Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome in everybody to Fantasy Pros. This is the Fantasy
Football Podcast. It is me Joey P joe P Zapia,
and this is the waiver wire for Week fifteen, Round
one of your playoffs and to help get the right
names on your roster. De Bro, Derek Brown, the King
of Brows, and of course my Patty Cakes Pat Fitz Morris. Gentlemen,
and I use that term extremely loosely around these parts.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
It's great to see you this morning.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
I know all of us are looking at our fantasy futures,
ourselves a couple of playoffs. We've made some playoffs we haven't.
FITZI I apologize for beating you in the first round
of our way too early playoffs. I might add in
the Fantasy Pros Content League, and Derek, I also beat
you on the path to the Experts League Flex League
(00:45):
playoffs as well. So I'm kind of in a weird
place today between the two of you. Like, no hard feelings, guys,
I love you both, but you know it's it's business,
not per.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
The show with Adham today.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
I feel like that's where we're at right now, right huh. United.
Speaker 4 (01:03):
First of all, Joe, it's not over the Chargers play
the Eagles tonight, and since I'm so reliant on the
Eagles passing game, if we get you know, a Filipper
Anderson type of performance out of a j Brown me
having Jalen Hurts to throw to him. You know, I could,
I could screw the eighty three points or whatever it is.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
You're down seventy points.
Speaker 3 (01:26):
It's good.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
I don't know we're getting there.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
Look, I need a burger from Smitty, just throwing it
out there. Yeah, you need a fifty burger to beat me.
He needs a seventy burger to be It's not happening, folks.
It's not happening.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
But I love you guys anyway.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
And uh, you know, real quick before you get to
some of the names, I know, like congratulations everybody who
is watching because you made the playoffs. You know, we
are excited for you. We know that this is what
you live for. You love this, this is your passion
fantasy football. It's why you watch the shows. That's why
you subscribe to the YouTube channel, you know, Fitzy, just
like from a football perspective, yesterday, I know for your agreement,
Packers a huge win for them, you know, to beat
(01:59):
the bears there and that's you know, does not go unnoticed.
And it's funny because that last play of the game,
you know, we talk about quarterback development, we talk about
you know, play design. I saw Ben Johnson getting some
heat for the play design, and I don't like that
at all.
Speaker 2 (02:13):
That play worked.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
If he rolls out and gets rid of the football
in two steps, not only is cole Kmet opened by
a wide margin, it's not even close.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
It's a walk in touchdown.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
Instead, Caleb Williams runs six more steps because that's what
Caleb Williams does, and he allows the corner to close.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
And if you go back and.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
Watch it, especially when you get that high you know shot,
that all twenty two shot, it's so clear that as
soon as Comet gets that release off the line you
get rid of the football, it's a touchdown.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
It's over.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
And then if you're gonna roll out DJ Moore, is
the checkdown also open. Two guys are open on that play.
That one is not Ben Johnson's fault. To me, that's
all hanging on Kayleb Williams. And to me, that's why
Pat I still say Caleb in these big spots is
still not where everybody thinks he is despite whatever the
record of the Bears is.
Speaker 4 (03:00):
Yeah, that's a good point, and I think people kind
of look at I think Ben Johnson even said something
about it last week as the despite how well the
Bears have been playing, the passing attack has not been
carrying its weight.
Speaker 5 (03:14):
And that was sort of a breakdown of it. And
I know there are a lot.
Speaker 4 (03:17):
Of Bears fans this morning wondering why they didn't run
the ball there because they were running it so effectively.
Although Packers defensive Lindon Kingsley k bar Aid made a
fantastic play to stop them on third and short and
force that fourth down. So yeah, interesting, I mean, it
was a really the Bears threw their best punch, I
(03:37):
thought for the most part in that game. Other than
you know, pass defense continues to be a problem for them,
and the Packers had a lot of big chunk plays
in the passing game.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
Deebro a lot of big injuries on Sunday, and the
biggest maybe Daniel Jones, who was going to impact a
lot of fantasy shares not just in super flex leagues,
but also from the wide receiver cord from Jonathan Taylor
now Riley Leonard took over a quarterback well, speculating maybe
we get an activation of Anthony Richardson at some point,
So who knows what that's gonna look like. But really,
(04:06):
really tough, because I think even if you weren't a
big fan of Daniel Jones, he had to appreciate the
struggle and appreciate the journey of where he got to,
and the Colts did feel like things were coming apart.
The seems a little bit he's playing with a broken
leg and he ends up tearing the Achilles zach Ertz
with a terrible injury. To a lot of tough injuries
yesterday to watch, but this Daniel Jones one that's certainly
(04:26):
gonna have a giant ripple effect. I think, not just
in super flex leagues where you lost Daniel Jones, but
also what becomes of this passing game now, like we
did see Michael Pittman kind of get some targets from
Rylan Leonard.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
Ip again that is the guy.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
I don't know at this point what the pivot's going
to be, But what are your thoughts on the impact
of that Daniel Jones injury for all the Colts players.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
It's crushing, man. I mean, Pittman's had his ups and downs.
We've had so many great like Spike, Alec Pierceweeks, Tyler
Warren like turned into a ghost last week. So like,
if it is Ryley Leonard, heck, if it's for Anthony Richardson,
how do you feel good about any parts of this
passing attack? You feel better about the rushing attack if
it was Richardson under there, and maybe it's you could
say the same thing for Riley Leonard, but we didn't
(05:04):
see the Colts access his legs as part of that
offense a ton. So I think the biggest thing we
could talk about here is that the finishing schedule for
them is not amazing. Like they get Seattle, San Francisco
and Jacksonville, Like two of those games you're feeling okay
about them, Like I guess the final two about leaning
on Jonathan Taylor. But Michael Pittman and Alec Pearson now
(05:26):
get thrown into like wide receiver three attack flex plays.
They're not wide receiver twos or around that conversation, regardless
who is under center and Jonathan Taylor is he now
like a volume based RB two and not a league winner.
It's tough man and Tyler Warren maybe a low end
tight end one maybe Yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
I mean that's the other guy too, FITZI, you're the
Jonathan Taylor guy. Talked to me about the Jonathan Taylor
impact of this Daniel Jones injury and also the Tyler
Warren impact two.
Speaker 4 (05:53):
So on one hand, maybe they lean on him a
little harder in the running game the carries. I don't
think he's gonna lose carries as a result, but I
think he's going to lose efficiency just because the run
pass balance is going to be there, and it's a
brutal matchup this week. If you have any Colts going
out to Seattle and playing this defense that's been really
tough against the run and the pass, Like I wouldn't
(06:14):
feel good about starting Michael Pittman or Alec Pierce this week.
I'm going to have both of those guys ranked outside
the top thirty at receiver and possibly well outside and
you're playing tailor. But yeah, the expectations have been lowered.
Speaker 1 (06:30):
All right, We're going to go through and do things
a little differently this week. Again, this is more about
streamers at this point, right, You're not fighting a lot
of people for waiver wire and look, some of this
is also going to be about keeping other players off
of rosters that you're playing against to so keep this
in mind. It's about acquiring talent right now to help
you or also not allow help to go to some
of your opponents too.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
That's the game within the game.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
And speaking of games, we're giving away free stuff yere
because we like to play games around these parts. The

winner of the latest Trophy Smack giveaway the championship belt. Right, gentlemen,
let's start with the Waiver Wire add of the week
because I think no matter who you are, where you are,
I think a star is starting to emerge in Cleveland
of all places. No, it's not sheanor Sanders necessarily. Although
(08:09):
he did have a ton of passing yards three hundred
and sixty four, it was against the Titans, though he
did play pretty well for the most part. But still,
Harold Fannon Junior is the guy I want to talk about.
Eight receptions for one fourteen in the touchdown. We've seen
some moments here from him. Fitzy in the last couple
of weeks too, where you know these little glimmers of
what Harold Fannon is capable of.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
I know we played in a smaller school.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
He's still available in more than fifty percent of leagues
right now, and that's on sleeper, where again the ross
percentage is always going to be higher. So Fitzy talked
to me about Harold Fannon, what you saw yesterday and
what you see potentially in the future down the stretch
run here as what could be the favorite target of
Shador going forward to close out the year.
Speaker 4 (08:48):
Yeah, the guy who led FBS in receiving and receiving
in catches and receiving yards from the tight end position
last fall. And not surprising that he's having the impact,
But I think Shadeur Sanders is starting to unlock him
in a way that Dylan Gabriel wasn't able to.
Speaker 5 (09:06):
Dylan Gabriel was more of this.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
Probably because he couldn't reach the cabinets unlock it.
Speaker 4 (09:13):
So Dylan Gabriel was this ball ball control, game manager
type of quarterback. Shoudour Sanders has the flaw of holding
onto the ball too long. That's probably not a good
thing for the Browns offense. Generally because it's going to
lead to sacks and problems there. But it's good for
Fannin because it's letting him run deeper routes and get
(09:35):
higher value targets. And Fan and Shoudur seem to have
a connection, and Fannin clearly seems to be the go
to target in a passing game that's now more functional
than it was just a few weeks ago.
Speaker 1 (09:48):
And Debro Look, we always know rookie quarterbacks look for
the tight end, the checkdowns right, the easier path to success,
and that's what we have here. And looking forward in
the schedule, do you think it's favorable here for Fannon
down the stretch?
Speaker 3 (10:00):
I think it's lovely. Man Two of the next three
matchups or teams that have struggled against tight ends, he
gets the Bears and the Steelers, Buffalo. You're probably starting him,
but you don't feel great about it. But the other
part about this, the fact that he's even out there
right now, is honestly sacrilegious. Harold Fannon, let's put some
respect on his name. Boys tight end ten in fantasy
(10:20):
points per game on the season right now, and yeah,
he's the wide receiver one for the Cleveland Browns moving
forward Richard ar Sanders.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
So yes, he's picked up the week.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
There you go, so had all the fans. That guy
that everybody wants. So we're going to talk about the streamers.
He will start with the running back streamers. The guys
are gonna give us their favorite picks of the week. Deebro,
let's start with you. I know the Devon Hn injury. Again,
it's Monday morning recording this. We're still waiting for more
updates on there. But if things should be tenuous there,
Jalen Wright two percent roster, that would be the guy,
it seems, would take over at this point. Again, I
(10:52):
put seams with question mark.
Speaker 3 (10:54):
Man it seems and I want to open this up
and have a big conversation about him because I'm so curious.
Is he a trap or is he not a trap?
Because Ali Gordon has been the straight backup for most
of the season. Jalen Right, And we also need to
because we need to get context about that game. It
was a blowout. The Jets had no chance of coming
back in that game. So is this Jalen Right is
(11:16):
the RB two and he's the pickup, and he's the guy,
and I know he got twenty four freaking carries.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
I know he got one hundred and seven rushing yards and.
Speaker 3 (11:23):
A touchdown, but was that because of the game script,
the blowout, like the game environment and the reason he
got the run over Ali Gordon? Where I'm kind of like, fine,
pick up Jalen right this week, and yes he could
be the guy and he gets Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Tampa Bay
if Ham misses any time, and I don't even know
if he misses next week, but if you miss his time,
if he's the lead back, sure he's awesome. Maybe a
(11:45):
plug and play RB two.
Speaker 1 (11:46):
But the other side of this is, if Ali Gordon
is out there, you probably want to pick up both
of these guys, and you're probably gonna be able to
get Olli Gordon for cheaper.
Speaker 3 (11:53):
So I'm honestly like, is he a trap? Is he not?
Speaker 1 (11:57):
I'm kind of on the fence, guys, it's a you know,
so what the tinfoil hat is not an absurd idea here, FITZI,
because I think Derek makes some good points about this,
But twenty four carries is twenty four carries.
Speaker 2 (12:09):
It is a lot. So what were your thoughts coming
out of there? Do you think that Jalen Right as
a trap.
Speaker 4 (12:14):
I think he might be, and I'm like Dee Brom
kind of confused, and I think the game context with
the blowout sort of creates a little bit of a
haze there and not knowing who the right guy is,
because I mean, all year, Jalen Wright went into the
year with this knee issue and immediately Ali Gordon just
(12:37):
seemed to usurp him as the primary backup to Devon
Han and even carved out a little bit of a
standalone role as a goal line guy who they could
go to when they were at the one or two
yard line. And now all of a sudden, they just
kind of made Right a one for one h Chan replacement.
So maybe they are pigeonholing Gordon in the short yarded
(12:59):
drawl and that's.
Speaker 5 (12:59):
All I see him as.
Speaker 4 (13:01):
So it's possible Right does have value, but it's also
possible he has no value whatsoever, because apparently Mike McDaniel
said a Chan could have returned to the game if
he needed to it was not considered a serious injury.
Then again, I mean, the Dolphins I think have faint
playoffs playoff hopes at six and seven, So they're not
totally out of it.
Speaker 5 (13:21):
I would expect that if.
Speaker 4 (13:23):
A Chan can play this week, he will play, and
that they won't hold him out for any precautionary reasons.
So I definitely I will push back on Dee Bro.
Speaker 5 (13:31):
Like I don't want to pick up both.
Speaker 4 (13:33):
I don't want to waste two roster spots on Jalen Wright.
Speaker 5 (13:38):
I'll pick a Land No.
Speaker 4 (13:40):
I mean, do you really want to dedicate three roster
spots to that. I mean, if you're playing in some
massive league where you've got all these bench spots, but at.
Speaker 2 (13:49):
This point, bench doesn't mean that right.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
It's like, I just need to have the guy who
running the football in Miami. You know, if I have
a Chan right now and I've got, you know, some
other dead weight at the back of my bench, was
never going to play. I can understand that There's one guy, though,
at running back that I think is an easy ad,
and it's your guy this week is Blake korm Twelve
carries for one twenty eight two touchdowns. Like Kien Williams
did have thirteen carries for eighty four in touchdowns. It
(14:11):
wasn't like he was not good, but Blake Koram was
very good against the Arizona Cardinals. And this is the
second week in a row that he has a season
high back to back week. So it was eighty something
last week and then he broke the century mark this week. So, FITZI,
how in the world, after all that discussion we had
last week about this guy, is he still floating around
in seventy percent of leagues.
Speaker 4 (14:30):
He shouldn't be, especially Joe, Like, you have to appreciate
Sean McVeigh and how fourth right he has been about
his running back usage this year, Like it was this
consistent two thirds to one third ratio with Korum and
well with Kyra and Williams being the two thirds in
Korn being the one third all year, and then last
week McVeigh said that he was basically going to alternate
(14:55):
and have this be a fifty to fifty split down
the stretch to keep Iron Williams fresh. And that's exactly
what we saw in week fourteen ye And so now
you've got Blake Korum as a fifty to fifty back
in one of the best offenses in the league, just
a machine. And we saw both of these guys have
strong Fantasy days in Week fourteen twelve carries one hundred
(15:18):
and twenty eight yards two touchdowns for Korum, but Kyron
thirteen carries eighty four yards and a touchdown. So the
only problem here is that the Rams schedule not that
great for running backs. The next two weeks, they get
Detroit at home the Lion's Like, I don't think it's
a total skull and crossbones matchup for running backs, but
(15:38):
it does keep these guys, maybe both of them have
either low end RB two or flex value this week,
and then they go out to Seattle, which I think
by Dvoa might still have the number one run defense
before finally getting a really soft matchup in week seventeen
against Atlanta. So it is going to be a little
tricky with the matchups the next two weeks. But you
(15:59):
were getting half of the backfield and you know, arguably
the league's best offense.
Speaker 1 (16:06):
All right, let's go through another couple of names too
that we've talked about a few times here. Chris Rodriguez
we've talked about, I know things can go well for
Washington last week. Bam Knight, another guy with the Trey
Benson news still flooding out there in a lot of leagues,
and Devin Singletary Again, as we're trying to parse through
what's going on with that Giants backfield. You can also
even throw Dylan Samson in that mix too. I would
(16:26):
even throw him if you wanted to talk about three
or four of those guys. Who is the one that
stands out to you from that group? If there is
one Derek For.
Speaker 3 (16:34):
Me, it's Rodriguez, And it's only because of the schedule,
Like I don't love the fact that he's the early
down grinder, but to the next three weeks he gets
the Giants and the Cowboys, you know, So the fact
that he's not running a lot of routes, the fact
that he's going to get ten to fifteen carries fifty
to sixty yards. I mean, all of these guys are
kind of in the same area code as far as
usage and outlook. They're all at that like RB three
(16:55):
territory if they get a touchdown, Like Rodriguez is the
guy with the match that I like the most.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
But I mean you can make a.
Speaker 3 (17:01):
Case for a number of different guys kind of in
this filum.
Speaker 1 (17:06):
FITZI what about you, Bam Singletary, Rodriguez Samson.
Speaker 4 (17:11):
For me, it's Singletary, a little bit over Rodriguez. I
just hate the fact that Rodriguez catches no passes. He
has one catch this year. So in PPR, like, even
in a matchup against the Giants, who are giving up
six point one yards per carried a running backs, I
don't really want to start Chris Rodriguez in PPR, Like,
if he doesn't get a touchdown, you're not going to
(17:31):
get your money's worth thought of him.
Speaker 3 (17:33):
So all right, remember, oh sorry, go ahead, No, no, we're
you were I'm done?
Speaker 5 (17:37):
What were you?
Speaker 2 (17:37):
Okay? Say no.
Speaker 1 (17:39):
I was just gonna remind everybody about an incredible sponsor.
But I want you to finish your take first, of course.
Speaker 5 (17:43):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (17:43):
So the reason I prefer Singletary it is kind of
a split backfield, and we saw that when we last
saw the Giants before their Week fourteen by Singletary and Tyrone.
Speaker 5 (17:54):
Tracy split work.
Speaker 4 (17:57):
Against the Patriots and Singletary at a pretty good game
twelve carries sixty eight yards, a touchdown, three catches thirty
four yards. Part of that like he was getting the
work late because Tracy left with a hip injury, although
Tracy said it was just a stinger and that he
was gonna be okay. So if we take Tyrone Tracy
at his word, he's gonna be back this week. It's
still gonna be a fifty to fifty backfield, but the
(18:18):
Giants get the Commanders in easier matchup than they had
in Week thirteen against the Patriots. So and then after
that it's the Vikings and Raiders, and you can run
on all of those teams, all right.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
Don't forget everybody.
Speaker 1 (18:30):

let's talk about some of the wide receivers here to
stream PAT.
Speaker 2 (19:48):
Let's start with you.
Speaker 1 (19:49):
Is there a wide receiver out there that you feel
streamable in week fifteen.
Speaker 5 (19:54):
Eh, barely sarely.
Speaker 2 (19:58):
I really feel pat.
Speaker 4 (20:00):
I'm gonna go like Jayden Higgins. He's looked really good,
but it's kind of a limited passing attack with the
Texans and Nico Collins is the alpha there, so still
pretty decent. Stretches schedule the next two weeks with the Cardinals,
we just saw get diced up by the Rams and
the Raiders. So you know, I know Debro is a
(20:21):
Higgins guy, and that, as Debro pointed out, from weeks
ten to thirteen, Jayden Higgins was wide receiver.
Speaker 5 (20:27):
Twenty four in Fantasy points per game.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
So I think he's, you know, on the sort of
fringy flex border where in a pinch you could maybe
use him.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
Don't say Jayden Higgins a Debro this morning, though, because
Jayan Higgins did not doing that last night.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
He didn't to come get that's more of a Tamika
Ryan's problem.
Speaker 2 (20:47):
They sat on the ball.
Speaker 3 (20:48):
But hey, hey, well, I won't hate the fact that
I got the money line.
Speaker 5 (20:51):
Bet that hits a.
Speaker 1 (20:52):
I was gonna say, you got the money line and
I had the rocketcovery yesterday, so appreciate that.
Speaker 2 (20:56):
Like we were on.
Speaker 1 (20:57):
The Texans of that game, and what was the narrative
we talked about morning, Like why is someone talking about
the Chiefs in their playoff runs? Like nobody's talking about
the fact that the Texans have a better record and
a better defense and they're fighting for their playoff.
Speaker 3 (21:09):
Life worth that don't tell him that.
Speaker 2 (21:11):
I know they know there's eight seconds left in this game.
I feel like Mahomes still has a shot. I gotta
tell you, Mike still got a shot out there.
Speaker 3 (21:19):
Three beautiful punts by Mahomes last night. That's all I'll say.
Speaker 1 (21:23):
All right, Uh, give me a streaming wide receiver for
first round of the playoffs.
Speaker 2 (21:26):
Team I'm going.
Speaker 3 (21:27):
With Darius slate Man. He's probably available in a lot
of leagues, and the matchup with the Commanders is amazing
considering especially with his role in the Giants passing attack.
Since Week five, he's been the field stretcher. Like his
eight out is fourteen point five. He's at one point
eight yards per route run. He already has like in
the stretch since week five three top thirty six finishes
on the weekly scoring so he's already shown that he
(21:49):
can be a good flex play and I mean, I
think he's gonna have a really strong week man like Washington,
since week nine are allowed the highest completion rate and
the highest passer rating on deep passes.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
All right, Uh so Higgins, eh, Slayton, okay, uh, Devon
Veley another guy that's still owed there catching malls and
if again, Ceedee Lamb is out. Something Jake and I
were just talking about on the short version of this
show was that, you know, Ryan Florinoy certainly looks like
another guy potentially too worth speculating. I know it was
(22:20):
a Thursday, so he's got a little bit more than
the usual time to get through concussion protocol, but it's
you know, typically in concussion protocol, you don't get out
of it in the same week.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
So any of.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Those guys pop for you, Debro or somebody else maybe
just could be footing out there.
Speaker 3 (22:33):
I think both of those guys are perfect. AD's man
like Veyley the Saints passing attack, it's kind of like
with Higgins, where it's like they're limited with passing volume.
Like people could say, okay, well, the stat line wasn't amazing.
He still drew a twenty five percent target chair and
led the team with forty receiving arts so firmly and
flex playing. Ryan Florinoy, I think he's this week's Isaac Tesla.
It's like it kind of what we did last week.
(22:55):
It was like if Amora doesn't play, then okay, well
then he's he's flexworthy. It's like if Cede Lamb is in,
we know it's going to be the CD and pick
and show. But if he's out, yeah, Florinoy is definitely
where the pickup.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
I like the way Devin Neil run in that game
against the Bucks.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
You just want to put that out there too, Lovi Neil.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
So I don't in shallow leagues if he's still floating
out there at him just going back to the RBS
for a second there. I doubt he is, but after
last week, but if he is, you know, just think
about that, Fitzy any other wide receivers here that the
float your boat for first the round of the playoffs.
Speaker 4 (23:23):
Luthor Burden is now the bears top receiver I think,
and and Romo Dunday's injury seems like it's going to
be a multi week deal. So you know that's that's
not saying a lot because the Bears are run heavy
and want to be run heavy, but they have a
home game against Cleveland. I think you could start Luthor
Burden in a pinch, And the nice thing about him
is like Luthor Burden has game breaking speed, so it
(23:44):
only takes one long catch and run to him to
have him make his quota in Fantasy for the week.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
All right, let's talk about the rest of the streamers.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
Let's start a quarterback this week for those of you
in super flex leagues, Fitzy, why don't you kick us
off here with a potential QB streamer? People lost Daniel Jones,
maybe Daniels again. It's getting tough, Tyrod Taylor. It's tough
out there in those super flex streets.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
Let me tell you, I.
Speaker 4 (24:09):
Think Debro is about to give you the safest and
best option for this week, but I have three right now.
I'm putting reluctantly putting Justin Fields atop the list because
he's got.
Speaker 2 (24:20):
To saying, any man, you just keep started up.
Speaker 4 (24:22):
And first of all, first of all, you have to
make sure he's going to play this week, because he
was not active because of knee soreness in week fourteen.
But you wonder if that was just because they knew
he wasn't going to be starting and just have someone
else dressed so.
Speaker 1 (24:36):
Well, FITZI I think then, I think in his case,
the pride is located right next to the knee.
Speaker 2 (24:41):
So both were very so for Justin Fields.
Speaker 4 (24:44):
So and look, it's ugly in the passing game with
Justin Fields, but we know what he does as a runner.
So I think he's probably your highest ceiling option if
in fact he does start against the Jaguars this week.
But maybe if you want something a little bit safer
and a with.
Speaker 5 (25:00):
A decent matchup, CJ.
Speaker 4 (25:02):
Stroud at home against the Cardinals, who their defense looked
awful yesterday against the Rams.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
By the way, one of the best QB performances wasn't
on the field. It was actually Jamis Winston on the
pregame show too.
Speaker 2 (25:13):
He was great.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Can we get Jameis Winston every week on pregame shows?
He's hilarious and I love that guy. What a cute
what a QB performance.
Speaker 3 (25:19):
Put him put the Banning cast every single week just
making a trio.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
He must do it everywhere, just everywhere. Oh he's so fun.
Speaker 1 (25:26):
Give me another one, deep bro, give me another quarterback.
You can look at this week to stream.
Speaker 3 (25:30):
Yeah, I'm just gonna just open this up with that
got to the sheet before Fitsie. I think we're but
I mean I think I think we're handholding. He's the
top guy and that's Marcus Mariota in this This game
just screams like slopfest. Both bad defenses, So these offenses
are going to overperform and probably it's a low key shootout.
So Marcus Mariota, you know you're getting the rushing equity.
The Giants have been terrible as a pass defense since
(25:52):
Week nine, giving up the tenth highest shots per attempt
in the fourth highest CPO. So Marcus Mariota, maybe, like
I'm telling you, gotta probably pinch your nose, but maybe
a QB one in scoring this week, all.
Speaker 1 (26:03):
Right, now, a tight end we already talked about Hoydle
Fannin and that is your streamer of the week. And
the matchups against the Bears Debro.
Speaker 3 (26:09):
Yeah, I mean, Bears have not been guarding tight end
as well. We know Fana is gonna be the wide
receiver one for sure. Were so yeah, he's my top
guy of the week.
Speaker 1 (26:18):
All right, Fitzy, A fan In is not available in
your league. What's the other pivot point at tight end.
Speaker 5 (26:22):
If you need one, I think you could go with
Dalton Schultz.
Speaker 4 (26:25):
He did not really do too much at all against
the Chiefs in Week fourteen, But you know, for the
most part, as Debro pointed out in our waiver article
this week, like from weeks thirteen, weeks three to thirteen,
Dalton Schultz was tight end twelve in fantasy points per game.
So not terrible matchups the next couple of weeks against
(26:47):
the Cardinals and Raiders.
Speaker 1 (26:49):
All right, next up the defense to stream this week,
and these matchups are super important, right, We're fighting for
every single point. So Fitzy, what's a defense that's going
to give us some points in round one?
Speaker 5 (26:58):
Oh man, hear me out.
Speaker 4 (26:59):
This is not your just a week fifteen play, but
could also be a week sixteen play.
Speaker 5 (27:03):
And hard to believe.
Speaker 4 (27:04):
I'm going to tout the defense that is dead last
in sacks and pressure rate, but the San Francisco forty
nine ers at home against the Tennessee Titans this week
and going up against cam Ward who has taken forty
nine sacks, coughed up nine fumbles, and thrown seven interceptions.
Speaker 5 (27:21):
This year.
Speaker 4 (27:21):
So Titans have a lot of the third most fantasy
points to opposing defenses. Forty nine Ers, even with their
anemic pass rush, are a decent play this week, and
then they get the Colts and their questionable quarterback situation
in Week sixteen. So I think you could play the
forty nine ers the next two weeks.
Speaker 3 (27:37):
Well, you could play them all three maybe. Then they
get Caleb Williams. It's not like he hasn't be in
a second.
Speaker 4 (27:41):
Yeah, they're just so run heavy though that it like greed.
Really want to start a defense against a team as
run heavy as the Bears.
Speaker 1 (27:48):
Got to get there first before you get those week
seventeen problems. Yeah, a couple weeks to get there, Debro,
how about you a defense that's appealing to you this week.
Speaker 3 (27:55):
I know, I Fitz, he just brought up justin Fields
and for good reason. I'll also bring up the Jacksonville
defense for good reason because justin Fields, we know what
he's gonna do. It's gonna throw picks, gonna take sacks.
He can get the rushing equity and payoff in fantasy,
and he can still be a bad quarterback in real
life NFL and help us out on the defensive side, all.
Speaker 1 (28:13):
Right, Next up here the kicker again, every point counts.
Stop playing in leagues with kickers, But that's okay if
you still do deep bro, give me a kicker that's
got a good opportunity to score some points this.
Speaker 3 (28:22):
Week, Matt Praider Man, the Buffalo Bills are gonna have
to put up a lot of points to beat the Patriots.
We know that's gonna be the case. So I think
a Patriots defense that's good enough to maybe they relent
and allow the Bills to move down the field and
get in the field goal range and keep them out
of the end zone. So a lot of field goal
opportunities for Prader.
Speaker 5 (28:41):
All right, and FITZI give me a kicker, Cairo Santos.
Speaker 4 (28:45):
Since Week four, he's been the third leading kicker in
fantasy points per game ten point six. But if you
don't like taking a kicker in cold weather, I believe
Eddie Pinero is supposed to be back for the forty
nine ers this week, and he was pretty good and
they have a great matchup against the Titans. If we
know Pinero is going to be back, I think he's
a decent Playoffso.
Speaker 1 (29:06):
Yeah, CMC coming off of bye getting the Titans. If
you got CMC that I think you're going to Round
two of the playoffs. I don't want to drinkx it.
I'm just saying I think it's a pretty good shot there.
They might be going there. So again, we've got more
help for you too. I know this is the end
