abuse material on the man's phone, as obtained in a
criminal complaint. At the time of his arrest, Clayson was
also wanted in Nevada for similar charges. Police report that
the man confessed to sexually assaulting the two month old
daughter of Madison Bishop. During the investigation, officers reportedly found

disturbing images and videos on his phone, including explicit content
featuring the infant, which they believe were recorded on April seven. Furthermore,
during their examination of Clayson's phone, authorities claim to have
uncovered alarming text messages between him and Bishop, the child's mother,

that suggested they had conspired to abuse the infant girl
before her birth. The complaint indicates that their discussions included
plans for sexual acts against their daughter after she was born,
as well as a pattern of sharing child sex abuse
material from various sources. Bishop twenty one was arrested in

one count of first degree child sexual assault and one

to be in a perilous situation. Salen Ball, thirty five
from Soux Falls, South Dakota, was last in contact via

raising significant concerns about her safety and well being. The
Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the BCA, and the West
Saint Paul Police Department also have issued a notice indicating
their efforts to locate the woman. The flyer says she
