Speaker 1 (00:04):
Welcome back Everybody's Fantasy Pros Fantasy Football Dynasty podcast. I'm
your host, Scott Bogwin. Follow me on the Twitter at
Bogman Sports. I'm here as always with Pat Fitzmorris at
fits Underscore FF for some double coverage where we answer
Dynasty coverage on Discord. We answer all of your Dynasty
questions on Discord. Is what I should have said if

(00:24):
I'm not tripping over my.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Words here at the start.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
A little too much caffeine for me today, FITZI, I've got,
you know, a marble full of mouths here.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
I feel like, well, that's okay, Bogs. You can be forgiven.
Training camps are all open. We're pretty excited about things
starting to get that flood of news.

Speaker 4 (00:40):
So it's pretty much like this is it.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
Man football season is here, and you know we're going
until well into twenty twenty six at this point.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Yeah, and you guys can catch this show every Tuesday
now at five pm Eastern on the Discord channel.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Check it out.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
I'll tell you more about that a little bit later.
But we're here to answer some questions. So let's dive
right in. Fitzie, who is up first?

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Here? We got we have Collings, Collings, what's up, my friend?
How are we doing? Collins?

Speaker 5 (01:14):
What's going on?

Speaker 6 (01:15):
Phillo?

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Let's sell good? How are you, my friend? I'm doing well.
I'm doing well. I'm about to be putting.

Speaker 7 (01:22):
My team in the chat here. Sorry, it looks so bad.
I'm on mobile and my uh, this isn't having it. Yeah,
so I apologize. But we did an auction dynasty startup
a few weeks ago. I didn't like how my my
draft was going, Sai. I'm just getting a crapload of picks,

(01:42):
a crapload of rookie picks, and I have all of
these rookies, and I feel like, even though my team's
super young, I feel like it's good enough where I
might be able to still compete this year. And I'm
I'm trying to trying to gage what you guys think
of the team and where where I should be kind
of looking to go. It's it's a tight end premium
with two point zero and then everything else is kind

(02:02):
of you know, as you see with normal PPR and
super flex and such.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
All right, so we got Herbert Mixon, Swift zay o'doonsay
McBride as the starters. Uh with oh, I see more
flex starters here, Wattle, Ingram and Kyler Murray.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
I mean, that's a really good starting squad bench is
I can't see who's all the rookies Travis Hunter? Yeah,
all the rookies got Hunter.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Oh, you took all the tight ends too, Loveland, Vann, Taylor,
and Ferguson. I mean your corner in the market there fitsy.
The starting lineup is good, but the bench is kind
of brutal with all these tight ends. I mean, obviously
they're trade pieces in a tight end premium, right, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
I mean I understand the tight end premium emphasis on it,
which isn't a bad idea, Like throwing all these rookie
darts with Ferguson, Taylor and in Loveland. Yeah, some of
these guys are absolutely going to hit. So I do
like the roster. I don't think, really, you're going to
be a title contender in year one. It's a good lineup,

(03:04):
but there are probably at least four teams in the
league with like better lineups for year one.

Speaker 4 (03:12):
But this is kind of the way I like to
do a startup.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
Team too, with a heavy youth focus, but with some
guys who are good in the Here and now, so
I kind of think twenty twenty six is going to
be your Eta Collins.

Speaker 7 (03:26):
Okay, yeah, yeah, that's that sounds kind of like what
I was shooting for. I just like all these Brookies
kept falling in the drafts and I was like, all right, I'll.

Speaker 6 (03:32):
Just keep taking them.

Speaker 8 (03:33):
So I did.

Speaker 6 (03:34):
But yeah, huh, that's it for me.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Fell appreciate you.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
I like the construction, man, I think you did.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
You killed it man, Yeah, I mean the starting lineup
is pretty solid here. We just need to fix the
bench a little bit, that's all. If you were I'll
tell you this, h Ferguson, Taylor fan in Loveland, which
one are you trading? Obviously Loveland's going to get you
the most back. Is he the guy you trade because
he's at such a peak value? Or do you think

(04:03):
one of these other guys in a tight end premium
might be worth more than what they should be? Obviously,
no one's going to be worth more than love one.

Speaker 4 (04:11):
Right, I'm sorry, were you posing a question to me?

Speaker 9 (04:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Yeah, Like, which one of those guys would you want
to move? Which one of those tight ends right now?

Speaker 5 (04:18):
One?

Speaker 4 (04:20):
Maybe? Ferguson.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
I think other people like Ferguson is a prospect more
than I did.

Speaker 4 (04:25):
Okay, so I guess that's why. Yeah, that's fair.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
All right, let's see, we've got a we have a
FEVA and the only prescription is more cow Bell.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
What's up, cow Bell? How are we doing?

Speaker 6 (04:38):
Excellent?

Speaker 2 (04:39):
How are you guys?

Speaker 5 (04:39):
I'm loving a fantasy content.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Oh, thank you appreciate it.

Speaker 10 (04:45):
I actually uh, I got Pits very recently for the
for a very low price, in.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Very good I got you. What do you got for?
What's your question?

Speaker 5 (05:01):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (05:01):
I got three?

Speaker 6 (05:02):
Sorry?

Speaker 9 (05:03):
When is a quick waiver between Keenan Allen and Dale Cocher?

Speaker 5 (05:08):
Who you guys liking in darnasty here?

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Org?

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Okay, let's start there, Fitzie uh Coker or Keenan Allen.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
I think Coker just because there's more of a possibility
of long term value. And I know he was an
undrafted free agent from Holy Cross, but like he actually
kind of popped a little bit last year, you know,
like he does his best work out of the slot,
and I think there's a path there for him. With
Adam Thielen entering his age thirty five season, there's a

(05:39):
good chance he is the first like the starting slot
guy for the Panthers next year and they need it.
There's room for like a compliment to Tedoro McMillan. And
I don't know if Xavier Lagette is that guy. You know,
Lagett had a pretty disappointing rookie year, So yeah, I
kind of like Coker and our colleague Derek Brown had.

(06:00):
It's been pretty big on him, and I think Debrow
has won me over.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
Well, what about let's say Keenan Allen signs with the Browns.
You know, a run first team, but team is bad.
They might be throwing a decent amount. Uh, if Keenan
Allen signs somewhere, would you flip to Keenan or are
you sticking with Coker? Because you do like that up
that upside.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
Yeah, I mean, I mean, I'm anticipating that Keenan Allen
does sign somewhere, but it's one year in all likelihood,
and we don't know if it'll be a good year.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
I I think I lean on Keenan if he signed
somewhere because I just think you'll get like one good
year out of him. But I don't hate the long
term answer. I think the answer is probably kind of
like where is your team. If you're you know, if
you're a contender, I probably grab Allan And if you
don't think if your borderline this year, I'll probably grab Coker.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
See if he pans out. So what's number two there?
Cal Bell?

Speaker 11 (06:58):
Yeah, I'll run you through the other two and then
go on mute.

Speaker 10 (07:01):
I'm in a lot of leagues where we draft late.

Speaker 11 (07:04):
Just finished a Dynasty rookie draft and I shot up
my rbs, uh pretty easily there. But I have a
team where you keep eleven and my rbs are Chase
Brown Jalen Warren as the only two RBS I'll keep,
assuming that Trayveon's gone by pick four, Would you guys
go Caleb Judkins or r J?

Speaker 5 (07:25):
Because Judkins with the.

Speaker 10 (07:27):
Trouble and we've got like a I've got like a
month before I do that draft. So just wondering, Uh,
Caleb because I've got Jalen Warren or r J because
everyone's so big on him, or or stick to the
you know, volatility or the better player with Judkins?

Speaker 1 (07:41):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (07:41):
What do you?

Speaker 2 (07:42):
What do you think of that one?

Speaker 1 (07:43):
FITZI, because that that, I mean Judkins is a huge
question right now, right Like I think it's close enough
to where you could take any of those guys. I
did have Judkins ahead of everybody there. I think that,
you know, Jalen Warren isn't going to go away immediately, obviously,
the Steelers are still gonna pass a decent amount With

(08:04):
Aaron Rodgers, I'd love Caleb. I think maybe this season
is overblown for him. I think future is better for him.
Judkins is really good too, though, and Harvey has a
solid role there in Denver. I don't think Dobbins is
gonna last much longer than a season. To me, since
you have a month, I'm I'm kind of waiting to
see what happens with this Quinn Shawn Judkins stuff, but

(08:28):
I haven't. I'm still waiting to lower Judkins on my
rankings because of this. I just I think we need
to see a little bit more. FITZI have you moved
Judkins down? Are you still waiting? What's your thought process
on these three rbs?

Speaker 7 (08:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (08:46):
I've got them four or five and six in my
rookie rankings, Judkins, Harvey and then Caleb, and I think
I should probably move Judkins down below those guys, which
I'm going to do now.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
So now I have RJ.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
Harvey at the top of my list, and I think
the reason I give him the edge over Caleb, I
do like Caleb has a chance to step right into
that Najee Harris role where I mean so NIJI average, yeah,
I mean over his four seasons in Pittsburgh, I think
he averaged what like two hundred and sixty It worked

(09:27):
out too. I just did the math on this the
other day. Worked out to like sixteen point one touches
a game. And if Caleb just slides right into that role,
it's pretty attractive obviously, But Fynasy leagues are almost always
full point PPR leagues, and I do think there's more
pass catching upside with RJ.

Speaker 4 (09:46):
Harvey.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
So I think I'm leaning slightly towards RJ Harvey over Caleb,
But I don't feel that strongly enough where I would
try to tuck you out of going with whatever your
gut instinct.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Here cow Bell, yeah, I'm with that too.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
And in the chat here stun Is he's a big
calib Johnson fan, and I don't hate that at all.
But I am of the opinion that like, there's not
a real really a wrong answer here. I think the
only wrong answer could be Judkins right like, because I
think all three of these guys can be good. But
if Judkins, you know, does get a contract or whatever,
because he's one of two guys that hasn't signed. So

(10:26):
I don't think there's a wrong answer. But I do
think that Judkins has the highest floor of these guys,
if you're asking me, so, I would wait a month
see if this goes away. If it doesn't go away,
he has to be below those guys. But if it
does go away, then I'm sticking with him. So but
I it doesn't look good. I'll say that for right now,

(10:46):
but I try to reserve judgment till we hear anything something.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
There's something from the NFL about this.

Speaker 10 (10:52):
So in two Rabbitfire, I love this time of year
where you're overresting to everything.

Speaker 5 (11:00):
Gadsden are going to be a thing as a tight
end and what do we and how do we feel
about Godwin?

Speaker 6 (11:06):
And that's starting us camp. But pup, I think it was.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
U yeah today, Okay, so let's do the pup thing
first here, Fitzy, because we don't have to worry about
guys being on the pup now right they can be
removed from the pup at any point during the off
season there is that. I think it's like the last
Sunday before the season starts, when you know you're on

(11:32):
puff for four weeks.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
If you're still on puff after that.

Speaker 1 (11:36):
I don't know the exact date, but through training camp
they'll start guys on the pup, they'll work their way
back and then they'll go back to practice. So I'm
not too worried about the pup things.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Are you? Are you with me on that, FITZI.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
Yeah, totally. Training camp pup is a nothing burger. Okay,
now that's just you. You can come off anytime, absolutely now.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
Aroande Gadsden cow Bell is a perfect exaus of things
that I don't like about the preseason because we are
hearing that he has been working great, But I mean,
it's Pollyanna Jim Harbaugh. He talked positive about every single
one of his players, and I'm sure he instructs his
coaches to do the same, and you just you get

(12:19):
more opinion than things that are based in fact. Camani
Videll was the hotness I believe last year at this
point and didn't do anything.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
So I like.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
Ronde Gaston, I think could he be a thing. Absolutely
he could be a thing, But I mean, how far
down do you need to be, how deep you need
to be drafting? If you're taking Ronde Gaston Fitzie in.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
A rookie draft, I think he's worth a orthor possibly
fifth round taking a rookie draft. Yeah, I mean he's
he's interesting and we have seen tight ends do pretty
well in Greg Roman's offenses historically, so I think he's
kind of interesting. He's more athletic than what's the competition

(13:02):
Tyler Conklin and you know, run blocker Will Disley, So.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
I do it's interesting.

Speaker 3 (13:09):
But like we saw the buzz start to build for
him in mini camp. If the buzz is sustained throughout
training camp, I would take that as a very positive sign.
If the buzz just sort of dies, then you know,
he's just kind of.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
A dart throw.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
My thing with him specifically is that he just doesn't block.
He's a wide out right, Like he's listed at a
tight end, but he's a wide out so and he's
you know, he's a tight end play he's like Isaiah Likely,
But I don't know when he gets out on the
field that that's my thing there, they run the ball
a lot, they block a lot, So I would say, yeah,

(13:48):
I think somebody didn't bunting mentioned like by low on
Jayden Blue because this he doesn't work hard narrative is
out there right now. So I think that is a
good bye as well. So where do you draw the
line on that type of you know, camp noise. I
guess we would say fitsy, like is it okay if

(14:10):
it's coming from the coaches or is that eye rolling
as well?

Speaker 3 (14:14):
Yeah, I mean you got to kind of pick and choose,
Like you can't believe every bit of news because we
are going to get just a flood of guys who
looked spectacular in camp, and like we're just going to
get a ton of that, So you cannot not everything
that comes out of training camp is actionable. But if
you hear things multiple times like the Jaden Blue thing,

(14:37):
not only have we gotten that report recently that they're
not thrilled with him inside the building, but I know
Dane Brugler, in his write up for Jadeen Blue and
his uh pre draft guide, suggested that there were questions
about whether in Blue had the work effect to be
a successful NFL running back. So not the first time

(14:58):
it's come up. I'm a little nervous about it. Yeah,
if I'm a blue investor.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
I think when you hear stuff like it, like, it's
all it's the same thing I say about preseason, right like,
do I care about the results? No, but it's better
to look good than bad, right like, So you want
these guys to be good, of course, so you rather
hear good news than bad news. But you do have
to take some of this bad news with a grain
of salt and the good news with a grain of salt.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
So you know, let's.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
Opinions from beat writers is where I really start to
get unless they've been around for a long time and
they have been known to be in the franchise, And
even then still it's kind of it's wishy washy. So
that's what I'll say about the preseason stuff there.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
Cal Bella is like.

Speaker 1 (15:47):
You just have to be It's nice to have news,
but the news seems bigger because we have no news
right now, so any little piece is getting picked up.
But before we move on to next collar, I gotta
tell you guys about Reality Sports Online. By now, most
of you have probably heard of Reality Sports Online, the
powerful fantasy sports platform where our owners get to build and

(16:08):
manage their fantasy team like an NFL general manager.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
But the question is, have you tried it?

Speaker 1 (16:13):
It's time to go see what all the buzz in
the dynasty community is about. Free agency, multi year contracts,
a rookie draft, multi team trades, franchise tags, contract extensions,
first round rookie options, automated contract and salary cap functionality,
and much much more. If you think it sounds complicated,
it's not. The best thing about Reality Sports Online Fantasy
front Office is that it doesn't require any more time

(16:34):
than a standard league. It just requires more strategy. If
you think you're among the fantasy elite, this is the
platform to test your metal. If you're still not sure,
you can test out your general manager skills for frub
free in a mock free agency auction.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
If you like what you see.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
User promo code Fantasy Pros to receive a ten percent
discount on your team or league today.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
That's all one word.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Promo code Fantasy Pros to receive a ten percent discount
on your team or league today. Fantasy just got real
at Reality sportsonline dot com. Alright, FITZI, who we got now?
The dude, what's up?

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Dude, not much.

Speaker 5 (17:11):
How are you fellows doing great?

Speaker 4 (17:14):
Uh?

Speaker 12 (17:14):
So, basically I had a bevy of quarterbacks, so this
is a superflex. I had done premium plus plus I
dealt Darnold and McCarthy away as much as I didn't
really want to. Someone gave me a twenty seven first
in the one oh four for him, So, as you
can see, I need some running back help if God forbid,

(17:36):
Bijon or Briest go down. So I figure at the
four I could probably get Travion best case, maybe o'marion.
I doubt it, but who knows. Crazier things have happened. Yeah,
I guess I'm just kind of wondering. I think I
did pretty well on the McCarthy thing, as much as
I didn't want to let him go, considering he hasn't
even like done much of anything. Yeah, because like he

(18:01):
read shirted as freshman year pretty much. But I guess
there's that.

Speaker 6 (18:05):
So I've got the one oh four and the one ten.

Speaker 12 (18:08):
For this year. I'm really really driving hard to the
net to try to get Bowers, but the owner is
and he's not giving me much.

Speaker 6 (18:15):
As you can imagine.

Speaker 12 (18:18):
If it doesn't work out for me, who do you
like more at the ten? Like I got my hurt
set on running back at four. At ten, obviously Loveland
or Warren. Hopefully they're there, considering it's tight end premium
plus plus. Yeah, that's that's pretty much all I got
for right now.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
Okay, I think the good the good news is, no
matter what, you're getting a good running back at four, right, like,
even if it doesn't, even if Hampton doesn't fall, you're
getting somebody pretty solid. So that's nice at ten in
a league like this fits eat?

Speaker 2 (18:54):
Is it?

Speaker 1 (18:54):
Is?

Speaker 2 (18:54):
It? Just it has to be Warren or Loveland.

Speaker 3 (18:57):
Yeah, if they last in a tight end premium plus plus,
they might not.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
What about Dart, that's the question. What about Jackson.

Speaker 3 (19:06):
I'm not a Jackson Okay, I'm just not a Jackson.
Dark guy Boggs like I just I don't know if
he translates like that, that is a weird system, and
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
I'll say this, I'm more worried about Jackson Dart than
I am a traditional first round pick, even pick that late.

Speaker 2 (19:24):
For a couple reasons.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
Number one is you know that line is still bad,
right And number two is like if this coaching staff
gets canned.

Speaker 2 (19:35):
Is Dart the long term solution?

Speaker 1 (19:37):
You know, if they bring in a whole new group,
are they even gonna like Dart?

Speaker 2 (19:42):
I guess so. Yeah, I'm kind of with you there.

Speaker 3 (19:46):
It's so quick to vacate the pocket. He's not like
pinpoint accurate. He played in a weird, goofy college system
that you know, things might not translate the way they
didn't translate for Zach Wilson, who played in a weird,
goofy college system. I just I have my concern so
I think at ten, I mean, I think that the
best options are probably either one of the tight ends

(20:10):
or a mechagg Buga falls there, or like Caleb Johnson,
I think that those are probably gonna be You're gonna
have one of those four on the table, I would think.

Speaker 12 (20:18):
And that maybe that's just me being closed minded and
being set in my ways to get it tight on
there because those two guys are so good. But I mean,
you see my roster. I mean, I got Hockinson, which
is a crap shoot. This year he could be back
to his awesome form or maybe half that, and then
Friarmouth or no, I'm sorry, I'm thinking of another team

(20:39):
Ferguson and then who's the other guy I got?

Speaker 13 (20:42):
I do?

Speaker 12 (20:43):
I'm sorry, my mind's all over it. But yeah, so
it's kind of like what do I do here? Do
I just take best available? Or do I go after
one of those guys? Or do I just hold my
breath and hope for a royal in the third round?

Speaker 5 (20:57):
Mate?

Speaker 12 (20:57):
Like considering.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
Of depth of white out, you have so much depth
at white out because I got Yeah, it.

Speaker 12 (21:07):
Blows my mind. Wow, I tried to move worthy. No
one wants Worthy at all. I don't know, man, maybe
once we get closer to draft day, people get a
bit more privy to them.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
Yeah, Karret Wilson on the bench, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
I mean, Davante Adams, if you're worthy, Kart Wilson's on
the bench here, Like but Pooka, Nico Collins and leak.
There's a reason why he's on the bench. But uh,
that's that's it's too much, you know what I mean?
Like you got to be able to pull something off
for Garrett Wilson. I would think, so I would. I
would I would do that. Like maybe Phil try to

(21:42):
fill one of those uh differences with the wide receiver.
I know, you're saying no one's taking the bait. They
will eventually, you know what I mean, They'll see what
you're offering and see that, you know, what they have
is not nearly as good. You're definitely holding a lot
of strength there. Look at that fits you, look at
all them white outs.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
I know, I know this is a really good team,
definitely title worthy, Duke. So I like I would just
you know, I wouldn't panic about the tight end thing
in the draft, because there are some tight ends at
various price points. A Royal might move into the second
round like some of these rookie tight ends like and
then Ferguson Taylor, like someone's going to fall through the

(22:24):
cracks into the third round.

Speaker 4 (22:25):
So it's an option there too.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
I also think you can make it. I really like Hawkinson.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
I still like him a lot, and I think, you know,
I don't know what's going on with Pat Friyarmouth, with
John who there, but I think between Jake, Ferguson and Hawkinson,
like if one of those, if one of those top
two didn't fall to you, you're still okay at tight end.
You can make it work together. I just know I
do understand how frustrating. It is picking the wrong tight

(22:51):
end every week because I feel like I do that
whenever I have two to pick from. I feel like
I mess it up every time. I would deal from
the widers first. See see if you can get that done.
Maybe sweeten the pot with the draft pick, you know,
try to get creative to get somebody to bite on this.

Speaker 2 (23:08):
So, sir, I.

Speaker 12 (23:10):
Mean I got three ones for next year, you know,
and I know how you guys feel about next year's drafts, so.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
Well, yeah, yeah, good stuff, man, get balance. Come back.
Let us know how I try, and I'm trying. We're
here every Tuesday. We're every Tuesday. Come back. Let us know.
I appreciate you do. Take of course.

Speaker 1 (23:27):

but come and get your questions answered and be on
the show at fantasypros dot Com slash chat man. We
got a lot of hands raised here. I don't think
I realized this.

Speaker 2 (24:04):
FITSI we do.

Speaker 3 (24:06):
We might have to go quickly because we also have
a lot of chat questions trying to tackle.

Speaker 1 (24:11):
Let's get let's go three here and then we'll do
some questions. So mctunda, you kick us off.

Speaker 4 (24:16):
He might have lowered his hand.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
Oh okay, I about Versace. What's up? Versachi?

Speaker 6 (24:22):
Hey, can y'all hear me?

Speaker 2 (24:23):
We got you? What's going on? My friend?

Speaker 6 (24:26):
Awesome? I went ahead and posted my team in the chat.
I've been trying to catch you guys all summer, but
with work, I just haven't been able to make it,
make it happen. So started my Dynasty League last year.
It's fourteen team, six point passing touchdown full PPR. That's
transitioning to one and a half tight end premium over
the next two years. So last year and I saw

(24:47):
you guys, you guys were saying productive struggle for sure.
I was really happy with the way my rookie picks
last year turned out. Unfortunately, this year in the rookie draft,
and none of the top five running backs fell to me,
and nope, he would let me up to go get him.
So I took Loveland. But just kind of wanted your guys'
opinion on where you think I am. I'm hoping to
compete in like twenty six. Maybe if another couple of

(25:09):
the rookies do well for me this year. But yeah,
just looking for some advice or where you guys think
I am.

Speaker 1 (25:15):
Oh, okay, I just scroll up to see your team
here fan tracks. Okay, So we've got Mahomes, Braylan Allen,
by Shelle Tooton, Lad Mcconkeae, and Mylake neighbors Colston Loveland,
Drake May.

Speaker 2 (25:30):
I like this squad, FITZI, what are your thoughts?

Speaker 4 (25:32):
So the quarterbacks are the quarterbacks are terrific.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
Very much that you got McCarthy on the bench as well.
Look at that.

Speaker 4 (25:41):
Yeah, I mean it's a young team.

Speaker 3 (25:42):
It's I agree with the ETF twenty twenty six. It
would be nice if one of these running backs kind
of came out of nowhere and became something for you
it Braylan Allen, bay Shall, Tooton, Jalen Wrights, yeah, Rico
doubt prosky Merritts. Who knows, Like, I wouldn't be surprised if,

(26:05):
like at least one guy from that collection had some
real value.

Speaker 4 (26:12):
Might just be one.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
Guy, you know what I mean. Like, but but this
is the exact right way to build, Versaci, Like.

Speaker 3 (26:20):
Get get there with the other possessions and take care
of the running backs.

Speaker 1 (26:25):
This is exactly the right way to build when you're
doing productive struggles. So uh, strong at the quarterback spot,
which in a super flex you have to be strong
at tight end, getting Loveland great wide receivers, and the
running backs will come eventually. So and you know, you
got some good quarterbacks on the bench. You got some

(26:47):
good whiteouts on the bench too. You might be able
to make a deal happen for a running back as well.
So maybe one of these guys works out, you trade
for another one, and you got the draft class next year.
I think you are sitting in a very good spot.
This is kind of a catbird seat for the future
team right here. Anything else, Versace.

Speaker 6 (27:04):
Nope, that's all. Thank you guys. Appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
Appreciate it, my friend Bett, of course, that's great. Let's
see who do we have mctonda got his hand raised again.
Let's go mctanda. You've been here before. You know what
button a hit?

Speaker 5 (27:19):
Oh, I know that was my fault. I apologize.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
What's going on, my friend? I have my.

Speaker 5 (27:25):
Defensive draft coming up there.

Speaker 14 (27:27):
We did all of our offensive players already and now
we get our defensive pool.

Speaker 5 (27:30):
We do two separate drafts for it.

Speaker 14 (27:33):
Edge Cooper is in the pool versus all the rest
of the rookies, and I have the number one pick.

Speaker 5 (27:40):
Is that my guy that I go for? The linebacker?

Speaker 4 (27:44):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (27:44):
I like Carson Swessinger too, Like I would put those
guys together.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
So, but what what's that, FITZI.

Speaker 4 (27:54):
You think Schwssinger is on par with Edger and Cooper.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
As a player, No, I do not.

Speaker 1 (28:03):
As a fantasy performer, Fitsie, Yes, I do, because there's
nobody next to him. He's going to be on the
field constantly, and so is the Browns defense. Brown's defense
is going to constantly be on the field. Your boy,
Edge Cooper is awesome. I love him, one of the
better linebackers in the league. But he's got kway Walker

(28:24):
next to him. He's got good safeties behind him. Sweassinger
point might be piling up a lot of tackles for
a while here, So they're both good. I think Cooper
is the higher floor, right, because I just do think
he's the better player. But Swaessinger is a very good
linebacker as well. So if you want upside, I would

(28:45):
take Sweestinger. But if you want that floor, go with
edge Cooper. And currently I have Swastionnger at fifteen and
Cooper at twenty two. But that is just for this year,
that's not a long term. So if this is Dynasty league,
I'd probably push Cooper in swettenher up pretty close.

Speaker 5 (29:03):
So yeah, it's a Dynasty league there. So Jaylen Walker
is a good option.

Speaker 1 (29:08):
Too if you need an edge rusher because he does
both right, Like, he may qualify at edge and play
some middle linebacker, so you might be a little cheak kodish, right.
And obviously, well you guys drafted Travis Hunters, an offensive guy,
so never mind on that. Sorry, go ahead, McDonough.

Speaker 14 (29:24):
And then last question I have there with Noah Fan,
you know, leaving in Seattle there, how far are you
pushing up Arroyo and your dynasty's rank he's going forward?

Speaker 2 (29:33):
Oh great question, FITZI that just happened the other day.
Have you made an adjustment on a Royal yet?

Speaker 1 (29:39):
And I mean I think I'm less likely to move
a Royal up. I'm more likely to move Fant down.
But what are your thoughts?

Speaker 3 (29:46):
Yeah, move fit down. I already had a Royal pretty high.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
I am ranked for that tight end fifteen.

Speaker 3 (29:55):
I just all I did was pumping that Mason Taylor
up to fourteen.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
That's so funny because I'm it at sixteen. I have
Tailor at fifteen. That's hilarious.

Speaker 3 (30:05):
Yeah, Like, I like it. It does show some level
of confidence in him. But I think they might also
kind of like AJ Barner a little bit.

Speaker 2 (30:14):
He was good at the end of last as too.

Speaker 3 (30:16):
Barner was, Yeah, and just kind of feeling like they
maybe have enough depth that they could get rid of fans.

Speaker 4 (30:22):
So yeah, like I think debro thinks.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
It's a better omen for Elijah Arroyo than I do.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
But it's certainly not a bad omen Like.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
It does suggest that he is going to see the
field significantly in.

Speaker 4 (30:38):
His rookie year.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
Yeah, Barner Barner kind of became an obsession, it felt
like for these guys down the stretch. He was really good.
Let me just look at his I just want to
see a snap count late because I know he was
getting more and more snaps. So let's see the last
game of this. Well, okay, so he got like eighty
ninety percent when Fan was out last year, which is

(31:02):
a good sign for Barner, right, But when he was
healthy he got as much as fifty six percent, So
he never got more than Fan, but he did get
a decent amount. And when Fant was out, Barner was
the guy eighty five ninety percent. So yeah, I think
I moved Fant down more than I would push a
royal up.

Speaker 2 (31:19):
So not a lot of movement there, mctondah. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (31:23):
And before we let mctunda go, he had asked in
the chat earlier. Well, mctudah said, rip Ozzy, totally agree,
what's your favorite Sabbath or Ozzy song?

Speaker 4 (31:34):
God of Love?

Speaker 3 (31:34):
When you could be like, now let's start again, all right, Bogs?
So what's yours?

Speaker 2 (31:39):
Crazy train?

Speaker 1 (31:40):
I just have heard it so much growing up a
Diamondbacks fan, And uh, you know, anytime the bases are
loaded all aboard, you know you hear that it was.
I don't know if you remember this. If it's you'll
remember this guy Andy Fox used to come up to that.
He used to walk up to the plate with that song.

Speaker 4 (31:57):
Yes, so very nice.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
That is.

Speaker 1 (32:00):
That is my my favorite Ozzie song by a pretty
big margin there.

Speaker 4 (32:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (32:06):
My introduction was to solo Ozzy before Black Sabbath, But
then once I started listening to Black Sabbath, I.

Speaker 4 (32:13):
Gotta go with Paranoid.

Speaker 5 (32:15):
What about you mixed on Duff Paranoid?

Speaker 2 (32:17):
That's yeah. The guitar riff is just, you know, an
all timer, excellent stuff.

Speaker 14 (32:26):
Remember I've been putting out his final one is of
his final performance out there in a movie, so it's
gonna be awesome.

Speaker 4 (32:32):
Oh yeah, dude, he did it. It was like two
weeks ago. He went out like a king. Long Live
Azzie r P.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
Yeah that was Ozzy was fun man in his reality
show too, I mean so much, so much of the
Osbourne's in pop culture. Man crazy Sharon Osbourne became just
as popular as him.

Speaker 2 (32:50):
Nuts.

Speaker 1 (32:52):
Let's see one more and then we'll do some questions
from the chat.

Speaker 2 (32:56):
Just one buck? What up? One buck? How we doing yo? Yeah?
We got you? What's up? Buck?

Speaker 8 (33:04):
All right?

Speaker 15 (33:05):
So I'm in a dynasty and I ended up sleeping
through the draft and so the second year first place loser,
and I pretty much got a little drafted everything I
don't and I just wanted to get some ideas as
to what I should do. Just gonna stick with it

(33:25):
or just drop the players that I got and go
for go for necessity.

Speaker 1 (33:29):
So I got stuck with.

Speaker 15 (33:33):
Chuck Burden, I got Judkins, I Royo fan it, and
I don't need quarterbacks.

Speaker 5 (33:41):
I don't need tight ends.

Speaker 15 (33:42):
And everyone laughed at me for dunkins.

Speaker 16 (33:45):
So that being said, it does it is high value
for quarterbacks for throwing and receiving. So if Shuck ends
up being a viable quarterback, I mean he could put
up forty points easy week.

Speaker 15 (34:00):
Same with tight ends because there's a slight premium. But
I already have like four quarterbacks and that's uh fur
uh Murray Golf, m Jones and fields, And now I
got shot did I have? And for the tight ends

(34:23):
I have? Oh God, who's a tight ended.

Speaker 17 (34:28):
McBride?

Speaker 2 (34:30):
Uh yeah?

Speaker 15 (34:31):
So available rookies that I would be interested in are
probably like handcuff running backs. Woods is out there, two
In's out there, James with San Francisco's out there, Gadson's
even out there. I really need a wide receivers, but
I got shafted with the So should I stick stick

(34:52):
with what I have or should I kind of go
for some of those handcuffs and just just deal with it?

Speaker 10 (34:58):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (34:59):
This well, I I mean, this happens right.

Speaker 1 (35:01):
Uh, you are being judged by some people in the chat.
I see, but this happens. It happens, right, the life happens.
Things happen, Fitz, your initial thoughts on just trying to
make a move out of a mess, trying to drop
some of these guys pick up others.

Speaker 2 (35:16):
What are your like initial thoughts?

Speaker 3 (35:20):
I like burden, you know, I'm a burden guy, bogs,
So saying he needs receivers, that's that's a good ad.
And uh, you know, Judkins, like, obviously the legal issues
are sort of concerning, but you know, maybe it turns
out to be not that big a deal and you've
still got a top five running back, so shuck, there's

(35:42):
plausible upside there.

Speaker 4 (35:43):
I know that.

Speaker 5 (35:44):
You know.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
All along, it seemed like a lot of NFL teams
liked him more than like Shidh or Sanders.

Speaker 4 (35:50):
Some people thought was a first rounder.

Speaker 3 (35:52):
So yeah, I mean, like I would rather if Tutin
is available, I would rather have Tutin than Harold fannin.
I mean, Twton went, Towton went before Harold Fannon in
pretty much every rookie draft.

Speaker 2 (36:04):
I think I want all available.

Speaker 1 (36:07):
I think, yeah, I think i'd want all those rbs
you mentioned over Bannon. And I like Fannon all right,
like there's some upside for him. But if I could
get James, if I could, did you say Giddins was
out there? Like I would much rather have those handcuff
guys than have yeah, especially.

Speaker 4 (36:21):
Then maybe Arroyo two.

Speaker 3 (36:24):
Yeah, Like James is interesting because there were some people
who really liked him, like Todd McShay. I think he
was like a top eight guy for Dane Brugler. And
he goes to a system that just amplifies running back
value in San Francisco. And you know, we saw look

(36:44):
what Jordan Mason did early last year with McCaffrey Outlook
what Isaac Grendo did over a span of a couple
of weeks when he got his shot, Like I was
expecting Patrick Taylor to probably go off when you know,
three running backs were hurt and they almost needed Patrick
Taylor to play.

Speaker 4 (37:00):
So yeah, like I'm interested in James.

Speaker 3 (37:04):
Maybe I think I do have Giddon's rank just ahead
of James, but I'm really intrigued by James.

Speaker 2 (37:10):
They're both good options.

Speaker 1 (37:12):
I think the point is is I think I would
take you know, both those guys over fan and and
I like a royal, and I probably take them both
over a royal too. In the tight end situation that
you have where you are, you are good, so you know,
it sucks, life happens. And like I said, like FITZI said,
you know, we have no idea where Judkins, this Judkins

(37:33):
thing is going, right like this is.

Speaker 2 (37:35):
We just heard about it.

Speaker 1 (37:36):
So you know, you could have got a deal by
sleeping through the draft getting Judkins, or you might be screwed.
So you know, there's no there's no good way to know.
But I do like Tyler Shuck's situation too. And uh,
you know, I talk with Jake Seely and he mentioned
this about, Look, this team is going to be down
all the time, right, they're projected to have one of

(37:57):
the worst teams in the league on both sides of
the ball.

Speaker 2 (38:00):
Tyron Matthew just retired.

Speaker 1 (38:02):
They're gonna they're gonna have to play point for point
with a lot of teams because they're gonna have they're
gonna get scored on a bunch. So Tyler Schuck is
in a good situation in that where you should have
to pass a lot and he'll get a chance to
prove himself. But your quarterbacks already good. I think I
would probably try to get rid of him as well.
So you got some work to do, that's all.

Speaker 5 (38:25):
All right?

Speaker 1 (38:28):
Sorry, sorry, buck But yeah, I mean that's you know,
just just a little work to do. And I think
you should You should be fine. So you didn't draft
you all horrible players, So that's good. You said you
want to get to some of these questions in the
chat here fifty.

Speaker 2 (38:45):
Where do we want to start?

Speaker 3 (38:48):
Yeah, let's do it, Boggs, and let's start with so
we've touched on this, but jud just one Bucket asked earlier,
are you afraid to draft Judkins in the first round
of a rookie draft. I know, I'm a little I've
moved him down to thirteen overall. Now I've got him
behind the two tight ends and behind a Mecca Eggbuka.

Speaker 2 (39:06):
That's fair.

Speaker 1 (39:07):
Yeah, I would say somewhere, you know, at the end
of the first to somewhere in the second he's gonna
fall right now. So could be like we said, could
be a great deal, could be nothing. So he does
he has to fall a little bit.

Speaker 3 (39:22):
Yeah, I think so too. All right after that, let's
see we had Alin Well Collins says his hand up.
We can get to him soon. Bunting Right for me
to auto decline this, I have the Nico side things
attached as well. Oh yeah, Hunting would be sending Nico

(39:43):
Collins and Dylan Sampson in exchange for Josh Downs in
at twenty twenty six. First, oh just yeah, I mean
auto regil like, I don't even need to look at
your roster Bunting Like, I think Downs is grossly overrated
basically for both Dynasty and Redraft, and Tyler Warren is going.

Speaker 4 (40:03):
To take a big chunk of his targets.

Speaker 3 (40:06):
I mean, Tyler Warren is a huge problem for Josh
Downs that like a lot of Josh Downs enthusiasts don't
see this for some reason.

Speaker 1 (40:15):
And yeah, yeah, I still like Josh Downs. I think
he's a good contested catch guy. But I mean that's
if it's Anthony Richardson as a quarterback there, which I
think is the most likely outcome. You know, the passing
is not going to be as rich as we think.
So I mean this, regardless of my love for Josh Downs,

(40:36):
this is not even close this trade. So yes, instant
and also ask him why he does not respect you?
I think is what I would do. I'd be like,
you offer me this, you obviously.

Speaker 2 (40:45):
Have no respect for me. What did I do to you?
You know something happened there?

Speaker 3 (40:49):
Yeah, let's see does anyone anchie style? Ask does anyone
of dynasty with multiple position IDPs? It's fun and adds
a little quirk to rookie drafts.

Speaker 4 (41:00):
Yeah, this is that picking up your ally.

Speaker 2 (41:02):
Of course.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
I have actually I think my keepers are going to
be due on Friday. I have a league where we
keep ten, but you can only keep six on one
side of the ball, so you know, everyone does still
keep six offensive players, but then you keep four defensive players,
and then we draft an entire defense as well. So

(41:23):
our draft is like thirty rounds. It's always the one
we're going to start, I think this weekend, and we'll
get done, like right at the end of the preseason games,
because it takes forever in a slow draft, a thirty
round slow draft like that, but we'll get it done.
But it's it is a lot of fun, man. And
in that league, we score a little closer. The defensive

(41:44):
players score a little closer to the offensive players, so
it's a little more even, but it's still you know,
shaded towards the offense, probably sixty forty scoring as well.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
So yeah, that's fun man. It's better than a team defense.

Speaker 1 (41:55):
FITZI. I've been pounding the table for this for years.
I know you would change it if you could make
the standard different. Immediately, you'd wave that wand but I
think maybe like two of two hundred people would wave
that wand not many.

Speaker 3 (42:09):
So all right, So Darth nug adopted an orphan team,
and it's asking us to weigh in. He made the
rookie picks, which he includes here, but it starts with
at the super flex he's got Jane Daniels, Justin Herbert,
and he's got Anthony Richardson on taxi, and then he
also drafted Jalen Melroe, so Man Daniels and Herbert pretty nice.

(42:33):
And then two really interesting dart throws with crazy talented
running quarterbacks who have to demonstrate that they can be
NFL passers. He's got Jonathan Taylor DeAndre Swift at running back,
then it's a pretty big drop off to like Isaac Grendo,
Julia McLoughlin. He did draft Dylan Samson, Devin Neil, so

(42:57):
a little thin at running back and wide receiver. He's
got his big guns are Drake London, Portland Sutton, Chris Godwin,
Romo Donse. He's also got like Josh Palmer, Elijah Moore,
ad Ni Mitchell, and drafted a mechg Buca, So solid
depth there. Yeah, tight end, drafted Mason Taylor and Rondez

(43:20):
Gadsden junior, and also is starting chig O'conkwo. So kind
of a will see situation there.

Speaker 4 (43:27):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (43:27):
I mean it strikes me like the quarterback situation is
like pretty good now and could get a whole lot
better if we get lucky with either Anthony Richardson or
Milroe and the rest of the team good enough to
maybe be competitive until the injuries start to hit and

(43:49):
then it might be a little thin.

Speaker 2 (43:52):
But I didn't realize.

Speaker 1 (43:53):
I didn't notice this third running back starter because Taylor, Yeah,
did Hill, just as Hill.

Speaker 3 (43:59):
Was, you have to you have to start three exactly.
That's kind of the problem. Maybe Dylan Sampson, Devin Neil.
I could see Devin Neil having some rooky area.

Speaker 1 (44:10):
Devin Neil really could. I mean, is Kendriy Miller ever
gonna play a game?

Speaker 13 (44:15):
You know?

Speaker 1 (44:16):
I mean, I think that's and then Alan Kamara is
old and it's the new coaching staff. Like Devin Neil
is a good sneaky pick late in every draft, and
Samson it looks like such a better pick this week
because if something does happen to Judkins, even if it's,
you know, a suspension, it's not a foreverything. This season
could be huge for Samson if that's the case. So yeah, yeah,

(44:40):
I think I think this is you know, you have
some holes to fill. Justice Hill got to be replaced,
need a new tight end, Chicka Konko.

Speaker 2 (44:48):
Who are the rookies.

Speaker 1 (44:49):
That he drafted here at tight end? Mason Taylor? I
see Anerod de getzt and so a couple options. So
that but the bench needs to be fixed. Those two
so holding to be fixed. But the rest of the
foundation is good.

Speaker 2 (45:02):
I feel like, yeah, I.

Speaker 3 (45:04):
Don't think it's a win now team, but I think
you could win as early as next year. All Right,
two more quick ones in the chat before we go back,
G dog, what's up?

Speaker 4 (45:13):
Guys?

Speaker 3 (45:13):
Have a twelve team alt point PPR start eight one QB.
Just one of your thoughts on a trade that went
down about a month ago in one of my leagues,
the person who acquired Burden is expected to finish last
pretty convincingly. So it sounds like this is a suspect team.

Speaker 4 (45:33):
Well, I don't know one team, he said, Hold on,
he said, the team that ats Burden is expected to
finish last pretty convincingly. Oh, I see what he's saying.

Speaker 3 (45:44):
Okay, so the team that got Burden sent is twenty
twenty six first round pick.

Speaker 4 (45:51):
So uh G.

Speaker 3 (45:53):
Doug is suggesting that that could maybe be like the
first or second pick in the draft. Are you getting
an if you're trading the top or a top three
pick in twenty twenty six, Is Luther Burden, Josh Palmer
and a twenty twenty six third enough in return?

Speaker 4 (46:13):
Yeah? Probably not.

Speaker 1 (46:14):
I don't think so. But I'll say this. It doesn't
it doesn't seem like a collusion thing to me. Now,
maybe it could be. Yeah, I don't know. Obviously, I
don't know these people, but it's not bad enough to
where I go, Well, this ruins the foundation of the league.
You know, the structure of the league doesn't do that.

(46:35):
So is it a bad trade? Yeah, it's a bad trade.
Like you could say, hey, I'm getting a first round
pick in Luther Burton back and a shot at a
third plus a guy that you know, the Bills maybe
don't have a true number one right now. You call
Shakir that, maybe Coleman steps up, maybe Kink does something,
or maybe it's Palmer like, so you can like bend

(46:55):
it to this person likes Luthor Burdon a lot. They
think Josh Palmer is going to be pretty good, and
they're getting a you know, a dart throw at a
third for that first next year and next year's class
is down, like, so you can write it, you know,
you can shade it to not look that bad, but
it is a bad trade. I think they got I
think they got smoked here. I'd rather have that first

(47:16):
next year. So, especially if it's going to be high
but not collusion worthy.

Speaker 3 (47:24):
Let's I agree, not collusion worthy, OK, but I agree,
like it's you don't like it. I agree that the
person getting the high twenty twenty sixth first gets the
better the deal must burden Hops right away and shows
he as a star.

Speaker 4 (47:39):
All right, let's do two more real quickly.

Speaker 3 (47:42):
Versace just basically looking to get our opinions on his
first Dusty team.

Speaker 2 (47:49):
It's hard to him.

Speaker 3 (47:50):
We talked to Versace, Oh do oh, that's right, We
did talk about this, Okay, so that makes it easier.

Speaker 4 (47:55):
Jbird. How do you guys feel about James Cook?

Speaker 3 (47:58):
I feel like a lot of people are low on him,
but I picked him up in the third round of
a sixteen team dynasty PPR slow draft. Currently should I
trade him? But there aren't a lot of great running.

Speaker 4 (48:08):
Back options now? Yeah, Like I like Cooks bogs the
only thing like.

Speaker 3 (48:17):
Cook could could probably do better somewhere else where. They
don't have this ethos of letting everybody eats bogs.

Speaker 4 (48:26):
Did you know?

Speaker 2 (48:26):
I disagree because of the touchdowns?

Speaker 1 (48:30):
I think, like in you know what, I think maybe
we're both right because I think he could get more
yards if if he went somewhere else and it was
like just a bell cout, because I mean, you know what,
do you have? How many touches did he have last year?
Two hundred and seven rushes and thirty two catches, so
not even two hundred and fifty touches. I do feel

(48:51):
like he could get more touches somewhere else and maybe
the yards would even out. But I mean, he scored
sixteen touchdowns last year with the Bills, so.

Speaker 3 (48:58):
Yeah, but his touchdowns have been all over the maps.
It's been three, six and eighteen.

Speaker 1 (49:03):
Yeah, But I mean I think, what would you if
I was asking the over under on him right now?

Speaker 4 (49:08):
What would you say, Oh, like seven and a half?

Speaker 2 (49:12):
I'd put in nine and a half because it's the Bills.

Speaker 4 (49:14):
No, are you kidding? With the way Josh Allen calls
his own number near the goal line.

Speaker 1 (49:18):
Yeah, but are they going to want to do him
to do that forever? I mean, listen, they could give
the ball to Ray Davis more right, that that could happen.
But I mean, Josh Allen scored ten rushing touchdowns last year,
didn't he So.

Speaker 3 (49:32):
He did, he did, But like that's I feel like
that's why the touchdown counts were not real satisfying earlier
in his career. So I feel good about seven and
a half as an over under any but like Cook
catches passes, although not as many as he could with
a guy who was more inclined to check down too
his running backs instead of just taking off and running.

(49:54):
So I feel like Josh Allen does. He did not
hamper the touchdowns last year, but I feel like in
some ways he does hamper that along with the fact
that Buffalo likes to use three running backs.

Speaker 4 (50:06):
Bugs.

Speaker 3 (50:06):
Did you know Ty Johnson led all NFL running backs
in air yards?

Speaker 2 (50:11):
I did not.

Speaker 4 (50:14):
That was a crazy stat that blew my mind.

Speaker 3 (50:16):
Ben Gretch, a very good fantasy analyst, dropped that one,
and I was just totally blown away. I had no idea. Now,
air yards do not mean a lot for running backs.
It was like two hundred and sixty are yards like
hypothetical yard most Yeah, yeah, most of their most of
their catches are around or behind the line of scrimmage.
So sometimes even prolific pass catchers are running back have

(50:40):
like a dozen air yards over a season. But I
thought that was interesting that, like, Hi, Johnson is this
guy who actually runs routes downfield for the Bills. But yeah, so,
I mean, I think James Cook in the third round
of a startup is just fun.

Speaker 1 (50:55):
Yeah, I would say, I'm not like excited about James Cook,
but I mean he might, he might another fifteen touchdowns
this year. Is that we've seen it. It's within the
realm of possibility for sure, So getting him so I
think we are both right, Fitzy, because I do think
the touchdowns go down. The touchdowns probably go down, regardless
of course right from sixteen. Of course they come down, right,

(51:17):
But I mean you could see the same type of
product production from him. Maybe you don't want him touching
the ball more than two hundred and fifty times somewhere
else and they don't have the touchdown upside, So you know,
I just I like him in Buffalo. I like him
to sign an extension, but not I have too many
shares of Ray Davis to actually want that. So I

(51:38):
do want to see him somewhere else so Ray Davis
can get that job.

Speaker 2 (51:41):
All right, Sorry guys on please go ahead.

Speaker 4 (51:44):
So well, last quick one in the chat.

Speaker 3 (51:46):
Yeah, yeah, we'll make a quick issue a quick verdict
on that before we get back to the callers. FSQC,
Big Chief, what's the trade? And I don't know if
we don't know which team is his or not. So
one team gets Chase Brown and Sam Laporta. The other
gets in a twenty twenty five rookie draft picks one eleven,
two o four, and two o eight. I'm taking Chase

(52:09):
proud of Porta, same.

Speaker 1 (52:11):
Yep, yeah, yeah, And I think this could easily be fair, right,
like especially now Judkins falls to eleven, you get him,
and then you know you throw darts on You're probably
one running back in one white out with those other picks,
like that could work too.

Speaker 3 (52:25):
You know at two four is like the skataboo Trey
Harris zone.

Speaker 1 (52:30):
Yeah, yeah, exactly, so Judkins skataboo and then whoever at
two o eight I think you know that would that
would look nice. But Chase Brown is great. We've seen
him do it. We've seen Laporta do it. So give
me that floor, Yeah, gimme Brown and and Laporta in
that one.

Speaker 4 (52:48):
All right, same here, Let's get to our uh our
final question.

Speaker 2 (52:52):
Askers done?

Speaker 4 (52:53):
You know.

Speaker 2 (52:55):
Stunt is up? First? My friend? What do you got?
What's up?

Speaker 4 (52:59):
Guys?

Speaker 2 (52:59):
I would doing It's pretty good.

Speaker 8 (53:02):
I get to go to the Chiefs training camp on Sunday,
so I'm pretty hyped.

Speaker 2 (53:06):
Nice, nice, that'll be fun.

Speaker 7 (53:07):
Man.

Speaker 8 (53:09):
Alrighty, So I sent the trade in the chat, it's
a little bit up. You might have to scroll up.
So it's a superflex, tight end, premium full PPR dynasty league.
I am currently not a contender, and neither is the
person i'd be giving up Jefferson for. But I would

(53:30):
be sending Jefferson a twenty six second, a twenty seven second,
and a twenty eight third, and I would get Mason
Taylor a twenty six first, a twenty seven first, and
a twenty eight first. What are your guys' thoughts on that?

Speaker 5 (53:43):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (53:43):
Man, I don't trade Justin Jefferson for draft picks.

Speaker 2 (53:50):
That's I mean? Is this fair? Absolutely?

Speaker 1 (53:53):
This is fair. It might be more than fair for
Justin Jefferson. But FITZI, I got a real hard time
trading Justin Jefferson for draft picks. I don't think I
can do it.

Speaker 4 (54:04):
I'm with you. I'm with you.

Speaker 3 (54:06):
I mean, if you could guarantee me that twenty twenty
seven first was gonna be Jeremiah Smith, maybe I'd feel
a little bit differently, but I just I don't think
I could do it. Stun Like Jefferson just provides so
much value over average, and you would have to really

(54:27):
hit with those first round picks. Plus you're giving up
seconds that I could Sometimes the seconds turn out better
than the first You never know.

Speaker 4 (54:36):
I just I couldn't do it.

Speaker 2 (54:38):
Okay, let me ask you this.

Speaker 8 (54:40):
If it wasn't Jefferson and it was Ceedee Lamb, would
you do it?

Speaker 2 (54:45):
Still?

Speaker 5 (54:46):
No?

Speaker 4 (54:46):
I don't think Yeah, still a no for me.

Speaker 1 (54:49):
Also, and okay, Fitz brings up this point a lot,
and I think this goes here stun and it's you
have to wait for all that. You have to wait
a year for these guys, right, Like you have to
wait at least one year for your twenty twenty six guy,
but then two years for your twenty seven guy, three
years for your twenty eight guy. You have to factor

(55:10):
that stuff in too, man like. And you're giving up
all these picks as well. Like, if I'm trading Jefferson,
I'm definitely not giving up any of my picks. Also,
if I do that deal, I'm taking all of them out.
And like you can have Jefferson, Mason Taylor's to throw in,
it's Jefferson for the three first round picks.

Speaker 2 (55:25):
You don't get anything back.

Speaker 1 (55:26):
So if you if you do want to do that trade,
take all of your picks out of it to trade Jefferson.
But the waiting man, I just can't do it. We
know what Jefferson is, we know he's a stud. He's
a top player. There's not many situations I'm playing it
I'm paying trading a top player unless I know I'm
getting another one back.

Speaker 2 (55:45):
Yeah, okay, yeah, alrighty, thank you, of course done. Take
it easy my for you.

Speaker 13 (55:50):
Bet.

to trade a stud like Jefferson, Right.

Speaker 4 (56:35):
Yeah, I just I can't do it. For PACs man.

Speaker 2 (56:39):
Can't do it man O mish, what's up?

Speaker 4 (56:42):
Man?

Speaker 5 (56:43):
Hey guys?

Speaker 17 (56:44):
What we got quick question for you for next year?
Do you guys value Tyler Algier is more of like
a kind of an upside target. The running back class
looks pretty much like it's love and not too much else,

(57:05):
you know, running back free agent class of potentially brace
Hallfie doesn't get extended, whatever happens with the Cook situation, Kyrone.
If he doesn't get extended, I can't think of who
else is a big name in the oh Kenneth Walker.
Do you think he might be someone that could land

(57:27):
a starting role somewhere?

Speaker 15 (57:29):
Hmm?

Speaker 2 (57:30):
Tyler Aljier? I do? I think Tyler gear is a
very good running back.

Speaker 1 (57:34):
I think that his problem is he suck behind one
of the best running backs to ever come out of
college in Bejeon Robinson. So do I think Algier has
a shot? Absolutely? And he is a good bye right now?
I for this year. He's tough, you know, like, do
we get I don't think we can get much more
from Bijeon, but I think we get more of the same,

(57:56):
which means not a lot for our Giers.

Speaker 2 (57:58):
So, but I love the grabbing sash. What are your
thoughts on al JIERFITZI I.

Speaker 3 (58:04):
Think he's good enough to go somewhere and be a
contributor to a you know, probably a multi way backfield.
Is anyone going to bring him into be the lead back?
Probably not, but he's versus. What I like about him
is that he has a versatile skill set. He's shown
he can run, catch passes.

Speaker 4 (58:23):
Yeah, I like him.

Speaker 1 (58:25):
Yeah, he's a good like grabbing stash and you know,
he'll probably go somewhere where you know, they'll put him
in a competition with someone, or he'll be behind someone
that's aging, you know what I mean. Put him in
Houston behind Joe Mixon and Nick Chubb, you know what
I mean. I think he'd be great there. So, uh,
I got Collins is back? What's up Collins?

Speaker 5 (58:48):
You know what's going on? Phillips.

Speaker 7 (58:49):
First off, Bogs got to ask when you were in Phoenix,
did you have the pleasure of having the garlic pork
Jimmy changa from Los dos Milinos.

Speaker 2 (58:58):
Los dos Milinos. Where is it? Do you remember where
it is?

Speaker 7 (59:01):
It's like just south of downtown, like probably fifteen minutes south.

Speaker 5 (59:05):
I forget exactly where.

Speaker 2 (59:07):
I don't think I had.

Speaker 1 (59:09):
I don't think it sounds like something I wouldn't forget too,
by the way.

Speaker 4 (59:12):
So oh god, sounds eazing. No, I don't think I
know it's it's closed.

Speaker 5 (59:19):
Oh man.

Speaker 7 (59:19):
Yeah, well, whenever you're back in Phoenix, you got to
make sure you go it's it won't be lappingly I'll
tell you what.

Speaker 6 (59:25):
All right, all right, good to hear.

Speaker 7 (59:27):
But yeah, I know since the last time I was
talking to you all I got it. I was talking
trades and I got an offer for my team that
we were talking about earlier, the twelve team super Flex.
There's a bit of a quirk in the rules where
we do a one point for a first down receiving
and rushing, So I think it kind of matters when
I'm talking this trade offer and it's Kyler uh DeAndre

(59:50):
Swift and his eight Flowers for Patrick Mahomes and the
person I'm trading once once like a little sweetening on top,
and I just don't know if I can do it,
So I just want to be he's looking for a
second rounder added to it.

Speaker 2 (01:00:03):
Laid out one more time, the whole.

Speaker 7 (01:00:05):
Thing Kyler, Murray, Zay Flowers and DeAndre Swift for Patrick Mahomes.

Speaker 2 (01:00:12):
What are your thoughts, FITZI Kyler Murray.

Speaker 3 (01:00:15):
So the one thing that concerns me, I don't know
if Kyler is still starting in twenty twenty seven. That's
the only reason I I'm on the Mahomes side here.

Speaker 1 (01:00:29):
So, by the way, just looking at this last season,
if we're counting, so is it are we getting points
for first down passes too?

Speaker 4 (01:00:38):
Or is it just first No, not for first time passes. Okay,
just running and received.

Speaker 1 (01:00:43):
Okay, let me just look because I was on passing.
Let me just look and see how many how many
first downs did Zay Flowers have last year? I was
looking Mahomes had like seventy more than Kyler. So glad
that doesn't count there, but first downs? This is interesting.
Jamar Chase led the league with seventy five. Uh, I

(01:01:05):
just haven't looked at this.

Speaker 5 (01:01:07):
I was thinking of that.

Speaker 6 (01:01:08):
I was thinking Kyler ran ran for more than Mahomes.

Speaker 2 (01:01:12):
Kid would be my un That's a good call. Let's
take a look.

Speaker 1 (01:01:17):
Sorry to do stats on the fly here everybody, but
now I have to know we've got this. Uh, we've
got this question here, man, Okay, here it is first downs?
So Kyler ran for twenty seven, Mahomes ran for twenty one,
So not a big difference at all, not a difference
maker even.

Speaker 5 (01:01:37):
A little bit.

Speaker 1 (01:01:38):
So but okay, yeah, I mean, look, uh, I think
I've I think I've getting Mahomes here.

Speaker 2 (01:01:48):
Uh is that what your thought was to FITZI.

Speaker 4 (01:01:51):
Yeah, yeah, I would rather have Mahomes.

Speaker 2 (01:01:54):
Yeah it costs you.

Speaker 7 (01:01:56):
Kyler, even if I throw in the second round.

Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
No, now, Kyler and ZAA is fair. Don't don't throw
in a pick too, play hardball or making it not
a second Yeah, squeeze, squeeze. You got plenty of time.
You don't have to do the deal now, so hold
out a little bit. You know you got time to
make this deal, so appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (01:02:19):
Collins.

Speaker 4 (01:02:20):
All right, sounds good, you got it.

Speaker 2 (01:02:23):
Let's see Darth one more.

Speaker 4 (01:02:26):
And then probably, oh what how are we doing?

Speaker 6 (01:02:34):
Lunch?

Speaker 4 (01:02:35):
Been pretty good?

Speaker 5 (01:02:35):
How were you so good?

Speaker 2 (01:02:37):
Good?

Speaker 10 (01:02:38):
All right?

Speaker 9 (01:02:38):
So I've got a situation, uh through our team in
the chat, basically one of my league mates has put
this is a different time in the see team when
the other and I was talking about By the way,
someone put Lamar Jackson on the trade block a week
or so ago and I've been trying to work a
deal with them and have been budging. My latest offer
to them was Bryce Young Romo six first and a

(01:03:02):
twenty twenty six third. Do you think that's a fair
offer offer? And if they don't budge off of that,
do you think having somebody like Pearsaul or Worthy would
be too much or would that be worse at to
get Lamar?

Speaker 1 (01:03:15):
I can tell you it doesn't make a difference to
me if you have both those guys, I'm not trading Lamar.

Speaker 2 (01:03:20):
So I'm not trading him in that deal.

Speaker 9 (01:03:23):
He put him on the block, so he put him
on the block.

Speaker 1 (01:03:25):
So But but to me, I'll just tell you my
thought process of trading Lamar.

Speaker 2 (01:03:30):
From your team.

Speaker 1 (01:03:32):
You don't get Lamar unless I get one of not all,
one of Josh Allen, Asha Genty or Molik neighbors. Like
so I'll I'll float him just to see if someone
will overpay and insane him out because he's Lamar. But
to me, you don't get him without one of those guys.

(01:03:53):
But if you can add another combo of dudes in
there without like completely trashing your depth, I would do
whatever it takes to get Lamar.

Speaker 2 (01:04:04):
If I'm not trading one of those three guys, right, VIZI.

Speaker 4 (01:04:08):
Yeah, I would have to agree.

Speaker 3 (01:04:09):
Like Darth, I don't think you came in with an
insulting offer, but not if I'm the Lamar guy, I'm
probably not taking it either. And I'm probably not even
taking it if you know, with like a worthy type
throw in.

Speaker 4 (01:04:21):
It's being honest.

Speaker 2 (01:04:23):
Okay, it's it's tough and it's super Flex to get
Lamar and you would have Lamar and Josh Allen. Dude,
that's interesting.

Speaker 5 (01:04:31):
That's what I'm trying to you.

Speaker 1 (01:04:34):
No, No, the plan is awesome. And keep hammering him,
you know, throw picks in there, whatever you can to
try to get this deal done.

Speaker 2 (01:04:41):
Don't stop because we said.

Speaker 9 (01:04:43):
We would have lost me a little bit for this
year's competitiveness. Like, if this sets me up for the
next few years, I'd be willing to sacrifice this year's
title run.

Speaker 2 (01:04:52):
Yeah, I think so too.

Speaker 1 (01:04:53):
To have Alan and Lamar for the foreseeable future in
a super Flex, that's that's a dirty team, man, absolutely,
so come back, let us know, let us know what happens.
I'm curious to see if he'll buy, you know, more
things instead of one of those good players, so I wouldn't,
but you know, not everybody's meat. Maybe they have different opinions.

(01:05:15):
So appreciating nug thank you. Do you say we have
any more questions in the chat there, FITZI.

Speaker 4 (01:05:22):
No, I think, I think. I think we're good, Bogs awesome.

Speaker 2 (01:05:29):
All right, Well that is it for us today.

Speaker 1 (01:05:31):
