Speaker 1 (00:03):
Welcome in everybody. It's the Fantasy Pros Dynasty Fantasy Football Podcast.
This is double coverage where myself, Scott Bagman and Pat
Fitzmorris who can follow him on the Twitter at fits
Underscore FF take to the discord, the Fantasy Pros Discord,
and we get questions from the audience. Some people can
come up and chat with us live. You can drop
your questions in the chat as well, so you guys
(00:27):
should check that out whenever you can. FITZI, what is
going on? We got camp underway, we have now we
have injuries and depth chart. Things starting to shake out
a little bit more so at least we have some
moving and shaking going on. Now.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
Yeah, we do have well injuries, that's the bad thing.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
In fact, I was just talking to our buddy Ryan
Wormley from the Dynasty podcast, and I had not seen
the news until I talked to worm that Isaiah likely
had left the field on a cart today. But apparently
sounds like maybe at first blush, it's not that big
a deal.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
So that's good.
Speaker 3 (01:02):
We don't want to see where IM said about losing
Isaiah likely for a significant length of time.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
No, I mean I felt I thought he signed an
extension earlier. I think there was rumors that he's is
going to be getting an extension going pretty soon, and
then he got hurt. So I don't know what's going
on with the extension or not. But I was like, oh, man,
he signed a deal. I just said last week about
how I don't know what's going to happen because he
hasn't signed a deal, and then he got hurt, so
I'm like, well, what is happening with likely? So that's
(01:30):
where we're at. We're at, you know, everyone, you're carted
off for a hangnail or for a torn achilles. Right, yesterday,
everybody thought Tyler Geydon was toward his knee and he
was done for the year and being a bone bruise.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Yeah, that was a good thing for the Cowboys.
Speaker 3 (01:47):
I mean, I know Tyler Goetton has yet to establish
himself as a good offensive lineman, but you don't want
to try to dig yourself out of those holes where
you're losing projected starters in the first week of camp.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
Right, yeah, exactly, So we do have some moving in shaken.
We saw guess who was taking snaps with the number
ones yesterday? Do you see that Fitzi, Cam Scataboo taking
some number one snaps.
Speaker 2 (02:10):
Nice.
Speaker 3 (02:11):
Nice, Yeah, there have been there have been a lot
of these backs like who are generating some buzz, Cory Krofsky, Merrits,
the Commanders. It seems like there has been this steady
buzz of like positive reviews for him, Berchard Smith getting
some first team reps I think with the Chiefs, and
maybe he could be the Jeric McKinnon playing that role
(02:35):
for Kansas City this year.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
So cross Kymrita already has more carries for Washington than
he did for Arizona in college.
Speaker 3 (02:43):
So yeah, no kidding, But you know, like there were
people who liked him during the pre draft process, though
there's a lot of he wasn't just yeah, I mean,
so it's possible he could wind up being these one
of these guys who who kind of comes out of
nowhere to'd make him or impact And that's not going
to be the hardest depth chart to ascend, you know
(03:04):
what I mean. Yeah, I think Brian Robinson is just
kind of a guy.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
Oh, I think Brian Robinson's better than that. But I
do think Austin Eckler's old. So I mean there's a
couple different ways to potentially make an impact there. So
we like that we ready to answer some questions here. Yeah,
let's do it all right. I think first up, we
have fly Eagles Fly. What is going on? I think
(03:30):
he put something in the chat too. What's up Eagles?
How are we going?
Speaker 2 (03:35):
I'm doing good? Glad to be back on the show.
Speaker 4 (03:39):
So my question is, as a contender and a ten
team full TPR one kV Dynasty League, would you trade
away your own twenty twenty eight second round pick and
Michael Pittman to receive Jaden.
Speaker 5 (03:56):
Reid and Deebo Samuel and I posted my roster, but
I can I can read you my wide receivers for
some contexts. I've got a Manra Mike Evans, you, Matt
Jordan Addison, Travis Sunter, and Ricky Piersall.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
And then I got a bunch of young.
Speaker 5 (04:14):
Depth pieces like Leggat.
Speaker 2 (04:16):
Roman Wilson, Jalen Pokerrett.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
I I don't think I do this deal, h FITZI
I think I want to keep my pick and Michael Pittman.
But what are your thoughts? I know you're higher on
reed than I am. I think we're both kind of
I think Dynasty managers overall are lukewarm on Deebo's future.
So this is I think this is a fair deal,
but I don't know if it's what I'm making. What
(04:40):
are your thoughts.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
I would be maybe more willing to do this deal
than you would be, Boggs. I mean, because this is lol.
Eagles Fly does have a win now team. I mean,
this is a really good team. Derrick Henry, Bucky Irving,
Kenneth Walkers his top three running backs. I'ming around Saint Brom,
Mike Evans, Rowan McMillan, and Travis Hunter. This is wide receivers,
(05:03):
and like he's got a lot of young talent on
this team too, with like Fucky Tet, Hunter Addison. So
I don't feel like throwing away a twenty twenty eight second.
That's not something I'm too worried about parting with. And
I do have both Jaden Reed and Deebo ranked ahead
(05:25):
of Michael Pittman for twenty twenty five, maybe not by much.
And I realize Pittman was playing with a broken back
last year basically, so yeah, and he's gonna be facing
that obstacle this year, and especially not looking like Anthony
Richardson might be ahead of Daniel Jones in the Indie
(05:45):
QB Derby. So I think I'd be willing to do
it because you know, there are three starting flex spots.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
In this league. I see, and.
Speaker 3 (05:58):
He's gonna be losing at medicine or four to six
weeks for a suspension. It looks like, and you know,
we don't know if we can count on Travis Hunter
getting enough snaps to be Fantasy viable. So this is
depth that I think Fly Eagles Fly could use in
his championship drive. And I'm willing to sacrifice. Basically, it's
(06:22):
all three wide receivers are close to being on the
same level, I think, But I like getting two for
one and sacrificing a twenty twenty eight second.
Speaker 1 (06:33):
I think. I think what it boils down to for
you and me is I just like Pittman more than you.
So I think I wouldn't want to trade Pittman because
I also look at this roster and I go, Okay,
you know, when does he play reader Debo. You're not
playing him over Addison any week. You're definitely not playing
him over Walker maybe Hunter if he gets moved more.
(06:53):
But you also have Ricky Pearsoll on the bench. Here
you have Michael Pittman on the bench. Yeah, so you're
cutting one guy. I'm guessing it's maybe Michael Wilson off
this roster. Uh, since you're adding two as well, so
it's a fair trade. I'm a little higher on Pittman
than fits he is, so unfortunately in this one fly
(07:16):
Agles fly, we are split in how we'd handle it.
But I'll say this, like, if this is something you're
leaning towards, just go ahead and fire it up. I mean,
if you're leaning towards it, I think it's fair enough
to pull the trigger on it. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (07:28):
I think for me, it has more to do with
you know, I still think Pittman has a pretty good
long term you know, not long term, but like two
to three year window, especially if they move on from
Anthony Richardson.
Speaker 4 (07:40):
And you know, we saw Courtland Sutton.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
Ball out with bo Nix right.
Speaker 5 (07:45):
During his rookie year, and I think Pittman's better than
somebody like Courtland Sutton.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Then he did that at age twenty nine.
Speaker 5 (07:52):
My only concern is, like, you know, the year three
breakout potentially with Reid. If he does break out, there's
no way I ever you know, could acquire him right,
but he could just as easily, you know, turn into
this highly volatile guy.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
That I can't play in week in, week out.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
So I guess if you guys were to look at
it from that lens, I do think my roster can
either settle for the consistency of Pittman and Floor, but
what better for me to try and like, well, you know,
bild a dynasty, like do I shoot for the upside?
Speaker 2 (08:24):
Play with Red and see if he really does break out.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
I think if you think that Reid is going to
break out or has the potential, you go ahead and
pull the trigger here because you get a high floor
player back in debo. And if you think Reed is
a breakout player, I would say that Reed and Pittman
in terms of skill are probably similar. I think fifths
likes Read better. I like Pittman better, So you know
(08:50):
there's a fundamental difference there. But if you think that
Reid has a chance, like a better than fifty percent
chance to break out, like maybe Matthew Golden being a
speedy helps out Jayden Reid underneath you know what I
mean something along those lines. If that's what your thought
process is, I think you pull the trigger on that
because you are in the window. You get Debo as
a floor player, and you get just as much breakout
(09:12):
with Reid as you do with Pittman. I kind of think,
I don't know what the packers feel about Read, so
I'm just not as big on him. Would you agree
with me there, FITZI?
Speaker 3 (09:24):
Yeah, I mean I think the key to a READ
breakout is him playing more into receiver sets, playagels, fly,
and he just really hasn't done a lot of that yet,
so that's limiting his snap shares to like the sixty
percent region. I know they said he was actually playing
some two receiver sets in camp the other day, but
(09:46):
some of the beat writers were also suggesting it was
just kind of a rotation that they were using in
two wide receiver sets. I don't know if that's any
sort of long term plan for them, but man Reid
has for the most part worked out pretty well when
he's played with Jordan Love, like in their first seventeen
games together, and this was getting back to the opener
(10:09):
last year before Love Sprain and is mcl he had
twelve touchdowns in seventeen games with Reid. So yeah, I
mean I'm still pretty optimistic about Reid, although it's sort
of a cautious optimism. I like Pittman too, but this
quarterback thing just seems like it's going to be an
obstacle for the next couple of years, and maybe by
(10:30):
the time it gets cleared up and Pittman is connect
to do a better quarterback, he's going to be sort
of entering the post peak years.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:40):
I agree, it's very close. So solid questions start us
out here. Fly Eagles flying. I like when that's kind
of right down the middle, so you can kind of
get granular with it. So before we move on, let
me tell you guys. By now, most of you have
probably heard of Reality Sports Online, the powerful fantasy sports
platform where owners get to build and manage their fantasy
(11:01):
team like an NFL general manager. But the question is,
have you tried it? It's time to go see what
all the buzz in the dynasc community is about. Free agency,
multi year contracts, so rookie draft, multi team trades, franchise tags,
contract extensions, first round rookie options, automated contract and salary
cap functionality, and much much more. If you think it
sounds complicated, it's not. The best thing about Reality Sports
(11:22):
Online Fantasy front Office is that it doesn't take any
more time than a standard league. It just requires more strategy.
If you think you're among the fantasy elite, this is
the platform to test your metal. If you're still not sure,
you can test out your general manager skills for frub
free and a mock free agency auction. If you like
what you see, use a promo code Fantasy Pros to
receive a ten percent discount on your team or lead today.
(11:43):
That's promo code Fantasy Pros to receive a ten percent
discount on your team or league today. Fantasy just got
real at Reality sportsonline dot com. All right, FITZI, who's
up next for us? Here? We've got herbs and cheese?
What's ups? And geez, how we doing? My friend?
Speaker 6 (12:02):
Hey guys, I'm doing good. So I just bumped my
team in the chat the roster there. So at the
end of last year kind of thought I wasn't gonna
win and started making a lot of moves and made
some trades in the off season. So basically I've gone
from Mahomes Derrick Henry, Jonathan Taylor neighbors a lave and
(12:25):
flicked that into my current roster with Trevor Lawrence, Jamar Chase,
Brian Thomas Junior, Drake London. So just a couple of
those I got lucky. Some guy came to me offering
twenty six and twenty seven first for Jonathan Taylor, could
have turned that down. Was able to get the one
I won in a trade to sending Mahomes and getting
the one on one in Trevor. So some of those
(12:47):
trades worked out pretty well in my favor. But now
I have a different manager coming to me asking me
about Drake London. Kind of a tough spot because we're
both towards the top of the league and he's asking
what I'll take to get Drake London. He's offering Drake May,
which as a Patriots fan, love Drake May, but I
don't know if it really makes sense to do any
kind of trade looked at maybe like Trevor and London
(13:09):
for Drake. He has Marvin Harrison Junior's his top receiver
at the moment, and I'd probably need some juice on
top of that, just being a current contender. Just curious
what y'all thought, what your thoughts are on giving up
those like more proven assets for the upside guys and
how much you need on top to do that kind
of trade In my situation.
Speaker 1 (13:30):
Well, first of all, I think you've done an excellent
job with this roster. The bench needs to be fixed,
but the starters are killer. So this is a really
this is really great work that you've done here, FITZI.
I know he said the magic word there, it being
Drake may to you. So what are your thoughts on
this deal that he's been offered. Is this something that
(13:52):
you would consider?
Speaker 2 (13:54):
Yeah, so our NNAs pro's Dynasty trade value chart does
show like maybe being ever so slightly more valuable than
London in super flex, and I kind of agree with that,
but like, I think it would make your team worse
than the here and now if that was the exchange,
because you know, you're just you know, then you're sitting
(14:15):
one of your good quarterbacks and it would be overkill there,
and then you lose some of this great depth and
firepower you have at wide receiver.
Speaker 3 (14:25):
Your top five is just insane. I mean, there's not
much beyond that, but Jamar Chase, Brian Thomas, Drake London,
Terry McLaurin, DK Metcalf That is just nuts. And in
a league where you have to start three flexes in
addition to a super flex, so you've got two wide
receivers three flexes, and like being able to start all
(14:45):
five of those wide receivers is just amazing. So I
do agree that it would probably have to be something
like Lawrence and London, May and Harrison, and I agree that, like,
you'd probably need a little more juice on top of that,
like a I don't know, they're another veteran receiver for depth,
or maybe a second rounder next year's draft. I don't know,
(15:08):
but yeah, bit tricky to trade with another contender. And
as much as I like May, and I know you're
a Patriots fan, but maybe it just makes more sense
to stay put with this team, which looks very title
worthy to me.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
I'll say, like, I think it's fair. I do have
And we kind of talked about Marvin Harrison in the
last show, right FITZI, where it was, you know, I
don't like the fact that he's changing his body dramatically.
It could really work out for him, though, So I
think I think with Marvin Harrison being the biggest question,
maybe in this trade, I think I would probably stick
(15:46):
with London as well. So if he wants to give
you that nice kicker on top, maybe that puts it
over the top. But I think I think it's it's
fair ish, but it leans towards him in value right now.
So I would go ahead and reject.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
That offer, like the kicker and the deal.
Speaker 6 (16:04):
Would a guy like Jamison Williams push that deal over
the edge for you, just since my bench is so
weak having a borla reliable guy to fill in on
bi weeks or injuries with those top five it would
for me.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
It would for me too. Yeah, that would be a
lot of juice. That's a lot of juice that would be.
That would be a full court of juice.
Speaker 1 (16:25):
I think was that snl skit? He legged a juice?
Speaker 7 (16:28):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (16:29):
He likes that juice? Yeah, me too, man, Yeah, Jamison
is enough And yeah it pushes someone rough off your
bench to help you get some options in the league
with a ton of with a ton of flex spots
as well as fits you mentioned. I think I would
be willing to do it if Williams was the kicker
for sure.
Speaker 6 (16:47):
Yes, awesome, Thanks guys, appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (16:50):
You got it. Irves and Cheese appreciate you. My friend,
take it easy.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
Before we get to the next person, bogs that catch
that Marvin Harrison junior highlight that was making the rounds
on Twitter where he sort of catches the deep just
looked like kind of a nine route on the left sideline,
made a nice catch. Oh there was like tight coverage,
and it was like, yeah, it was a really nice catch.
But everyone there were a couple of people who sort
(17:14):
of made the comments, and I was thinking the same thing, like.
Speaker 2 (17:17):
Yeah, nice catch.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
But that's like the exact kind of usage we were seeing,
like these deep routes with Marvin Harrison and he was
pretty well covered, and it's like I'd be more excited
about a boring slant pattern where he just like caught
it after taking five steps and I had some.
Speaker 1 (17:37):
Let's see what he does.
Speaker 3 (17:39):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it was just like you know, okay,
it was a nice catch, but it's the same old,
same old usage.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
Weren't we talking about that? What didn't he have like
one mistackle force or something crazy, like, uh, he's gonna
have to muscle through these guys if he can't wiggle
past them, you know what I mean, that's.
Speaker 3 (17:57):
Why he's just he's I don't want him to be
a designated nine route guy.
Speaker 1 (18:02):
You know, yeah, yeah, we need more usage for sure.
By the way, let me tell you guys to join

slash chat. All right, who is up next year?
Speaker 2 (18:34):
Fits?
Speaker 1 (18:34):
So we got CFC fan, what's up, my friend? How
we do in CFC doing well?
Speaker 8 (18:39):
How are you guys doing doing great?
Speaker 1 (18:41):
What do you got for us? My man?
Speaker 8 (18:43):
So I just dropped my roster in a potential trade
in the chat, but basically a guy put my week
neighbors on the block and obviously got to overpay and
be a little aggressive on that. But just wondering if
I should ask for a little bit more back or
if I'm putting like too many eggs in one basket
at this point and a rebuild. So it would be
(19:05):
Travis Hunter justin Field's Jerry Judy and then my first
and very much at contenders first next year. For neighbors
in a third next year.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
This is too much for me, FITZI, in a super flex,
even a ten team where the goal is to get
the best player, and neighbors is the best player in
this deal. And I'm not even a big Judy guy
like you are, Fitzi. But he's a number one Travis
Hunter has so much potential you definitely spend a first
(19:37):
round pick on him. Fields. This is a super flex
and to first, even though they're late. For neighbors in
a third, I think I think you got to get
more than just neighbors in a third back. What are
your thoughts, Fitzi.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
I agree with Boggs.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
I don't think it's that far off, but I think
it's a little too much for maleak neighbors, especially with neighbors.
Like if he was maybe one hundred percent physically good,
I'd be on board, But like he's also got this
what is it bugs, like a toe thing or something.
Speaker 2 (20:08):
It's been kind of bothering him since last year.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
Yeah, I mean, I'll I don't know.
Speaker 3 (20:14):
You know, like it's not that big a deal, but
it's I'm not either, but you know, yeah, what if
the giants are two and twelve, then maybe they just say,
all right, dude, we're gonna shut you down, and you
know it's surgery, and that happens just as he's heading
into the playoffs and needs Molak neighbors the most, you know,
(20:36):
So I just yeah, I mean, but even if that's
not the factor, I do think it's just a tad
too much, especially with Travis Hunter wide range of outcomes,
like superstars, within the range of outcomes, So you know,
there is the potential where you would look back at
a deal like that and just be like, even though
I'm not, I do kind of doubt Justin Field is
(20:58):
starting anywhere by twenty twenty seven, and who knows, maybe
by twenty twenty six. Jerry Judy, you know, good player,
not a great one probably, but yeah, it just it
does seem like it's just a little too high.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
Was your initial thoughts CFC? Was your initial thought? Uh? Yeah,
I kind of like this let me double check, or
was this, Eh, this makes me queasy. I think this
is an overpay.
Speaker 8 (21:23):
Yeah, so my thought process was, like with Travis Hunter,
I feel like there's obviously like the huge question there
and like his upside is neighbors. So I was ging,
like I kind of eliminate the questions with Hunter. I'm
not like that much of a Judy believer, like long term,
same with Fields, like I think they're solid players, but
I don't know how much they're I don't know. I
(21:45):
could just see them losing value. So again, just kind
of eliminating the questions and like getting a stud that
was kind of my view. And then for extra context too,
there are other offers.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
In the league.
Speaker 8 (21:56):
One guy offered I think it was two first and
then like DeVonta Smith and Jalen Waddle, and so I
was trying to kind of compete with that, and then yeah,
just seeing if I was getting just getting a little
bit too blinded by the appeal of neighbors there.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
This being ten man, you want to get the best player,
so these deals are more likely in a ten man.
But I still think it's a little bit of real
But I actually I think that other offer was better
than yours. I think I.
Speaker 2 (22:25):
Was thinking the same, yes, yeah.
Speaker 1 (22:29):
Yeah, if you want to, you probably need to pull
the trigger because I think I'd rather have that other offer.
But I still think this is an overpay by itself.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
So I was gonna say, maybe there's room for a counteroffer,
but then with that other offer on the table, maybe
there's not.
Speaker 8 (22:44):
Yeah, Like, do you think it's worth asking for like
a second instead of a third? Does that? Or is
it just.
Speaker 1 (22:51):
I'd rather take a first out on your side and
keep it that way, or even take a like take
a first, take a first, and the third out and
they just do those four for neighbors. If you're gonna
do it, keep your other first and he keeps his third.
I think that's more fair as well. So which which
way would you rather go? Fitzy? Would you rather up
(23:12):
this second or get rid of the third in the first.
Speaker 3 (23:16):
I'd be willing to make either adjustment. Okay, go through
because I do think it's a reasonably close deal. But
I think if you could make either of those tweaks
to it, I might be on board.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
Okay, I like it? Anything else CFC.
Speaker 8 (23:34):
No, That's all I got.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
Thanks, guys, appreciate it. We have another question from needs
more cow Bell. He asked would because he's thinking of
making a move for Pooka, And he asked, would you
prefer Pooka or neighbors. If you're making a deal like
that fits, who would you rather have neighbors same? I
have neighbors at four among my dynasty wide receivers. I
(23:57):
have Pooka at six. And Pooka's also talked about retiring
it thirty already, which is kind of weird, right like
early in your career to be talked about retirement age.
But it goes fast, I guess.
Speaker 3 (24:08):
So yeah, I mean, just like Pooka, we don't know
what the quarterback situation is.
Speaker 2 (24:14):
Well, I guess we don't know that for neighbors either,
but Puka's got Davante there right now.
Speaker 3 (24:19):
Puca seems like he's got a little more you know,
neighbors does have the foot issue or the tow issue,
whatever it is, like it, it does seem like Puka's
got the slightly more worrisome injury history. So yeah, I'd
have to go neighbors there at the dude dot one
hundred and seventy targets in his rookie year.
Speaker 1 (24:36):
With casserable quarterback late, imagine if it's just a little
bit better, you know, Uh, Dev, awesome, Dev, what's up?
My friend?
Speaker 9 (24:46):
So I put a question in the in the chat
a little bit earlier. I put my full team in there,
and I just rejected that trade. So I'm looking at
my team and I'm not sure if I'm just if
I'm overthinking my team, if I should just leave well
enough alone. But I was kind of really looking to
get a trade for Chase Brown because I love him.
Speaker 7 (25:05):
From last year.
Speaker 9 (25:05):
I think he's got some good runway ahead of him.
But take a look at the trade and see if
that was too rich.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
It was Jervonte Williams, Chase Brown in a second for
David Montgomery and Brian Thomas. Yeah, that's way too rich,
way way way back.
Speaker 2 (25:21):
Yeah that's yeah.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
Look, I love I love Chase Brown. I think he's awesome,
but there's no world where Brian Thomas, Like I understand,
you're just not getting rid of Brian Thomas in any
deal for Chase Brown. You know, he's way, way, way
too valuable. And I wouldn't, you know, adding David Montgomery
(25:44):
and that deal is crazy as well, because I wouldn't
do this deal if he took Dave Montgomery out. I
wouldn't trade Brian Thomas for Chase Brown, Chavante and a second.
I would not do that, would you do that one, FITZI.
Speaker 2 (25:54):
Sorry, what what all.
Speaker 1 (25:56):
David Montgomery out of this steal? So it's Brian Thomas
I'm giving away for Chase Brown, Javonte and a second
I wouldn't even do that deal.
Speaker 3 (26:05):
Yeah, I mean running back value is just so fleeting.
And Brian Thomas looks like a guy who's going to
be a stud at wide receiver for the.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
Next eight years.
Speaker 3 (26:16):
And yeah, I would have a hard time feeling him
away too. I just you know the difference in our
trade value charge. I think we have a value of
seventy seven for Thomas and a value of fifty two
for Chase Brown. I'm not sure if that even adequately
reflects the spread.
Speaker 2 (26:33):
I guess it does.
Speaker 3 (26:34):
But like, Thomas is just for confident he's going to
have a long and fruitful career. And Chase Brown is
in a great spot right now and looks like a
good asset for the next two years for sure, yeah,
or not even for sure, he looks like a great
asset for twenty twenty five and hopefully beyond.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
Yeah. Like, I like Chase Brown, But first of all,
you don't need him, right. You have Derrick Henry, you
have Ken Walker, you have David Monk on the bench.
You've got Travon Henderson on the bench with Eckler and
Dobbins and Stevenson, Like, you have so much running back
that this isn't a deal you need so like, that's
a deal if your running backs are god awful and
(27:15):
you have amazing wide receivers, that's when you consider something
like that.
Speaker 9 (27:20):
But I had thrown a few trades his way for
Chase Brown that was not anywhere near this one. This
is what he counted.
Speaker 1 (27:27):
Yeah, I'm guessing you surrounded like something about ken Walker
or someone in that range right for Chase Brown.
Speaker 9 (27:34):
No, I was holding on ken Walker. I was actually
gonna trade Monty and like maybe Pittman for a couple
of his guys because it looked like on his team,
which I didn't post, he looks like he needs some
wide receiver help. But I don't know. This kind of
just put a little bad taste my mouth, and they
got me thinking, maybe I should just stop trying to optimize.
I think I might be good here. Maybe I just
(27:56):
roll with this team and see how the season develops.
Speaker 1 (27:59):
I'll say this, you didn't stop trying. Keep trying, right,
But you don't need to make a move. So this
is the part part of the offseason where if it's
not an obvious yeah, I'm taking that deal.
Speaker 7 (28:11):
Dan.
Speaker 1 (28:12):
It you kind of can't ignore it because this roster
is great. You're bench wide receivers maybe look a little light.
You have Pittman in at flex on the bench. It's
what Jayla McMillan, Jalen Nole. But you also have like
Trey Harris you drafted on the Taxi squad. So you're
looking to me, this roster is looking for bench wide outs,
(28:35):
one or two bench wide. That's it, though everything else
is very strong through and through. Would you agree? Would
you agree with that fits looking at this roster, although
Dev could also throw Trey Von Henderson into a lineup
spot and then he to have Pittman on the bench.
Speaker 3 (28:50):
Sure, I agree, like he could maybe use a bench
wide receiver. But like this team is really good and
I agree Jace Brown really fun player, good young running
back on a great offense. But I agree, Dev, I
don't think you should shake up what looks like a
championship caliber team to do that. And I definitely would
not want to get rid of like you got this.
(29:12):
Oh my god, the uh access of power you've got
at wide receiver. It's just incredible with Jamar Chase Malik, neighbors,
Brian Thomas Junior.
Speaker 2 (29:20):
Crazy like, that's just an amazing trio. And I would
not want to break that up.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
No, no, not at all. Don't do it. Don't do it.
Speaker 5 (29:29):
No, I couldn't stomach it.
Speaker 9 (29:31):
I was like, I can't, I can't do this.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
No, it's all right.
Speaker 9 (29:34):
I appreciate you guys.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
Yeah, dev this is a good question. And this is
this is something we talked about last week as well, right,
FITZI where it's prime offseason. People are tinkering right now
kind of because they're bored. Right, this is one of
our favorite hobbies. It's about to fire up. You get
excited about it. You start looking around wanting to make
some deals, and you know, I understand, like you shouldn't
(30:00):
don't burn the bridge with the offer, even if it's
that bad. But you can send one back and a
message back and just be like, come on, man, what
are we talking about here? You know we're not in
the same range. This is the starting point. Like you
you want Brian Thomas, we can talk about Brian Thomas,
but you know this ain't getting it done, you know,
I would say, send something more along the lines of that.
(30:20):
How do you handle really bad trade offers like this
FITSI Is it just a reject and don't even worry
about it? Or do you send something like, come on, man,
what are we doing?
Speaker 3 (30:31):
I mean, if Dev was the one who initially reached
out about interest in Chase Brown, I might kind of say, hey, man,
I just I can't give up Brian Thomas, okay, like
he I can't art with one of my big three,
Like if that offer just came into me cold, I'm
probably just hit and reject and not really explaining myself.
(30:51):
I do get insulted by bad offers, like it's just
I feel like it's bad faith if the initial offer
isn't anywhere in the ballpark, and I do not feel
compelled to be the one to move the trade back
into the sphere of reality.
Speaker 2 (31:06):
Right right, It's not my obligation to do that.
Speaker 3 (31:09):
If you're gonna approach me with something that's just so
off the wall, like I don't have time for you.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
Yeah, And people will get mad too, They'll be like, well,
I sent you an offer. It's like, yeah, that was awful.
We weren't even the same ballpark, and they'll be like, well,
that's just the initial offer. Let's you know, you always
reject the first offer. It's like, I don't have time
to be This isn't the art of the deal. You know,
we're not talking about tariffs here. This is trade and
two fantasy guys like, send me a fair deal, right,
This doesn't need to be one hundred rounds back and forth.
(31:36):
So I'm with you. I don't if it's cold and
I get a bad offer, I'm just scoff and reject it.
But if it is something like hey, can I get this,
and then they ask for your two best players, like, well,
come on, man, like I'm willing to deal. But if
you're saying I have to get one of these two
players back in the deal, then we can talk there.
But I'm not giving you two guys for one guy
(31:58):
that's not even that good. So yeah, I mean, it's
just one of those times where you're going to get
those offers. So don't act too you know, don't act
too insulted about them. But also you don't know them
anything either, So I'm kind of speaking out of both
sides of my mouth here. Who's next? Here? I think
we have Big Ray? Is that right? What's up, Big Ray?
(32:18):
How are we doing? My friend?
Speaker 7 (32:20):
Good?
Speaker 2 (32:20):
How y'all going good?
Speaker 1 (32:21):
What do you got for us?
Speaker 2 (32:22):
Right?
Speaker 7 (32:23):
I appreciate y'all. I dropped my team in a chat
a little bit up, put it in the exselcks. I
know you guys like to see it hurt wider.
Speaker 2 (32:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (32:33):
Perfect.
Speaker 2 (32:34):
So I finally got.
Speaker 7 (32:35):
In with a hump and won by Dynasty Elite last
year and trying to build a dynasty for a long time.
It list for the next two to three years, and
my most fracial position that's top rowers to starting the
line up, so it's basically other than the one two
to two one. We went and got rid of the
team defense and kicker and we placed it with an
(32:59):
extra flex spot and wide receive the tied end flat spot. Okay,
So what I'm trying to figure out is my running
backs are probably my most gradual he's that's the part
articular forever to get figured out. So we're trying to
understand what to do with the one ten and the
ten team league. Do I go ahead and reach for
skataboo or Egbuka falls there, which in the macks that
(33:19):
I've been doing has happened. Just go ahead and grab
him and hope I can turn around and later in
that second round maybe grab Samson because Scataboo doesn't fall
back around to me.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
Uh, look, I'm I don't know that you'll find a
more Pollyanna Skataboo person than me. And I'll even say
you got to take a Buka there. I just think
Egbuka is like a no doubt, can't miss prospect cam
I love. I feel like he's pretty close to no doubt,
can't miss, No he could miss, right. I think running
(33:52):
backs in general are just harder to pin down in
some of these upper echelon whiteouts, and uh, I think
I think you got to take a Buka. And then
the nice part about this draft is if you are
worried about running backs, there's gonna be somebody in the
second round that falls to you that is you didn't
expect to fall because there's so many. So to me,
(34:13):
I think at one ten, if Buka is there, I'm
kind of snap picking him. Where are you at on
that fits with this roster build?
Speaker 2 (34:21):
I have to agree with you on that. Bugs and
Ray has just got a phenomenal team here.
Speaker 3 (34:27):
Like I know, it's a ten teamer, so the rosters
are going to look even better.
Speaker 2 (34:31):
But I'm look at the fire.
Speaker 1 (34:34):
AJ Brown, Chase Kittle h and Bucky and j Daniels
and Nico this this of course you wont uh Laporte
is your backup tight end, dude, This team is outstanding JSN.
Speaker 3 (34:47):
Yeah, I know, I know Ray is deeper at wide
receiver than running back, but by no means with Bucky Irving,
Devon Chen and Kenneth Walker is like running back and
James Cook like, so running back is not any.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
Sort of crisis situation either.
Speaker 3 (35:04):
And I think here I agree with Bogman Ray if
if Buka is there, especially with how good the news
has been out of camp, like Baker Mayfield raving about
him on a Kelsey Brothers podcast, and is everyone talking
about like how professional he is and how he just
like looks so great and practices it. It just seems
like he has it. And the depth of this rookie
(35:27):
class is running back. Take shots at running back in
the later rounds, well every round after the first round,
you're gonna miss out on skataboo, but double up with
some combination of like you know, Dylan Sampson DJ, Giddons or.
Speaker 2 (35:44):
Bogs.
Speaker 3 (35:44):
Who are some of your other favorite guys beyond those
early rounds, like.
Speaker 1 (35:50):
A perfect one, Tuton, you saw there.
Speaker 2 (35:54):
Hunter, Yeah, there's Neil. Yeah, so many guys.
Speaker 1 (35:59):
J Jordan, James, Devin, Neil, Taj Brooks, Kalaman on guy right,
Like there's there's so many of them, so you can
get a running back. And by the way, uh ray
with with this roster that you have here, man, you
should be you should be taking BP A. I feel
like it every pick almost And do you do you
(36:20):
tier the players when when you like, when you're ranking
them for your rookie draft, right, you do you make
tears or you just kind of play it by the hip? No?
Speaker 7 (36:29):
I through tears. And the only reason why i was
even considering Scatterby is because I've always, like, you know,
most of this team is players that I've drafted. There's
some that I've traded for, like a Hn and Nerving
and then Scary Terry was one that I traded for.
With the rest are the ones that I've typically drafted.
(36:50):
But the challenge is I've always been so deep at
wide receivers, So through some trades, you know, I finally
got you know, kind of listen to what you as
we said over the years, which is the last piece
of that puzzle is always the running backs instead of
lives as long. So that's why I finally figured that
out at running back where the players finally hit off.
I've had Hook and Kenneth Walker, you know, since they
(37:13):
came into the league, so they finally kind of hit
that hot one. So that's why I also listen to
you guys say about Kate you and leaving next year
potentially where is he going to land?
Speaker 5 (37:25):
You know?
Speaker 7 (37:25):
Same thing with Cook Is he going to get a
deal this year? Where is he going to go? Is
it going to be his Bounty boys, is the Buffalo
offense or is it going to be a downgrade. That's
why I was saying I'm more considerate, kind of fragile,
because I fell up receivers about some young guys and
then old guys as well, and the guys in the middle.
So it seems to be the strongest of my group.
Speaker 1 (37:47):
For for your roster too. Man, Like, if Skataboo is
like one of your targets, you can take it Buka
at ten and then trade back in to get Skataboo
with something from your roster, right, like I tie and
desperate team could use a little porta and maybe your ten,
like your tenth pick in the second round and move
up to get Scataboo if you really want him. So like,
(38:08):
if you want to make him a priority, if he's
a guy that you like, I would say, do that
trade back in for a player you like rather than
take him over BPA at ten. You know what I mean.
So that's that's how I would.
Speaker 3 (38:21):
Book could definitely make sense, Like he would clearly be
the best guy available if he does, if he is
there for you at number eight, right, And then like,
you've got.
Speaker 2 (38:29):
All sorts of wide receiver depths.
Speaker 3 (38:31):
So if you ever needed you were in a position
where like maybe one of your running backs gets hurt
and another one isn't panning out this year, like you
would have all sorts of firepower to deal with out
of the wide receiver spot.
Speaker 7 (38:44):
Cool. That makes sense. I appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (38:46):
You got it, Ray, appreciateure right, appreciate the question. Man,
this roster's killer. You'm gonna murder some people. I know
that one is killer. Before we move on here, let
me just tell you guys about the trade analyzer you

don't think we have any more hands raised. We have
(39:29):
a couple questions in the chat here.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
Yeah, let's do that. First.
Speaker 3 (39:34):
Let's go to a comic because I want to see
what your take is on this. Bogs needs more. Kyle
Bala sat he fits as Kyle Pitt's optimism. I'm still
a believer with Pennix saying he wants to get Kyle
Pitts more involved. Don't know about the news of Pits
working out with wide receivers and oh, by the way,
there's also the ar Nol Mooney shoulder issue Bogs and
(39:56):
then awesome Dev chimed in with it just feels like
lous with the football.
Speaker 1 (40:01):
I'm Kyle Pits.
Speaker 2 (40:03):
So where are you at with Pitts Bogs? Are you?
Are you done?
Speaker 3 (40:06):
Are you on a twelve step program to wean yourself
off Kyle Pits?
Speaker 1 (40:11):
I mean, I think done is going too far. I
have Pits at ten in Dynasty, so he's still a
tight end one to me. I have him right below
like Tucker Craft and Mark Andrews. So and look, if
you're on the the productive struggle on the younger side,
you can easily move him ahead of like Andrews, and
(40:31):
I kill ahead of him like the old guys. So
that would put him at eight if I, you know,
take out the old farts here. So yeah, I think
I'm still fairly positive about Pits, but I do definitely
have the uh, the bad taste in my mouth at
this point. I am tired of it. So he's not
(40:53):
somebody I want to roster. I'm not going out of
my way to go grab him. Didn't we look at
it and you were higher than anybody else on the
planet on Kyle Pitts FITSI is that right?
Speaker 5 (41:03):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (41:03):
Still pretty high? Still pretty high.
Speaker 3 (41:05):
Can't quit the twenty four year old athletic tight end
who had a thousand yard rookie season.
Speaker 1 (41:10):
To me, I must be crazy. No we on l
I had we Wels and I had Fitzy on And
when he went to go give his Kyle Pitts spiel,
I said, don't worry everybody. He's putting on that clown
makeup like Joker right now. So because that's the meme
of you know, oh look, I still love Kyle Pitts
(41:32):
and you're putting on the clown makeup. But I do
there's still reasons to be optimistic. There are more than
enough reasons to be mad at him. I feel like
almost everyone in the fantasy football space has drafted this
dude too high, and that is why he gets more
hate than anybody else, even though it's really not as
(41:54):
bad as we make him out to be. So, and
you know, give him somebody better than Desmond Ritter or
the ghost of Kirk Cousins and see what he does, right, Like,
give him Michael Pennix for a full year. So I'm
theyre's still definitely made on the bone for him to
become a good tight end, but it will be in
spite of a lot of haters if he does.
Speaker 3 (42:16):
We know that atcha all right iSER plan, asks thoughts
on my dynasty team, got my rookie draft tomorrow, any
advice on how I can improve it? And this is
a super flex looks like a twelve teamer with two
flex spots. And the thing is iSER Plan's first pick
is not he's got three to oh one or twelve
(42:39):
five oh nine five to one, so he is throwing.
Speaker 2 (42:44):
Arts basically in the draft.
Speaker 3 (42:46):
But it's got Lamar Jackson and Jalen Hurts at quarterback.
Pretty nice combo there, with Aaron Rodgers as a third guy.
Top running backs are Jase Brown, Joe Mixon, Aaron Jones,
Alvin Kamara, Rashad White. Wide receiver's got aj Brown, Chris Godwin,
George Pickens, Deebo, Addison Hopkins, and a couple other bench
(43:11):
guys Keenan Allen if he comes back. And at tight end,
Sam Laporta, Ben Sinnett looks like Luke Musgrave might be
on the chopping block.
Speaker 2 (43:18):
So what are we looking at?
Speaker 3 (43:20):
I mean, it's just to me, I think it's kind
of epa, like maybe some wide receiver depth as a priority,
since he's got to start three and there are two
flex spots, and since he's probably gonna lose Addison for
some time this year, and Chris Godwin maybe a little
slow in his recovery from that gruesome ankle injury last year.
(43:42):
So three oh one bogs. But man, I'm looking at
my overall rookie rankings here in super Flex and at
three oh one, like my twenty fifth overall guy is
like Devin Neil, that's Elek a omannor Territory, Jalen Royals,
Dylan Sampson, Jalen Noel, Kyle Williams. I mean, there are
(44:04):
some pretty good players, and I guess I would probably
prioritize wide receiver over running back if I were iSER planned.
Speaker 10 (44:11):
Yeah, I don't think Kyle Williams is falling. Giddons maybe
will fall you think, yeah, Giddons, Yeah, But I mean
I'm Kyle Williams is probably not I a manor I
could see being there. Yeah, maybe Pat Bryant. I like
Pat Bryant.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
Yeah, Pat Bryant or a tight end and.
Speaker 1 (44:33):
Taylor maybe you could fall that far.
Speaker 3 (44:35):
Yeah, And I don't I don't know how dialed in
guys in your league are ises are playing, but with
one of those like fourth or fifth runners, like if
Deontay Thornton for the Raiders falls. If that guy's getting
better buzz than Jack Besh out of Raiders Camp and
he's six' four with like four point thirty nine, speed
(44:57):
seems to be.
Speaker 1 (44:57):
At the other, DAY.
Speaker 3 (45:00):
I think another guy's getting some positive. Buzz Damian.
Speaker 1 (45:04):
Martinez we heard uh McDonald say today there's a clear
path for him to make the. Roster uh maybe, not
oh for sure.
Speaker 2 (45:11):
With kenny McIntosh.
Speaker 3 (45:13):
Out, yeah like before they were thinking Maybe kenny McIntosh
was going to be their third running. Back but now
with McIntosh done for the, Year amy And martinez is
going to make that.
Speaker 2 (45:22):
Roster i'm pretty sure of.
Speaker 1 (45:23):
It, yeah. Exactly so there are Some there are some
decent buys at the end. There roster's pretty solid. THOUGH i,
mean Having lamar And Galen hurts in a Super flex,
league no matter how bad big it, is is a
huge advantage over everybody. Else.
Speaker 3 (45:38):
Yeah cory Krossky merrit another guy if he falls that, Late.
Speaker 1 (45:44):
DUDE fitzi was talking up Krossky merritt before the show started,
Today so that's a good.
Speaker 10 (45:50):
One.
Speaker 3 (45:52):
YEAH i don't know if For Shard smith falls that,
late but he's another interesting.
Speaker 2 (45:56):
One and then, maybe like if any of these tight ends.
Speaker 3 (45:59):
Fall through the cracks and you can get you, Know
Harold fannin in the fifth round or, Yeah ferguson probably
probably not getting a, royal but Oh adston would be
a great one for the fifth. Round like he's getting
a lot of buzz and he's, like that's all you
want that the shots at the ultra athletic tight Ends
(46:22):
and by the, way like tight ends have actually done
pretty well historically In Greg romans, Systems LIKE i Heard
Andrew cooper a fantasy alarm talking about, this Like Mark
andrews at a like top five all time tight end
season playing For Greg roman back in the.
Speaker 2 (46:38):
Day so, YEAH i, mean, UH i like the team.
Though this is a pretty good.
Speaker 3 (46:43):
Team but, yeah even even though it's just late late
round darts as a planned there's some options for.
Speaker 2 (46:51):
You Cow bell had a.
Speaker 3 (46:53):
Question he said that deeper league deepers in taxi for.
Taxi not sure If pearcel Or rome should go. THERE
i can't tell who would start the season. Stronger anyone
have strong feelings on one over the other for rostering versus, Taxi.
Speaker 1 (47:11):
Oh, MAN i feel like you gotta so you can keep,
both but it's roster verse.
Speaker 2 (47:17):
Taxi, Correct, yes.
Speaker 1 (47:20):
Oh, Man i'm struggling on this. One do you have
a strong pull one way or the OTHER FITZI.
Speaker 2 (47:31):
I think if They're i'm leaning, YES i. Don't, yeah, hopefully.
HOPEFULLY i Think rome.
Speaker 3 (47:45):
Too, yeah they're excited about.
Speaker 1 (47:49):
Him Ben johnson was talking them up, TODAY i think
as we're recording this On, thursday so this is a
very fair. QUESTION i think the bottom line is you're
probably gonna end up cutting somebody off your roster to
have both of these guys in there pretty, Quickly so
there isn't a wrong answer. Here i'm on. PIERSALL i
(48:10):
may have a Pier saw related note in The Hot
take show, tomorrow so pay attention to. That BUT i
do think more ceiling comes From, rome even THOUGH i
think a lot of ceiling comes From ricky, Too BUT
i think a little more ceiling is On. Rome i'm
still there for. Him all.
Speaker 3 (48:28):
Right we've got a pretty straightforward question here From Max
Smiths Dvante smith Or Metcalf dynasty half POINT.
Speaker 1 (48:37):
Ppr i'm gonna double check my, rankings But i'm almost
POSITIVE i Have DeVante smith ahead Of metcalf For dynasty two.
Speaker 2 (48:47):
Two, YEAH i do.
Speaker 1 (48:48):
So, yeah it's it's actually not very close. EITHER i
Have davante at, EIGHTEEN i have Met calf at twenty,
four so both wide receiver. Twos so let's. See DeVante
smith is about a year younger than Dk, metcalf so he's.
YOUNGER i think he has more upside as. Well so to,
(49:09):
me It's DeVante.
Speaker 3 (49:10):
There, Yeah i've Got i've got about the same sort
of spread between the two in.
Speaker 2 (49:18):
Rankings you said eighteen and twenty.
Speaker 3 (49:19):
Four i've Got vante at twenty one And metcalf at
like twenty. Seven and, YEAH i, MEAN i JUST i
do Think DeVante smith is probably one of the three
or four best route runners in THE, nfl and he
has had a couple of straight opened his career with
some consecutive thousand yard. Seasons would have had another one
(49:40):
last year if he had missed four. Games and Like
eagles were the run like they were crazy run heavy last,
Year they're not going to be that run heavy this.
YEAR i Think they've got like the fifth toughest schedule this.
Year they played stayed pretty healthy on defense last. Year
who knows If i'll have the similar. Luck they're gonna
(50:00):
throw more and that would bode pretty WELL i know
What maximus is. Saying later, on he, says you, KNOW
i feel Like metcalf might have more. UPSIDE i get,
It Like metcalf is this physical freak and right now
he's like far and away the number one. Receiver but
who's quarterbacks next? Year that's the. Thing that's the. Thing
(50:22):
and we Have DeVante, smith you, know affected The Jalen,
Hurts AND i Know hurts isn't exactly Like Joe burrows
a pure, passer but he's a really solid. Player and
The steelers are in this weird transitional period of. Quarterbacks so,
YEAH i FEEL i feel pretty confident about. That let's
(50:42):
see if there is anyone. Else G dog also wondered
your thoughts in a twelve team at POINT ppr with
this team coming off a, championship wondering if we should
try to consolidate talent to upgrade just ride it out
with the same team basically and try to run it
back his team Bogs Jayden, Daniels, okay so it's ONE qb,
(51:05):
start two receivers and also two Flex Jaden, Daniels Taekwon,
Barkley Jonathan, Taylor Brian, Thomas, Junior, Nicocollins Mark Andrews Pooka
Ashton genty for the starting, lineup and then you, know
the bench a little more. Thin Jacoby, Myers Jerry, Judy,
(51:26):
Oh Garrett. WILSON i don't. KNOW i THINK i kind
of try to run it back or at least take
it into the regular season with this, team G, dog
because some of this, talent like some of this quality
talent is young Talent Brian thomas, Junior Ashton, Genty, Nicocollins,
LIKE i don't think you want to cash in any
(51:49):
of those cornerstone young pieces to try to like really
boost yourself for this year when this is already a
team that's pretty it's got to be on the shortlist
of favorites for a.
Speaker 1 (52:01):
Championship, YEAH i think what you do with this team,
is LIKE i said, before it's you Don't you don't
make a deal to make a. Deal you wait and
let someone offer you something. Ridiculous that's the deal you.
Make other than that you don't need to. Make you're sitting.
Briddy you already, won so you, know, uh you're you're
looking good cruising into the season. Here so unless it's
(52:22):
an offer you can't, refuse, deal you just roll right
into the season with what you.
Speaker 2 (52:27):
Have in my, Opinion, ogs would you Trade Kyle pitts For?
Najoku straight?
Speaker 1 (52:32):
Up? ABSOLUTELY i Want, PITS i don't want In. Djoku.
Speaker 3 (52:38):
Yeah, same The djoku's like now he's moving into the
post peek.
Speaker 2 (52:45):
Is of his. Career plus they have Added.
Speaker 3 (52:47):
FANNIN i do Have pits HIGHER T e eight VERSUS
T e Twelve.
Speaker 2 (52:52):
Nadjoku, uh let's get back to that trade that we
were asked. About this is G dog.
Speaker 3 (52:57):
Again Receives Lamar jackson in a twenty twenty seven, first
gives Up Judkins Puka nakua and a twenty twenty six.
FIRST i have to assume this is a one quarterback,
league you would, THINK i, mean in a two quarterback,
league of course you're Taking lamar and the twenty twenty
seven first and laughing all the way to the bank
(53:20):
the ONE.
Speaker 2 (53:21):
Qb, bogs are you doing this? One does it?
Speaker 1 (53:24):
WORK i want to know what's happening With judkins, first,
honestly and THAT i think you can just insert that for.
Anything but let's just go ahead for sake of transparency
and say whatever this was is a nothing and he's
not suspended and he signs this. DEAL i THINK i,
(53:47):
WOULD i would pull the trigger on. This you're giving
away a decent amount. Here but if you have a
good quarterback Behind, lamar and you can get a number
one running, back a number one wide, receiver and in
a first, back even though it's next, year twenty seven
is the class we want. EVERYTHING i Think i'd rather
Have Judkins nikua in the.
Speaker 3 (54:05):
First, okay so this would be g dog Getting lamar
in the twenty twenty seven. First so you're, saying do
not do, this take The Nikua judkins, Side, OKAY i get.
Speaker 2 (54:16):
It, YEAH i.
Speaker 3 (54:16):
LIKE i, MEAN i actually find a twenty twenty seven
first more appealing than a twenty twenty six, first especially
in a ONE qb league bugs getting an extra lottery
ticket to the you, know the The Ryan Williams, Smith Jeremiah, Smith.
Speaker 2 (54:32):
Herbie but, YEAH i, Mean.
Speaker 3 (54:35):
PUKA i think is just more valuable Than lamar in
a ONE qb.
Speaker 1 (54:39):
League and If judkins is, PLAYING i mean he might
be the lead back for a run heavy. TEAM i
know they passed more than anybody else in the. League
that's because they were losing in the third and fourth
quarter every single game The browns last, year so they
drafted two running backs to change the face of this,
offense and they're trying to do it Around. Judkins that's the.
Point but we don't know what's happening with him and
(55:01):
legally with all of his troubles off the.
Speaker 3 (55:02):
Field, yeah So isaac, playing he asked about that, team
is that win now or rebuild The Lamar Jackson. HURTS
i think with The Lamar Jackson hurts team in a super,
flax you've got to be win. Now plus you've Got
Dace BROWN Aj Brown Pickens, LIKE i, mean you're not
in the favorite.
Speaker 1 (55:25):
In the window for.
Speaker 3 (55:26):
Sure i'm not tearing that. Team i'm not tearing down
All Lamar Jackson Jalen.
Speaker 1 (55:30):
Hurts. No one of getting those two good qbs is
to build the rest of the team around. Them don't trade,
him you keep? Them, yeah, yeah your one to fill
in everything else.
Speaker 3 (55:43):
And g dog confirm That Lamar, jackson it was a
ONE qb, league all. Right final, question maximis what SHOULD
i do with Mix AND i tried to trade him,
away but no one wants him right? Now will he
ever come back this year and be? Productive Considering houston
has the worst offensive, line.
Speaker 1 (56:02):
Time to trade him is over, right because he's hurt.
Speaker 2 (56:06):
Yesterday, yeah And Nick.
Speaker 1 (56:08):
Chubb, uh you, know signed here and. Everything, LIKE i
just think the, uh the time to trade him is.
Past so at this, point he's a sinking. Ship BUT i,
mean what can you would you what's the most you
could get for, Him, Fitzy, like if you're a contending,
team you Want mixing as like your third or fourth,
back what's the most you give up for?
Speaker 7 (56:29):
Him a?
Speaker 3 (56:30):
SECOND i don't know If i'm even giving up a.
Speaker 2 (56:33):
Second, see, honestly he's.
Speaker 1 (56:36):
Worth more than a, third EVEN. Gimpi SO i just
unless an injury, happens or If mixing comes back and looks,
good then you Trade. Mixing, Uh BUT i think at
this point his values too low to even consider.
Speaker 3 (56:50):
It AND i, agree so, YEAH i mean In, dynasty
it we kind of suggest on the trade value chart
that you could maybe get like second for, Him BUT
i don't know if anyone's giving you a second at this.
POINT i think he's kind of a sunk, Cost, Maximus
AND i think you're you're better off just, holding you,
(57:11):
know hoping he comes back at some point this season
and like re establishes his.
Speaker 1 (57:16):
Value, Yeah and it says multiple weeks of training, camp
he'll be, out but it doesn't say anything about the
regular season. Yet so will he miss time in the regular.
SEASON i mean it's, possible you, know you don't want
to say, yeah definitely, not but it's possible that he misses.
Time but it's possible he's back for week. One SO
i just think his values too low to trade right.
(57:37):
Now you got to wait for him to put up
a couple of good, weeks try to move him, then
or you, know hope he finishes off the season strong
and trade him in the. Offseason but you can't move
him now because it's just whatever you get back is
not going to be worth it most. Likely so, yeah
and everything fits.
Speaker 2 (57:52):
You that's Everything. Bogs all.
