Yah h h h.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
H.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
Hey everyone, it is the Queen of the stream, Francine,
and you are listening to your eyes up there with
Francine on the Iheartrating Network or every By podcast. As always,
I am joined by my rider guide Chad. Yes, I'm here,
you're here, I'm here, We're here, and uh it's a

(00:51):
beautiful Sunday morning. A little early, but uh, you know,
feeling good. Not to talk about and how was your weekend?

Speaker 4 (01:02):
Did you have a good one but recovered well, almost
got blown away by a couple of.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Did they name tornadoes?

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (01:12):
Well, I don't know if they named the tornadoes, but
it was the remnants of the hurricane that was hitting through.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
Yeah, Debbie, that was hitting through the Florida coast.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
Debbie down.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Debbie was a supreme downer.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
It turned out there was actually two tornadoes that touched
down in my area. One really that wreaked the most
havoc was nine miles west of my house. And I'm
just gonna say it, that is a little too close
for comfort.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
That's very close. We had a tornado not this week,
not you know, not currently, but before it was I
think two streets over.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
It's even closer yeah, and I told you about the story.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
When I was in the hotel in ECW, I saw
it touchdown in the parking lot.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Yes, yes, classic story. That's crazy.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
Cheap plug for the archive. Go back and listen to
sign Guy Dudley. You guys talk about the story.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
Yeah, so thank god. You know, you guys didn't get
any damage or anything, just a lot of wind.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
And you're on a wind.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
But similar to your story what you said on that
episode about the sirens. Our phones right now, I have
I have two phones.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Okay. My one phone is an older phone.

Speaker 4 (02:28):
It's a whatever I phone, like you know, eleven or something,
whatever the hell they're up to. This one was going
off like crazy, and it was like every time there
was a new update. This thing was freaking us the
hell out.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
And I was like, goodbye, I don't care if it
touches down. I can't listen to that alarm anymore. It
was creaky.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
But we had to come down to the basement and yeah,
it was a cat down here. Cat was looking for bugs.
It was it was looking for Yeah, she's going after
because she's never down here. The cat's never allowed in
the basement, so she's looking all in all, the crevices
behind like you know, all the shelves and all the
things I have, and the you know, the office side

(03:13):
of it.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
She's getting behind everything.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
She's looking for whatever she can find, you know, because
she's never allowed down here.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
But it was it was crazy.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
That was That was Thursday night and we had no
power Friday for almost all Friday, killed plans for all Friday.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
And it's just it was incredible. But yeah, and it
was you know, we're here, we are Oh yeah they
oh yeah big time.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
That sucks. Yeah, that's uh. We got heavy rains and
I think did I talk about this when we had
the thunderstorm. I think I already said it. I thought
I got struck.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Lightly, Yes, she did mention I got struck lightning.

Speaker 3 (03:55):
I never felt that sensation in my life. It was
the weird this thing. But we got it. Rains wind
but thank god, you're no tornadoes. Tornado warning came across.
We always get like warnings. But despite that one time,
like it passed through, like we really don't you know,

(04:16):
it always has flash well and blah blah blah, but
my area has like really good what are they called reservoirs?

Speaker 4 (04:24):
Yeah, whatever they It was like this, but this was
like warning to watch, warning to It was like it
was changing.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Oh my god, it was nuts. So we let them
stay down here in the basement.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
That night we went back upstairs, but they they had
a little sleepover down here in the basement. Well, the
cat abandoned them. Though the cat was on top of
the refrigerator.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
Your kids would have survived. The parents would perish.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Kids, well, they were.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
We stayed with them as well as we could, and
then we were like, you know, we still need a
good night's sleep.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
But we need a contail and we need to watch
them Netflix.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
And it's enough space for us all to be in
different quarters down here.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
I've been there. I know you have a lovelihood.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
It's just they were a little much. Oh the kids
for a while, it was a little much.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
But I homeschool, so I am there my ass twenty
four get it.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
Yeah, they got to go back to school. This is
and it's this week where they go back. They gotta
go what they go midweek?

Speaker 3 (05:28):
Mid week? Okay, now are they bummed?

Speaker 4 (05:33):
Well, the eighth grader, she's, you know, happy to go
back to your friends. But little one, no, she did
not want to go back. She's like, I don't want
to be stuck.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
There for eight hours a day. We're like, you don't
go for eight hours a day? What are you talking about?

Speaker 3 (05:46):
She doesn't. How long are they there for?

Speaker 2 (05:49):
It's like sweat six and a half, seven whatever it is,
it's not eight.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
When my kids don't want to do their schoolwork, I'm
always like, do you want to go back to school
and for eight hours a day? Because I will call
right now. They're like, no, no doubt, we'll do it.
We'll do it. Like okay, so yeah, they they get
the option. I gave them the option again. I was like,
do you want to go back to school this year?
And then both flat out hard. Now I was like,

(06:15):
all right, you.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Want to know something interesting though?

Speaker 4 (06:18):
I had last night, Saturday night, as we're recording this,
a Sunday morning, I had Chinese food, yourst time since
at least twenty twelve, twenty thirteen. Yeah, because okay, well
I'm in Virginia, Okay, not really the greatest crop of
Chinese delicacy down here. Okay, same thing you would say

(06:39):
with Italian food, not really the greatest, you know, good options, but.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
My parents found a place that was unbelievable. So we
had like a feast, right man, When you don't have
that for a long time, it is good. Yeah, damn good.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
I love dumplings.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
I have dumplings. I had, you know, egg roll and
chicken and you know the rice it was. It was
damn good.

Speaker 4 (07:05):
I don't love Chinese food, but when you don't have
it for a long time, yeah, damn good.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
We don't get it often, but like you said, when
we get it, it's like that stuff is good. And
I forgot to tell you. I'll be in your well.
I don't know if it's in your area, but my
sister in law lives in Virginia and my oldest niece
on my husband's side is engaged and getting married. So
we are gonna be early next year for a wedding.

(07:35):
Oh yeah, so yeah, we're excited about that. It's a
little road trip in our future.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
So we'll have to see if the roads intersect.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
We'll have to see because I'm not sure i'll tell
you off air where she lives. I'm not sure how
far she is from your neck of the woods. But
I was just like, oh interesting, So we're excited about that.
But uh, Anyway, let's get to some news. What do
you think do you want in wrestling? Have you seen

(08:07):
anything controversial lately?

Speaker 4 (08:09):
Is where do you want to start? I mean, we've
got I got a couple of things that I want
to talk about, but I.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
Saw it.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Well, let's start. If we want to start on the
current side, we can start.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
We can end with some of the Uh, the the
elder statesmen of the business you're going are those are
my favorite guys. But I tweeted something out earlier in
the week. Uh, that's something that happened on NXT. Now
I mentioned Uh NXT. I don't watch it religiously, don't

(08:42):
really know too much about the superstars and the guys
in it, but you know, I still follow what goes
on on the w W social media, so I see
things that happen there. And we have talked about the
Rascals from t NA reuniting.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
The Threeesome that were in the pay per view.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
Correct, Yeah, we talked about them reuniting in NXT, which
was an interesting move, you know, because it's a TNA
Impact era group on NXT television. So you have to
be a diehard to know the intersecting storylines and universes
to get that they have a history and relationship because

(09:22):
you listen to the commentary, but if you like me,
I tune them out.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
So you know it's you got to know it. So
after they had their match or one of their.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
Their things on NXC, there was a little shocking turn
right one of them, wes Lee turned on the rest
of the group.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
Now hold that thought. Is wes Lee the NXT guy
or is he a TNA guy?

Speaker 2 (09:47):
So wes Lee, he is the NXT guy, Okay, so
that would make sense.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
He's you know, he's been North American Champion. He's he's
a you know, he's great talent.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
But you know he turned on his rascals buddies.

Speaker 4 (10:07):
Yeah, and I just I watched it, and again, you know,
I'm not here to criticize the current crop of superstar
or talent, but as a viewer, I can telegraph things
when I'm watching it.

Speaker 3 (10:24):
You know.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Now, if I'm watching a movie, and a movie kind
of grip you know, draws me in and they swerve you.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
You go, oh wow, that was a good one. They
really got me right.

Speaker 4 (10:35):
But if you're watching the movie too, you're not watching
the actors or actress's face to telegraph what the next
move is going to be, right, but on television you
can see it. So I'm watching this clip and you
obviously see what's about to happen, and then I'm just like, oh, well,
let me see what everybody else has to think about this,
because I obviously didn't even need to finish the clip

(10:57):
to see what, you know, the result was. And I'm
reading these comments by fans. This is the most shocking
thing I've ever seen. I can't believe that he did
this to his friends. Why West, Why YadA, YadA YadA,
And I'm like, is this just me again being old
man yelling at the clouds that I don't get it?
Am I just too like on the other side of

(11:18):
k Fabe that I can't I can't separate the you know,
I know too much about the inner workings of the
business that I can't be a fan anymore.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
Because it was so telegraphed and expected, it took me
immediately out.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
I'll show you the clip, but I'd love to hear
what you have to say about something as such, since
you are such a senior performer.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
Okay, well, just because you can see it from a
mile away, does it mean it's not an entertaining aspect
of the show. Are you still not entertained? Because we
talked about this with the pay per view that just
SummerSlam and I told you I could see the dom
tern from a mile away, but I loved it because

(12:05):
it made perfect sense and it advanced the story. So
now you have this West character who turned on his counterparts,
and even though you saw it, did you say to yourself, Wow,
this could be an interesting feud, like, how are they
going to continue this? Because if that's the case, then
it worked, you know it. Just because you can see

(12:29):
something you know coming doesn't mean that it's not going
to be an entertaining aspect of the show. So yeah,
you might be that old man saying get off my lawn.
Like you. You know you you're the type of fan
to me that if things don't go the way you

(12:52):
want them to go, you tend to say, oh my god,
that's dog shit, Oh my god, I don't like it,
Oh my god, blah blah blah blah. And if you
were a booker, I think you would be the worst
person to work with. I think you would be so hard,
so hard to please as a booker. And if I

(13:14):
came to you as a talent and I said, you
know what, Chad, that doesn't work. I feel you would
like either fire me or be like no one asked you, bitch,
do what I say. I'm in charge. I'm the booker,
like that kind of deal. Like you need to learn
how to bend a little and see things from different
perspectives in different angles. That's just the take that I

(13:37):
get about you. You are that type of fan. You
like what you like, and if it's not in your realm,
you poo poo on it.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Fair, that's very fair. But again, this is on live television.

Speaker 4 (13:52):
This is their developmental program that is so rehearsed and
gone over nine a zillion times.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
This is like I should see it like a movie,
and this should be I'm gonna show you.

Speaker 3 (14:09):
I'm missing something that you're not translating to me that
I can understand more if I see the clip, you
know what I mean, Like if a spot was botched
or something, I'd understand it. Okay, here we go.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
This is the end. This is the end, This is
where it all happens.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
Okay, you're gonna run the whole, the whole two minutes. No, no, no, no, no, okay, no,
So here he is helping them up, all right, So
he's selling.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Look, look they're all together.

Speaker 4 (14:37):
Look right here in the clip is where I said
turning right here before he even made the little mean face.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Look, they're like crying together. Look look look, oh man,
we're so sad.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
Okay, very dramatic. Yeah, huge pop, huge pop, dude. She

(15:20):
reminded me of the It's still real to me, damn it.
Look at them, Look at the people. Yes, So before
this happened, were the other two like spelling and that's
why he got beat? Is that what happened?

Speaker 2 (15:41):
I'm picking it up from this clip.

Speaker 3 (15:42):
Okay, So you didn't see what happened prior because he
just said, you left me alone. So I'm thinking maybe
the other two were on the outside selling or something
and left him to get pinned and he's pissed. Maybe
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Again, I'm picking it up from this clip. I just
know their history.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
Okay, So is your gripe?

Speaker 2 (16:04):
My gripe is that the cell of the turn.

Speaker 4 (16:08):
Being so predictable to a viewer coming in Like I
was seeing this and saying that, why West, why, and
then reading these comments of this was shocking this was
I'm like, I didn't need to even watch their tall
and tired, you know, outcome.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
To know what was going to happen.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
You as if you were solid on television. So you
saw the smirk that he made. The audience didn't see
that smirk. Number one, if you're in the crowd, you're
not going to see that facial because of the way
that was.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
Even before I could see it, even.

Speaker 3 (16:44):
Before Okay, I thought it went a little long. Yes,
that too a tad bit long for my liking. I
think he should have super kicked him, you know, maybe
ten fifteen seconds prior to when he did, because it
didn't go a little long. But the reaction that it
got was awesome, and that's what you want. You want

(17:05):
a reaction from the fans. So they did it correctly.
They got the reaction that they wanted. The fans popped
for that. So I tend to disagree with you. You know,
he did that little smirk for the people at home, like,
oh my god.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
What's that? Was excellent camera work?

Speaker 3 (17:25):
He is he is he pissed at them? Is he
pissed it? You know the situation like what's happening? But
I just would have liked it a little shorter, a
little little tighter for me.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
That's another another.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
It's two minutes and forty three seconds, yeah, that whole
thing right, then it continues on the floor.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
I mean, it's way too long, I mean, and it's
just those reactions.

Speaker 3 (17:55):
You have to understand this as well. The NXT fans,
I feel are a younger generation, right, And we talked
about this before we started recording, like you were comparing
it as one of the not you, but them comparing
it is one of the greatest keel turns of all time,

(18:15):
and blah blah blah. A lot of these fans are
uneducated as to what happened prior to the year twenty
twenty four, you know what I mean, Like, they don't
go back to the eighties and the nineties to see
like the one that pops in my head. That was
awesome the barber shop, right, Sean Michael Martin Janetti, You know,

(18:39):
I didn't see that coming. And when he kicks him
and he goes through the barber shop, Oh my god,
what a betrayal. Like stuff like that is like monumental, Right,
But the fans today they might be too young to
remember that kind of stuff, and a lot of them
don't do their history because they're not into it. They're
into the modern day, the current day programming. So for them,

(19:03):
if they're a Rascals fan, this is heartbreaking. They want
to see those three stay together. So you you need
to look at it from their perspective. And not everybody
is old school. Not everybody thinks the way you do.
So where I tend to agree with you. This isn't

(19:25):
the greatest turn in the history of professional wrestling, but
it was good and it got a reaction from the
NXT universe, so they did it right.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
You can't argue that that that that was loud as hell,
you know, reaction.

Speaker 3 (19:47):
I don't think it was piped in. I think that
was a general reaction from that, you know, because that's
a smaller arena and you can hear. The acoustics are
really good. You can hear what's going on. I think
they actually cuteed it, like I said, a little tighter,
but otherwise they got the reaction that they want it.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
Well, you mean, like this girl over here in the corner,
look at this. To me, Oh yes, right there, look
at this. I mean, but look at this. This over
selling these I mean, come.

Speaker 3 (20:15):
On, you think they told in advance, like you know,
you really have to sit there with your mouths.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
You know, I wouldn't doubt it. I wouldn't be sure.

Speaker 3 (20:25):
I don't think so that would ruin the whole show.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
Who knows, who knows.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
They paid actors in in the crowd.

Speaker 2 (20:32):
They sometimes seem like it. They sometimes seem like it.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
No nxc to me, even from the beginning when it launched,
all it felt like to me was a group of
people in that building and this is the fans we're
talking about that we're trying to make something happen. Okay,
That's all it felt like to me, because I never
got the buzz. And now you could say, oh, well,
you're just acting old school, You just a you know,

(20:57):
you're an out of touch fan. But if you want
to go back, it's been around twelve thirteen years and
those people who were in that first crop are either
retired some of them, or on a main roster somewhere.
So technically, if you were watching in twenty twelve, twenty
thirteen and you're still in and now, then you're an
old school fan too, right, because that's a long time ago.

Speaker 3 (21:18):
I get, but I don't know.

Speaker 4 (21:19):
I always felt it was just a group of fans
from trying to manufacture moments and trying to make something happen.
And that's exactly what I feel this group of fans
is doing too. They're just trying to enhance moments for
these viral, viral keyword clips. That's all NXT is to

(21:41):
me is a viral clip show.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
Wow, that's it. You could clip you are quote that
NXT is a viral clip show. That's it. Why he's
screaming at me, love screaming, I'm ve screaming.

Speaker 4 (21:54):
And you know what, Sean Michaels can come out here
and he can look somewhere in the camera because he's
not gonna look in the.

Speaker 2 (22:00):
And you should say he's there where Buddy.

Speaker 4 (22:04):
Sent them down to run it for him. And it's
a viral clip show. And that's what I think of NXT.

Speaker 3 (22:10):
Well, you, sir, will never get a job at NXT
because of that statement, that's for sure. I disagree Again.
I feel like NXT is a good starting point for
a lot of these guys out of the performance center.
Give them a chance to work in front of a crowd,
and like you said earlier, a lot of talent has

(22:34):
gone to the main roster. You have to start somewhere.
That's a perfect place to start. And I feel like
those fans there are passionate about the product and they
want to see these storylines advance, you know. And again
they got the reaction that they wanted. So how is

(22:54):
this a bad thing? Joe Henry shirt. You know, she
believes in Joe Hendry.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
Yeah. You imagine if Joe.

Speaker 3 (23:05):
Hendry and he did the turn.

Speaker 2 (23:07):
Oh my god, wow.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
Right now? No, I don't think he is, But I
don't know, we can agree to disagree. Again. I love
all the brands out there. It gives people a place
to work in TV time, and I feel like it's
it's a good place to start, you know.

Speaker 5 (23:27):
But I.

Speaker 3 (23:29):
I don't feel like the fans are just doing it
to go viral or what you know. I feel like
they're invested in the product and they love what they see.
It's like when we see one social media, the ae
W fans fighting the WWE fans and you know, putting
over the strengths of the one company and the weaknesses

(23:52):
of the other company, and people are just butting heads.
I feel like people are passionate about NXT. This is
another brand to be passionate about. Each company that is
out there has their die hearts. That's why they go
to the shows, and they paid the money to see
the superstars that they want to see. You know, I'm
not going to pay whatever the price of a ticket

(24:15):
is just to get me in a clip where I
can be like, yes, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (24:22):
Oh yeah, there I am on social.

Speaker 3 (24:23):
Media in my mouth hanging open like because you know. No,
they're there because they love the sport. They want to
see their favorites working. So again we disagree, which we
usually do. And by the way, I think Shaw Michaels
is doing a hell of a job and you know,
and and also Steve Corino because Corrino is in on

(24:46):
that deal as well with the matches and getting the
the kids together down there. So you know, buttonheads.

Speaker 2 (25:00):
But I'll butt heads with you till the cows come home.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
We're stuck with each other, so you're gonna have to.
But but it wasn't the greatest he'll turn in the
world of professional wrestling. Mine was.

Speaker 2 (25:13):
I will go on record and I will yes, I agree.

Speaker 3 (25:17):
Now I will say that it's up there.

Speaker 2 (25:20):
In my book.

Speaker 4 (25:21):
It goes, mister wonderful Paul Orndorf. Oh on, Hulk Hogan
Fran scene on the Piples.

Speaker 3 (25:28):
Thank you very much. Okay, all right, what else we
got going.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
On before we move forward, though, we did want to
mention some kind of that's a great.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
News, yes, sad news coming out of the world of
professional wrestling, Kevin Sullivan passing away at the age of
seventy four. I knew he was sick, and it's been
months that I've been hearing like Kevin's not doing well.
I wasn't really sure what was going on with him.

(25:59):
I had seen him a number of times within the
last year and not too long ago. We even went
to dinner together and he was great. He seemed to
be in good health, good spirits, you know, pounding shots
like yeah, like he had a bunch of shots in

(26:21):
front of him, drinking, having to go time.

Speaker 4 (26:23):
You know.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
We were talking about ECW and old memories and he's
a delight. And I even said to you, we should
really have him on the show because I was laughing
my ass off listening to this man tell stories and
just a nice guy man. And it's so sad because
seventy four is not that old. You know, when you're twenty,

(26:46):
I guess you look at a seventy four year old
and think, oh god, that's an old person. But that's
not really that old in this day and age. And
I know he was really sick, and just my heart
goes out to his family, and you know, he he
left such a positive mark on the wrestling business and

(27:06):
in the wrestling world, and his work was if you're
not familiar with his work, just go back and watch him,
like just task Master stuff was just so fun in
his early gimmicks and just him and Nancy Ugh so good.
You know, it's just sad.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
So yeah, a lot a lot of people go back,
you know, even further to the seventies, and yeah, I
didn't Florida.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
I didn't see that that stuff, but like, you know,
when him and Nancy worked together, and then his w
stuff and w CW and just more so him being
kind and when we did the gather, yeah, the gathering,
he was there and he even mentioned me in his speech.

(27:53):
You know, he gave me a shower, Yes he did.
And I was just like, oh, you know that was
I think he mentioned Shane and I in his speech.
It's just he's just a nice man and it's just
sad to hear so bummed, very sad, but at least
he's not suffering anymore.

Speaker 4 (28:11):
Yes, his feud with ben Wah was insane because a
the real tension between the three of them. But you know,
b I mean, this is a guy who was an
absolute vet at the time. I could really make you
invest in the storyline, so and ben Wah could obviously
he could go at it with you one on one.

(28:32):
So it was a perfect mix. But it was an
undercard feud. It wasn't like it was this main event feud.
And it's just you know, it's a shame that got
lost the time after, you know, two thousand and seven,
so two eight, whatever the tragedy with ben Wah was.
But you know, I got to work with Sullivan a
handful of times on signings about six seven years ago.

(28:55):
He I'd sit with him, man, he would just he'd
just talk and I just listened to him, and he
would just come up with some of the most wild
stuff and I'd just be fascinated with what he was
talking about. Sometimes I had no clue what he meant.
But it was the journey to get to where he
was going you know, with the story. He'd compare and
contrast stuff if it was wrestling related, or sometimes about religion,

(29:20):
sometimes about politics. I just would listen to him and
the time would pass by, and man captivated by a
lot of what he had to say. So he was
he was an immense talent. I pulled this picture out.
Oh there you go, Chester and Sullivan.

Speaker 3 (29:35):
Oh such a such a cute little man. Yeah, definitely,
definitely sad news. So rest in peace, double man.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Yes, rest in peace.

Speaker 4 (29:47):
And this is actually a good time to take a
commercial break, so we will be right back after these messages.

Speaker 3 (30:02):
What else do you ge you got something for you?
Let's let's let's do more controversy because the last one
I feel like that might pissed some people off, but
this one might definitely pissed some people off. You know,
I don't want to piss anyone off. I want people
to love me.

Speaker 2 (30:19):
Because Steve Austin said it's better to be pissed off.

Speaker 3 (30:24):
Yeah, well, I can't believe in that statement.

Speaker 2 (30:28):
What do you got We're going from the old We're
going from the new school of the old school.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
Yes, and what's happening well the old school, there's still
feuds that are living long and dying hard, and that
is one Jesse the Body Ventura man.

Speaker 2 (30:47):
He still hates Hulkgan.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
Now, going back about two weeks, Jesse the Body of
Ventura is back in the WWE folds because when they
were in Minneapolis on Monday Night Raw, there was a
very dramatic, uh viral tweet that went out of Triple
H coming from the backstage area to the parking garage
to welcome Jesse the Body Ventorrah home. He's back in

(31:10):
the WWE fold. Well, he's getting himself thrust back into
the news cycle. Now on the political side, he was
already back on the wrestling side and declaring, you know,
his political affiliation for the upcoming election.

Speaker 3 (31:26):
Okay, well before you announced that, was he just there
because it was Minnesota or is he going to be
doing like legends stuff with them.

Speaker 4 (31:36):
Well, that's kind of still up in the air because
Jesse's always said that he's off the grid. He doesn't
live technically in Minnesota full time. He lives off the
grid somewhere, you know, outside Mexico, somewhere you know. He's
not dedicated to staying in the United States anymore. But
it was Minnesota, So maybe he still his family there

(31:57):
or something.

Speaker 2 (31:59):
I want to say.

Speaker 4 (31:59):
Maybe three months ago he had said with this new regime,
he was going to be coming back in the fold
in some way, shape or form. Maybe this is the
first step. Are they gonna use him as a color commentator.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
For special events?

Speaker 4 (32:13):
Are they signing the Legends deal for merchandising action figures,
t shirts, things of that nature.

Speaker 2 (32:19):
Which makes perfect sense. So whether it's for either or
he's back in the fold.

Speaker 3 (32:25):
Okay, all right, So again you talked about the political stance.
Did he throw his hat into the ring and announce
that he's running for president?

Speaker 4 (32:40):
He has in the past, He has said that in
the past, but no, he is not. He has declared
he is as an independent.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
Of course, you know he is not.

Speaker 4 (32:51):
Voting for Donald Trump. He is voting for He is
supporting and voting for Kamala Harris. He wants to live
to see the first female president.

Speaker 3 (33:03):
Interesting, do you think it's to see the first female
president or if it's because hul Cogan is supporting Donald
Trump and he wants to what's the foyal Hogan's plan
of helping welcome.

Speaker 2 (33:20):
I will play that for you in one second.

Speaker 4 (33:21):
His tweet goes like this, ask yourselves this question. How
bad can Donald Trump and as cultive Republicans be if
they can drive a true independent like me to endorse
the Harris Walls ticket.

Speaker 2 (33:33):
Take a moment to think about that.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
Does it say hashtag Hogan?

Speaker 2 (33:38):
It doesn't, But that brings me to my next point.

Speaker 4 (33:42):
While appearing with Reverend Al Sharpton on MSNBC, Jesse the
Body had to bring up hul Cogan, who, as talked
about on this channel a few weeks ago, appeared at
the Republican National Convention door sing Donald.

Speaker 3 (34:01):
Trump, right, So is Jesse Ventur gonna do the DNC?

Speaker 4 (34:09):
I don't know, but let me play the clip of
Jesse the Body Ventura with Reverend l Reverendel by the way,
teeth are one hundred percent Reel.

Speaker 3 (34:19):
Are you being sarcastic? Now?

Speaker 2 (34:22):
I'm gonna let you be the judge of that aw
It looks good, Hey, it doesn't look like how good.

Speaker 3 (34:33):
For one hundred and seventeen years old.

Speaker 2 (34:35):
Come on, he doesn't.

Speaker 4 (34:36):
He doesn't look like how he used to in the
eighties with his big, long black hair and his big,
you know, hubcat medallion around his nest.

Speaker 3 (34:46):
It looks classy.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
Here we go, here's the clip.

Speaker 5 (34:48):
Yeah, as far as Hogan goes, it doesn't surprise me
because when I was in wrestling in the eighties, I
tried to unionize wrestling and it was Hulk Hogan who
cut my legs out from under me. Hulk Hogan went
to Vince McMahon, ratted me out, and subsequently later on
cost me my job. So it doesn't surprise me to

(35:11):
see Hogan with the Republicans, because Hogan's as anti union
as you can get. There's still is not a union
in professional wrestling. The reason I tried to do it,
I was an elevator and ran into Gene Upshaw, the
great tackle guard from the Oakland Raiders, and Big Jean
raised his finger up and looked at me and says,

(35:32):
you guys, you boys need to form a union. I
tried to do it, and it was Hulk Hogan who
ratted me out to Vince McMahon, and subsequently I was
fired and lost my job.

Speaker 3 (35:43):
Wow, never knew that.

Speaker 4 (35:48):
Well, other things might have led to him also being
fired at some point, but he brother, we'll go with that,
go with that.

Speaker 2 (35:55):
But yeah, look at that.

Speaker 4 (35:56):
I mean, old feuds never die, and you know, these
two do not like each other. And it's carrying into
twenty twenty four's political collection.

Speaker 3 (36:07):
That's pretty heavy, you know, holding grudges eighty years later.
I mean again, no one knows what really happened in
those meetings. We weren't there, but that's a lot.

Speaker 4 (36:23):
So story goes, Jesse got the boys together and said,
you know, we got to get a union. Yeah, and
they were all in favor. They were all on board,
let's do it. And it was you know, basically just
you know, my old age is catching up to me.
I just can't remember if it was before WrestleMania one
or WrestleMania two or rest May three, just can't remember.

(36:45):
At the moment, and they were all on board, they
were going to do it, and it was tipped off
to Vince.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
He put a stop to it.

Speaker 4 (36:53):
Now, how Jesse found out when he was in litigation
against Vince, suing Vince for royalties on the old Colisseum
home video releases during the depositions that were being you
know read, that's where he found out that Hogan had
ratted him out to Vince. Vince said, well, I found

(37:16):
out that Jesse was trying to unionize behind my back
because Hulk Hogan told me, oh wow, yeah, so we
found out under oath that got Hulk Hogan because Vince
wouldn't lie under oath.

Speaker 3 (37:29):
No, I would hope not. Wow, that's that's really interesting.
Do you know how many times I've heard let's get
a union? In my thirty plus years, There's always been
somebody saying, you know, we really should start a union,
and it never ever happens, never happened. Somebody came to me, uh,

(37:51):
two months ago and said, yeah, well yeah, oh yeah,
somebody who has a little bit of clout, and they
were like, you know, we want to get together and
try to form a union. Would you be interested? And
I was just like, get the stuff together, let me
know what you're proposing, because they wanted names to support it,

(38:14):
and then it never heard about it again. So I
don't know if the boys are scared to do it
because then they might not get work, you know what
I mean. Like it's I don't know, it's it's a
touchy subject, but it's been talked about for years and
no one has ever done anything about it.

Speaker 4 (38:36):
So well, we're at the point I think where it's
probably never going to happen now because the further we
get from it being you know that old school build
of you know, a territory, and it's more like a
kind of sports run organization, you know, ex sports run
organization where everybody's got an agent. I think now it's
it's not gonna happen as a union. But do you

(38:57):
think it could have ever come close during your you know,
active days in ECW.

Speaker 2 (39:02):
You think that we could have gotten close to a union.

Speaker 3 (39:04):
We never did. It was talked about then too, and
nothing ever happened. I think the main reason was people
were afraid that if they started with this union business,
it would affect their status in the company, it would
affect their push, it would affect their money, you know,

(39:28):
stuff like that. And at the time, if you were
under contract, like you were kind of okay, you know
what I mean, like if you had studied money coming in.
But I know, like when I did indie work, a
lot of the indie guys were like, yeah, we really
need a union to fight these promoters and blah blah blah,

(39:49):
and okay, that's great, and then no one ever did
anything about it. But it's I can't even tell you
how many times it's been talked about and just never
have And.

Speaker 4 (40:01):
So it seems it seems like to me, you go
to former union and kind of similar to what Jesse
saying about somebody writing out, But it seems like to
me what a wrestler would kind of do is, yeah,
let's all be together and then you know, you kind
of boycott or you kind of you know, go on strike,
and you just have that one guy who would go
whoop right back to the promoter across the picket line

(40:22):
and get the strap or get the higher pay and
turn on everybody, right, am I Right?

Speaker 3 (40:27):
Probably no one wants to go without work. You know,
you have to feed your family. So for somebody, and
what are you going to picket against an indie show
that runs once every three months? Like you, what are
you picketing against? It would have to be you would
have to be in an organization where you're so unhappy

(40:50):
with the way that it's running, you know what I mean?
And like ECW, wasn't that we were happy until the end,
right And if we had a union in the last year,
it wouldn't a matter anyway because we still would have
went bankrupt. So what's the difference, What's the point. But
getting back to the story, if this didn't go down

(41:11):
with Hogan, it is Jesse Venturer just being spiteful and saying, well,
Haul Cogan's a Republican and I'm going to, you know,
jump on the Democratic side because I hate Haul Cogan
or does he really believe in what Kamala and the
Democrats are offering? And and it sounds like he does

(41:32):
with the union factor, I get that, you know what
I mean. But to me, there's this little bit of
a feud that I think fuel may may have helped
fuel his decision and get him out there and get
him on the shows. And I wouldn't be surprised if
he showed up at a rally or the convention or
when is that convention? Is it so?

Speaker 5 (41:55):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (41:55):
It's soone right now they have I know, they have
a lot of entertainment that is playing, like singers and
stuff like that. But wouldn't it be great if Jesse
showed up at the dan C.

Speaker 2 (42:09):
And and just you know, wouldn't shock me me.

Speaker 3 (42:17):
After seeing that. Again, I'm not supporting one or the other,
so don't come at me. I'm just saying, like all
for television purposes and for you know the the night's festivities.
I think seeing Jesse Venturo would be a fun thing
to witness, just like I thought hul Cogan was fun.
He gave a great speech. I'm sure Jesse will give

(42:39):
a great speech. He's a public speaker. He knows what
to say and how to act. I think he could
get that whole place rallied up.

Speaker 4 (42:48):
And to my point where I say how much I
love Hulkgan, I love Jesse Ventura.

Speaker 2 (42:52):
He's one of my favorite, my favorite.

Speaker 4 (42:55):
Acts personalities of all time, and probably my favorite interview
that I ever conducted of all time is Jesse Ventura.

Speaker 2 (43:03):
I just the most engaged.

Speaker 4 (43:05):
He was promoting one of his his conspiracy shows at
the time, so we had to cover thirty minutes of
his conspiracies, and it was like, once we got over
that hump we had, we were allowed to talk wrestling.
I was just invested in whatever this guy wanted to
talk about, period, because he's just so engaging.

Speaker 2 (43:20):
Yeah, just interesting.

Speaker 4 (43:22):
I love Jesse the body, so you know what, I'll
listen to his whole speech, whatever he wants to talk about.

Speaker 2 (43:28):
Right. He's He's a super.

Speaker 4 (43:30):
Good communicator and kind of makes sense. He was the
governor of Minnesota. Now, he ran as an independent then,
but her vice presidential pick is the governor of Minnesota,
so I mean it kind of makes sense too that
he's backing somebody from his previously run state.

Speaker 2 (43:48):
So you know, take that to what you want.

Speaker 3 (43:51):
It's interesting, yeah, and he's a charming man. Like you said,
I want to hear what they have to say. I
watched the Republican National Convention. I'm going to tune into
the Democratic National Convention. I want to see what they
have to say. Any person with a brain should be
interested in what both sides are offering, you know what

(44:12):
I mean. That's the way I look at it. And
then you decide when you're done. You have some time
before November. You decide what's best for you and your family.
And I know people are gonna come at me again
like you did before, but it's really uncalled for. You
know why, let me just say this. Why is it

(44:32):
that so many people on social media can post whatever
they want, but if somebody says something that doesn't even
pick a side and they're in the public eye, they
get demolished. Is it because more eyes are on us,

(44:54):
more people see these tweets than just the common guy
who doesn't have a lot of followers. Is that the
reason why? Because we got a lot of backlash over
the Hogan kid rock videos and I didn't even pick aside.
I was just saying, hell, I thought the speech was entertaining,

(45:16):
the performance was entertaining, you know, like if I watch
the DNC, am I not allowed to say the speakers
were eloquent?

Speaker 4 (45:28):
You know?

Speaker 3 (45:29):
The X Y and Z performance was awesome? Am I
not allowed to give an opinion? Am I not allowed
to have a thought?

Speaker 5 (45:39):
Like?

Speaker 1 (45:39):
Why?

Speaker 3 (45:41):
Why do you have to jump down people's throats. I'm
not out there saying Joe Schmro is my pick, and
you have to understand my political views and you have
to agree with me because I'm right and you're wrong. No,
I'm not shoving anything down anyone's throat. Be a free

(46:02):
thinker and choose the candidate that you feel will benefit yourself,
your family, your life. How more neutral can I be
than that?

Speaker 2 (46:14):
Can I get an amen?

Speaker 3 (46:16):
I'm telling you, man, these people that want to argue
with you and tell you you're wrong, shut up, Just
shut up and just go vote. Make your voice heard,
Go vote.

Speaker 2 (46:31):
That's it.

Speaker 3 (46:33):
Most of these people probably won't even vote. That's the
funny part.

Speaker 2 (46:37):
We had one specific person who didn't even watch the
video and just said I'm out. No.

Speaker 3 (46:42):
I was like, dude, really, you didn't even know what
I said.

Speaker 2 (46:47):
And I didn't even watch the video. I just don't.
I'm tired of what I'm seeing.

Speaker 3 (46:51):
I just saw the picture. I just saw the phone, nail.

Speaker 2 (46:54):
I got a picture for you. You ready for this picture.
This doesn't show you why they divided sides. Look at that.

Speaker 3 (47:01):
That's great. Let just hear. It's great.

Speaker 4 (47:03):
His the wild hair, the face. I mean, you know,
look they one other thing too. I mean they were
I guess they were tight at some point. You know,
they were together in the AWA, then they were together
in WWF.

Speaker 2 (47:14):
Jesse had a.

Speaker 4 (47:15):
Blood clot that ended his career, and you know he
was poised for a big run with Hogan, and you know,
I guess you maybe think there could be some little
bit of bitterness in Jesse that I didn't get the
run in the WWF that I could have had with Hogan.

Speaker 2 (47:33):
Ok, you know, and maybe like maybe it should have
come earlier or something.

Speaker 4 (47:36):
But it just it sucks that it's carried such bad
blood with two guys that are still around from that
golden era. I mean, you think about nineteen eighty five
WWF the expansion. Who's left right now from WrestleMania One,
Vince McMahon, Hulk Hogan, Jesse, the body of Ventra, Cowboy

(47:58):
Bob Orton. There's really not that many guys left.

Speaker 3 (48:01):
I mean, a reconciliation could happen. I was watching that
doc series twenty four the w w E runs, and
it was when Warrior was inducted into the Hall of Fame,
and they showed a moment where Hogan apologized and don't
I don't again. I wasn't that old school fan, so
I don't know what the heat was. But they showed

(48:22):
the conversation to them shaking hands, hugging, saying I love you,
let's squash this, and apologizing to each other. So, I mean,
you know it could happen. But if it doesn't, oh well,
what are you gonna do? Not everybody has to love
everybody in this world. You wish it could be that

(48:42):
way because it'd be a lot more peaceful place. But
you know, you're gonna have your haters. You're gonna have
people who don't like you, and that's okay. You focus
on the people who love you and the people who
make you a better person. That's right what I try
and do.

Speaker 2 (49:01):
I know I have my haters, but hate you. Who
could hate you?

Speaker 3 (49:06):
Really?

Speaker 4 (49:07):
I was recently told by somebody that there is no
one that hates franccene I.

Speaker 3 (49:12):
Literally, I get the one person that hates me, but
other than that, there's not many out there.

Speaker 4 (49:17):
Literally, just told by something nobody hates franccene I completely.

Speaker 2 (49:24):
Agree with that. Well, got a shadow of a doubt.

Speaker 3 (49:27):
You know. That's how I try and live my life.
But I would like to switch over from wrestling if
I may, because anyone who knows me, who has followed
me for years, who listens to the podcast, you know
that I have a deep love for all things Disney
and d twenty three XPO was this past weekend. They

(49:50):
run every two years, and they do it in California,
and all good things come of it. All the new
things we get, the new movie trailers, we get, new
park info, new foods, everything. Well, let me just tell you,
they announced so many park tidbits that I am salivating

(50:13):
at this news. This morning, my husband sent me a
couple things through text message, and then he goes go
to your Twitter because I sent you, or go to
your ex whatever. I sent you a bunch and there
were like forty two freaking messages. It's just like, Wow,

(50:35):
let's just get into a couple things that is happening.
The biggest thing that they're going to do is the
Villain's Land, which I have been saying this.

Speaker 2 (50:47):
Yes for years. Yes, go back to a show from
like twenty nineteen.

Speaker 4 (50:52):
I think that was one thing that you said, if
you could build it in Disney World, you would built
a Villain's Land.

Speaker 3 (50:58):
I yes, I would love. I mean, it's happening because
it's coming to Magic Kingdom in Florida, and I believe
the air. I think it's the area behind Big Thunder.
There's a lot of land back there, and they had
I think there was a permit purchased. And now I mean,

(51:19):
if it's going to be considered just the land or
a fifth park, I don't really know where they're going
with it. But my goodness, I've said it so many times,
Disney World needs more dark rides, and I am praying
that they're all not throw rides. At least give us
like one or two dark rides in there, because Holy crap.
There's so many things that they can do and I

(51:42):
am super duper excited about it now. Granted it's probably
going to take five to eight years to get everything together,
but if I can walk in five to eight years,
you'll be damn sure that my ass is going to
be traveling there because that is something I've been chomping
at the bit to get to. That I feel was

(52:02):
the biggest, uh, the biggest tidbit that came out of it.
Is that something that you would be interested into? Do
you like the villains? Okay, agree on that.

Speaker 4 (52:15):
But one of their other lands that they said, I
have zero interested, which one is that I don't know
if it's on your list, but Monsters Inkland.

Speaker 3 (52:25):
Monsters Inc. Is on my list?

Speaker 2 (52:26):
Yes, zero interest.

Speaker 3 (52:29):
It will open at Disney Hollywood Studios in Florida. I've
been on the ride out in California. It's very cute,
cute see about the doors. You have to find booze door.
You know, it's a little ride through. It's cute. But again,
new is good. Because I had this conversation with my

(52:50):
husband too. I was like, should we just pull a
fast one on the kids and do universal? Because well,
as much as I love Disney, it's a little repetitious,
you know what I mean. It's the same rides over
and over and over, and while I love those, I'm

(53:10):
looking for a little bit of excitement in my life,
you know what I mean. And then we decided, no, no, no,
we're going to do Disney again. So we're booking our
trip for twenty twenty five like we always do. But
I feel like, even though these aren't going to happen
right away, it makes me hopeful. It's something to look

(53:33):
forward to down the line because we never miss a
year and hopefully we never will. So besides Monsters, Inc.
Besides the Villain's Land, they put a first look at
the new Indiana Jones attraction, an Animal Kingdom, where they're
going to take down Dinosaur. Now, Dinosaur is one of
my favorite rides that I believe they're using the same

(53:56):
track layout and they're just changing the theming and it's
probably the same thing that's in California, and I went
on that and it was really really cool. So that's
exciting to see a change. There's gonna be a Cocoa
ride coming to Disney, Californian Adventure. I loved Coco the movie,
so I'm excited for that because we're supposed to go
there in twenty twenty six. We've decided avatars come in

(54:21):
the Disney California Adventure What else do I have? In
Kanto will open and Walt Disney World in twenty twenty seven,
so it's the first ever in conto ride, so that'll
be fun. I'm not sure if it's going to be
a boat ride or a dark ride, but that's something

(54:43):
to look forward to. Mandalorian and Grogu are going to
be put into Smuggler's Run at Star Wars Galaxy's Edge.
For all those who love Star Wars, this is a
big deal. Everybody's tripping over it. And then this is
a big one. There is going to be a couple
of cars attractions coming to Magic. So my son loves

(55:05):
cars and he's thrilled with this one. And they have
some art concept work.

Speaker 2 (55:10):
On it, and it's a new version of Frontierland.

Speaker 3 (55:14):
I think these changes are much needed. The one change
I don't like that they recently did was the Country
Bear Jamboree.

Speaker 2 (55:23):
Horrible.

Speaker 3 (55:24):
Yeah, I'm not thrilled with that. I haven't watched the
new show. I've read about it. The thing that I
loved about the old one was number one. It's it's
just a classic. But the songs were hilarious and now
they're like taking songs from movies, and it lost it's

(55:46):
allure to me. I'm not sure we'll go in there
when we're when we're there, obviously, and we'll sit through it,
but I don't think I'm gonna love it like I
did the old one. So sometimes change isn't good in
my opinion. I feel like they should have maybe just
kept the songs but updated the characters in a way
and switched it up a little bit. But the new

(56:06):
music's not doing it for me. I don't know. But
everything else that I mentioned i'm excited for because new
rides aren't just intriguing and hopefully they start work soon.

Speaker 4 (56:21):
Yeah, but what you know, why is it that, like again,
I'm not a big fan of the monsters incland cars.
I mean, you know, I'm glad that it's cool traction.
I'm sure it'll be, you know, something fast and cool, right,
but it doesn't really pop off the radar for me.

(56:42):
Why is it like Disneyland France is getting, you know,
Frozen's Land and they were getting some other what was
the other one they got? They're getting oh gosh, to
get another like huge expansion land for another ip that
would be awesome in Florida, Like why is it take
out these two kind of like I would kind of

(57:03):
stay more random movie expansions.

Speaker 2 (57:07):
When they're getting Frozen, which is like the biggest thing
in the world.

Speaker 3 (57:11):
In France, I feel like the France Disney in Paris
is a newer park, not not well, it's they probably
have more land to purchase since it's it's newer than
Florida in California, you know what I mean, Like there

(57:34):
might be more land out there, uh to inquire about.
I don't know. I'm not really sure how much available
space Disney World has right having this Villain's land at
it to it again. I don't know if that's going
to be part of Magic Kingdom or if it's just
going to be a fifth park that. I don't know,

(58:00):
but I know the like I said, the permit was
purchased and they had all those trees and stuff that
they're gonna have to knock down, and that there's enough
space back there. But you know, Shanghai Disney is probably
I could be wrong. That might be the newest Disney
Disney park that's out there, and the technology is by

(58:24):
far eons above what any of the other parks have. Yea,
their rides are unbelievable and like my my bucket list
is to visit every single Disney park. It'll never happen
unless I hit the lottery. But it's like everybody says, well,
why can't we get the rides that Shanghai gets, And well,

(58:46):
because it's already been established, Like you go to Disneyland
and Disney World for the classic rides. Once you get
rid of those classic rides, like the nostalgia purposes of
the two original parks are kind of gone, so they
either have to add newer stuff to it, because I'm
telling you what if they got rid of like Peter Pan.

(59:10):
That's one of my favorite rides. It's very quick, it's
very simple, but it is so classic and it's just
to me, it's it's comforting. And that's a weird word
to use, but I feel so calm and happy when
I'm on Peter Pan and it just reminds me of
like simpler times as a child and riding through and

(59:34):
it's just fun, you know, it doesn't have the bells
and whistles that the other rides do, but not every
ride needs that, and sometimes you need just the simple
classic ride in your life. You don't need all the
hustle and bustle. It's nice to have both. So I
feel like if they start to take out the classics
to update, people are going to be pissed off. I'd

(59:58):
be included. As much as I love Mickey and Minie's
Runaway Railway and I love that ride, I missed the
Great Movie Ride so much, so so much, and I
understand why they had to get rid of it, but
to me, that ride was so good and so simple,

(01:00:19):
but I miss it, and I wish that they could
have kept it and just put Mickey a Mini in
another section because there's a lot of dead space sometimes
in these parks, Like you walk around and there's like
a sitting area or trees, or they can build a
a you know, a ride there or something besides like

(01:00:40):
a picnic table area or whatever. There's plenty of space.
It's just it's either money, you know, which I can't
fathom how Disney doesn't have the money to do certain
things with Yeah, I mean, I know they took a
hit at COVID, but still like people. We went in
twenty twenty. We didn't miss a year because of COVID.

(01:01:03):
We went and we had to follow the guidelines, you know,
with the mask and stuff, but we still went and
there were people there. So I just feel like change
is good, but I don't want them to take away everything.
That's what I'm scared of. I want my favorites to stay.

Speaker 4 (01:01:23):
Yeah, no, I one hundred percent agree, and on a
bill on the thing you're saying too, there's buildings that
are just empty that you walk by, or you know,
the I remember the one that always irks me is
in Hollywood Studios. It used to be the Radio Disney
studio and now they just use it for a meet
and greet. And it's like there's this giant building and

(01:01:43):
it's one room being used.

Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
Yeah, and that one. Yeah, that's that kills me.

Speaker 4 (01:01:47):
But at our house, this is what goes over Huge
Zootopia Better Together, coming to Animal Kingdom replacing It's Tough
to be a Bug, which is considered, you know, by
many a classic attraction because it's been there since nineteen
ninety nine. I actually went to it right after a
first open in ninety nine, and you know, was that right?
But people have been going to it for twenty five

(01:02:07):
years now, and then Zutopia too, finally getting a release
date of November twenty twenty five.

Speaker 2 (01:02:15):
Did you see the trailer all twenty twenty five? I didn't.
I saw the stills. I didn't see the full trailer.

Speaker 3 (01:02:21):
I saw the trailer.

Speaker 1 (01:02:22):
It's cute.

Speaker 2 (01:02:23):
Cannot wait, cannot wait.

Speaker 3 (01:02:25):
I'm excited for Frozen three, that's the one. I want
to say, Frozen three.

Speaker 4 (01:02:31):
Curious to see where they go with it after you're
in some controversial things about.

Speaker 3 (01:02:36):
It, right right? And I saw the snow White trailer too,
and people are up in arms about that because, oh.

Speaker 4 (01:02:42):
You know what's funny, I actually forgot about Somebody had
asked me, like, what did they ever do with that
snow White It's out, you know remake? I said, I
think they abandoned it because I never heard anything about it.

Speaker 2 (01:02:51):
Again.

Speaker 3 (01:02:52):
It's the same actress that caused that uproar when they
were filming. They kept her. And I saw the trailer
for it, and I don't know. I might give it
a go. A lot of the live action let me
down sometimes, although there were there were some that I wrote,
Like Dumbo, I loved live action. Dumbo was really good.

(01:03:15):
Maleficent was excellent, Like I just really really good. So
I'm on the fence about it. I might give it
a go if I have nothing else to watch, but
it's I think I would have did a couple of
things different, as I think a lot of Disney fans would.
So I don't know again, open mind. You can't really

(01:03:35):
judge until you see something. But anyway, there's so many
good things came out of D twenty three. I'm super
excited for the future and I can't wait to get back.
So uh yeah, we're gonna start playing and a little
bit here and get in, get in excited.

Speaker 5 (01:03:54):
Nice.

Speaker 3 (01:03:54):
The countdown is on. Yeah, but you have anything going

Is that it m a w false fem.

Speaker 3 (01:05:18):
A Midwest All Star Wrestling false fury. A match has
been announced. It's going to be Shane Douglas with me
and Garrison Creed versus Rich Maxwell and Austin Schmidt. And
Rich Maxwell is kind of trolling me on the X
tell me how great, how great his hair is, and

(01:05:39):
that he wants me to run my fingers through and
then leave the franchise. So, I don't know, is a
heel turn in my future? I don't know. What do
you think? Should I turn on shoe finally after eighty
seven years? Well, anyone see that coming? Will it be
a bigger keel turn than the n XT. He'll turn
we discussed earlier. You have to stay tuned.

Speaker 2 (01:06:01):
The First Lions Club may never know what it has coming.
But I love the sunglasses right here.

Speaker 3 (01:06:07):
Yes, anything can happen. From four to six there's a
meet and greet and six point thirty is bell time
and Joe Hendry will be on the show. I believe
Tommy Dreamers on the show. Ted Dibiassi's on the show.
It's a really big shoe, So if you are in
the Redwood Falls area, please come and see us. And

(01:06:29):
that's a Saturday, August seventeenth, and I'm exhausted.

most of all, I hope you are staying extreme.
