hospital in North Carolina after reporting an overdose linked to
medications administered by prison staff. According to a recent filing
in his ongoing legal battle, Kelly claims that prison officials
provided him with a dosage of medication that greatly exceeded

The filing states that Kelly has prescribed medication for anxiety
and sleep issues, among other conditions. He reportedly displayed his
medications to prison authorities when he was placed in solitary
confinement last week, a decision, his attorney argues was made

in retaliation against him for seeking urgent release from prison.
The attorney also alleges that the overdose occurred shortly after
Kelly publicly addressed his solitary confinement situation. Furthermore, the filing
asserts that medical professional informed Kelly of blood clots in
both his legs and lungs, which required surgery. However, prison

officials allegedly denied him the procedure, citing the need for
a week long recovery as a reason for the refusal.
Mister Kelly's life is currently at risk due to the
Bureau of Prisons denying essential surgery to address the clots
in his lungs. The document said this condition could be
fatal and they are allowing it to escalate without justification.

Bo Brinley, Kelly's attorney, stated that the incident took place
on June thirteen, while Kelly was in solitary confinement at
the Federal Correction Institute in Butner, North Carolina. Brinley described
the scene, noting that Kelly felt faint and dizzy and
began to see black spots before he collapse after crawling
to the cell door. Since Brinley filed an emergency motion

requesting a temporary furlough for Kelly on June ten, the
singer has remained in solitary confinement. This motion cantained serious allegations,
claiming that prison officials were conspiring to harm Kelly, and
requested that he be placed under house arrest instead. Here's

to the Bureau of Prisons and the Department of Justice,
and because of that, the Bureau of Prisons instructed Michael
Glennstein to go to Butner and execute R. Kelly. And

mister Stein made clear and gave us extraordinary detail when
we spoke to mister Stein. We didn't use this until
we actually went down and met with mister Stein for hours,
and he told us in extraordinary detail that this is
not the first instance, that this happens all the time,

and beatings at the behest of prison officials for years.

Additionally, the filing included a sworn statement from another inmate,
Michael Glenn Stein, who claimed he was approached by prison
staff to assist in a plot against Kelly's life. Stein
alleged that he was asked to help carry out this
plan before his transfer from Arizona Facility to f c
I Buttner. Stein and Kelly ended up in the same

section of the prison, and Stein eventually informed Kelly about
the reported scheme. Stein has a history of legal issues,
having filed at least one hundred civil suits in federal
court and previously convicted for threatening a federal magistrate, judge
and a US attorney in twenty fifteen. Currently, there is
no scheduled hearing for this emergency motion, prompting Brinley to

pursue a pardon for Kelly from President Donald Trump, stating
that he has been in discussions with individuals connected to
the President. The Bureau of Prisons has refrained from commenting
on the allegations. Julian characterized Kelly as a serial child molester,
noting that his history of abusing miners predates his federal custody.

He further remarked that Kelly has never accepted accountability for

forty two year old resident of Beverly Hills returned home
on the evening of June thirteenth to find a package
from Bath and Bodyworks sent by his former girlfriend. According

package contained a photograph of his ex thirty six year
old Christine Spearman from Waco, showing her quote with what

appeared to be a marriage license indicating their marriage officiation
by a local reverend. Additionally, the package included a copy
of the marriage certificate that had been filed with the
McCleland County Clerk's office. As per police reports, the man
stated that he and Spearman had been in a relationship

the issuance of the license, the couple had an argument
during which he expressed that he no longer wished to
continue the relationship. Investigations revealed that Spearman had orchestrated the
filing of the marriage certificate, convincing the reverend to officiate
the marriage without the man's presence. She subsequently submitted the
certificate to the county clerk, working alongside Hewitt Police Department,

authorities arrested Spearman at her residence. She faces charges of
third degree felony stalking and has been booked into the
McCleland County Jail, where she is currently being held on
a ten thousand dollars baill. The Beverly Hills Police Department
stated in their release that they will keep the reverend's
identity confidential to avoid harassment and undue influence as the

searching for a missing teenager and asking for the public's assistance.
According to APD, Kinsley Leche Shelton, fifteen, was last seen
