start things in Tennessee. Austin Drummond, the accused killer of
four family members in Lake County, will be transferred to
a state prison while he awaits his next trial. This
decision comes after Drummond's recent court appearance on unrelated charges

first time, Judge Mark Hayes expressed concerns over Drummond's behavior,
stating that it had quote created problems with law enforcement

his previous actions. According to Assistant District Attorney Andrew Hayes,
the court found Drummond to pose a significant behavior and

numerous fights with inmates. Hayes explained that the motion to
move Drummond to a Department of Corrections facility was made
on behalf of the Lake County and Obion County sheriff's
departments as they were unable to adequately manage his behavior

raised concerns about the transfer, stating that it could create

challenges for the defense team as they prepare for the
upcoming trial next year. Farmer noted that the exact location
of the facility has not been revealed and no one
from the Department of Corrections has been able to provide
details on the transfer. Drummond's criminal history is extensive, including

became overwhelmed and stopped providing her two year old son
with water and food for several weeks leading up to

into custody and charged with one count of deliberate homicide

medical conditions, including spina bifida, club feet, anhydrocephalus, a condition

child at a residence. The caller, identified as Boyer, reported
that her son had quote been sick for months and
was now dead. Upon arrival, the deputies reportedly observed the
smell of a decomposing body and found the home in
a state of disarray, covered in trash and rotten food,

led to him dying. Boyer is said to have acknowledged
that she knew her son had been dead for some
time due to her failure to provide him with food
