Speaker 1 (00:00):
I got a question though it relates to the draft.
Have you mastered the DApp When the player gets drafted,
I think it's their happiest moment of their life as well. Sure,
And are you sore the next day because these three
hundred pound men are grabbing you, picking you up, squeezing you.
Do you feel that pain the next day after you

(00:22):
open them up?

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (00:23):
Yeah, no question. The guys who are the worst are
when you see him coming and you know it's about
to happen, you're ready for it. It's when they sort
of they let you down. Then they come back for
a second one. And that always gets me. Yeah, the
kid from Cleveland Browns did that to me. You could
have thrown me five rows into the stands.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
Welcome to Dudes on Dudes. I'm Rob Gronkowski and Julian
Edelman is somewhere out there acting like a squirrel looking
for a nut once again. And this is the show
for your favorite dudes talk about their favorite dudes. And
today we've got a very special guest on hand, the
eighth Commissioner of the NFL Football League. He's not just

(01:06):
doing a great job, he's doing an excellent job expanding
the game like no other over the past few years,
ladies and gentlemen. Roger good Dell and we're talking about
our big pitch to improve the league.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
What do you think about Wednesday.

You know, retired players can play too, you know.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
And also we use our Patnan Dude questionnaire to find
out what kind of dude Roger good Dell is.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
Can you and Grob just have a little word to
ourselves real quick.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
And then we hit the hotline and the Chillist Dude

(02:48):
first live show in Boston? I know the one in
New York was excellent, but what are we expecting here
where we started our career.

Speaker 5 (02:55):
Well, well, you kind of already did one too. You
were very much a part of the Games with Names
live show, so it's just gonna be an extension of that.
It's gonna be a ton of fun. Everyone keeps dming
us about hats and the hat that you're wearing. Now
they're gonna be available there too. It's gonna be fucking
awesome one night show. A ton of people. We're already
starting to book, you know, people to come on the show.

(03:16):
It's gonna be crazy dudes on Dudes, Games with Names,
You and you and Jules Dude, it's gonna be fucking
a blast.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
Yes, it will be a blast. And I remember the
games with names. What was it last year, whatever month
it was, we did two episodes. Then we're actually gonna
be doing one epic episode this time coming up with
dudes on dudes, just because we want the best that
we can possibly do and give it our all in
that one episode. Give it are all to the fans
that that's what they deserve, that that are coming as well.

(03:44):
It's gonna be so much fun.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
And the merch.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
I'm talking these nuthouse hats. I'm sure we're gonna have
plenty of shirts there for sale. We know Julian's master
at the T shirt game. He's not gonna miss out
on that opportunity, and I'm part of it, so I
don't want to miss out on that opportunity either. We're
gonna be talking real live stories. You know, there's gonna
be no editing at all that can be done because

(04:08):
it's gonna.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
Be well, we're not we're not gonna edit you.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
We can adit maybe for the show when it comes
out later, but we ain't editing what we're gonna be
saying right there on the spot.

Speaker 4 (04:17):
That's live.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
So I can't wait for it. The Games and Names
was super successful when we had it in Boston, but
this is even gonna be bigger and badder. I can't wait.
You know, August twenty eighth is coming up soon. It's
about to be the end of summer. That's how you,
you know, end summer with a bang. I'll see you
guys there. Now let's get into it. Here's our interview
with Roger Godell.

Speaker 4 (04:38):
All right, should we get into our first guest? Yeash?

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Shall we?

Speaker 6 (04:41):
Let's go with the eighth commissioner of the National Football League.
He doesn't need an introduction, Roger Goodell.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
Rober no book, get up, god come on time, man.
We gonna fit to commit.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Rogers looking fit right now. He's been working out. Are
you on the Tom Brady Program?

Speaker 4 (05:08):
You have a TV to a lot of chance.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
I couldn't even buy that though.

Speaker 4 (05:11):
Thank you for coming on.

Speaker 6 (05:12):
We just started bringing on guests to our show, so
this is still kind of experimental, but we thought we'd
pretty much kick it off with some easy what are
you most excited about for this twenty twenty five NFL
football season?

Speaker 4 (05:25):
And can I call you a commission?

Speaker 7 (05:27):
You can?

Speaker 3 (05:28):
You can call me anything. You want to make sure.

Speaker 4 (05:31):
Man, that's my guy.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Hey, I think I'm looking you know. It's always fun
for me. This is my forty four season. By the way,
it's always fun to sort of you think certain things
are going to happen during the season. That's completely the opposite.
So it's individual performances, the team performances, competition. I'm looking
forward to the international Games. We got three new cities

(05:52):
this year, which will be fun. And I'm actually looking
forward to some of the platforms who are trying to
bring more to NFL fans, which is like YouTube, and
so we have our first game on YouTube from Brazil
this year, so I think that'll be a lot of fun.
And then we always loved the Holiday games real quick.

Speaker 6 (06:11):
We didn't want to get into this right right away,
but we were kind of we kind of had a
pitch for the NFL. Oh, yes we do, you know,
so something that we think that would be super innovative
bring a lot of viewership. What do you think about
Wednesday night night football?

Speaker 3 (06:27):
We did have Wednesday Football, well last year we had Christmas.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
Christmas, I know, but I think we should do Wednesday Night.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
Today during COVID once remember that I did the Steelers
in the Ravens. I think.

Speaker 4 (06:38):
I think didn't we play on like a Tuesday?

Speaker 3 (06:40):
We played the you guys cheap.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
That was fun.

Speaker 3 (06:42):
We were all waiting for tests and we played whenever
we could.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
That that was nuts. We handled Wednesday football.

Speaker 3 (06:48):
I don't know what do you guys think Wednesday FOOTBA
Lasterday night football?

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Would you guys like that?

Speaker 6 (06:53):
We got a German flag over there? Look at that
which Lynn which will be in Germany this year? Right Frankfurt.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
I believe we're going to Berlin. Berlin.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Yeah, the first time in Berlin for a regular season game,
So I'm looking forward to that one. That's a great city.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
All right, mister Goodell, we go way back. No, no, no, Roger, Yeah,
I like that. I appreciate that. Thank you for correcting me.
But we go way back, all the way to twenty
ten when I was infamously drafted in the second round,
the first player ever to be drafted in the second round.
While being at the draft in New York City, I

(07:27):
got a question though it relates to the draft, have
you mastered the DAP When the player gets drafted, it's
their happiest moment of their life as well sure, And
are you sore the next day because these three hundred
pound men are grabbing you, picking you up, squeezing you.
Do you feel that pain the next day after japping

(07:49):
them up?

Speaker 4 (07:50):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (07:50):
Yeah, no question. The guys who are the worst are
when you see him coming and you know it's about
to happen, you're ready for it. It's when they sort
of they let you down. Then they can them back
for a second one. And that always gets me. Yeah,
the kid from Cleveland Browns did that to me. You
could have thrown me five rows into the stand, but
it was. It's my favorite moment actually, because you know

(08:12):
these guys, you know what, Bronki come out there and
it's you feel that emotion. You're now an NFL player
and you got the team. That's a good moment, right,
and I think you guys feel that emotion now.

Speaker 6 (08:23):
Commish Roger, how excited are we for flag football and
what it's gonna do?

Speaker 4 (08:30):
Are we are we bringing?

Speaker 6 (08:31):
Are we shipping all our guys from the NFL to
the flag football team? How is this all gonna work out?

Speaker 3 (08:36):
You know retired players can play too, You can't we Yeah, but.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Retired players are usually out of shape we're a really great.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
Thing for the league. I mean, ultimately, what flag football does.

Speaker 6 (08:51):
It brings eyes around the world, which is the fast
and fastest growing girls sport, I believe right now. And
it's gonna bring everyone down to see our sport, and
this is gonna be a great opportunity for us.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
I agree with you, I think, Jose the best thing
about this is having the young women get to play
our game. Honestly, when you see them play and compete,
and I got to tell you they can play. There's
some great athletes, so that's gonna be a fun competition.
And then just to see our guys. I don't know
how many guys will do it, but I think it'll
be a lot of fun to watch them, that's for sure.

Speaker 4 (09:20):
It's gonna be fun. And I think that the.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
Lot of roster spots either like twelve fifteen ten man
roster is six teams. Yeah, that's I mean, not petition big.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
We'll see. We'll see.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
Roger, you have done such a great job expanding this game.
We talked a lot a little bit about how there's
gonna be a game in Berlin next year. I just
want to thank you for that because it's it's expanding
our platform as well. We're getting fans from all over
the place. When you expand the game, you expand our
brand as well. But where do you see the NFL

(09:52):
going in the next three four years and how much
expansion do you see overseas? Yes, we're in Europe, yeah,
year in Brazil. Are you going to be playing a
game in China eventually? Is that on the radar? Where
do you see the program going just to be going
totally abroad?

Speaker 3 (10:09):
Well, first, I want to just touch on something you're
right is as we increase the platform for the NFL
and our clubs, we do it for our players, and
I want to put the players on the biggest stage
because you guys are you guys are the best on
and off the field. You know they're entertaining. I know
you notice that, but there's so many guys who bring

(10:30):
so much to this game, but more importantly to our
success ultimately, really so for us. Right now, we're scheduled
for Australia next season. That'll be twenty six, which will
be the longest trip we've had of course, so that'll
be a challenge for us. We definitely want to get
to Asia. We want to play games in Asia, whether
that's China, Singapore, Tokyo. We've got our eyes on all

(10:52):
of them. But we want to make the greame global. Ultimately,
we think we can play sixteen games in the season.
Everybody he would play, and I think that that's the
kind of competition I hate the fund. Do we ever
expand and have teams there? I think I think that'll
happen someday. I really do that.

Speaker 6 (11:10):
Whoa, Now, that's awesome. I was just thinking about the
experience for the player, Like that was the first time
I ever left the country.

Speaker 4 (11:18):
Is when we went to England.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
That's not uncommon.

Speaker 4 (11:21):
I mean, yeah, most of the guys, I believe, you
know the guys that everybody.

Speaker 3 (11:25):
Yeah, it gives it growadays, it's not quite so. They
guys have their passports. I mean I get calls from
guys who are all over the world. They're just traveling
right now. That's what they love to do. It.

Speaker 6 (11:36):
It gives us the ability to feel like the other
sport a little bit because we are so domesticated with
our fan group and everything. Everyone talks about how we
own America, but like we don't go to other countries
like basketball or or soccer how that that's built into
their lifestyle. This gives us a little chance of that
and it's really cool for the athlete. It's a it's
a bitch, Don't get me wrong. It's hard having to

(11:58):
get your routine over to that. But the experience for everything,
I think is a slam dunk. It's awesome. Now, COMMISSI,
who are some of the unsung heroes at the NFL office.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
We got a lot of them. I start with a
woman who's outside on our floor when you come off
the elevator. She was there every single day during COVID,
every single day, and she had to take a bus
and a subway to get there. And so we just
have people who they are committed to this game. They
work seven days a week, just like the players who

(12:30):
and the coaches do. They're all working to try to
make this game better. And so as individuals, our staff
is unbelievable. You know, the staffs on the teams do
the same thing. They bust their ass to try to
do this for the right way. And every time we
have an event, every time we do something with the NFL,
we want to raise the bar.

Speaker 6 (12:49):
Without a doubt, and you guys do last question, I
got to get to any question.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Yes, it's a two part question here. It goes hand
in hand. The NFC Championship game in the AFC Championship
game are bolt the same day, you know, the Sunday,
two sundays before in the Super Bowl. How do you
pick what game you're going to that day between the
AFC game and the NFC game. And on top of that,
how many Super Bowls have you been to in your lifetime?

Speaker 3 (13:14):
Well, I'll go with the second one. I think it's
got to be thirty plus. I haven't counted them up.

Speaker 4 (13:21):
It's got a prety plus super gotta it's.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
Got to be because I came. It's forty four seasons,
so I gotta believe. I used to when we had
the Pro Bowl after the Super Bowl, I used to
go to that, not the Super Bowl was the first one.
First Super Bowl was a Super Bowl in New Orleans
and nineteen eighty five Bears Patriots, Bears, Bears, Patriots.

Speaker 6 (13:43):
Bears, Patriots. We were up three to zero on that game.
We were up three to zero for three minutes.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
I think that game. How do you pick between the
AFC and NFC Championship game?

Speaker 3 (13:54):
It depends where I went earlier in the year and
where I went, uh last year, So I tried to
flip flop them a little bit. I'm trying to get there.
But it's no magic, no science to it.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
That makes sense.

Speaker 6 (14:06):
Awesome, Okay, Now, mister commission Roger, We're gonna ask you
a series of patent questions that we came up with
in our system at the Nuthouse to determine what kind
of dude you are going to be in the locker room.
That's what our show is. It's Dudes on dudes. We
talk about dudes and then we determine what kind of

(14:26):
do they're going to be so uh hard hating quick questions.
All right, we got our notepads, rob Do you want
to start the clock?

Speaker 4 (14:34):
All right?

Speaker 1 (14:36):
Let me started it off?

Speaker 4 (14:37):
Started off? All right, it's really easy, dude.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Question here. Question number one, who is your favorite non football.

Speaker 6 (14:45):
Athlete, favorite non football athlete playing today whenever, it doesn't matter,
it doesn't matter current past.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
Uh. I'd say that's a really tough one, but I'm
gonna go with Jackie Joiner Curve. Who Jackie Joiner Cursey, Okay,
she can play, I see that.

Speaker 4 (15:05):
What was your first car Honda civic handa civic who?

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Good guess, Milege, how many slices of pizza do you
eat at one time?

Speaker 3 (15:16):
You guys aren't gonna believe this, But I don't eat
pizza that much, so really no, So I'm a I'm
not A. I can't eat cheese, so I'm no pizza.

Speaker 4 (15:25):
Much pizza but no pizza. Rob put that down.

Speaker 3 (15:28):
So that's gonna put me in the bad dude category.

Speaker 6 (15:30):
I know is an easy one.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
Roger. Who's the coolest person in your phone? Oh? Man,
you got a lot of cool people. I mean runs
the sickest business in the world.

Speaker 3 (15:42):
The coolest person. I guess that's where you guys decided.
But last year I was asked a similar questions and
I gave five five options. I think they came up
with jay Z.

Speaker 6 (15:51):
So jay Z here, he's here, he got jay Z.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
Wow?

Speaker 6 (15:56):
What was your college g p A college g p A.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
At least you didn't ask me in my high school
GPA college was better. I think I was like a
three seven.

Speaker 4 (16:06):
Three seven three point.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
Yes in my high school, though I barely got into college.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Party pants right here?

Speaker 4 (16:13):
What movie have you seen the most?

Speaker 3 (16:16):
I'm probably putting Rocky up there.

Speaker 4 (16:18):
Rocky, Robbie. Do you see that Rocky.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
Avandrago Il must break you. Everyone says I look like him.

Speaker 4 (16:26):
He looks like drago Oh.

Speaker 1 (16:29):
All right, if you weren't the commissioner of the NFL,
what would you be doing for a job.

Speaker 3 (16:34):
My favorite job in my life, honestly, other than being
commissioner or being in the NFL, was being a bartender.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
Bartender.

Speaker 3 (16:40):
I love being a but your drink of choice. I mean,
that's how I got through college. Actually, I was a bartender.

Speaker 4 (16:45):
Cocktails and Roger and dream was pretty good.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
Appears and shots, beers and shots.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
Best customers early on in our career.

Speaker 4 (16:54):
Yeah, we're good tippers. I would have liked you.

Speaker 3 (16:57):
I would have liked you.

Speaker 4 (16:58):
Guys in there are ten under hell of a beer?
All right? Did you play anything?

Speaker 3 (17:04):
I wouldn't be doing that today, but yeah.

Speaker 4 (17:06):
What you say it for the for the for the show.
What sport did you play in high school?

Speaker 3 (17:12):
Football? Basketball, and baseball?

Speaker 4 (17:14):
Positions?

Speaker 3 (17:16):
Football? I played safety and tight end. I was as
good as.

Speaker 4 (17:20):
Gronk safety and tight end. Gronk.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
How many catches did you have your senior year? Because
my senior year in high school I only had eight
catches at the tight end.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
I wasn't far off of that. They couldn't throw back then, right.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
We ran the ball one time fifty out of fifty
two plays at my high school.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
So you think you did okay? Though?

Speaker 1 (17:37):
Did you have more than eight catches out your senior year?

Speaker 3 (17:40):
Eight catches? I gotta have more and eight catches you're
about it's probably close.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
You were better than me that.

Speaker 6 (17:46):
So he was a tight end point guard, yep, point guard.
He was a dishing all right.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
Baseball, I was pitcher in uh, second base.

Speaker 6 (17:55):
A pitcher and second Yeah, so not a crazy strong
arm because you weren't playing, but you had some stuff.

Speaker 4 (18:01):
Don't want to waste it. I get it. I gotta
get it.

Speaker 1 (18:04):
And then what was your forty time?

Speaker 3 (18:07):
What was Brady's I beat him? I know that beat.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
Brady for nine nine nine. I think he was a
five to two. But we'll give you for nine. We'll
put it on the books.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
We'll say four to eight.

Speaker 6 (18:17):
All right, last couple, I'll give you the last one.
Rob favorite NFL rule?

Speaker 3 (18:23):
How about overtime?

Speaker 4 (18:24):
Overtime? Overtime?

Speaker 3 (18:25):
I like overtime games. I like read more football, yeah,
more football, more football.

Speaker 4 (18:30):
As last last question.

Speaker 1 (18:32):
All right, let's get a little bit more specific, like
the Super Bowl overtime rules or the playoff overtime rules,
because they're a little bit different.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
Well, I love the super Bowl because you go to
you win right first time. It's tough to do obviously
when you're in a regular season or even in the playoffs.
But super Bowl, yeah, we go until you win right, Yep,
that's it.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
Both both teams get it an opportunity.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
And what I love about it too is that the
rule that change was if you kick a field goal,
the other team still gets an opportunity.

Speaker 6 (19:03):
No, even if you score a touchdown in the super Bowl,
now you get the ball regard. Now you get an
opportunity too. That's why in the Super and we all
like why did he.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (19:14):
In the regular uh huh?

Speaker 4 (19:16):
All right?

Speaker 1 (19:17):
And the final question, final question term and what type
of dude Roger Goodell is? How do you eat your steak?

Speaker 4 (19:25):
How do you eat your steak medium? Medium?

Speaker 3 (19:28):
Medium?

Speaker 4 (19:28):
With forking knife?

Speaker 3 (19:30):
It depends if I if I'm sitting at the table
and I got to mind my manners, I'll use my fork.
But if I'm not, let's go, let's eat.

Speaker 4 (19:40):
I like that, all right, can let can me and
Grob just have a little word to ourselves real quick
to determine what kind of guys determined?

Speaker 1 (19:48):
What type of duty is? He only had a three seven,
Yeah he should have been a four point oh guy,
but yeah he's like.

Speaker 4 (19:55):
He did he did beat Brady in a forty.

Speaker 6 (19:57):
Yeah, he's kind of fast, he's fat, doesn't eat pizza,
loves the overtime.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
Room over jay Z and his fall and that's pretty cool.

Speaker 4 (20:05):
Yeah yeah, one, two, three? Dudes, dude, what do you
guys think that?

Speaker 1 (20:13):
Take that?

Speaker 4 (20:13):
What do you guys think that? I mean, you think
about it?

Speaker 1 (20:17):
What really makes you a dudes, doude is that you
wanted to be a bartender if you weren't the NFL commissioner, if.

Speaker 6 (20:23):
He wanted to if he wasn't the commission was he
wanted to give people a couple of drinks to let
them have a great night.

Speaker 4 (20:28):
Also, what made you a dude?

Speaker 1 (20:29):
Do you know what? You know what?

Speaker 3 (20:31):
The big deal about being a bartender though is great. Yeah,
you do make people happy, but it's really learning how
to deal with people.

Speaker 4 (20:37):
You learn a lot too.

Speaker 3 (20:38):
You've done a hell of a lot.

Speaker 4 (20:39):
A lot and that's why your dude, do you're always learning?

Speaker 6 (20:43):
I also loved uh I love to know pizza thing,
and you weren't afraid to say it in front of
a room full of people.

Speaker 3 (20:50):
I know, but we got we got a pizza sponsors.

Speaker 6 (20:52):
So we're in New York right now and you say
you don't like pizza in a room a room full
of New Yorkers and stuff.

Speaker 4 (20:57):
It's crazy, But your dude's dud. Did we miss anything, commission?

Speaker 3 (21:02):
I don't think so. But I appreciate what you guys.

Speaker 4 (21:07):
Show everyone. Cosioner, thank you're the best man. We'll be
right back after this quick break.

Speaker 1 (21:19):
Oh man, Roger Goodell, what a moment that was, you know,
doing our third live show ever and we get the
NFL commissioner to join Dudes on Dudes. That's absolutely epic.
You know. I appreciate Roger Goodell big time. That was
truly my first time you know where I got to

(21:41):
interact with him on a personal basis. Yes, I met
him before, you know, for a minute or two, but
to really sit down with him, interview Roger Goodell and
get to know him on a personal level was it
was just phenomenal. He's such a cool guy. He really
really is. I didn't think that he was going to
be like that, Like I I thought a commissioner would
be all buttoned up suit and tie, giving proper answers.

(22:05):
Like he was so laid back. It was like having
a conversation with him while drinking a beer at the bar.
And that's what I really love about the commission That's
why I feel like he's been so successful as well,
because he can relate not just to the players, you know,
not just to the owners, but he can relate to
the fans. Even though he gets booed all the time
all the time, Like no matter where he goes, when

(22:26):
he gets called out onto a stage, he gets booed
all the time. But after sitting down with him, I
think those booths are kind of unfairly justified. Like he's
doing such a great job and he communicates with the
fans as well. He gives what the fans want. And
that's what was so cool about interviewing him as well,
because that's what he wants to do. He wants to

(22:46):
give the fans the best possible product that can be
developed in the National Football League and put it out
there out on the football field. I got to ask
him questions about Wednesday Night Football, and that's definitely a
possibility for sure. It depends on you know, when that
will be. It's clearly not going to be throughout you know,
week one and week two, Like he pulled it off

(23:08):
before to have Wednesday night football, but I highly doubt
that it's going to be all the time. But he
didn't argue against it. So he wants football every single night.
But who doesn't want football every single night? It absolutely
sucks when you're just chilling on a weekday and it's
like Wednesday night and like you're studying some notes and
you're like, oh, I'm gonna put the game on in
the background, and then all of a sudden you're like,

(23:30):
oh shit, it's Wednesday night. There's no game on. Like
studying your notes, whatever you're studying sucks on because you
can't just look up and watch the football game. So, yes, Roger,
we do need Wednesday night football. The fans want Wednesday
night football. We don't care if the product of the
game is that you know, isn't as quality as a
Sunday game, but but they're still football on TV. And

(23:51):
that's better than no football. That's better than no NFL
on the television screen.

Speaker 5 (23:56):
Hey, I got to stand up for jewels. Here give
some maxim representation. There is an action on Wednesday nights.
It's not the NFL, but there is some football on
Wednesday nights. But like right before we went out there
with with with the Commissioner Goodell, we were all thinking, whiz,
he was gonna be a whiz. And then like when
you guys got to talk to him and after the questionnaire,
like dudes, dude, who knew right? And like his favorite
movie was Rocky? Like how cool is that?

Speaker 4 (24:17):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (24:18):
Yeah, favorite movie was Rocky And we all truly did
think that he was going to be a whiz, Like
you got to be super smart to be the commission
But to tell you the truth, meeting these high end CEOs, commissioners,
owners of the NFL, it's not their their person It's
it's not them being a super genius and being super smart,

(24:39):
it's them being so personable. And that's what Roger Goodell was.
And that's what was the surprise, you know, to myself
and to Julian and to you, Kyler, is that we
just thought he was going to be a whiz, you know,
just like a genius and turns out. I mean, he
didn't even have that good of grades in school, you know.
But the guy was so personable and and so relatable,

(25:02):
not just to Julian and I but to the fans
I feel like as well, and obviously to the owners
as well. He's got to be truly relatable to them
because that's who's paying him, that's who he's answering to.
But just overall, man, it was a great conversation. It
was just so cool.

Speaker 4 (25:17):
It was just epic.

Speaker 1 (25:18):
I mean, who would ever thought in a million years
when I got drafted in twenty ten that and you
know you when I give Roger Goodell a big hug,
that's what. Also I talked to him about, hey, like,
do you have to recover after draft night because you
got three hundred pound guys that are all juiced up,
all happy just coming up and giving you a big
hug and slapping you on the back, like how injured

(25:39):
are you? The next day, so we got to have
some fun about that. He answered that as well, and
he chuckled about it. So just so overall, man, it
was it was. It was legit, It really was.

Speaker 5 (25:52):
That was great And thanks again for Fanatics Fest for
setting that all up, giving us the RKK interview and
Roger Goodell as well.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Yeah, fanatics Fest you know came through Kyler, no doubt
about that. They gave us a stage, they gave us
a presence, and that's all you can ask for in
this life, so you can take advantage of that opportunity.
So thank you to Mike Michael Rubin for hooking that up,
giving us not just a stage, a stage that had
Dudes on Dudes in the background, a stage that was phenomenal,

(26:21):
that was that was an a game stage, and also
setting it up so fans can come around us, you know,
and enjoy our show too. And we want to thank
all the fans at f and x Fest that came
because there were so many activities to do and so
many other podcasts going on, and we had a wonderful
crowd around us as well. It was basically sold out.
We had about a thousand people there and there's so

(26:43):
much other activities to do. So thank you to the
fans that came out at fin x Fast and sat
there and listened to us, you know, on our very
first ever live show of Dudes on Dudes.

Speaker 5 (26:54):
And one more thing before we wrap up, Fax Fest Talk.
We were to give Julian shit. On the last show.
We were looking through like the scorings of all that
little competition they did, and one stuck out. You won
the hockey competition, the puck into the laundry machines.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
You won that one.

Speaker 4 (27:09):
So I was just like I saw it.

Speaker 5 (27:10):
I was like, fuck, yeah, Rob hell yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (27:13):
I was proud. I was proud.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
You know, I wasn't so proud about my performance overall,
but my hockey performance was excellent. Aiden Ross was there
and I checked him into the boards right after. You know,
he was talking shit like he always does because he's
a YouTuber. So I was like, yo, skate right by me.
He's like, what do you mean. I was like, skate
right by me. I'm going to check you into the boards.
But you know, I didn't lay the wood on him.
It was probably about a ten percent check that I

(27:36):
could have possibly given him there. I see, he would
have been in the hospital and then he wouldn't be
able to stream anymore with all the streamers, and then
he wouldn't be able to make any money, and then
he would have probably suited for nex Vest and actually
probably made more money of that. But I took it
easy on you. Ate to ross next year, though, I
want to absolutely lay your ass out, buddy, And that's
what's up, so you better watch out. You better not
come my way. But the hockey thing, I'm proud of
that I was high score and I could have dominated

(27:58):
a lot more. But I mis by like an inch
on a lot of things. Like I hit the three
pointers in the in the basketball shooting, but like I
missed four out of the five two pointers, Like you
can't win when you miss four out of five two pointers,
but you do pretty well on the three pointers. The
golf game, I absolutely bombed the pitching. I should have

(28:18):
had a way better score, you know, in the pitching game,
the baseball pitching thing where you hit the targets. But
let me tell you, like I was just off. Like
if I practiced one time before, I could have gotten
like I could have doubled what my score was. So
I messed up myself.

Speaker 4 (28:33):
It was my fault.

Speaker 1 (28:34):
I didn't do any practice at all, and I was
planning on it and I just didn't. So I messed
up there. Man, I messed up. So I'm gonna have
redemption next year. Obviously, Tom won it all because you know,
it's riggs. I told Ruben. I told Reuben, it's rigged, Like,
how do he get a score three ninety nine and
my score was like two eighty six. They rigged it, obviously,
they gave him high scores in the punching bag. They

(28:57):
rigged that machine. That's one you can rig. He's a golfer,
so he rigged that himself. So he's laying He golfs
all the time. He's got so much time on his
hand because he has golf courses like in his backyard.

Speaker 2 (29:09):
At his houses.

Speaker 5 (29:10):
The big takeaway is Jewels finished behind Tiffany Hattish.

Speaker 1 (29:13):
So yeah, well the big takeaway was that Jewles was
on the ir after two performances, after two sporting games.
This guy gave it his all in the NFL and
for the New England Patriots. That he's hurting now, you know,
to this day because of what he did out on
the field. So I gotta respect that Jewles was, you know,
a little bit banged up and wanted to you know,

(29:35):
focus on dudes on dudes. So I appreciate that Jewels
he sacrificed his athletic abilities to have a better Dudes
on Dudes show Show you got to appreciate that. And
also that was one less you know guy, I had
a you know, had a compete verse and win that
million dollars cash. But unfortunately I got in like fifteenth
place and didn't get the million dollars. But I'm coming

(29:57):
for it next year, Brady, you're going down. I'm gonna
make sure the machines aren't rigged and the games aren't
rigged this year. And like the soccer shooting, Like the
soccer shooting was difficult, Like like I got it down
after a couple and I hit a couple tens in
the right hand corner. But like you watch Tom and
he's barely kicking the ball and he's dribbling in into
the five that's on the ground, Like you gotta have

(30:19):
to kick it at a reasonable speed. It was like
a little four year old sissy girl kicking the ball.
It looked like when Tom was doing it, like that's
rigging the game, Like you at least have to give
it a good try, Like I was actually kicking the
ball as higher as I possibly could at some points,
but like barely tapping it, Like that's not a true goal,
that's not true athleticism, Like anyone could have done that,

(30:40):
So like that's what I'm talking about, Like there needs
to be better rules next year, Like you gotta give
it like true, true effort, like it's a real sporting game.

Speaker 5 (30:47):
Hashtag facts best rigged.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
And now let's get into the chillis Dude of the Week,
brought to you by our favorite beer, cors Light. Get
cors Light delivered straight to your door. Visit Corslight dot com,
slash dudes, and remember celebrate responsibly. Oh oh well, there's
a coors Light handed me just like that.

Speaker 4 (31:08):
Here we go.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Oh that sounded nice. That was refreshing. Cheers chorus like
Cold is the Rockies. Cheers my friends, cheers.

Speaker 5 (31:20):
Let's hit the hotline again. That number is five six
one two oh three, five seven eight nine five six
one two three five seven eight nine. Let's get into it.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
Come on, Kyler, let's get into it. Julian's not here today,
so this show is all about me. I'm hitting the hotline.
This is my favorite part of Dudes on Dudes. It's
not talking about other dudes, but hanging out with dudes
that call in and answering other dudes random questions that
are always absurd. This is when I strive as well.

(31:53):
So Kyler hit that playboy. Let's hear the first question
presented by Coors Light.

Speaker 7 (32:00):
I was wondering if you guys ever had any favorite
like practice squad players, Like I know a lot of
people are coming in enough to practice squad each year.
I was wondering if any of you guys had any
favorite guys off the practice squad.

Speaker 1 (32:12):
Thank you, Oh well, this is an easy question. My
favorite guy on the practice squad. His name was Russ
ross vent Trone. Rusty Benson was his nickname. That's what
I was about to call him, Ross Ventron, but Russey Benson.
He been cut and brought back on the roster more
time than anyone in the single year that he even

(32:34):
had an article written about him in Sports Illustrated by
I'm pretty sure the legendary writer Peter King, and Ross
vent Trone just you know didn't have that record. But
he made me the player that I was, you know,
at the beginning of my career, especially my second year

(32:57):
in the league, when I broke every single record. I
verse him on a daily basis. He gave me a
great look on the practice squad. Yes, I was physically
way bigger than him, but his heart was just as
big as anyone else's. And he gave me a look
and he never backed down to get physical with me,

(33:19):
you know, to give me that look to slow me down.
So every single Sunday during that second year, you know
in the league, you know, I was prepared for that
game and I dominated on the daily basis, and Ross
Ventrone helped get me to that level.

Speaker 4 (33:35):
And not just that.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
There's a third thing that was great about him is
that he was a poet and he stood up in
front of our classroom and he wrote poems and he
presented them in front of the team. So we appreciate
everything that he did for the Patriots while he was there,
especially when he broke the record for most transactions in
a year. It was just legendary. Him and coach Balichik

(33:57):
had a wonderful relationship.

Speaker 5 (34:00):
And he had fifteen transactions with the Patriots and then
throughout his career with the Patriots he had thirty one
total transactions. Well, shout out Ross product of Villanova.

Speaker 1 (34:11):
Told you he's a legend, a transaction legend. He's a transaction.
Oh a lot of NBA players know about transactions.

Speaker 3 (34:19):
Yeah, he beats them.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
All.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
He beats them all.

Speaker 7 (34:25):
I wanted to know what, in your opinion, is the
best college that allows football players to be fed into
the NFL.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
I mean, obviously I'm going with the University of Arizona.
I mean they produced myself, Antoine Cason, and Earl Mitchell,
my brother, Chris Gronkowski full back position, and just so
many others as well, Nick Foles, uh, but Landsbrigg, Teddy Bruski.
I mean, there's so many other others as well. That

(34:55):
McMillan and the rookie there we go, Yeah, Marquis the
rookie at top ten pick this year, you know, to
the Carolina Panthers. Now that's just a decent program. You know,
we got a lot of NFL guys that their University
of Arizona producers. But it's definitely not a powerhouse like
these others, Like you got Notre Dame. They have like

(35:15):
a billion guys in the NFL. But I would say
the biggest powerhouse. It's hard for me to be able
to decipher the best one out there because you have
to kind of be a part of it. But from
looking on the outside and interacting with the players in
the NFL that went to these college I would have
to say that Florida produced at a high rate, was

(35:38):
one of the best colleges you know, to produce and
develop a player and get to the NFL. At beginning
of my NFL career. I'd probably say from twenty ten
to two thousand, you know, fourteen fifteen, and then Alabama
took that over. And Alabama's probably been the best program
to produce and develop a player from high school throughout

(36:00):
college and then you know, and then shoot them into
the NFL and not just a few guys, We're talking
a ton of guys.

Speaker 5 (36:06):
Now, you think that that's gonna change with the saving
eerror ending and maybe some of the others programs are
Higo State or do you think with NL and guys
moving around that you might lose a little bit of
that consolidation of like a NFL factory of these big
time college programs.

Speaker 1 (36:19):
There'll be a few powerhouses that stay powerhouses. Maybe like
Alabama will always be a powerhouse with producing NFL talent
and just producing a great college program. Maybe not to
the extent that it was from like twenty fifteen to
like twenty twenty two, Like that was just a ridiculous era.
But they're always going to be producing guys. I'm sure

(36:40):
like every five years it's going to switch to a
different program Like Ohio State right now is probably the
program for the last year to be producing talent and
then bringing them to the NFL. So and then with
the NIL I would say that the lesser programs like
the MAC programs Conference USA, they're actually gonna produce less

(37:02):
now they already had guys, you know, maybe one guy
on their roster we go to the NFL. Well, that
one guy now is gonna get grabbed by these bigger schools,
you know, and get paid by these bigger schools, and
then you know they would go to the NFL from there.
So that's who gets most effected that. I feel like
that that I see you know, you know, getting affected

(37:23):
by so the powerhouses will always produced because they got
the money to bring in the best guys. With these
little tiny schools, like they're gonna be hurting with talent
because they're gonna get scooped right up and paid by
the big dogs.

Speaker 5 (37:35):
Yeah, I can see that all right, here's another one.

Speaker 4 (37:38):
He saw you recently dropped that new built collection of underwear.
Saw the pictures on Instagram.

Speaker 7 (37:45):
And got to say the pieces looking big.

Speaker 4 (37:48):
Was that all natural or digital in hands?

Speaker 1 (37:51):
Oh oh man, this guy, this guy must have a
hammer and his name must be Jack if he's asking
this question like that just makes sense. Yeah, that's definitely
a guy named Jack or random Jack out there. But
he's got to have a hammer if he's checking out
my hammer. But let me tell you it was natural
and digitally enhanced. I mean, to be able to look

(38:13):
that good, you have to be natural, but you also
need the lighting that comes into play. You also need
a great angle. You also need a great cameraman to
get that angle as well. With a great team green. Yeah,
so it was just a team out for overall. And
that built underwear collection is just popping. I actually just
got sixteen new pairs of underwear delivered to me yesterday

(38:34):
as we speak. And guess what, I'm going on vacation
in all July. I'll be out of country and I'm
bringing those sixteen pairs of underwear and I'm gonna do
my own separate photoshoot because the colors, the colors are
just like the pastel colors that look just fantastic and
make your tam pop. So I'm gonna be using them
as a bathing suit. So check out my Instagram stories

(38:57):
throughout July because I'm gonna be posting some pictures and
I'm gonna to digitally enhance that package as well to
make it look like I have a subway foot long.

Speaker 5 (39:06):
Were you going on vacation then you were fun?

Speaker 1 (39:08):
I'm not telling you. I'll tell you after. I don't
tell people where I'm going, but after it's done, then
I let everyone know where I was. But I'll be
somewhere in this world, Kyler, I'll be somewhere in this world.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
Do you guys believe in curses? Obviously? Coming from Boston
four Red Sox, I'm a Falcon fan, so I'm asking
twenty eight to three from your perspective, and if not,
or if so, can Michael Panmis be the one that
breaks the curse?

Speaker 1 (39:35):
All right, Kyler, can you get me up to date
on the four Red Sox please? With the curse? I
wasn't that the year that they were down like three
to zero and then they came back and beat the Yankees?

Speaker 4 (39:44):
Correct?

Speaker 5 (39:45):
Yeah, they were down three to zero in the ALCS
and then they came back one game four and over
in the extra innings and then won three in a row,
four in a row, and then beat the and swept
the Cardinals and then one I think three since or
two pass.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
No, yeah, they beat the Yankees. They came back when
they were down three o versus Okay, So this guy
kind of threw me off. He's like, do you believe
in curses? And he's like, I'm coming obviously coming from
Boston with the all four Red Sox, and it's like
the Red Sox were cursed, but no, the Red Sox
did the curse, so.

Speaker 5 (40:12):
The curse was But prior to that, I think Babe
Ruth was traded or sold to the Yankees I think
nineteen seventeen or whatever. That was last time they won
a World Series, and then he went to the Yankees,
and it was the curse of the Bambino for almost
one hundred years. That was then broken in oh four
and that was them breaking the curse. If Boston lare
goes oh okay, okay, I think eighty six years or

(40:33):
something that they hadn't won a World Series.

Speaker 1 (40:34):
Okay, I see. Hold on one second, my dog is
eating a roll of tape and our background producers of
the show cannot get my dog. He keeps running away,
so we have a mission on our hands. I think
Ralphie next year should join the Fanatics games because he
is one athletic dog. But Sam cannot get it out
of his mouth. Hold on one second, I might need

(40:56):
to come in for some help.

Speaker 5 (40:57):
Go do your thing, and I'm just gonna give him
infro about the Red Sox curse that most of our
Boston listeners know. But in ninety eighty six they also
lost the World Series to the Mets with the famous
Bill Buckner you know error, and then they hadn't win
since nineteen eighteen.

Speaker 3 (41:13):
No tape, dude, no tape.

Speaker 1 (41:15):
All right, we're back. Sorry, my dog was eating a
roll of tape. All right, we're back to the curses.
We didn't need my dog to get cursed and swallow
some tape and have a taped up butthole and not
be able to poop and be curse. It'll be diarrhea
in his stomach for five days.

Speaker 4 (41:31):
That would be no good.

Speaker 1 (41:32):
So we're back. But no, I don't believe in curses really,
I truly think the better team won each time as well.
The Red Sox were a better team. They came back
and dominated and they swept the Cardinals actually in the
World Series as well, just to show their greatness. But
that Falcons game, it's talked about all the time, and
I was on the sidelines for this game. But I'm

(41:52):
telling you right now, we were dominating the whole game.
There was just a couple of plays that think go
our way in the first half, you know, the pick
six interception. We were driving down the field. We just
couldn't put points up on the board. If you look
in the stat sheet. We were dominating them in the
first half, and Coach Belichick even mentioned that in the
second half, like, hey, let's just stick to our game,
but we just can't make any mistakes and we just

(42:13):
got to dominate when we need to dominate and make
the plays when we need to make the plays. And
that's exactly what happened. We stuck to the game plan
and this time they gave up. We were in better
shape than them. We had like one hundreds or so
plays on the offense side of the ball. Their defense
was tired. I'm telling you, the better team won that day.
It was just a terrible, terrible first half. So I

(42:33):
don't truly believe in curses, especially for The reason what
I just gave you is that we were the better
team when we played the Atlanta Falcons.

Speaker 5 (42:41):
Now you, I mean you grew up in Buffalo the nineties,
like that team curse Buffalo has never won a Super
Bowl or like you know, comes were you know, curse
the Billy Goat for a while, or you just think
it's all horseshit.

Speaker 1 (42:52):
No, that's true. The Buffalo curse may be true because
I missed a field goal right, wide right or wide left.
And then when I was doing the FanDuel kick of
Destiny and I was live, I missed a field goal
wide left as well. So it's just a curse of
the kickers, you know, coming out of Buffalo, you know,
or playing in Buffalo. So the resemblance right there is true.

(43:14):
That's the only thing that's a true curse is the
Buffalo Bills right now. They just can't get a Super
Bowl win even though they get super close every single year.

Speaker 5 (43:22):
Do you want to do one more?

Speaker 2 (43:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (43:24):
One more?

Speaker 3 (43:25):
Baby?

Speaker 5 (43:25):
Okay, here we go.

Speaker 8 (43:26):
Hey, Jules and Gronk. It's Eric from Ukata, California. So
do you guys have any plans for more fan events,
specifically here on the West coast or really anywhere I'll
travel to see you guys, but I'm here on the
West coast, so that'd be cool. And also where can
I get some merchandise? I had a j E eleven

(43:46):
hat back in the day that somehow unfortunately got lost
at some point, So anything like with games with names
or dudes on dudes merch or j E eleven and
gronk stuff. I want to show my support up you
guys on your shows anyway, Love you both be blessed
well Eric.

Speaker 1 (44:04):
From you Kpia?

Speaker 4 (44:06):
Is that how you say it?

Speaker 5 (44:07):
Kylerka Kpia?

Speaker 1 (44:11):
Yeah, California. Only Jules will know where that is because
he's a California boy.

Speaker 5 (44:16):
But afo it know how to pronounce it?

Speaker 3 (44:18):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (44:19):
Yeah, No, he.

Speaker 1 (44:19):
Definitely wouldn't know how to pronounce it, and I definitely
don't know how either. And if I'm getting it right, well,
then thank you God. You know that's the first name
or place I've I've been able to say right. That's
a difficult word, So thank you. If I did you Kpia,
it's our little word together, Kyler. But Julian would know
where that is, but he's out there in California. Somewhere

(44:39):
searching for that, not acting like a squirrel, and that's
why he's.

Speaker 4 (44:42):
Not in the show.

Speaker 1 (44:43):
But Eric, that's funny that you just asked that question,
because at the beginning of the show, we were talking
about how we are just at fanatics fast, you know,
interacting with fans, having our first ever live Dudes on
Dudes show. And let me tell you something, Eric, We're
having our first ever live Dudes on Dudes show August
twenty eighth. I was just talking about it at beginning

(45:04):
of the show. It's going to be at the MGM
Grand Music Center, you know, at Fenway Park, August twenty eighth.
So Eric, hopefully you can fly in get your tickets
July eleven, starting at ten am, or hurry up, Eric,
get them fast, because it's going to be sold out
and that's where you can interact with us. You know,
we'll be signing autographs on stage, you know, answering fans

(45:25):
questions as well. It's going to be a blast. It's
exactly what you're looking for, Eric, And on top of it,
the merchandise is fire. You're right, Julian Edelman, the Squirrel
has been putting out merchandise for over a decade now,
and it's all super fine. It's legit, it's top of
the top, and we'll be selling merchandise at the live
show of Dudes on Dues and Kyler. I'm sure we

(45:47):
can get some merchandise you know, somewhere else.

Speaker 4 (45:50):
Tell us we're Kylie Well TBD.

Speaker 5 (45:53):
We've been working on a shop for a while. It's
coming out soon. The best place to get merchandise will
be at the live show, and maybe we'll do some
giveaways in between.

Speaker 4 (46:01):
Then and then.

Speaker 5 (46:02):
Also, Eric, why don't you DM the Dudes on Dudes Instagram.
I'll answer that for you. I have a closet full
of old J eleven shit from the last decade. I
was thinking about dropping it off a good will. Maybe
I'll bring it to the live show and toss it
to some people.

Speaker 3 (46:16):
So Eric, DM me tell me what hat you had.

Speaker 5 (46:18):
I'll see if I got some old stuff. Maybe I'll,
you know, get some stuff at the live show.

Speaker 4 (46:23):
But yeah, Rob, you hit it.

Speaker 5 (46:24):
We're gonna be in Boston, gonna be with the fans
August twenty eighth, MGM Music Hall at Fenway. Tickets are
on sale July eleventh to ten am. Go to Ticketmaster
dot com there'll be a link on our YouTube, There'll
be linking descriptions, and in our bio and our hoopie
just pretty much everyhere stories look out for us. It's
the show's gonna be called Raw Gronkin Jewels Present, Welcome
to the Nuthouse. It's gonna be games with names, dudes

(46:46):
on dudes, special guests, fun shit interactions, fan question a
whole thing. It's gonna be rad So we'll see you
guys there. It's gonna be get your tickets because I
think it's gonna move fast.

Speaker 1 (46:56):
You want to know what I'm looking forward to, Kyler
is the special guest, because I don't even know who
the special guess is gonna be yet. So I'm looking
forward to the show because I want to be surprised
and I want to be, you know, all joyful with
who the special guess is gonna be. And I'm sure
it's gonna be a true special guest. Especially being our
first live show up in the Boston area. We can't go,

(47:17):
you know, with no slouch. We gotta go with a
top dog and I'm sure that we're going to So
I can't wait to hear on the side when you
guys finally want to tell me Kyler who it's gonna be.

Speaker 5 (47:27):
Well, shit, we might need you to DM some people
and get some big names.

Speaker 1 (47:30):
Oh, you're gonna need me. You're gonna need me. See
that's why I brought it up. I was just making
sure you know that you had someone in mind. But
if you're gonna need my help, let me know. I'll
definitely try and get it done.

Speaker 5 (47:40):
We've got some we've got some interesting names cooking, and
we'll be in Boston that week before shooting a bunch
of cool content with Dunkin Donuts and just a bunch
of awesome shits. So gonna be a fun time in
Boston and August, and we can't wait to see you guys.
Get your tickets.

Speaker 1 (47:53):
And what's really cool about that as well too having
that live show on August twenty eighth, is that we're
gonna get a good feel the New England Patriots. Obviously,
we're going to be in Boston, so a lot of
Patriot fans are going to be there, will probably be
ninety five percent of Patriot fans and they'll be about
they'll be about a month into training camp, so we
can talk about where the new England Patriots are at
what we see with with what's cooking with them, what

(48:15):
their weaknesses are, what they got to do to improve
going into the season in about two weeks, So that'll
be very interesting, and that'll be some great talks as well,
because I'm sure the fans will want to hear our
opinion on what the state of the new England Patriots
are a month into training camp and about a week
or two away from the first game, so that's going
to be special right there as well. And I'm sure
Julian he loves going to Patriots you know, practices and

(48:38):
training camp, so I'm sure he's gonna get a live
perspective up front and up and close and personal with
the players because he's going to be at the practices.
I doubt that you're gonna catch me there. That's why
I sent Julian. He's the scout for dudes on Dudes,
so he'll be there and he'll be able to give
a glimpse of what's going on inside the huddle, you know.
