of it all. Authorities in Massachusetts are calling a Lowell
man a serial killer after new murder charges were filed
against him. Thirty eight year old Kevin Leno is already

Leno is linked to two more debts, also involving homeless

of sexually exploiting women under the guise of medical care

and secretly recording patients during intimate exams. Victims say their
lives changed the day Army Criminal Investigation Division called them in.

about the first incident, my husband would continue to try

single time he would tell my husband he was not
allowed in there for the physical exam. I was never
offered to chaperone, so it was just always me and him.

At that, she says. Investigators told her that McGraw had
allegedly recorded her during a pelvic and breast exam without
her consent. She said she felt uneasy and had already
told her husband. Other women described similar experiences, invasive exams,
no chaperone, late night calls, and behavior they recognized as predatory.

According to the lawsuit filed in Bell County, Army, investigators
recovered thousands of photos and videos from McGraw's devices, spending
multiple years and more than one Army hospital. The complaint
alleges unnecessary exams, sexual comments, and ignored prior complaints in

Nonprofits like Shield of Sisters are stepping in to help victims.
Founder Shannon, who calls the stories absolutely horrific. These women
