A former Wall Street multi millionaire is facing serious federal
charges after allegedly orchestrating a disturbing scheme that spanned a decade.
Seventy year old Howard Ruben was arrested on Friday at
his rental home in Fairfield, Connecticut. Prosecutors say Ruben lured

dozens of women, including former playboy models, to his Central
Park penthouse, where they were allegedly assaulted in a sound
proofed room ominously referred to as the Dungeon. For more,

Wall Street money manager Howard Ruben busted by Feds at
his Fairfield, Connecticut home for decade long sex trafficking with
the help of assistant Jennifer Powers. Howie Rubin accused of
luring women into BDSM sex sessions, then torturing and raping them.
Ken Jane Does listed as victims in the indictment, but
prosecutors say there are dozens more and are calling for tips.

Ruben pleaded not guilty and federal court in Brooklyn. His
former personal assistant, Jennifer Powers, was also arrested at her
home in South Lake, Texas. She is expected to appear
in court on Monday again.

public shame. Powers oversaw the victim's payments, distributing funds from
Ruben and amounts up to ten thousand dollars per session.

Authority say Reuben and Powers spent over a million dollars
recruiting women between two thousand and nine and twenty nineteen,
many of whom were vulnerable, financially desperate, and had histories
of abuse. The women were allegedly flown to New York
under the promise of paid encounters, but prosecut say the
acts often went beyond consent, leaving victims with physical injuries

and psychological trauma. The alleged assaults initially took place in
luxury hotels, but later moved to Ruben's penthouse, where Powers
reportedly maintained the sound proofed room and managed logistics. Ruben
remains in custody after the court denied a twenty five
million dollar bond request. If convicted, both Ruben and Powers

now to Texas, where a former Catholic high school coach
is under investigation by San Antonio police after his coworker
discovered a hidden camera disguised as an alarm clock in

his office. The thirty four year old coach at holy
Cross High School was fired Thursday night after the discovery. This,
according to an attorney representing the school. Police said the
camera contained footage of the suspect having sex with another
adult in his office, as well as recordings of at
least three students changing into their gym clothes inside his

office as well. We are shocked and we are surprised
at Attorney Ricardo Sadillo. Sadillo says the suspect passed extensive
background checks before being hired to be the coach at
the school. The coach is not being identified since police
have not arrested or charged him as of Monday night.
To betray a trust in this fashion is unspeakable and

we hope this is dealt with appropriately. Sadello says he
received a call about the discovery around eight pm on
Thursday day. The former coach's office is located in the
school's gym and is shared with another employee. According to police,
the employee noticed the alarm clock appeared to contain a
camera lens and an SD card. The employee checked the

card and discovered the videos. Sidello says the man has
been let go from his job pending the investigation. When
contacted by police, police say the investigation is ongoing and
charges are pending. Also coming out of Texas, the San
Antonio Police Department is asking for the public's assistance and
locating a missing woman who has been diagnosed with a

severe medical condition. Police say that Jennifer Rayes, twenty nine
was last seen on Wednesday near the seven thousand block
of West Military Drive. Rayes has brown hair, brown eyes,
and according to the SAPD, she has tattoos on her
right hand and left arm. Rayes is five to two
weighs about one hundred and ten pounds and was last

seen wearing a black hoodie, gray sweatpants, and had an
orange backpack. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked
