John's can be heard expressing disbelief when he tells the officer,
I didn't know he had a kid in the back.
When asked if he shot at the vehicle, he responded yeah,
as the stepfather, Valentine Ayala, cries out in anguish, my
kid is dead.

The incident occurred during a road rage confrontation on November
fourteen on the two fifteen Beltway in Las Vegas. John's
allegedly admitted to being involved in a heated exchange prior
to the shooting. Despite the gravity of the situation, he
appeared calm while speaking with officers and cooperated with the
request for custody. Is there a chance that the kid

Johns faces multiple charges, including murder and discharging a firearm
in a prohibited area following the road rage incident. According
to the Henderson Police Department, he and Ayala had a
verbal dispute as they attempted to maneuver through traffic, with

led to a confrontation where John's allegedly fired a handgun
into Ayala's vehicle, striking young Brain Chavarrari in the back seat.
He was headed to school. Police Chief Reggie Radar stated
that Ayala then collided with John's vehicle, bringing both cars

two men exited their vehicles and engaged in a heated argument,
which was captured on body camera of a nearby officer
who responded to the scene. Tragically, Brandon was transported to
a hospital but died from his injuries. Radar emphasized the
senselessness of the act, noting an eleven year old was
on his way to school and now a senseless act

appearance last Saturday, John's was denied bail and remains in custody.

from the University of Alabama at Birmingham sustained injuries over
