of times, and held down in the desolate Michigan woods
while her own mother and stepfather allegedly carved her unborn

hearing the chilling plot was meticulously planned, investigators say, turning
a family home into the staging ground for a calculated

on November three after leaving her home in Cadillac. Her
frantic friends and family, who had seen her glowing social
media posts about impending arrival of her son, endured three
agonizing weeks before a search party made the gruesome discovery
on November twenty fifth, in a secluded area of the

Manistee National Forest near her mother's remote property. The remains
of the young woman, who was thirty eight weeks pregnant,
were found savagely mutilated. Her death was caused by multiple
stab wounds, officials say, but the most sickening detail was
the deliberate evisceration. The baby boy had been violently cut

from her uterus and was gone. The infant's body has
yet to be found, triggering a massive desperate search operation
by the Wexford County Sheriff's Office. Authorities quickly focused on
Rebecca's mom, Courtney Bartholomew forty, and her husband, Bradley Bartholomew,
forty seven. The couple were arrested Monday following a tip

that led detectives to unearth digital evidence of their horrific premeditation.
During their arraignment, Prosecutor Carrie laid bare the depraved allegations. Listen,

stamped her, forced her to lie on the ground while
they cut her baby out. Not only caused her death

possibly related to a recent two thousand dollars inheritance or
family resentment over the pregnancy, remains officially undisclosed. At the arraignment,
Stacy Davis Bradley, Bartholomew's estranged sister, told the media her
brother and Courtney had previously tried to have a baby
of their own, but they struggled to conceive de bartholomewse

face a litany of felony counts, including first degree premeditated murder, torture,
unlawful imprisonment, assault with intent to cause miscarriage or stillbirth,
and conspiracy to commit murder. Bond was summarily denied for both.
The widening scandal also ensnared Rebecca's younger sister, Kimberly Park

twenty one, and her fiance, Richard Fowler, forty three, who's
a registered sex offender. The pair were detained on charges
of tampering with evidence, drug possession, and obstruction of justice.
Prosecutors say the pair were complicit in the plot, they
helped scrub the crime scene and hid Rebecca's phone. Their

bails set at one million cash surety for Faler and

backlash against the Austin Police Department after her nineteen year
old daughter plummeted to her death from a seventeenth floor
apartment balcony. Brianna Aguilera, a highly driven Texas A and
M University sophomore and aspiring lawyer, was found scattered on

the pavement outside the luxury twenty one Rio apartments at
twelve fifty seven am on Saturday, November twenty ninth. The
tragedy occurred just hours after a major college football tailgate event.
A bystander found Aguilera's body at twenty one oh one
Rio Grande Street. She was pronounced dead at the scene,

with fingerprint ID confirming the identity of the Laredo valedictorian.
The Austin Police Department classified the incident as non suspicious,
with preliminary reports pointing to a fall. Theorized as either
an accident exacerbated by intoxication from the night's festivities or
a suicide. Brianna's mom, Stephanie Rodriguez, fiercely disputes the official narrative.

She spoke to KGNSTV. They were thinking that it was
a suicide attempt or it was an accidental death, and
that's what enraged me because I know my daughter, my
daughter love life. Rodriguez began frantically calling her daughter at
ten pm Friday, when texts went unanswered, a silence made

suspicious because Brianna never used the do not disturb function
on her phone. The police forced her then to wait
twenty four hours to file a missing person's report, only
to call her back Saturday afternoon saying Brianna was already dead.
I did in the morgue. Rodriguez's anguish deepened during a

meeting with lead investigator, Detective Marshall. Police relayed that Brianna
allegedly intoxicated, returned to a friend's seventh floor unit, where
about fifteen people were gathered inside. Witnesses claim she became
agitated following a heated argument with another woman in the apartment,
an altercation captured in text messages Rodriguez even shared with detectives.

She was reportedly asked to leave, wandered to the seventeenth floor,
and then so somehow accessed a balcony before the fatal plunge.
Rodriguez said that multiple attempts to reach any of her
daughter's friends that were there on the fateful night have
been unsuccessful because they are refusing to talk to her.

Brionna's family is pushing for a second detective and appeal
officials have denied, citing zero evidence a foul play. The
Travis County Medical Examiners toxicology and autopsy results are pending
