teenager accused of raping and assaulting two high school girlfriends
avoided prison time. Eighteen year old Jesse Mac Butler of
Stillwater pleaded no contest to a series of serious felony
charges last week, including rape by instrumentation, sexual battery and

Serial rapist who strangles his girlfriends for a left serving

four when Butler was seventeen. According to police affidavits, Butler
repeatedly raped his sixteen year old girlfriends, strangling her during

Just a few weeks into the fall semester, two Stillwater
High students seek out their school resource officer scared of
their shared ex boyfriend, alleging he attacked them numerous times
throughout back to back relationships. The victims are still attending
class with their attacker, now eighteen year old Jesse Butler.

In another case, a sixteen year old girlfriend said she
feared for her safety and often complied with Butler's demands

Butler tries to rape Ls for the first time outside
of a marble slab on what was supposed to be
an ice cream date. Butler pins Ls down in his car,
removes her clothes, then touches her breasts and vagina while
she tells him to stop through tears. Butler says he's
sorry for what he's about to do, but he has
to do it. Before the rape, a woman approaches Butler's

car and says she's calling police. Butler drives Ls back
to her own car, but gets in with her, still
trying to initiate intercourse until Ls finally convinces him to
get out.

Despite the severity of the allegations, Butler struck a plea
deal with the Payne County District Attorney's office. The agreement
allowed him to be classified as a youthful offender, a
status approved by Special Judge Susan Worthington. Dave mac crime

Despite victim protests, the district attorney agrees to reclassify Butler
as a youthful offender rather than an adult. Butler to
plead no contest to the eleven charges against him, but
there's a little chance he will face a single day
of jail time. Butler is sentenced to counseling and community
service should he fail it requirements of his youthful Offender program.

Butler will serve the jail sentence he would have been
handed as an adult just under ten years.

Under the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs. Butler will follow
a rehabilitation plan. If he complies, his criminal record will
be wiped clean. He will not even register as a
sex offender. The victim's families are devastated, according to one

Butler's father, Mac Butler, previously served as director of football
operations at Oklahoma State University. Jesse Butler is scheduled to
appear again in court in December to review his compliance

sister was at a gathering to celebrate her birthday when
the incident happened. I know she went there to celebrate

surplus fund going to a charity significant to Ariel Spilner's memory.
Mills faces charges of first degree reckless homicide. Her bell
