We begin in Arkansas as a man accused of a
deadly mass shooting at a grocery store has pleaded not
guilty to multiple charges. For more, we turned to Sidney

Forty four year old Travis Eugene Posey appeared in court
for the first time and entered his plea on Tuesday.
He faces four counts of capital murder and ten counts
of attempted capital murder. The shooting, which occurred at the
Mad Butcher grocery store, left four people dead and ten
others injured, including two police officers. Posey was injured by
police gunfire during the incident. Authorities have not yet determined

a motive for the attack and say Posey did not
have personal connections to his victims. Greg Parrish, representing Posey
through the Arkansas Public Defender Commission, addressed the court briefly

to him during the hearing. The case continues to unfold
as investigators worked to understand the circumstances surrounding the tragic

the tragic shooting in ford Ice, Arkansas. As they described
the events had unfolded last Friday, Travis Eugene Posey, armed
with a twelve gage shotgun, a pistol, and a bandolier
filled with extra shotgun rounds, opened fire in a horrifying
display of violence. According to police reports, Posey discharged most,

rampage began in the grocery store's parking lot, where Posey
fired indiscriminately at bystanders before continuing his assault inside the
Mad Butcher store. There, he continued to shoot at customers

a firearm during the attack. There was a morning across
Hollywood following the death of Michael Latt in November of

records and law enforcement, Michael allegedly knocked on Latt's door
