A Utah woman's heart stopping sighting of a man she
thought was Travis Decker, the ex army ranger accused of
killing his three little girls, is being met with anger.
She is blasting cops for sitting on her lead for weeks,

letting a potential killer melt into the shadows. Jennifer Rice,
forty two, swears she locked eyes with a shifty figure
near Rosewood Park back on June fifth, but claims Salt
Lake City police just brushed her off. Jennifer spoke with
Idaho six news. They listened to me, but that didn't

five with plastic bags and zip tied their wrists during
a May thirtieth custody visit in Shellan County, Washington. Their
bodies were found June twid at Rock Island Campground near
Decker's truck, with bloody hamprints and DNA sealing his presence
at the crime scene. Decker was reportedly homeless and suffering

from PTSD and other mental health problems at the time.
The hunt pivoted to Idaho's Sawtooth National Forest after a
July fifth siding of a bearded man with Decker's distinctive
twos spotted by campers near Bear Creek. US marshals chase
that lead, only to confirm on July ninth that it

was a doppelganger, a lookalike hiker, not Decker, halting the
Idaho search. Now, the six million dollars six week man
hunt for the thirty two year old fugitive is back
to square one. The US Marshal Service leading the hunt
is offering a twenty thousand dollars reward for tips leading
to his arrest. Whitney Decker, the girl's mom, demands he

be found quote unquote dead or alive. For closure. Authorities
urge anyone with information to call the Shelan County Sheriff's
office at five oh nine six six seven sixty eight

considered armed and dangerous, and the public is warned not

blood curdling crime that has wrought a quiet Minnesota suburb. Now.
Weeks after Jordan Manny Collins Junior disappeared, his own father
is charged with killing him. Jordan Dupre Collins Senior, thirty eight,
faces second degree murder charges for allegedly slaughtering, decapitating, and

dismembering his own sixteen year old son before tossing his
remains into an Elk River landfill like trash Andoka County
authorities revealed and autopsy confirmed the teen died by knife

a dumpster behind the apartment, leading to a week's long

in his black windbreaker, were found. Authorities believed the teen
was killed around Mother's Day. Colin Senior was nabbed at
Minnetaka Community Center with thirteen hundred dollars in cash and
a curved knife. He claimed the blood was his own
and the mattress cuts were just for cleaning, but no
trace of his own DNA was found. Prosecutors, citing his

cash and plans to flee Minnesota, set bail at two
million dollars with conditions or three million dollars without them.
His next court date is set for August fourth. The
motive for the gruesome crime against his own son is
