pardon list? President Donald Trump confirms that the fifty five
year old rapper and music mogul has asked for a
presidential pardon, just days after being sentenced to four years
and two months in federal prison. Combs convicted of transporting
women across state lines for prostitution but acquitted of racketeering
and sex trafficking charges. He will serve his time at

a low security prison if his lawyer's request is granted.

Comb's lawyers also filed a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian
requesting that he be placed at Fort Dix in New Jersey.
They wrote that that move would quote maximize family visitation
and rehabilitative efforts to allow him to take part in

while awaiting transfer to federal prison. His legal team passed

immigration agents, chasing others and sombreros. The display stands outside
the home of Mobile County Sheriff Paul. It shows three
skeletons in shirts marked Ice running after two skeletons wearing
sombreros and ponchos climbing a fence. Photos of the scenes
spread fast on social media. Neighbors called it offensive, wrote

words how disappointing it is to see our elected sheriff
using his own front yard to mock and.

Speaking to WALA, the sheriff's wife, Michelle Burch, said she
made the decorations on her own. Her statement reads quote,
every year, I make tongue in cheek Halloween decorations with
a topical theme at my home. My husband has nothing
to do with these other than mowing the grass around them.
She added that she based the theme on her own
Cuban background and on quote needed changes in federal immigration enforcement.

The Hispanic American Business Association of the Gulf Coast released
a statement of their own, praising the quote vibrant culture,
contributions and resilience of the Latin community, and calling pae
quote more inclusive vibrant and welcoming city. The controversy comes
one week after Sheriff Burts defended a deputy scene punching
a suspected undocumented immigrant during an arrest. Bert said the

The sheriff has not issued further comment about the Halloween display.
The FBI renews its call for answers in the nineteen
seventy eight disappearance of four year old Andrew Motto from Webster, Massachusetts,
offering a twenty five thousand dollars reward for information that
leads to an arrest or conviction. Andy was last seen

on September thirtieth of nineteen seventy eight, playing with his
seven year old sister and six year old cousin in
the woods near Richard Avenue, close to what is now
Interstate three ninety five. The children had been walking along
a trail when they came across a brook. Investigators say
Andy dropped in his toy and refused to leave without it.
His sister and cousin went to nearby homes for help,

but when they came back he was gone. Local, state,
and federal agencies began a massive search that spread into
Connecticut and Rhode Island. Helicopters, divers, and volunteers combed the
area for days. No trace of Andy was ever found.
He was three feet six inches tall, white, thirty eight pounds, short.

of his head at the hairline and a mole behind
his right ear. He was last seen wearing a maroon

investigators have followed dozens of leads and conducted nearly one
hundred interviews. The most recent search took place in Burleville,

Rhode Island, but turned up nothing. FBI Boston Special Agent
in Charge ted E Docks says, quote andrew A. Motto's
family has endured enough heartache and they deserve to know
what happened to him, which is why the FBI is
offering a substantial reward to incentivize anyone within information to
come forward. No amount of information is too small or irrelevant,

the right thing. Webster Police Chief Michael Shaw thank the
FBI for its continued partnership.
