A man is under arrest after police say he carried
out a string of at least five sexual assaults against
women in Center City and South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Officers found
thirty seven year old dan Nell Walker outside of Sam's
Club and Horsham, Pennsylvania, where he was charging his phone.
Police say an anonymous tip led them to him. He

was taken into custody without incident. He's being held on
one point five million dollars bail and faces charges including
aggravated indecent assault, unlawful restraint, and false imprisonment. The Philadelphia
Police Department says it is also reviewing other cases to
see if he is tied to more attacks. It's really
surprising that it's happening in this area because there's not
a lot of crime around here, and you know, everybody's

Judy Cahill on WCAU. The assaults took place between July
eighteenth and August third. Police say each case followed a pattern.
The man came up from behind a woman and groped her.
In some incidents, the attacks went further. Victims said he

Police say one woman was walking her dog when she
was attacked. Another was entering her apartment building when she
was pushed to the ground. Others were assaulted while walking
home or heading to their car, or unlocking their front door.
Surveillance played a major role in this investigation, as well

Special Victims Unit. Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner announced formal
charges against Walker. Police say he has more than twenty
prior arrests, though most of those are for drugs and theft,
none for sex crimes. They believe there could still be

is dead in Georgia after finding a gun in a
car and shooting himself in the head, and a twenty
seven year old man is facing charges. Police said the
shooting happened someday at a storage facility on Carver Road

in Griffin. In the Atlanta excerpts, officers tried to save
him until ems and fire crews arrived. The boy died
at the scene. Investigators say the child had been left
alone in the car. They said he found an unsecured
firearm and pulled the trigger, which quote tragically resulted in
his death. Police arrested Chase the Selle of Hampton, Georgia.
He was charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct. Record

denied bond. His relation to the boy has not been

child shootings linked to unsecured guns, with police calling each
one preventable. Every Town for Gun Safety says Georgia has
seen one hundred and ninety four injuries or deaths related
to children stumbling upon or playing with guns between twenty
