Speaker 1 (00:00):
Aj Brown was walking, you know, down the tunnel. He
looked at me and I looked at him, and he
got all giddy, like I think he does love me. Yeah,
and now he walked behind. I looked at how and
I was like, that dude is freaking massle.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
Welcome to Dudes on Dudes. I'm Julian Edelman, I'm Rob
Gronkowski and this is the show where your favorite dudes
get to talk about their favorite dudes.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
And we have Black Friday Football today. Who are we
talking about today? A big time receiver who was a
big fan of you, Julian.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
And then we talk about one of the best young
qbs in the league today.
Speaker 1 (00:39):
And then we wrap it up by pulling back the
current on life in the NFL. Dudes on Dudes is
a production of iHeartRadio. And we have a football game
tonight which is amazing and it starts at five pm
(01:00):
here even better always, I know, but I love it.
You never get to experience that, Yeah, No, I mean
I do when I'm here. You haven't been out here
in a while, do you like?
Speaker 2 (01:09):
So?
Speaker 1 (01:09):
You like you rather have? So? The football games on
the East Coast should the late games should start at
like six or six thirty and like three or three
thirty here, man, that'd be so perfect. The East Coast
games when they're at eight thirty at night. Brutal on players,
brutal on athletes.
Speaker 2 (01:24):
Other side, though, I enjoyed when I was on the
East Coast in retirement when I could go have a
Sunday brunch, yeah, and then go watch football. So in
LA you could have a dinner after football, but you
can't have brunch because you start at ten. Yes, but
in the East Coast you could have the breakfast, but
(01:44):
you ain't have.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
Yeah, but you can have the brunch while watching a
football game. Which that's what I mean both scenarios. No,
on the East Coast, you're having brunch waiting to be
dialed into the game. Though.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
No, no, I'm not having a weekend brunch. No, the
way we used to have weekend brunch.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
Yeah, you want to be in on the weekend brunch.
I know what you mean. Actually, you're right. Their brunch
has had nothing to do with the game that's going on.
You were too distracted, So I understand weekend brunch. Well,
we got Black Friday football tea, Yes, yes, we do
Black Friday Baby Eagles versus Bears. That is Eagles Bears,
oh too kind of Black Friday teams? What does that mean? Uh?
(02:22):
Because I don't know. I just said it. Now I
got to think of a reason why I said it.
Maybe because, uh, because the Bears have been terrible the
last couple of years, so their tickets were on sale
and now and now they're putting on Black Friday, thinking
that they're going to be shitty again. But they're not.
(02:44):
But they're not. So what about Philly Philly Black Friday?
Because their tickets got so expensive, they finally wanted to
slash the prices a little bit, so they're on Black Friday. Yeah,
so they're on Black Friday. That's actually a great explanation. Yes,
there we go. See, I'm I'm like Dola. Dola can
adjust to any situation, a situation. That's your superpower that
you were talking about before we got in this show,
(03:06):
that Danny Dola can adjust to.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
Anything, anything that doesn't matter if he's hurt, if he's not.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
And I had just adjusted to why I said that
Eagles and Bears are Black Friday football teams.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
And that's what we do here on Dudes on dudessgiving.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
My Thanksgiving was great, man, it was amazing. Yeah. I
was up in Buffalo, you know, Buffalo's great, That's where
I grew up. Got to see the family. I did
the game, the Thanksgiving game in Detroit. Yes, favorite side
a Lions versus Packers. The game was awesome, man, it
was so much fun, great atmosphere there, and my favorite
(03:41):
Thanksgiving side. I gotta go with stuffing, no doubt about that.
I mean, if the turkey's dry, if the ham's dry,
you gotta have a side that's kind of on the
wetter side so then you can mix it together and
then it goes down very easily because you gotta shove
that protein you know, in your body as well. You
can't just eat sides. And when the protein's dry, it
(04:02):
makes Thanksgiving bad. But you can fix it with a
nice side, that can. You know. It kind of happened
on my flight. I was on a flight the other
week and this like they had this mushroom side that
was so good, and then the steak was so damn dry.
It was like eating a hockey puck. But I had
to eat the hockey pucks too because it was protein.
So I just shoved the mushrooms on the hockey puck
(04:24):
and just ate it all at once.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
So if the protein is dry, you got to lean
on the side.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
There we go. You know, we got Black Friday wrapper
jewels in the house.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
I'm on flobation right now, flobation in the locker room.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
All this is getting naughty here on Black Friday. Oh man.
Deals are popping up everywhere, deals are popping But I'm sure,
I'm sure my brother Dan, you know, has some deals
going on with Gronk Fitness, Shaker Shaker. My brother Chris said, yes,
let's up speaking about Friday. My brother Chris for sure
(05:01):
has Black Friday deals going down at ice Shaker dot com. Sha.
My brother Dan runs you know, the Gronk Fitness side,
the fitness equipment side online addition, so Dan, I already
saw him promoting Black Friday as well. Discounts, Yes, so
get discounts all over the place. So Gronkfitness dot com
and ice Shaker dot Com. I'm just trying to help
my brothers out.
Speaker 2 (05:20):
Now, twenty five percent off with this promo code Ice
Shaker Dude.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
Ice twenty five for twenty five percent off on Black Friday.
You know it's a holiday sell get it. Now get
your eye shaker now. And hey, no, lie, my brother
Chris is kind of a genius. I saw. I was
his roommate in college. He was selling fish there. He
was mating fish and then selling them a while. Like,
we get back from a party at like one am
(05:45):
and he's some like person from Craigslist coming over buying fish.
I was like, dang, drinks on you. And but he
just came out with this brand new ice shaker. It's
a forty ounce one and it's badass. It's the best
shaker in the game. It's forty ounces, fits right in
the cup holder in your car still and I'm telling
you this is the home run shaker.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
They want to get this shaker forty ounces, you can
get a lot of protein.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
In there to get them here, a lot of protein,
you know.
Speaker 2 (06:11):
And then what do we also have the Gronk Friday
ten for ten percent off grunk Fitness.
Speaker 1 (06:16):
I mean, come on, Dan, just ten percent off? Like
what the heck? Like Chris is giving twenty five percent
off if his products.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Yeah, we got to get some products at least get
We got to get some nuthouse products.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
Out there so we can we do We got nut
house products no, no, everyone asks for these hats. Everyone
else for the hats. No. Yeah, one day we'll be
giving out nuthouse products and we're giving at least thirty
percent off the least at least there'll be seven hundred
dollars hats.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
We'll give them thirty percent off. Yes, all right, let's
jump into our first dude.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
Let's do it. What do we have a AI? All right,
so we're back on track. We're back. We're getting back
to the formation or formulation. That is the formulation. Yeah,
the formation of the formulation. That's where formation of the formulation.
Getting back to you know, grading what type of dude.
(07:14):
A dude is in the locker room, in the locker room,
and we got two dudes today, and uh, let's get
to it. Let's get back to the AI summary. It's
been a while, it's been a while. All right, here,
I love these I can't wait. All right, here we go.
AI summary of the first dude on Black Friday. At
six foot one, two hundred and twenty six pounds, this
(07:36):
wide receiver was selected in the second round of the
two thousand nineteen NFL Draft and became a two sports
standout at ole Miss University. And his seven years in
the NFL, he has earned three Pro Bowl selections, won
a Super Bowl, and had back to back fourteen hundred
yard season. Known for his rare blend of power in
(07:57):
downfield precision, he's become one of the most constantly dominant
pass catchers of his era. Let's get on A J. Brown,
A J. Brown and Jules. What's the first thing you
think of when you hear the name A.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
Jay First thing, I think Swoll Batman. Ooh, he looks
like a Swoll Batman out there, especially in those Eagle unis.
He's been an absolute stud since the day he walked
into the league, and it's.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
Great that we're doing him on Black Friday because he's
an absolute deal for the offense. Yeah, he's getting paid
like a wide receiver, but he doesn't get the throws
that he deserves. If he was on another team that
just airs out the ball, this guy would be going
for fourteen hundred yard seasons back back to back all
the time. But he's on this Philadelphia Eagles offense where
they're run basis first. So it's kind of like he's
(08:50):
a Black Friday deal in a way because he's being
a team player by you know, just doing his roll,
still blocking for the running backs down the field. So
so in that way, this is great that we're that
we're on AJ Brown here on Black Friday. Yeah, my
guy's a little frustrated, isn't He is frustrated. That's when
you can get the best discounts. STO is when someone's frustrated,
(09:11):
he discounts. Yeah, Black Friday, Jules, we're looking for the
best deals. And frustration, you know, you know, gets a
company to lower their prices so they can get things moving.
And that's what's going to happen with AJ Brown. He's frustrated.
You got to get him the ball and he's going
to dominate when the ball's thrown him, just like he
was last year. He was frustrated last year. Guess what
(09:32):
his name? His number was called, and he stepped up
in the biggest moments when that ball was thrown to him.
Why are you passed? Come on?
Speaker 2 (09:39):
Because we should have had him. He went in the
second round. The Patriots should have drafted AJ Brown. He
wanted to be in a Patriot. He loves the Patriot.
I left him the little note Tom signed to this.
He's covered the Patriots his whole life, two sport athletes.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
How come he wasn't a Patriot? Well, let's explain why
he wasn't a Patriot? Well, who was drafted before him?
Let's let's go with all the receivers drafted before him
that year. First, Let's start with that Hill Harry was
the first pick for the Patriots.
Speaker 2 (10:16):
But that's why I said that, all right, that's why
who else was drafted before A? J?
Speaker 1 (10:21):
Brown? That year? You got ah Marquis Marquis Brown understandable,
I mean explosiveness. You know downfield speed had a great
college career. Uh.
Speaker 2 (10:32):
I hope that they can continue to have the mental
toughness to keep that thing going in Philly.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
And you know, they're winning ball games. That's what it's
all about, and that they're winning ball games, and that's
tough it is. It's it's tough to win in the NFL.
And Jewels, let's go back a little bit, like you
know he sent you, uh no, you sent him a jersey?
Tom sent him a jersey And I was like, dang,
like he's not even a ground fan like this, thanks,
Like Jewels sent a jersey. AJ Brown was all pumped
(11:01):
up because I'm a AJ Brown fan because I look
like we always talk about bigger guys that can move.
I'm always intrigued by them in whatever sport it is.
And A. J. Brown is one of those freak at
like got athletes that so big but also can run
so well and doesn't get tired. So I was like, dang,
like I want to send him a jersey. So like
that just never came about, but here we go. This
(11:24):
is what, you know, satisfied my My feelings is that,
you know, we we were in Kansas City for the
game when we were on the sidelines at the booth,
you know, calling the game for Fox Week two when
it was a Super Bowl rematch, and AJ Brown was walking,
you know, down the tunnel and I kind of walked
by him and like he looked at me, and I
(11:45):
looked at him, and he got all giddy, like all smiley,
and I was like, oh, I think he does love me. Yeah, giddy,
And now he walked behind. I looked at how and
I was like, that dude is freaking massle. He's even bigger.
And that was the first time I've ever saw him live.
I know, how the hell can he run like that?
Like this dude looks like a tight he looks like
(12:06):
he looks bigger than the h back tight ends. That's
how massive he iss. But you know that that gave
me a little boost. I was like, yes, yes, I'm
part of the Brady and Jewels crew.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
AJ Brown's got to hit up the pod and and
ask Gronk for a jersey. He feels left out, Yeah
I do. I mean, come on, how about him being
a one sport athlete though?
Speaker 1 (12:26):
Yeah, what is he a baseball? Play baseball? That's freaking insane.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
He got drafted by the Padres I believe in the
nineteenth round. He found a loophole and signed a pre
nil deal to get paid, reported to Padres facilities two
days a year and would get one hundred k total
for this. Did it for three years before getting drafted
by the Titans. So he was in college making money
(12:54):
hunder k playing two days a week or year.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
He's he's kind of small. Yeah, that's that's that's Wizzy
being Yeah, whizzy, you know, finding a formula to get paid. Still,
what did you get drafted right out of high school? Then? Yeah,
that had to be out of the high school, you know,
for real though, if you get drafted the high school
as a baseball player. You should be able to take
the signing bonus and still go play football in college,
like right then, and be like like, because the program,
(13:20):
the baseball program should is taking the chance, Like you
should still be able to take the money if they
take him, be like, I'll decide if I'm going to play.
I'm going to decide if I'm going to come play
baseball or if I'm going to continue with the football career.
But thanks for the money, and that's on you, guys,
But I am loyal to you if I come to
the baseball side. Yeah, yeah, I like that now. I
(13:40):
like that.
Speaker 2 (13:41):
He did go viral recently for what for the twitch
thing where he said to his fantasy owners, get rid
of me, my guys, just I feel I feel hurt
that he's so hurt. All receivers want the ball. That's
how we just gotta it's frustration.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
It's frustration. It is and because he just wants to
be a part of it, and he knows, I mean,
he is a part of it. And this is why
he's on Black Friday, you know, this is why we're
talking about him. Because he wants his fans to get
the best deals out there, so he knows he's not
the best deal to be on a fantasy team right now,
so he's telling his fans to go pick up another
guy like AJ Brown is, like he knows all the
(14:24):
deals out there. I mean, this guy, whatever company he has,
if he's with any company or he ever started a company,
his Black Friday deals must be amazing. Right now. It's
got probably like sixty five percent. Was just how good
of a guy he is telling tele to drop him
so they can have a better fantasy team. I get it,
but AJ Brown should never be, you know, dropped on
a fantasy team.
Speaker 2 (14:44):
No, never, because he's I'm well, he's gonna have a
huge game. He's he's he's like a bottled lightning ready
to just come out at any time. And he also
likes to read on the sideline The Inner Excellence. Remember
he was reading that book versus the Packers's number one
(15:07):
best selling book on Amazon that next Monday. We should
we should get him, We should get him something to read.
We gotta we gotta do, like a book, have him
read it on the sideline. Maybe it'll go to Amazon
number one selling. It already happened, yeah, but maybe you
want it to happen.
Speaker 1 (15:26):
Again. Gotta happen again, Gotta happen again. Do you think
that he's gonna come through for the Philadelphia Eagles at
a crucial time and moment, you know, for the for
the Eagles in the playoffs this year? I do? I
do think he will, Like is it gonna be there?
You know for first round, second round? They're gonna need
(15:48):
to pick that offense up there down a little bit
and Jalen Hursts is just going to air it out
and A. J. Brown is just gonna come through for
a one hundred plus yard game, a touchdown or two.
Because he's due. He's due to. He's definitely due.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
I mean his first year in Philly, I mean, he
absolutely balled out. First game there, ten receptions, one hundred
and fifty five targets, broke single season record for receiving
yards with fourteen ninety six. You know, and then he
does it, you know, like so like he has it
in there and he hasn't slowed down. I think he's
due and they'll get it to going. They'll get it going.
(16:22):
Like well, people don't realize they don't have the same
offensive line, you know what I mean, they don't have
there's a lot.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
To it and they're beat up a little bit. They're
a little beat up.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
Lane's been out now he'll be out missing some time.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
It's hard. Football is the ultimate team sport. So what's
the skill set that you say that makes AJ Brown
such a great player. Yes, we know his size, you know,
and he's got quickness. But what really makes AJ Brown?
Aj Brown? Strong hands receiver? Yes, I see him when
he hit.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
He hits those slants or those under routes, and he's
got a guy in his back running full speed. He
can run full speed and pluck that ball out of
the air with eye on him and keep running and
break the tackle like he's He's just massive and he's
got strong hands.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
And what's also so great about him too, is he
can make the contested catches because he's so much bigger
than every defensive back or safety that he's going against,
so he can kind of box him out kind of
like I'm not like I'm surprised like he didn't have
or doesn't have a basketball background. It's a baseball background.
Because the way that he can, you know, make those
(17:29):
contested catches and use his body is also what makes
him such a great player. Being at that size and
then the quickness too. To just have that burst and
take off, you know, is pretty you know, pretty satisfying.
Big time.
Speaker 2 (17:41):
We need a gronkster domis prediction. How will he do
in today's Black Friday game. Well, there's defense twenty seventh
ran right now.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
Really they're giving up you know, yards tools out there
to total defense. You want to know, it's crazy that
Bears defense is like number one. At the beginning of
the year, everyone's like, oh, they'll bear his defense. That's
the only way they're gonna win games. And now like
they're winning games because of the offense as well.
Speaker 2 (18:07):
But they also they may be a bad total defense,
but they lead the league in takeaways.
Speaker 1 (18:12):
Okay, so it's one of those you lead the league
in takeaways. That actually is kind of better to be
in that position than being like the number one defense
in the league with no takeaways exactly. Yeah, it's kind
of similar. You know, you can play with it, you know,
you can play with that. A lot of variables that
go into it. But aj Brown, it's Black Friday. The
guy's giving deals all over the place. He has been
giving deals to Philadelphia Egles for however long now, I
(18:35):
mean he was a steal in in the draft in
the second round. So he's gotta go off this game.
He's going for over one hundred plus yards and at
least one touchdown. Baby, let's go and the Eagles win
as well. Eagles win, Eagles win, and Jules, can you
reveal what you wrote to aj in that note you left,
(18:57):
you know, during the Super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (18:59):
I'll leave that between us, leave that between us. But
it came true. They became Super Bowl champions, all right,
because everyone wants to know. Can you tell me like
I'll tell you off this afair?
Speaker 1 (19:12):
All right? Thank you. That's a good friend right there.
Speaker 2 (19:15):
Time.
Speaker 1 (19:15):
What kind of dude is a J Brown? Is he
a stud? Is he a freak or a dog or
a whiz? I mean, we know he loves to read books,
reading books and nil deal. Is he a dude's dude?
I mean he has been, because, you know, very frustrated,
but you know he's letting the frustration be known, which
(19:37):
is kind of understandable, you know, but he's still being
a dude's dude by doing his job, doing his job
still and blocking down the field, blocks down the field. Yeah,
you know, but I think it's an easy one. I mean,
he's just watching him play the game. Like I said,
he's bigger than some h backs, faster than linebackers. He's
faster than DB's and just the way that you were
(19:57):
talking about his hand strength is is just uncomparable to
basically have every other wide receiver in the game right now.
Speaker 2 (20:05):
On three one, two three freak. He's definitely a freak.
Speaker 1 (20:08):
He's a freak.
Speaker 2 (20:10):
Guys, Baseball player, football player, monster at both Probably, man,
you'd love to have him on your team. He's gonna
turn it around this year. They'll finish strong. They'll finish strong.
We'll be right back after this quick break.
Speaker 1 (20:29):
All right, let's jump onto our next dude. All right,
our next dude, Let's get onto the AI summary jewels.
AI summary is great. Black sees AI summaries. Oh how
do you think AI is doing on Black Friday? Everyone's
probably like, hey, Ai, AI, where's the best deal? What's
the best discount? I'm trying to buy some shorts. I
get seven? Where can I get seventy percent off?
Speaker 2 (20:49):
You can get thirty where with the gronk ice shaker?
Now that's only twenty five?
Speaker 1 (20:55):
Yeah, yeah, I would have told me that. Yeah, but yeah,
I know where you can get thirty percent off. In
the future, we're going to be at least thirty percent
off nuthouse product at least say, if we ever come
out with product we ever, if we do, if we do,
if we do it right, here we go. Aim number two.
Born and raised in Washington, d C. He is a
(21:18):
six foot one, two hundred and twenty six pound quarterback
who was selected first overall in the twenty twenty four
NFL Draft after playing at both Oklahoma and USC. He
won the Heisman Trophy in twenty twenty two and was
a unanimous All American and his sophomore season. He is
trying to lead his team back to the playoffs for
(21:39):
the first time since twenty twenty. Let's get on Caleb Williams.
Caleb Williams, Jules, what's the first thing you think of
when you hear the name Caleb Williams New age swag? Oh?
And why is that?
Speaker 2 (21:54):
Can you explain more in more detail? He's the He's
the young generation. He's what it's gonna be like. You know,
when we were young, we had our flair. He's got
his flair. You know, he paints his fingernails. He's he's
very he's like the first nil quarterback if you think
(22:16):
about it, He's like the first kid that made money
in college, that had all these pressures and now transferred
into the National Football League. He's the beginning of what
you know, we're gonna see and it's a great thing.
Speaker 1 (22:31):
Yeah, it is a great thing. And also kind of
like he was the first one to you know, get
all those anile deals too, but also one of the
first ones to win the transfer polar will open and
all that crazy stuff in college football. He was one
of the biggest stories to you know, biggest players ever
to go from Oklahoma as a starter and then go
all the way. Oh what did he win the Heisman
Trophy at Oklahoma? No, he wanted at USC, but he
(22:54):
was the starter at Oklahoma and then transferred to USC,
and that was one of the biggest story lines because
he was the biggest player in college football at the
time and that kind of led the path to other players,
you know, being able to do that now and have
that you know determination, Hey, I can transfer and become
a starter, stale and dominate at another program and even
(23:15):
when a Heisman trophy, just like he did at USC.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
Also, like players following coaches because Lincoln Riley left Oklahoma
went to USC kind of like the Indiana guy brought
like his half his roster to Indiana when he went there.
Speaker 1 (23:28):
From where where did that Indiana guy come from? James Madison?
And he brought James Madison players to Indiana. So he
brought James Madison players to a Power five conference and
still dominating. I love that guy at Indiana. Dude, he
has all two star players and they just played together
like the tap that was two years ago.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
Yeah, yeah, now they they've they've gotten some guys and
they you know ship.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
All right, well let's get back to Kalob. But you know,
curve ball, can we can you know, you know, hit
the curve ball when it's thrown at us real quick? Yeah,
Kurt Signetti, Kurt Signati, all right, what what makes Caleb
Williams so special? Jules? I think the improv ability.
Speaker 2 (24:15):
He's he's he's not a big, big guy, but he's
like a strong runner. If you watch him in the pocket,
he's I I for me like he's got a great
knack of the pocket. Sometimes it hurts him it because
he does it too much. He's a lot faster than
what you think he's he can make any throw on
(24:38):
the field. He's got a laser of an arm. Like
when you watch him throw those deep incuts, he puts
them right on those guys freaking shoulder pads, like right
in between their chests.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
He can zoom the ball.
Speaker 2 (24:48):
And I think it's that improv that that Patrick Mahomes
kind of thing that like really got him hot in college.
Like he's his ability to make the play after the
play broke down. You know, you see a lot of
that specialness. It's been real fun to watch him with
Ben Johnson this year because you know the NFL, when
you have those kind of escapabilities, those are great. But
(25:11):
those are great like five times of games, maybe six
times a game. A lot of pro football is like
not making mistakes, getting your team in the right call,
executing what's going on, and then you know, to have
the ability to use that superpower when it's controlled is
like the ultimate. So like it's been really fun to
watch him this year because he's kind of he's morphing
(25:34):
into a pro quarterback in front of our eyes.
Speaker 1 (25:38):
M you know, because that escape stuff is awesome. It is,
it's like he's a magician out there. Sometimes his athletic
ability is what really rises him to the top because
he can make all the throws he can, He can
dot the i's and cross the t's as a quarterback
with the football when throwing it across the field or
a deep ball. But then to have that athletic ability
(26:01):
and be able to make you know things happen on
the fly is what truly truly makes them special. And
then you pair them up with a guy, a guy
that has so much knowledge like Ben Johnson who knows
how to utilize a quarterback like him, and that's why
you're seeing them success this year. The Bears are like
what like seven to three right now, eight and three
(26:22):
right now going into this Black Friday game. And just
the ability for him to make the wows throws and
then his athleticism paired up with Ben Johnson is is
what slipped this program from last year. And also the
ability to protect him. Last year he was the most
sacked quarterback in the NFL as a rookie. Like, how
can you have like what is it like? Like confidence?
(26:46):
That's what is How can you have confidence as a
rookie if you're getting sacked as the as the highest
seck player in the NFL as just a young buck,
like there's no confident built up. So we're protecting him
this year as well. And he's a bit he's showing
his ability now and why he's such a great quarterback
and was taking the number one overall.
Speaker 2 (27:04):
One percent and you gotta, you gotta, you know, the
Bears helped him out by getting Dolman, Jackson and Tony
to solidify the front. You know, the shout out to Tony,
Oh Tony still doing?
Speaker 1 (27:15):
Is Tuny gonna go to the Bear is going to
go to the super Bowl this year just because Toony's
on the team. I mean, Tony is a good luck charm. Yeah,
he sure is. Maybe maybe Toony's the guy, Yeah, great guy.
He is great guy.
Speaker 2 (27:27):
But you know, Caleb, he he really is pretty good
with pressure, man, if you think about it, like the
amount of pressure that he's had coming into his NFL career,
the amount all the sports talk shows talk about him.
His every move, his every good throw, his every bad throw,
his every mishaps, his every you know, time he looks
(27:51):
his body language is this like he has he's under
a huge microscope and and it's been really cool to
see him ignore the noise, Still be himself, Still be himself,
but ignore the noise and and really get wrapped up
in in what the game is really about. The preparation,
the going out and executing on Sundays, and the making
(28:13):
the relationships with your teammates. Like that's been kind of
I feel like that's been showed on the TV when
I'm watching them, you know, getting better and better. Yeah,
it's not perfect, but he you gotta realize this is
his third system in three years. This is a completely
different system than last year. You know that that's that's
tough stuff. That's tough stuff, especially from a guy that
(28:36):
was in the shotgun most of his career until this point.
You know, getting under that center, getting your hand on
that center's ball sack like, that's that's a different game.
Speaker 1 (28:46):
The footwork, the where.
Speaker 2 (28:48):
Your eyes are at the line of scrimmage, the communication.
Like it's been really fun to watch and I hope
he has a great like finish to the year because
this is when this is when the season really is
really when you're you're you're judged is by this part
of the Yeah, Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and now it's
(29:10):
Black Friday.
Speaker 1 (29:10):
It's the day after Thanksgiving, so you can really judge
the performance of a player and a team. But what's
one thing Caleb can work on that can take the
Bears to the next level as well? We got he's
got all these traits that makes him so good. But
there's always something someone, you know, a player can work on,
no matter you know what what type of player you
are in the NFL or position. What's one thing that
he could truly get better at that will help not
(29:32):
just himself but the team as well.
Speaker 2 (29:34):
I think what he's doing right now his operational skills,
his ability to communicate in the huddle, both plays with
the personnel group, his ability to get to the line
of scrimmage, and he's got to be able to look
and see the field like the offensive coordinator does.
Speaker 1 (29:56):
You know.
Speaker 2 (29:56):
He needs to improve on just playing a little more
boring football. Get the ball out, sit, you know for
the next down, get the ball out to our checkdown.
And he's doing these things not at like the rapid
pro all time winning quarterback level yet, but like that's
what he has to do. He needs to improve on
(30:17):
the boring football. He needs to improve on taking the layups.
He needs to improve on not taking the hits which
he had, he's been sacked half he's not. He's only
been sacked I think sixteen times this year, you know,
going into last weekend whatever. So like he's they've done that,
they've taken care of that. But the boring layup footballs.
He needs to get better at that, I think, and
(30:39):
he's doing that, and he'll get better at that with
time on task in the system.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
Yes, so we're saying how much he improved from his
rookie season to his second year. But there's one piece
that we're missing. I'm not sure if it was fake
news or if it was real news. But in the
offseason I read that he went on the Tom Brady diet.
Remember that? Did he go on TV twelve down? Do
you guys remember that? Like I wasn't sure if that
was fake news or real news. And if it's real,
do you think that's helping him out? TV twelve method?
(31:06):
The TV twelve method? He could remember that, guys, that
was all over the place. Did did Is this a
reason why he's having such a great year. Did he
contact Alex no Strawberries? I don't know. I think I
think I don't know about the body treatment part but
I read that he was doing his whole entire diet.
No dairy he's doing If this is true, I mean,
(31:28):
I want to know if he's really sticking to it,
and if this is helping him or not.
Speaker 2 (31:32):
So since starting the diet, he can no longer eat dairy, milk, cheese,
yogurt or ice cream. No beer, no wine, no any
alcoholic beverages, sausage, bacon, deli meats, red meats all should
be avoided, red pasta, cereal, baked goods, see you later,
(31:55):
prepackaged snacks, chips, cookies, I don't think so white. Should
your high fruit croast, corn, syrup and refined sugars not
a chance, cakes, pastries and candies, sea wheat, rye, barley, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, potatoes, beans, lentils, chickpeas,
(32:17):
soy products, trans fats, hydrogenic oils, coffee, caffeinated teas or
energy drinks, package fruits, fruit, juices, and fruit. And if
I swear to God, if there is table salt, you're dumb.
Speaker 1 (32:36):
No MSG either. If he has any table sauce, even
one little nugget of us of a drip of a
table saw, that's an interception. Interception. That's why he's.
Speaker 2 (32:46):
Full fullhilayum salt. What is it Himalayan? Yes, he's the
pink salt. Yes, oh man, good for him. You know
everything you just read off I think I've I've had
since last night. I mean I was at Shake Shack.
I had a double cheeseburg.
Speaker 1 (33:05):
I had the confetti milkshake for the holiday season that
tasted like ice cream cake. It was the most ridiculous
thing of all time. The fry chicken nuggets, all the
soy sauce that came barbecue sauce. I had probably everything
in it and uh fries. You know who's not eating
that right now? Yeah? Caleb. Yep, he's not.
Speaker 2 (33:25):
And that's why he's having his best season. That is
why it's the TV, you know. But there is something
to be said. All jokes aside. If he is committing
to something like that, that's what you want to see
your quarterback one hundred percent.
Speaker 1 (33:37):
That means he's truly focused and cares about his craft,
and that's why he's having such a great year this year. Yeah. Yeah.
And if you're taking care of yourself like that, that
means you are also going to concentrate on football. Just
like the way you're taking care of yourself. It's in
all facet it does. It trickles down to everything. Then
will he be the first Bear to throw for four
thousand yards? I mean it's crazy. Is for such a
(33:57):
historic program there has never been a quarterback that thrown
for four thousand yards, which is kind of sad for
the Chicago franchise. Like I think though, that he will
become the first four thousand yard quarterbacks.
Speaker 2 (34:09):
Sure, maybe he's got twenty three hundred right now, seven
games to go.
Speaker 1 (34:13):
Maybe maybe this year that's a possibility, if all of
a sudden they just turn up the Jets even more.
But I think in the future, if not this year,
I think it's gonna happen with him. He will be
the first to hit four thousand yards.
Speaker 2 (34:24):
Lastly, we need the Gronkstra damis prediction. What will Kayleb
Williams stat line be today on Black Friday?
Speaker 1 (34:33):
Oh well, this guy ain't no discount. I can tell
you that he was getting paid in college, big money.
He got first round pick. He's getting big money, so
he ain't no discount. He's like a designer brand. Designer
brand don't give discounts. How do I know because I
tried negotiating for discounts in designer brand stores when I
(34:55):
was buying a dress for Camille, and they were just
looking at me with like five eyes, like excuse me,
big man. We don't give discounts here, not even ten percent.
So this is Caleb Williams. Now it was at Adult Cabana. Yeah,
we bought a dresser. You gotta let Camille tell the
(35:15):
story about me me negotiating at the story. It's class.
She will tell the story one da dude, you'll be
dying laugh home. It's just it's not really me trying
to get discounts, just me trying to be ships and
giggles and just see what I can pull off and
get the and laugh. But that's Caleb Wilams. He's a
designer brand. He ain't no discount, which is understandable. So
so uh uh he he's gonna go for uh Eagles defense.
(35:42):
I don't know the Eagles are winning this game. I
already said, but uh kileb Williams. He's still gonna, you know,
do decent. He's gonna go for like throw for like
two ten right around two hundred ten yards in like
a touchdown or two. He had that table salt so
one interception? Had he had table set Thanksgiving? Maybe? Yeah, exactly,
Thanksgiving like got him and rushing yards, Oh, you know
(36:07):
that that's where he's gonna thrive more. He's gonna have
a pretty solid rushing game. I'm gonna give him fifty
five rushing fifty five year rush. That's a lot of
yards for forty two here, You're right, the table salt
is gonna hold him down as well. So forty two
rushing yards? All right?
Speaker 2 (36:22):
What kind of dude is Caleb Williams? Is he a stud?
Is he a freak? Is he a dog whiz? Or
he's a dude's dude?
Speaker 1 (36:34):
Oh he's pretty wizzy. Yeah, he's whizzy. You know.
Speaker 2 (36:38):
I bet you he's probably a cool ass dude in
the locker room. Yeah, I bet so, like young cool confidence,
like gen Z swag.
Speaker 1 (36:47):
Yeah, he probably has all the gen Z fans for sure.
Speaker 2 (36:50):
But I'm saying, like in the locker room, you know,
the young dudes probably love him.
Speaker 1 (36:53):
Yeah, definitely. Teammates love him. His teammates love they do.
They do. And I won't say dog. I mean he's
not a dog like that, you know, not running people
over I think that's like Baker Mayfield's a dog.
Speaker 2 (37:09):
Like trophy winner. Yes, was a unanimous All American. He
was the number one pick of all time. I don't
think dogs paint their finger nail, Nah, they don't. But
for sure he is on three one two three sCOD
He's a stud for sure, man, no doubt, all the
hype his whole life. He's been the guy his whole
(37:29):
life and he's proved everyone right. And as a stud
I saw him. I don't know if it was AI Clipseye.
I gotta always check or say that first because I
don't know if I get tricked by Instagram and AI anymore.
But like this guy walked off like a lemo bus
and like floid or something with like five models.
Speaker 1 (37:49):
I was like, that's Stuteley right there. He's that reminds
us of us being cool back in the day.
Speaker 2 (37:56):
And boys he cool now, yeah, cool on the other
side of the pillow, all right.
Speaker 1 (38:05):
Before he hit the chillis.
Speaker 2 (38:07):
Dude, we need the final gronk stra damis.
Speaker 1 (38:14):
Come on, what's what's the predictions? What's the question so
I can give the prediction?
Speaker 2 (38:19):
Give us your Bears versus Eagles Black Friday score predictions.
Speaker 1 (38:25):
Oh, like I said, the Eagles are winning this game.
I'm gonna say Eagles twenty seven Bears eighteen eighteen. Yeah,
twenty seven eighteen.
Speaker 2 (38:40):
And maybe a missed Pat Moore field goals and a
missed Pat.
Speaker 1 (38:45):
Maybe a safety. I don't know, see maybe two touchdowns
for the Bears, both two point conversions and then a safety. Maybe.
I mean that would be sick. Ben Johnson would go
for some two points exactly. We're talking gronk strut dominance here.
I gotta go out of the box, like this is
genius type shit. I gotta come up with. If you
(39:05):
get the score on me, what is this score? Score
on me? Score gami on that.
Speaker 2 (39:10):
No, there's never been a seven twenty seven to eighteen game.
Speaker 1 (39:14):
Twenty seven and eighteen are kind of scores that you
see plenty of times in the NFL. Not together.
Speaker 2 (39:21):
We'll be right back after this quick break. All right,
let's get into chills to the week.
Speaker 1 (39:27):
All right, let's do it.
Speaker 2 (39:29):
Let's get into the chillis due to the week, brought
to you by our favorite beer, cores Light. Get cores

Speaker 1 (39:43):
That's right. Ooh. Chill U's Do of the Week brought

Baby Cheers, Jewels. I'm gonna be sipping, I'm gonna be dipping,
and I'm gonna be tipsy tipping, Oh tipping, Yeah, sipping, dipping,
dipping and tipping and tipping. All right, So and Scottie Pippen.
Speaker 2 (40:07):
And Scottie Pimping pimping on this week's edition of the Chillis.
Due to the week presented by Corps Lights, we are
going to be pulling back the curtain on the life
in the NFL. We got some questions the other day
that had us thinking. Had me thinking, So, since it's
Thanksgiving and football guys and girls love to hang out
(40:31):
on Thanksgiving, we'll be answering some questions.
Speaker 1 (40:34):
Where are the questions coming from? From? From me and
jack Me and Jackie from the Peanut Gallery. The question
is the gallery? All right? Some questions at us come
on on some planners typeh Peanut Gallery. The question is
that we've settled on.
Speaker 3 (40:50):
We got a bunch here, how much do teammates in
the NFL actually hang out?
Speaker 1 (40:55):
One that we kept a good question that so many
fans want to know as well and so intrigued by it,
like they fans really want to do know this this answer.
But I would say teammates hang out all the time,
but it's kind of like what you're within your own posse. Yeah,
you know, it's not like the whole offense is hanging
out or the whole defense is hanging out, or you know,
it's kind of more of like the position groups are
(41:16):
hanging out, and then also like two guys in the
position group and then one one guy from another position
group get along. You know. It's kind of like that
always hanging out. All players always see each other off
the field, you know, and outside of the locker room.
But it's not like it's a team thing. It's more
of like an individual hangouts with the guys.
Speaker 2 (41:35):
There's different groups. DB's are always hanging out with DB's.
That that could that could that could be what that
could be? Said d lineman. Offensive lineman pretty much always
hang out with the offensive lineman. Then like the skilled
group guys of the offense and special teams guys, and
you know there's always a Schmorgesborg and we we used
to have a group called the FUK that we used
(41:58):
to hang out, which was like an old special teamer
Nico Kudavides. You know, a couple practice squad guys. There
was Rob, there was you know, then there was a
couple of defensive guys. There's a couple offensive guys, and
we all lived next to each other.
Speaker 1 (42:13):
So I think that's why. And the criteria to be
in the FUK was just being a savage. So like
you know, so now if you heard now, every listener,
you know, if you weren't in the FUC, is because
you weren't a savage, or it.
Speaker 2 (42:24):
Could have been the pre the pre the pre wreck
could have been to fuck with my house, because the
fuck was always fucking with my house.
Speaker 1 (42:30):
Yes, yeah, but you're a part of the FOD because
you were always there and I know now and we're
fucking with you, So that was part of the fuck.
Speaker 2 (42:36):
I left my goddamn golf clubs out like outside once
this is and I come out the next morning because
I leave them on my porch, come out the next morning.
Speaker 1 (42:47):
Every golf clubs in the tree, thrown in the tree.
Speaker 2 (42:50):
And this is in the spring when there's like frost
and like it's fucking cold still, so like all my
grips ruined. My whole bag is scattered throughout my whole
fucking front yard. Then another time, I'm sitting there and
it's it's like five thirty, it's like four thirty, but
it's late, so like it's still, it's dark. I get
(43:13):
knock on my door and it takes me a little
while I'm playing fief. I think Slate's upstairs, and I
go to the door and I kid you not, I
cracked the door open. I cracked the door open four
inches four inches, And I go to put my head
out because I didn't see anyone from the windows, and
all of a sudden, I get smashed right in the
(43:35):
head with the water blue.
Speaker 1 (43:36):
SnO snowball, snowball. True story.
Speaker 2 (43:39):
I closed the door, turn off all the lights, Tell
Slate we're being attacked. Go get a freaking airsoft gun.
Go to the backyard. They start hitting me from the
other side.
Speaker 1 (43:50):
It was bad. It was out there. Throw it was
the poet, it was the freaking rusty bench, Rusty Benson.
Hit you with that snowball when you literally I'm telling
you this is a true story. Jeweles, like you know,
like in a movie where they cracked the door open
barely and like poked there like eye out, only like
it was four inches somehow he threw it thirty yards
away and put.
Speaker 2 (44:10):
It directly boomfe I cut. It was like it was
a hard snowball. I mean, I'm I'm I'm taking cover.
I turned off all the lights. Think we're getting fucking attacked.
Speaker 1 (44:21):
Johanna was great about it. Felt we felt like a
kid again. You know when you do that as a kid,
you throw snowballs.
Speaker 2 (44:26):
So we do hang out, Yeah, so we question, Yeah,
you hang out as a group. But we also in
the small town teams, I bet, like like the Packers,
you know, Like we we were all in Foxborough, which
was like a small town, and we all lived like
right next to each other in these like homes like
(44:47):
these everywhere, like there was a block and it'd be
like all Patriots and so like we it was like
a big ass dorm.
Speaker 1 (44:54):
So like, but we all had houses like riding bikes
and skateboarding to each.
Speaker 2 (44:58):
Other, bikes, skateboard lords sometimes motor cycles like the little
ones like we had. So like every off season we
would buy a stupid toy of some sort, like remote
control cars or you know, because like the off season,
it's pretty much you go work out and then we
would all work out at the facility at that time
of our careers.
Speaker 1 (45:19):
Dolla Dolla provided the volcano. Like he had a volcano
set up upstairs in his room and it kind of
acted like a volcano and it would blow up like
a little bit. The volcano. You don't remember the volcano. No, oh,
the volcanoes. Yeah, like the drawing was the setup was unbelievable. Volcano.
The guy loves geography and volcanoes and it just topography
(45:40):
like it was. It was a simulation. It was wild. Yeah,
that was cool. Don't have pink pong tables. I had
a pink pong table. You had a pink dole had
pink pong was everything that kept your hand eye. Cornation
on a game as well corn hole cornhole got a
corn hole? Yeah, all right, next question, we hang out
with pink Ever, never mind the facility now to hear
(46:03):
that with like teams like us, remember we have it
in the dryer room. It was it was way back
in the dryer room, and.
Speaker 2 (46:08):
So you had to go to the through the equipment
room to the where they used to dry the towels.
We go in and get like a quick game, but
it couldn't be seen. So it's an unsanctioned ping punk
t unsanctioned. Yes, could it ever like the Powers that
be ever find out about it?
Speaker 1 (46:23):
Yeah, they knew, Yeah, they knew it. But it never
No one ever used it like that. It was every
once in a while, so it was never a big
deal and only certain guys used it. Yeah, and only
certain guys like you had to be like you had
to be like in the club, trashketball was a big Yeah,
that was in the locker.
Speaker 2 (46:36):
Trast trashketball is where guys would we'd have the floating trashes,
you know that every that are on the wheels, and
you'd put them like thirty yards away and it'd just
be like who could shoot in the trash?
Speaker 1 (46:47):
It was a soccer ball that it was like a soccer.
Speaker 2 (46:50):
Ball or something, and they you know, you'd have two
guys on that side, two guys on this side, and
it'd be just shots. Oh he yeah, I don't even
know how it went, but that that's what it was.
Speaker 4 (47:00):
And how many times during the week are you guys
hanging out not in the facility and like, are you
at this like someone's house that everyone's going to or
is it just kind of like.
Speaker 2 (47:07):
Certain Yeah, certain guys had certain whoever was on the
same schedule.
Speaker 1 (47:11):
Yeah, yeah, it was every young bucks. I mean, if
someone was married, I mean you got to go home
to your kids and stuff. So like you're hanging out
with your family after But like when we were young,
like no one had a girlfriend, no families. It was
it was basically every night. It was it was ever
ever every other night because we all lived together or
you know what i mean, and everyone was within a
mile away. So yeah, there's a lot of factors that
(47:33):
play into it. But when you're young in the NFL,
you're hanging out with your teammates a lot lot more.
Speaker 2 (47:37):
But there's also you know, you have your married men,
So like Rob said, you have family men that they
would just stay at the facility as long as they
could because they couldn't do anything.
Speaker 1 (47:47):
At that house. Or the married man on our team
would sneak out at night and try to come to
our house. Yes, yeah, and they would like, I'm walking
my dog right now, and they would put they woul
knock on our door and they'd be like, yo, what
are you guys doing. We'll be like, whoa, whoa, Nico,
get to see you. That's just one name, won't use. Oh,
(48:08):
I'm walking my dog right now, what's going on in here?
Can I join? Yeah? This dud would slam two shots
and then go back home to his wife. The page
will never listen to this, so we're good. Yeah she did,
then who cares? Le's get an ink in trouble, Nico.
You can't walk your dogs seven times? To how many
group chats?
Speaker 4 (48:26):
It was like official team group chats, like positional group chats,
like the.
Speaker 1 (48:29):
Friend There's a lot of group chats.
Speaker 2 (48:31):
There's like you have your boys group chat, you have
positional group chat, you have group chat with coach and position.
Speaker 1 (48:40):
There's like a lot of group chats. Yeah, group chats.
I bet you now too.
Speaker 2 (48:44):
Now it's probably like shares on Instagram, TikTok shares. We
were a little early for that. I can see that
we were sending memes and stuff.
Speaker 1 (48:54):
I guess group chats gotta be huge in the NFL, now, yeah,
it's gotta be. It's it's way usier communicate, you know,
to the position. The coach probably just has a group
chat of all the players and boom just to feed
them the information.
Speaker 3 (49:07):
Text is that how you guys would get information like
if practice time change or like something the next day,
world you get an email or how'd that go?
Speaker 1 (49:13):
It was it was a tax. But group chats weren't
a thing when we were playing, not as big, no,
not as big. So you would just you would just
communicate with each other individually. If it's something changed, the
time change, Uh, someone would call. Yeah, I'll get a
phone call. Yeah. It wasn't more of like a it
wasn't more of a group. It was just individual communication.
Speaker 5 (49:31):
Then I feel that back to like team outside of
a sleeved dynamics, right, you got like when you start
to lead, you're like rookies and young, Like is there
a moment when like, let's say you're a rookie or
young team group, like someone like Randy Moss would like
take like, oh, invite Rob.
Speaker 1 (49:46):
To do something. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (49:46):
Wes tried to do that all the time, and Welker
would always like there was a cool group of guys,
older guys. Yeah, and we were like the slappies and
like Wes would invite like Rob to do something and
not like any of the other guys so rob used
to get poached all the time.
Speaker 1 (50:03):
Yes, but kind of like when you're a rookie, you're
only hanging out with rookies at that time, Like you
got to gain the respect of your teammates and order
to get invited to like the veteran stuff or the
older guys.
Speaker 2 (50:14):
You had to you had you had to do some
shit to be invited to like a veteran thing.
Speaker 1 (50:17):
Yeah, you got to stand out somehow some way. Is
that mostly on the field or is it like.
Speaker 2 (50:21):
Both everything, Yeah, you gotta you gotta be good on
the field, go down the field.
Speaker 1 (50:25):
Or like at least showing like that you're gonna make
like you're gonna impact the team. And also or maybe
just like you're outrageous in the locker room, like you're
making everyone laugh, like you're fun. You're fun, like you're
just you're different, you know.
Speaker 2 (50:38):
And when you get older, you understand because when you're
there for a long time, you don't even know how
Like we were part of I was part of it.
We were part of a group that like half the time,
some guys weren't active. You know, when you're a young
group and you're with the rookies, some of your guys
get cut, you know what I mean. Like, so there's
like a lot of turnover. So when you're older, of
(51:00):
those guys wouldn't invest time in everyone because they know
they're not going to be around.
Speaker 1 (51:03):
That makes sense.
Speaker 4 (51:04):
Was there an ever time either of you specifically remember
like the first time you got like a tap on
the shoulder for like the Veteran group.
Speaker 2 (51:10):
Yeah, I remember we went on the We actually both got
the tap with Wes when we got to go on
the boat.
Speaker 1 (51:15):
Yeah. Yeah, we got to go on the Hooters boat. Yeah,
the Hooters yacht. It was West was friends with the
with the Hooters owner or owner or someone big up
in the Hooters world. And the Hooters yacht was in Boston. Yeah,
at dinner and Matt Matt Light was there, and uh
that was when we got I got tapped into kind
(51:36):
of you know, the next level. I think him feel comfortable.
So I was his We went and then Matt Light
obviously screwed with me. He took my shoes when he
he left a little bit before me and took my
shoes and hit on myne like another dock when like
like freaking fifty feet away and he sat there the
whole time until I left, and he watched me look
(51:57):
for my shoes for like fifteen minutes, and then he
felt bad. And then he came walking over like, you, Rob,
your shoes are over here, man, I was playing. That's
how much he loved me that he that was the
first time he felt bad. Instead of sitting there for
three hours having me look for my shoes, he actually
came back and Rob would have sat three hours to
foes too, bro freaking light Yeah, light man.
Speaker 3 (52:19):
Just cruise around Boston Harbor on the Hooters. Yeah, that's rocks.
It was flation devices.
Speaker 1 (52:25):
I thought we cruised, did we We went and we
saw the fort? Yeah we did. Yeah, we did cruise
and cruised it. But it was sick and I was
like the first shot I've ever put on my is
like NFL life, Like you know, you can be in
yachts like this is crazy. But to your point, I
know you guys are thinking, was there a hundred hooter girl? No,
(52:45):
there was no other There was no other girls.
Speaker 2 (52:47):
It was just me Rob, yes, Wes his girl, and
Matt Light and his wife.
Speaker 1 (52:52):
Yes. So it wasn't like wis your girl. Wasn't like
we were like the play together Julie and I were
looking at each other. Whooters put it that way? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (53:01):
We were like, man, this could be so much more fun, Jules,
why do we come?
Speaker 1 (53:06):
We thought there was gonna be like fifty Hooter girls
on here, and they're gonna serve us wings. And that's
the real reason everybody goes to Hooters. The wings man, Yeah,
the Wings, the family. Hooters even around anymore? I thought
it making Yeah, I think they're around.
Speaker 2 (53:22):
I think remember the one we used to buy the
uh the word's the one that we used to go by.
Speaker 1 (53:27):
Every Providence Providence, yeah, tf and that one shut down though.
Speaker 2 (53:32):
I've never been to it. Though we never went to it,
but our bus went by it to the airport every time,
and every guy would just be at the locker room, like, man,
all at the bus window.
Speaker 1 (53:43):
What's Hooters? Hooters? Should we stop or should we go?
And we come back? It was the worst Hooters of
all time. Oh it was. It looked like a dump.
But whippy do Yeah whipps r I P R I
P Yeah. I don't think Hooters goes anymore. There's this
new one and my mom got me so it's in
It's in Florida and it's Twin Peaks. And my mom
(54:05):
we were sitting at Danner and she had a friend
over and she's like, she's like she somehow brought up
Twin Peaks. Twin Peaks was brought up and they were
cracking jokes about it, and I'm like, what's so funny
like twin Peaks, like like I don't know mountains, like
I don't know and uh. And then they're like you
don't get it and I was like no, and they're
like twin Peaks. And then my mom was like like that,
like what are tatas or it's just show And I
(54:28):
was like, oh, I get two mountains hell yeah, yeah,
two miles right that are twinning on a chest. It's
kind of like it's kind of like the new upper Hooters.
I would say, it's like an upper echelon Hooters. Yeah.
So now I made the milk all the time. Mom,
let's go to Twin Peaks. She's like, we're not going there.
Speaker 3 (54:52):
Doing a show for Yeah, I can say we need
a little group outing out this over y R and D.
Speaker 1 (54:56):
