Crime Alart hourly update, breaking crime news Now, I'm Nicole Pardon.
In a tragic incident in Houston, a young mother and
father have lost their lives in what authorities are calling
a murder suicide. Police were led to the couple's bodies
by their young children, ages three to two and one.
The children were discovered outside their apartment complex looking for food.

The toddlers pointed to the apartment, indicating that their parents
were inside and dead.

One year old, one two and a three year old
and we're out in the apartment complex parking lot asking for food.
Officers responded the location when they started talking to the
children and they asked where their parents were, and they
said they were in the apartment deceased.

Currently, the children are in the care of their grandmother.
Preliminary investigations suggests that the father may have taken the
mother's life before taking his own. It is believed that
the couple had been deceased for about twenty four hours
before the children were found. The investigation is under way.

killed in a stabbing that erupted it from a fight
in a classroom in Maryville High School. In Phoenix, as
reported by the Arizona Department of Education. Phoenix police and
fire units were dispatched to the scene shortly before eleven
am local time. According to the Phoenix Police Department, the
relationship between the two teens involved and the calls of

the altercation remained unclear. State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom
Horn commented that the school's safety officer acted quickly and
provided assistance to the injured student. Both students were taken
to a hospital, where one unfortunately died from his injuries
while the other suffered injuries that were not life threatening.

Following the incident, the school entered a lockdown, as confirmed
by a spokesperson for the Phoenix Union High School District,
ensuring the safety of all of the other students and
staff members. And investigation into the incident is currently under
way and now to Louisiana, where a man has consented
to undergo both physical and chemical castration as part of

a plea deal. Thomas Allen McCartney, thirty seven, from Leesville,
entered a guilty plea on Tuesday for the attempted first
degree rape of a child under thirteen. According to the
Vernon Parish District Attorney's office. The plea deal also mandates
that McCartney serve a forty year sentence in state prison.

His arrest in twenty twenty three stemmed from allegations of
sexual abuse against a seven year old girl. McCartney also
a classified as a Tier three sex offender in Louisiana
due to a prior conviction for attempted aggravated rape in
twenty eleven. His criminal history also includes a two thousand

and six arrest for felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile
and two counts of aggravated rape of a twelve year
old in twenty ten. Vernon Parish District Attorney Terry Lambright stated,
this is a horrific crime that should never have occurred.

from our community and now to Florida. The Jacksonville Sheriff's
Office is asking for the public's help to find thirty
four year old Kayla Bailey. Police sake Bailey was last
seen late Sunday night at her home on Maxville Boulevard.
A call came in on Monday morning reporting she had
not been seen since. At this time, investigators believe Bailey

may be in danger. She is described as five eight
about two hundred and fifty pounds, with blonde hair and
green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black romper,
brown shoes and glasses. Anyone with information on where Bailey
