Florida while her three year old daughter watches. Then the
child wanders the street alone with blood on her face.

On Saturday, deputies found a toddler wandering the parking lot

the neck, torso, and arms. Her body was wrapped in

suspect as twenty nine year old Joy Chandra Nath Garcia

out a restraining order against Nath, accusing him of stalking

Records showed that she feared he would become violent, So

Nath allegedly followed Garcia Molina to Dolphin Maull and got
