I'm Drew Nelson, the widow of a slain Michigan jeweler,
takes the stand on the second day of trial for
two men accused of posing as Detroit Edison energy workers
to rob and kill her husband inside there Rochester Hill's home.

Murray said Carlos struck her in the face to silence her,
knocking out a tooth. Photos shown in court displayed her
brute photos and body camera footage from the day of
the murder, showed her wrists bound with duct tape as
officers entered the house and found her husband dead in
the basement. Murray described how the men arrived at ten
am on October eleventh of twenty twenty four, claiming to

Deputies arrested forty four year old Nigel Alexander Myers in
Saint Petersburg. He faces charges of aggravated animal cruelty, child abuse,
domestic battery, and lewde and lascivious conduct. The Penillas County
Sheriff's Office said the incident began when Myers followed the
teenage girl into her bedroom. She was able to leave,

but he chased her into the living room. The girl's
three year old pitbull, Sparta, jumped at Myers to defend her.
Deputy Saint Myers picked up the dog and slammed him
against the top of a cage. Then he lifted Sparta
by the hind legs and threw him off a second

with serious injuries, but is expected to survive. Myers was
taken into custody later that evening and booked into the

A Louisiana man vanishes after surviving a car crash and
