty years and argued
on the regular. Detective said blood was found on the floor,
the bed, and the ceiling, showing multiple blows. The investigation

remains active as forensic teams review digital evidence and communications.
Bonnie Teetkins is being held in the Saint Lucy County.

cleared of a kidnapping charge is now suing the city
of Acworth for twenty five million dollars. Mahendra Patel, better
known as Mick, was arrested in March for trying to
kidnap a two year old girl at a walmart on

Cobb Parkway in the Atlanta Suburbs. Police said the child's mother,
Caroline Miller, claimed Patel tried to take her daughter from
her arms. Patel said he was only trying to help
her after she stood up from a motorized scooter and
appeared to lose her balance. Police arrested Patel at gunpoint
on Cobb Parkway. Patel said his first thought was of
his elderly mother waiting for him at home. He was

held for forty six days in the Cobb County Detention Center.
Patel told reporters he nearly had a heart attack in
jail and received threats from inmates. In August, the Cobb
County District Attorney dropped all charges after reviewing surveillance video
that showed Patel did not try to flee and had
paid for his items before leaving the store, even asking
an associate where he could find Tylanaw. The footage also

showed Miller never called for help or warned others about
the alleged debduction. Prosecutors said both sides wanted to quote
put the incident behind them. Patel's attorney filed illegal notice
in September, claiming the responding officer intentionally pursued false felony
charges and persuaded prosecutors to seek an indictment without showing
the video to the grand jury. The filing said the

false accusation caused Patel quote national condemnation and threats to
his safety. The City of Ackworth denied Patel's claim and
any liability, but said it could not comment further because
of the pending litigation. Patel is suing for false arrest,
false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, emotional.

A former Sacramento priest accused of molesting young girls in
the early nineteen nineties remains a most Wanted fugitive more than.

Thirty years later.

Gerardo Beltron, who was once a Catholic priest in California,
fled to Mexico in nineteen ninety one as police began
investigating claims that he molested children in his parishes. He
was later charged with four counts of lewde and luscivious
acts with a child under fourteen. A local warrant was
issued in nineteen ninety two, and a federal warrant followed
in two thousand and five for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Beltron served at Saint Dominic in Norland, Saint Joseph in Sacramento,
and Saint Anthony in Winters. He allegedly used his role
as a priest to gain trust from families and then
abuse their daughters. The Diocese of Sacramento said accusations against
him dated from nineteen eighty two through nineteen ninety one.
At least sixteen victims later came forward, including both girls

and boys. The reported acts include sexual touching, fondling, and
rape by force. After fleeing to Mexico, Beltron continued to
work as a priest in small villages such as a Wallita,
where residents said they feared for their children. Villagers told
reporters that rumors of abuse persisted for years and that
local bishops refused to remove him. Beltron was arrested by

Mexican authorities in two thousand and eight, as the United
States sought his extradition. Mexican courts released him that same
year after ruling that the statue of limitations on his
crimes had expired. He was formally removed from the priesthood
by Pope Benedict sixteenth in April of two thousand and eight,
following a petition from the Diocese of Sacramento. As of

recent years, Beltron remains on the FBI's most Wanted list.
He's believed to be living in southern Mexico. The Sacramento
Diocese has described his release as quote a huge disappointment
and said the victims were denied justice. If you have
