El acoso laboral es un problema en toda la región, especialmente para las mujeres. Según cifras de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo, el 39% de las trabajadoras de América Latina y el Caribe han reportado violencia y acoso laboral en sus empleos. De ello fue víctima Karin Salgado, una trabajadora de la salud chilena que se quitó la vida después de haber pasado por una experiencia así. Su hermana, Claudia, decidió hacer justicia y sin proponérselo terminó logrando una ley para cambiar las cosas en el país. En este episodio nos cuenta cómo lo hizo. Además, conversamos con Carla Rojas, psicóloga experta en acoso laboral, sexual y maltrato, sobre cómo normalizamos estas conductas de violencia y qué podemos hacer al respecto para ayudar a las víctimas.
