Speaker 1 (00:01):
All right, and welcome into Fantasy Pros live on Twitch.
We are just twenty four hours away from the NFL
officially being back in our lives for good. So of
course we've got another fans of football Q and A
coming your way right here on twitch dot tv Slash
Fantasy Pros. That's where you can follow us for live
interactive content. I'm your host, Seth Wilcock, alongside a man
(00:22):
who at this point I think should have his hands
in some ice after publishing his week one primer this morning,
Derek Brown, Debro, how are you after putting out an
absolute gainer down on paper this week?
Speaker 2 (00:35):
Oh? That did you? And these intros? Bro? I love
you that you're You're on point with these man. But yes,
it's been ooh baby, I'm coming back up for air.
I've been in the Primer streets all weekend when people
were having some cocktails mocktails, sitting out by the pool.
I was in the office, not seeing the sun and
(00:56):
slaving away on the primer And uh yeah, dude, it's out.
It's on bros dot com, it is live, it will
be updated all the way to kick off and maybe
we are back. Like if there was any do you're bad, dude.
We are back seasons here, Dude, I'm ready.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
I'm so excited, man, so much conjunctures, so much rankings
movement over the past six or seven months, and it
feels great.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
To terms and RB three set. Didn't you go?
Speaker 1 (01:23):
They are real? They are absolutely real, man, And uh,
excited to break it all down with you, my friend,
And uh.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
How are you feeling? Like?
Speaker 1 (01:31):
Is this the week one you were hoping for? Slate wise,
I think it's some really interesting games really across the
land here.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
Yeah, dude, it's a really interesting slate. I mean, whether
we you know, want to get deep in the weeds
and the coverage data and all this other kind of stuff.
There was definitely a lot of takeaways at the primer
that like where if people have been following all my
action on betting pros, like as I'm riding up stuff
like I'm putting in bets on betting pros and people
got notifications turned on You've been seeing it, like your
phone's probably been like so so do this. It's a
(02:01):
really good slate of games. Definitely a lot of like
leans and I think we're gonna see a lot of
interesting upsets, you know, whether that's the betting market or
some favorite teams. And yeah, some games that can kind
of go sideways because while there's a lot of things
we think we know, Seth, there is so much that
have Like after week one, we're gonna be like, Okay,
didn't see that coming. Okay, no way, didn't know that.
(02:24):
So I'm ready for it all man, good. That's the
week of games though.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
Yeah, and that's the thing I love about Week one man,
as it really is just a learning experience. We're going
to see so much new information come across the wire
this week and like it just like college football over
the past week. I mean, we all thought Alabama would
be a wagon once again, they get upset by Florida State,
so anything can happen.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
March Manning was supposed to be a Hall of Famer,
I was told week one and on.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
I know it's tough. It is tough, but we are
here to answer all your guys' questions. Go ahead and
drop them below. We'll be sure to get to them
and after the program, make sure you're checking out the
Fansy Pros YouTube channel and the podcast feed for some
very fun full length episodes and some short form content.
We had a mock draft last Saturday, come out on
the channel with Jerry O'Connell, great actor over there from
(03:09):
stand by Me. That was a lot of fun. Jerry
was quite the character right here on Twitch. And then
you guys did the Content Team draft yesterday as well.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
Debro Yeah, dude, lots of mock drafts trying to get
people ready and a lot of different flavors of it.
So the Jerry O'Connell one was fantastic. He was awesome
on the show. We Chad a little bit in DMS
afterwards and stuff. Just nice guy. And then we had
the one with the Content Team yesterday, which was just
full on chaos. Man, Like if people have not watched
it yet, it was hilarious. There was a lot of
(03:38):
just really great moments where I think just the reality
of like a lot of things that when people are
commissioning or also in leagues can take away something and
just the real of it. Like we struggle in drafts too,
sometimes we do. It's all fun. It's all fun we do.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
Man. I've been regretting my one decision, you know me.
I've been on Tony Pollard all season long. I've taken it. Well,
here's here's what I'm regretting. It was, you know, about
seven eight o'clock. I was probably about fourteen fifteen bush
lights deep, and I made a decision. I went with
Davonta Smith over him in my in my fantasy draft,
(04:13):
I didn't need a wide receiver four. I needed an
RB two. But now we're rolling out Nick Chubb there
in the RB two. Debro So.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Oh lord, yes that is regrets. Yes, yes, you got
some serious Yeah, you got some serious regrets right now,
no doubt. Now I understand we've come full circle.
Speaker 1 (04:27):
I try, Yeah, I tried to play play the market.
I thought maybe RJ Harvey or if paulardould come back.
They got sniped right in front of me. So, uh,
fit you in the butt? It did, it did. But
that's that's why I was. When you're playing with some
djens like I was up there in the KEG League.
Let's get some questions though here, debro So. I keep
the people waiting as we have a ton of new
faces right here on Twitch. It's macing.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
What's up fella ism?
Speaker 1 (04:47):
I crazy to reach on Chase Brown over Genty at
the turn. I just feel like the Bengals have a
better offense. Overall your thoughts on this debro.
Speaker 2 (04:55):
I mean, I don't think it's crazy. It just comes
down to how you're rejecting that backfield. I'm worried more
than most or everybody. I guess maybe that Chase Brown
is not gonna be like the CMC of Cincinnati. I'm
worried that he's gonna fall more into like a sixty
five seventy percent snapchaer as we move through the season.
(05:17):
And this is really not just like, it's not an
indictment about Chase Brown, it's also like belief in toadj
Brooks and like how the Bengals probably want their backfield
to go now, Like, I know, we've seen a lot
of Joe Mixon and he's gotten all the work and
stuff like that previous year, so I can easily geld
be wrong. So it's not a move I would be making,
but I understand it. I mean, I think like somewhere
in that middle the mid RB one to low end
(05:38):
RB one tier in drafts, it's kind of you know,
choose your flavor, who do you like? Yeah, I'm there
with you.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
Like again, I'm super high on genty, soam bias coming
into this and yeah.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
I mean I have to think, do you have any
questions about Gent's workload at all? Since l Quormick, no
ash gend Raheemoskurt, any of those guys gonna impede Ashton's
work at all?
Speaker 1 (06:01):
Not in the slightest, not in the absolute slightest.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
That's where I feel like we're splitting hairs. Then it's
easily that Gent for me.
Speaker 1 (06:07):
But I get it, Yep, I totally get it.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
Mason.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
Go with your gut on that one, ma'am. But good
luck to you and Bam Bam. Branson back in the
chat saying, boys one day until the birds start the
road to the repeat, debating on who to start Jalen Warren,
Dave Montgomery, Jordan, Mason, and Swift.
Speaker 2 (06:25):
Also, my buddy had has the.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
Awful decision of cam Ward or Russ in his super
flex six points slot.
Speaker 2 (06:31):
Go birds.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
All right, So let's start with the question for him
and not his so called buddy out here. Bam Bam,
who are you starting? Yea deep bro, buddy, right man,
who are you starting at? Running back here?
Speaker 2 (06:47):
I think a lot of people would tell you. So
this is a question of more of like all those
guys are in the same kind of ilk. I'm not
high on DeAndre Swift. I understand from a volume perspective,
a lot of people will go that direction. This comes
down to, like, what do you need for your matchup
this week? For me, and this is a this is
a matter of ceiling and floor And so the way
that I look at this, if you want to go
with the floor play of just definite volume locking in,
(07:09):
you're gonna go DeAndre Swift. I'm actually gonna go off
the board a little bit here. And I know that
if you need ceiling here, and I know that it's
a committee backfield. I know this might sound crazy. Jordan
Mason has a fantastic matchup this week, dude, Like, I
think Minnesota is going to lean on their ground game
versus the Bears. And I wrote all this up in
(07:30):
the primer, like I think you know, if you if
you're playing that game and stuff like that, there's a
lot of different ways to look at that. I just
look at the game script of that game. I think
Minnesota is gonna feature both the running backs. This is
not an anti JJ McCarthy take. This is just look
how it does. Minnesota like gonna win this game and
from that perspective. So mean, like, dude, I think it's
a it's a question of ceiling and floor, floor and volume.
(07:53):
The safer play is Swift if you need absolute upside,
Like if your matchup is just horrible at the gate,
I'm actually gonna go seeling play with Beach Jordan Mason.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
Here, Okay, interesting, Yeah, I mean it's tough for me
to trust Mason. I feel like in week one, I need.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
To see with that you're going out on a limb
because we don't know you are. It's what's gonna be
man like, Yeah, you get eight carries and get thirty
rushing yards. The other side of that coin is what
if he gets fifteen and he but you know, breaks
off like sixty seventy yards he gets into the end zone.
I mean like, if he doesn't score, you're probably not
gonna be happy. But I'm not high on DeAndre Swift
or David Montgomery either though. What about first, I'll go Russ. Yeah,
(08:30):
cam Ward has a horrible man like ca is gonna
see ghosts. He might see Jesus, he might see all
things in between. He might you know, I see all
of It's it's gonna be bad, man, like, I I
worry about cam Ward versus the Denver Broncos this week.
Like it's like Calvin Ridley is gonna go into the
shadow realm with Patrick's certain and not return. So really
it's like, is cam Ward gonna rely on Chicka Conquo
(08:54):
and Elick I am in her? Is that gonna be
enough for where he ses points versus that defense? Eh?
Speaker 1 (09:00):
Us, Yeah, I'm there, I'm there right with you, man.
I just feel like it's a little bit a little
bit too tough to trust cam Ward even though you
guys know me. I'm all on that cam Ward train
every single day. Want to shad out a bunch of
the new first time chatters we have here?
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Wow?
Speaker 1 (09:16):
Yeah, absolutely everyone's ready to go here for week one
Fighting Monkey first time chatter we got Chanda Bear, Owen's Cooch,
Beasty Claymore, Richard, Cryptic, Zoe Kent. Tv all just followed
us Hipster Lumberjacker with with with the follow as well.
Speaker 2 (09:34):
You i'nother random screen names because as these go across
and you're trying to get through, they're really fast. I'm like, oh,
that's a good one.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
Jess Patrick, Swolves, Sutton, Maximo, can't even read that one.
CC can't report chop all just following us sour Jack
Kent TV Jess, I see you guys all here. We're
gonna try to get to your questions as fast as
we can. Here's one from our guy fighting monkey start
(10:01):
or sit Hampton and Henderson. Ooh, what do you think.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
About this one?
Speaker 1 (10:05):
Here?
Speaker 2 (10:06):
Is it either or or?
Speaker 1 (10:09):
Yeah, I'm gonna get I'm gonna guess this isn't either
where it sounds like a you know the way it's
phrase it that it could be either.
Speaker 2 (10:15):
What are you thinking here? It's it's Henderson over Hampton,
but I mean Hampton's probably gonna get into volume this week,
although the matchup is horrendous. If this is a you know,
you're picking one? Yeah? So yeah, oh yeah, I just
saw their comment in the chat. So it's Henderson. I
think the Patriots are gonna absolutely molly wop the freaking
Raiders this week.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
Okay, all right, so we got a Henderson love there
from debro and some.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
I've used that expression too.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Yeah, I haven't heard that one in a while. Start
Brian Robinson or Jordan Mason that that's that's an easy
one for me. Yeah, yeah, yep, easy one.
Speaker 2 (10:50):
There spins for the layup.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
Yeah, we sometimes you need a layup, right, You can't
always be shooting shooting long three pointers?
Speaker 2 (10:57):
Right, yeah, pretty much. I mean we gotta kind of
all Steph Curry out here.
Speaker 1 (11:01):
But uh, here's one from our guy night Manny Yoga Gami.
All right, we'll go with that.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
Which should I start between Ricky Pearsall and Jamison Williams?
Speaker 2 (11:13):
Uh? Ppr?
Speaker 1 (11:14):
Are you getting right on the Ricky Piersoll train right
away here, Derek, Dude?
Speaker 2 (11:19):
For me, it's gonna be Jamo if you're in between
these two different guys. I mean, I think the answer
for a lot of people in a lot of leagues
is start both. Uh, But for me it's Jamo, dude,
Like I think that the Again, going back over to
betting pros, I why are the Lions plus money versus
the Packers like their money line? I don't understand that.
(11:39):
I just like for the Packers for everything like that.
They you know, getting Michael Parsons, which now we're like, okay,
what is he gonna play week one? This back issue?
How much is he gonna play week one? I mean
he missed training camp and the entire of preseason. So
what are we gonna see the snap rate?
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Dude, Green Baysin has no corners, like no corners that
I'm worried about. Man, So I think Jamo could go
ballistic here catch a long touchdown in this one. So
with Juwan Jennings playing, I'm gonna lean Jmo here.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
Okay, little Jamo action from Debro. I do like Ricky Piersoll,
But yeah, yeah, start Pickens tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
Uh, deebro, you fire off Pickens actions if you if
you already read the prime or you know, I'm not.
I've been high on Pickens the entire draft season, but
the coverage matchup is not good for him. Now. I
will say Fangio's defense last year was kind of like
a table two halves. First part of the year they
were very single high, which would be awesome for George Pickens.
Back half of the season, they were extremely too high.
(12:39):
I think that's where they go this year. So I
am making a lean. I easily could be wrong on that,
but so this religious depends your options. Pickens I am
lower on because I am projecting a lot of too
high coverage and that has not been George Pickens bread
and butter over the last few years. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
Right now in ECR four Week one, Pickens is a
little bit down further than I was initially thinking he
was gonna be a wide receiver thirty one. I think
that sounds right about right to me, Debra. I think
he's probably in that wide receiver three range. So if
you have, if you have like a Jamison Williams, a Mecca,
DK Metcalf, would you go those guys over Pickens? You
think here in week.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
One running through before me again?
Speaker 1 (13:15):
Uh, DK Metcalf, would you go with him? A Mecca Abuka, uh.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
Jameson Williams Jamo, Yeah, I would have both of those guys.
Dk is an interesting one because coverage matchup's not great,
like he's kind of in between, but those other two
would definitely be a Slams over Pickens this week.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
Okay, all right, well I appreciate that from white Boy
from fl for twenty Baby. All right, man, that's a
nice a little screen name.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
For you as well.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
Dak or Drake May and Pickens or Pear Salt in PPR,
I'm kind of scared of Cowboys versus Eagles. Are the
Cowboys live to win this? Like they're out there. They're
hanging around at a four to one money line right now.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
No, they're it's it's the Eagle. I think the Eagles
are gonna win this, but it could be closer than people.
Like I didn't bet that. I didn't take the money
line to the spread in that game. I just avoided
it because I could see multiple paths. I still think
the Eagles do win this, but I think I don't
know if they you know, they cover for me, it's
gonna be dak just based off the volume. I just
worry that the game script could get away from Drake
(14:19):
May where he doesn't throw a lot, like the Raiders
are going to like they might possibly feel one of
the like a bottom five run defense, so like I
think Tray Jefferson is going to rip them in half
this week. So like with the Patriots, it's like I
could see gamescript going sideways and Drake May not getting
a ton of volume because if the defense stands up
Christian Gonzales plays and stuff like that, it can go
(14:40):
sideways and like the Patriots could steamroll them and Drake
May walk away with like not a great game because
all the production happened on the ground. So for me,
it's dak. You know they're gonna throw the ball h
Pickens versus Pearsall. We need reports more on Juwan Jennings.
How much is he gonna play? Is he going to play?
Because right now it's like he's practicing. We're assuming that,
but we haven't gotten like full clarity of if he's
(15:02):
going to play and be a full time snap player.
I think he will. I do lean with Pearsol on
that one.
Speaker 1 (15:09):
Okay, all right, And before we get to the next question,
I just wanted to remind everyone that we will still
be live throughout the week here on twitch dot tv
Slash Fantasy Pros. If you want to follow, if you
want to subscribe to make sure you aren't missing any
of our content. Out of Bounds is back with Joe,
Welsh and Bogman. They're on Mondays at to Eastern. We
also have Welsh and Bogman. They're giving you two hours
(15:29):
of Madden Live at twelve pm Eastern each and every Tuesday.
That was a lot of fun on that first game, man,
they had some crazy back and forth and Welsh won
it very very late in that first game, or so
I thought, and then he didn't get the two point conversion,
so it was a fun one over there. We also
have a fancy football Q and a coming for you
every Sunday at noon Eastern and believe Tayor Roberts is
(15:50):
hosting those, and then myself and Bogman we're back with
you on Sundays to recap the action at seven thirty
pm Eastern time. Terror will slot in occasionally every other
week with me as well, so make sure you give

interrupting all the good content we have here. So make
sure you're doing that. Link your Prime account fall along
with us. We greatly appreciate it.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
You like you send them like somebody that knows with
that read there, says somebody that's that's lived in the
Amazon streets. Yeah, your significant other lately. Yeah, I mean
that felt like a real read there.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
Well, you know, when you buy a new house, you
don't just buy a new house you gotta get new curtains.
You gotta get new floor mats, you gotta get new rugs,
you gotta get new everything.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
So it's uh, are the curtains matching, you know, the
the the bedding and everything when we've got the full
color scheme going on?
Speaker 1 (16:51):
Or I don't love them. I don't love them. From
being honest with you, they're not my favorite curtains, but not.
Speaker 2 (16:57):
Gonna bump up in that office, sit here and give
you what you know that right, I know I've met
your half who is fantastic and lovely. By the way,
she is gonna absolutely give you what for you keep
talking smack though.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
Yeah I'm just gonna hear the bang coming from upstairs
and uh yeah, not great, but uh I appreciate her
effort either way. Here's a question from our friend trickyat
Tricky Eat Tricky fifteen. Sit one Drake London, Ladd McConkey,
Terry McLaurin, Ttero McMillan, Deavonta Smith. It's Terry McLaurin for me.
I'm sorry about it. I think it's gonna be a
(17:29):
low score I think it's gonna be a low scoring game.
They're against the Giants in Week one. If I'm being
honest with you, I'm already on the under. It's one
of my favorite total bets of the week. Derek, and
I'm sorry, but at the same time, like I count,
I don't need to see you in preseason. Actually, I
need to see you in training camp. Brandon, you got
off to a slow start last year. I have that
in the back of my head. I can't sit at
any of these other guys too. I know DeVonta Smith's
(17:50):
probably who you're going against though.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
Nope, I'm actually gonna go off the page here again. Lad,
I'm sitting Lad.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
I know that might sound crazy. The coverage matchup secondary, dude,
this is a smash spot for McLaurin. I'll just give
you this real fast. So like last year, he ran
seventy three percent of his snaps as a left wide receiver.
That meant well. The reason this matters is because that
means he's going to get all the Deontay Banks that
he can handle this week, who gave up a sixty
seven percent catch rate in a one twenty four pass
rating in his coverage Paul's and Diebo is good. Deontay
(18:18):
Banks is not. Maybe Laren's gonna shred him this week.
Speaker 1 (18:21):
All right, it's McLaurin for Debro. Uh start Jerry Judior
Calvin Ridley in week one at the flex. You want
Judy against the Bengal.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
He is going into the shadow realm Patrice certain he's
going to take him out of this game, dude telling
you it's gonna happen. So, yes, I don't like either
one of those options where it's Judy. Yeah, we'll see
in week two. Calvin Ridley service matchup two like he's
got a really bad one. But I would give more
credence to volume to Judy than Ridley. It's gonna be
rough for him.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
We got some draft still underway from our guy Spice
picking at the one h two tonight. Who are you
taking Debro?
Speaker 2 (18:53):
Pick your flavor. It's either Bijon CD or Justin Jefferson.
Depends on your team, depends on the line, just depends
on a lot of different stuff there. So yeah, it's
it's between those three different players.
Speaker 1 (19:04):
If Chase somehow's false to you pick him and thank
your league manager at the one oh one exactly, Yeah, Jase,
he's there, obviously full point PPR in the flex spot
Tenero McMillan or Devonte Adams. Is it a full send
for the talented rookie in Carolina in Week one? Or
do you want Davonte Adams going up against Houston who
has a couple of really nice cornerbacks.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
All tip, all tip, all the time.
Speaker 1 (19:27):
Let's go Okay?
Speaker 2 (19:28):
Yeah, I mean Jacksonville. It looks like calling. I don't
care if he gets ticked off of me. That's Tracy McGrady.
I don't care if you're not old enough, if you
don't know, you should know. I'm sorry. I'm not calling
him t mac.
Speaker 1 (19:38):
Even I know Tracy McGrady. So I feel like, you can't.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
You gotta pretty. But Andrew Erickson doesn't. I mean, y'all
around the same kind of age. Dude. He doesn't even
know who that is.
Speaker 1 (19:46):
And I'm like, really, come on, I think Andrew Erickson
I grew up in a different country or something. Sometimes
he just he just doesn't get the lingo.
Speaker 2 (19:54):
I don't know if he followed sports into the last team,
which one player would you start at?
Speaker 1 (19:59):
Flex McMillan, Isaiah Pachaco or Calvin Ridley? Are you going
right back here to Tedero McMillan, Yep.
Speaker 2 (20:05):
It's all McMillan, Tedoman Millan, Yep, let's go.
Speaker 1 (20:10):
And I said it, I said earlier today on Socials Debro,
and I'll go back to like, I think there's a
really dangerous group think out there right now that Isaiah
Pacheco is going to go right back to eighty percent
of the snaffs well, And I was referring to Kareem
Hunt because I have Kareem Hunt almost everywhere on my
Redraft teams just to see what happens.
Speaker 2 (20:29):
But you're on the other.
Speaker 1 (20:30):
Side of that, you think Bershard Smith could get some
usage here.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
Either way, though, that was a really weird way to
spell I mean, you know, maybe I got to go
back to you know, the sourus and I got to
go back to the dictionary and everything, but it felt
like a really weird way to spell Burchard Smith. But
I agree with you.
Speaker 1 (20:46):
I do some new first time chatters here just to
shout out, we got our guy, uh w R guy
and realized gain T Bailey, snow Trosburrow, we got mess
we got Tomlinson, we got Dante, we got bra Joey
Al Penguinino and about one hundred more first time chatter.
(21:07):
So appreciate all of you, guys. We'll try to get
to all your questions as quickly as we can. Tela
or Dak in week one?
Speaker 2 (21:13):
Is it Dak? It's Dak and before we get to
the next one, Stokely, I see you in the chat.
We're not just picking obvious questions. You mean to hammer
the questions. You got here real fast. Harvey over Diggs.
There you go.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
Okay, all right, Harvey over Diggs. We appreciate it, guys. Yeah,
thank you guys. Start or sit, Henderson or Hampton. I
think we already went through this one, didn't we This
one already.
Speaker 2 (21:36):
Come back through?
Speaker 1 (21:36):
Yeah, okay, ppr Monty, Aaron Jones or Swift? Oh my gosh,
this is like this guy was just drafting dead zone RVs.
Speaker 2 (21:44):
I think here Dan, Yeah, it's Aaron Jones.
Speaker 1 (21:47):
Okay, Aaron Jones. What about Dave Montgomery because that's a
few questions you've kind of passed up on Montgomery. Is
it more just the game flow you're expecting a little
more passing from Minnesota or you're expecting them to maybe
just really lean on Swift here out of the game,
or excuse me, Gibbs.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
Even with like, I think the impact of losing Kenny
Clark is going to make gonna have problems for the
Packers run defense. But okay, dude, we're literally talking about
they were like an elite unit though last year, like
weeks ten through eighteen, and again we're working off of
last year's data. I understand there's projections and stuff here,
but looking at what I can tell people right now,
(22:24):
weeks ten through eighteen last year for green Bay, they
allowed rushers the eighth lowest success rate, tenth lowest explosive
run rate, in the third fewest rushing arts per game.
It is a horrible matchup for David Montgomery. So like
and plus, the other thing about this is like when
you look at like I think the green Bay Packers
are a pass funnel defense. I think Detroit can lean
into that this week where you look at where where's
the strengths of defense? The green Bay secondary like they're
(22:48):
their start as corners are not great. So if you're
Detroit and you're gonna lean into something, are you gonna
like force your hand the ground game against what could
still be a really good rush defense, or are you
gonna say, bro We're just gonna go out there and
sling it. Pick on these corners. Let's go sling it.
Speaker 1 (23:02):
Yeah, I agree with you. That's the one thing that's
kind of, you know, really really worried me if I
was a Packers fan. Like, keep in mind, Derek, we
got Keishawn Nixon as one of their starting outside cornerbacks.
Ki Shawn Nixon jobs.
Speaker 2 (23:15):
And Javon Bollard is gonna be their nickel. Like, none
of that's good, dude, none of it's good. Beau Melton
is working at a corner for a reason. I was
talking to Patty this the other day and I was like, now,
Like they were like, because before we kicked off the
content stream draft, I forget who asked Patty. They were like,
did you see bow Melton moving back to wide receiver?
(23:35):
And I was like, no, they got wide receivers. They
got enough cornerbacks, dude.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
Yeah, It's crazy when you have a guy who was
known as a kick return specialist, a great one, you know,
made the Pro Bowl a few years back. Keishaw Nixon
is your one cornerback and then your second cornerback or
your second cornerback on the too deep is a guy
in bau Melton, who's traditionally played wide receivers.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
So it's insane.
Speaker 1 (23:57):
It's not good. All you need to know, Yes, Cooch
trying to move off Saquon, would you send it Saquon Digs,
Cardinals D for Bucky Scary Terry and Broncos D.
Speaker 2 (24:07):
I'm not doing that. Squon and Diggs and the Cardinals D. No,
the defenses don't even matter here, Like I, who could
you get besides McLaurin. Is there somebody else you could
get into pair with with Bucky? Like, I'm not as
anti as trade as I think you are, Seth, but
(24:28):
I'm probably still not doing it though.
Speaker 1 (24:30):
Yeah, I just think it's one of those situations. I
never like to give up the clear best player in
a trade unless I'm getting a really, really steady two
for one. And as I mentioned earlier, I got a
question about Terry McLaurin coming in this season, So yeah,
I don't think I can make that trade. I like
debros analysis, there can you get anyone better back at
wide receiver? Chanda Bear asking did I ever pay in full?
(24:51):
PPR traded Bill Skataboo, Loveland and Jawan Jennings for Cortland Sutton, Tucker,
Kraft Pollard's my RB four Abuka was my wide receiver
two before a trade. So is this an overpay to you?
Speaker 2 (25:02):
I don't. So this is one of those trades where
like right now I would feel good about it, but like, yeah,
at week eight, right and you're telling me Bill and
Scataboo are starting, and this is one of those trades
where you could look back and wish you didn't make it.
But I understand it now, so like it probably fits
good for your team if you had the depth to
(25:22):
do it. But am I gonna say that like this
doesn't blow up in your face? It's possible. I mean
there's risk with it, but I understand the trade and
I can't say that I wouldn't have made it. Yeah,
agreed with you there.
Speaker 1 (25:33):
Shout to our guy Owen in the chat who just
subbed with Prime. Took our advice. He wanted to make
sure he's using the Prime too. We also have some
new followers.
Speaker 2 (25:41):
We have cont and Order and some more curtains.
Speaker 1 (25:46):
Jay Batts just followed us, Ray Maker just followed us
as well. Best Mode Lano Mason just followed us. Thank
you guys all so much. We really, really appreciate that.
Single quarterback twelve man PPR, Caleb Williams, Justin Fields, Bryce Young.
I want to start Caleb, but scared of the Vikings defense.
Is it wheels up on Justin Fields despite playing his
(26:08):
former team in the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Speaker 2 (26:11):
I don't know if it's dude, it's if you're going
high floor because of the rushing. I understand going fields.
If you need the absolute ceiling, I would lean Bryce Young. Wow,
it's dude, that come on, man, that that Steelers defense
is going to be absolutely ridiculously nasty. You have a
(26:31):
starting trio of corners of Joey Porter Junior, freaking Darius
Sleigh and Jalen Ramsey. That's even you're twenty twenty five.
That's disgusting. Man. Like I I'm not saying I would
go Fields in a lot of different leagues just based
off the rushing. But the rushing is the only reason
(26:52):
you're starting him, like legit, because the passing is going
to be rough this week.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
Auk Language also just just followed an subbed with prime
as well. Thank you so much, man. I appreciate that. Again,
more people taking advantage. We appreciate that. Stefan Diggs or
Marvin Mims or with even with return your yardage potentially
as a factor.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
Okay, dude, I watched all of memes is all twenty two.
So the thing is that we're projecting based off of
like preseason usage, there's gonna be a full time receiver
in this offense. I don't know if that's actually gonna happen, right, Yeah,
we're making a lot of assumptions off of two freaking
preseason games. And I understand, like, you know, you could
spin that coin anyway that you want to. When I
went to his ALL twenty two from preseason, dudes running
(27:36):
a lot of clear out routes, he's not the first
of the second read, and a lot of different passing plays.
He got some screens. It just looked like low calorie
kind of usage. It's not anything that I think is
going to translate to this season. And he's gonna be
earning a crap ton of targets, Dude, I honestly think
he's gonna get thrown into. This is probably gonna be
a committee situation, and if anything, I think it could
be on the wrong side of it. This is easy
digs for me.
Speaker 1 (27:57):
From Rusky Cowboy Hi, guys, full pp Dak Prescott or
Justin Fields. It's an easy Dak Prescott. Yeah, just so
much safer this week. Yeah, agreed with that. Before we
get some more questions, just a reminder to everyone as
well that this is the time to make sure you're
getting invested with Fancy Pros because we have so much
good stuff coming for you, including a new auction giveaway
(28:21):

ers mini helmet. Whether you're a Niners fan or if

this is a must have addition to your shelf. To enter,
just leave a comment on any of our Twitch streams

Speaker 2 (28:50):
Excite a little.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
Ricky p action there for the people's collections Excity for that.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
One, dude, I want that helmet. Sadly, I can't win it,
but I want that freaking helmet.
Speaker 1 (29:00):
I would love to just you know, almost like have
put my burner maybe in in here, my twitch burner,
and maybe I could like maybe put like.
Speaker 2 (29:07):
My I can't do it now, since you're saying you're
gonna do it.
Speaker 1 (29:10):
I know, I know, I know, I know, I know.
Speaker 2 (29:15):
I did.
Speaker 1 (29:15):
I did. I'm not a cheater at heart. That's why, Hey, guys,
I'm thinking about trading Jalen Warren away Uh to the
Caleb Johnson manager to get Zach Sharboney. I have Ken
Walker along with Ollie Gordon, Woodie Marks and DJ Ginnons
at running back. Would you make this trade to lock
up the Seattle backfield. I don't think I'm doing this
debro because I just feel like I'm trading a starting
(29:36):
asset for a guy who's really sitting on my bench
unless there's an injury.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
You're not capitalizing on the hype and all the the
you know, all the the press clippings they came out
yesterday about how he loves Aaron Rodgers and how he
you know, people are like, oh, he's gonna be the
the do it all bill cow back. Yeah, because Pittsburgh
has featured him versus Nauge in that role and win.
Oh never, Okay, like Aaron Rodgers ain't changing that. Dude,
We get some like that was why I tweeted out yesterday, Dude,
(30:03):
we need football back in the worst way. We're just
getting all kinds of ridiculousness, Like people with the Last
the Eleventh Hour. They're like Jayleen warns a Bill Cow
everybody's an RB three on a depth chart, but it
only matters if we want to sit here and shade
the players. For Trebon Henderson, it doesn't matter that he's
RB three For Bill you mean, so you must fade
him into oblivion. Like it's all this kind of stuff.
(30:24):
It's like people just kind of pulling strings and picking
and choosing all these crappy narratives. It's like, dude, we
need football, like we need to need it now, Like no, please,
but no, I would make this trade.
Speaker 1 (30:35):
Yeah, I'm with you there. Shout out to our friend
uh now lo o L who just subbed with Prime,
thank you so much, and Dip Dip and Nip also
just subbed with Prime. So I really appreciate you guys
doing that helping us out here grow the channels. Let's
screenad dip a nip, dip a nip, Yes, dip a nip,
dipping nip. I love some dipping chips. I don't think
(30:56):
I love it dipping nip. But uh, Derek speak king
of speaking of dip, are you a fan of like
face for another time? Are you a fan of chips
and dip?
Speaker 2 (31:07):
Like? Do you like like? Uh? Like?
Speaker 1 (31:10):
Okay, what kind of cause?
Speaker 2 (31:11):
Like?
Speaker 1 (31:11):
Here in Pennsylvania we have hell of a good that's
kind of been the one that that runs a muck.
I think it's almost like national is that you don't
have hell of a good dip over there?
Speaker 2 (31:20):
No, what is that?
Speaker 1 (31:22):
What is your French onion dip that you have down there?
Speaker 2 (31:25):
I don't know, man, whatever run of the mill mess
is at the store. I mean, French onion is not
my go to either though. In Texas, bro it's all
Caeso all the time. Man. Anybody if you know, you
know Torches is the taco place and there it's a
chain if it's in your state, you know, congra Okay,
(31:45):
Caeso is so freaking good you can basically drink it.
You get it, get chreso added to it. Oh I
like that. If that's how I'm gonna go out of
this world by dying of a heart attack, but torchies keso,
I will die happy. Man.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
I had a rough night Saturday because I was home alone,
so I just actually made some homemade caso on the
grill and I had a steak with it. I also
had some banana peppers wrapped in bacon. I did not,
but it was not a good decision because Sunday morning
I had to get up early to head home for
the home draft, and not only was I, you know,
(32:22):
kind of squeezing the cheeks a little bit, but at
the same time I got pulled over on my way
home or all my way up there.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
So talked my way out of the ticket. Though I
talked my way out of the tickets. That was great.
Speaker 1 (32:33):
Appreciate the baby, the kind trooper up there. Yeah, yeah,
I told him, you know, just subscribe to Fancy Pros
and I'll.
Speaker 2 (32:38):
Help you out. Trying to make a pearl start.
Speaker 1 (32:42):
Two wide receivers Stefan Diggs, George Pickens, a Mecca Buca,
Tenral McMillan, Wilson. I'm Garrett Wilson or Courtland Sutton here,
so absolutely loaded uh, bachelor letter here for Tate.
Speaker 2 (32:54):
What do you think I got my two clear ones?
It's Okayika Man, Buka is gonna go crazy this week, dude, Like,
I think so too. Oh God, when Shepherd's on the outside, yea,
I might be ranking him. I gotta see where consensus.
So after we get done with this, I know if
I had, if I've had a people tag me out
on the socials and stuff like that, my ranks will
be live later today. Had to get the primer out,
(33:16):
had to see where I fell with certain players and
stuff like that. So I will have ranks out later today,
and Buka might be a wide receiver two for me.
Man Like, I don't think that's a hot take at
all either. Like he's he's primed to crush Atlanta. It's
it's the coverage matchup and they are starting a converted
safety at Nickel, a rookie, by the way, which if
you know anything about rooky corners just in general, not
(33:39):
everybody as a sauce gardener, not everybody as a Joey
Porter junior, Not everybody hits the ground running. Rookies usually
struggle out the gate, and this one a converted safety
at Buka is gonna pick on him this week.
Speaker 1 (33:50):
Man, yep, I agree with Mike Evans having, you know,
a really tough matchup there on the outside. I think
a Buka is gonna gonna feast here early. So I
appreciate that question from our friend Sutton. And here's another
one from Shark Bay one three twenty five. He's saying,
which quarterback do I start? Drake May or Brock Party.
It's a full point PPR. He could stack Party with Pearsal.
Speaker 2 (34:12):
Do you like that idea? It's Party And the only
reason I'm saying against May, dude, So I bet the
over for May's passing touchdowns. It was plus money at
like one and a half, So I like May. The
only reason I'm saying not May is because again I
think the game script could get away from him in
this one where the Patriots absolutely just just beat the
(34:34):
brakes off the Raiders, and it's the game script like
there's an early defensive touchdown, they get one or two
scores early from the ground game, and May is not
part of that. You could see where he walks away
with looks like a very efficient day, but maybe it's
not great for fantasy. So I'll go with party here.
Speaker 1 (34:52):
Yeah, I think Drake May has a higher floor against
Las Vegas, just with the rushing upside. But at the
same time, Brock Party does feel safe against Seattle def
and so it still has a couple of question marks there.
And then Dev in the chat as well, saying Hi, guys,
uh too early for a trade question. I got sniped
on Tedoro McMillan. Do you think I should be trading
Mike Evans for Tetoha or is that too much?
Speaker 2 (35:14):
I'm gonna get something added to ted you think I do?
I think. I think just can consens the sentiment and
stuff like that. Like I love ted He's wrong, but
like Mike Evans, it's always so funny, seth. So we
spend the entire offseason of Mike Evans is a wide
receiver two and everybody's off season rankings.
Speaker 1 (35:35):
Yeah, like, oh, I don't.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Know about Mike Evans and yet will we get the
week one? Oh looky, lookie, Mike Evans is ranked as
a wide receiver one in East Yard. Shocker.
Speaker 1 (35:45):
It's shocker.
Speaker 2 (35:46):
It's like, I mean, nobody could have been ever foreseen
as happening, said nobody just insane? So I mean, for me,
it's it's I think you should get some kind of kicker, now,
whether that's an RB three handcuff. You know, you make
this a two for two, like a two v two
where you know you're you're downgrading, downgrading not much, if
(36:06):
any at wide receiver, but you upgraded at another position,
like you swapped tight ends or running backs or what
have you. That's the way I would work this instead
of just a straight up one for one.
Speaker 1 (36:16):
It's crazy because I thought I was gonna get Tedoro
McMillan in my home league, Derek. He was picked one
pick before me but leftover Mike Evans in the fourth round,
So I.
Speaker 2 (36:24):
Was Mike Evans was disrespected all at the jof season,
people got I know, I'll notice, Hey, I tweeted this
week's ago. Dude, he's gonna go out there. He's gonna
be top thirteen in Fantasy points per game. He's gonna
have eleven hundred plus receiving yards and ten or eleven
plus touchdowns, and everybody at the end of the year
is gonna say, oh man, why didn't I draft Mike Evans?
And was Shrint's repeat until Evans decides to hang up
(36:46):
the cleats.
Speaker 1 (36:47):
Fat salad. Do you like a stable veteran or a
high upside rookie this week? What do you think, Derek?
Speaker 2 (36:53):
It just depends on I mean, yeah, depends on the situation, man,
Like I'm not in a ballpark at Like I can't
every situation, which I wrote about every situation in the
primer you even to read it. It just depends on context,
on the situation.
Speaker 1 (37:07):
So yep, yep, like tenro We've talked about Abuca, those
are rookies. Henderson we think is going to smash in
week one, gent d like there are some guys out there.
But it really just depends consulting.
Speaker 2 (37:18):
Ranking example, are you starting Ted or Davante Adams this week?
Speaker 1 (37:22):
Tetoa?
Speaker 2 (37:23):
Same, But it depends on the situation. Man.
Speaker 1 (37:26):
You know, ye fat salad must be from Pittsburgh because
out here in Western Pa. Derek, I don't know if
you ever had a Pittsburgh styles salad, but uh I not.
Speaker 2 (37:34):
I have not, But I do eat a lot of
fat salads. In the sense of it, if I'm eating a salad,
it's gonna floaded up with like tons of dressing, like
I need, I need, I need cheeses.
Speaker 1 (37:43):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (37:44):
Where it's like people are like, where's the salad? Oh,
it's under this two pounds of meatic on top of it. Yepeah.
Speaker 1 (37:50):
Pittsburgh steak salads have French fries on the salad. So
uh yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (37:55):
Why have we never talked about this? Yeah, that's not
in my life.
Speaker 1 (37:58):
That's a fat salad.
Speaker 2 (37:59):
There.
Speaker 1 (37:59):
You be a really good place in Canton. I could
take you that used to have the best steak salads,
but I went there this last year for the at
the expo. Not as good that. The men are just
not good, just not as good anymore. I don't know
what happened. They went downhill me it was a bad day.
Is Dylan Samson worth a waiver claim? I have second priority?
Speaker 2 (38:16):
He is? It depends depends on who's out their own waivers.
Like I could tell you yes, and I could also
tell you yeah, there are other players that you need
to take over him. Sorry at the end of the disk,
she has a mind of Browne right now anyway?
Speaker 1 (38:30):
Good, no, no, I it's definitely getting convoluted now, Like
I've been taking Dylan Sampson everywhere in like the twelfth,
eleventh rounded drafts, and now that we are getting reporting
that we could see Quinnshaw Judkins sooner rather than later.
Speaker 2 (38:44):
But wasn't that supposed to happen this week? Seth. Wasn't
Quinn Shawn's supposed to like already sign and he was
supposed to beat the dude. But yeah, all I will say,
find sources that you trust, and I'm just gonna leave
it at that.
Speaker 1 (38:56):
Okay, all right, fair enough? Uh webhon show what's up?
Webncho saying Eckler or digs half PPR Flex League gotta
be digs for you. You don't want to trust that commander's
backfield right now?
Speaker 2 (39:08):
No, I'm not trying. I mean, I'm just not trusting Eckler,
like if they're if they get up in the game script,
like Eckler could easily get games script out of this.
Like I don't care that he's number one on the
freaking depth chart. That means Diddley's squat To me, doesn't
that matter?
Speaker 1 (39:21):
Should I trade Javonte Williams for Jordan Mason? How do
you feel about this one? From sour Jack?
Speaker 2 (39:27):
I lean Javonte, Like, I understand people don't like Javante,
but the vola and stuff like that, Like he easily
could be a volume dependent like RB two, Like tell
me like Javonte couldn't be this year's Rico Dudele where
he just gets like, oh yeah, teen to twenty opportunities.
He might not be the sexiest play ever, but he's
gonna sit. I like in good matchups. He's good, he
doesn't come off the field. And Miles Sanders I'm not
(39:50):
worried about. Jayden Blue hasn't been able to crack and
he's not a hot volume back. Like I'm still sticking
with Javante. I understand the sexiness Jordan Mason, but like
you need an Aaron Jones injury for him to really
like climb over Javonte if we're talking about just median
outcomes here, Yeah, I think so too.
Speaker 1 (40:05):
And you know, while we do have Miles Sanders and
Jaydon Blue who are going to be active on Thursday,
they were on the injury report up till this week,
so maybe not coming into this one one hundred percent healthy. Uh,
let's get to a Mecca Buca or Calvin ridd They
think we might have already had a question similar, so
it's it's a bukah for both of us. Yeah, easy, Uh,
pick two to start and two to bench. PPR, Terry McLaurin,
(40:28):
Zay Flowers, Calvin Ridley, a Mecca Buka, Thanks Pros, Thank you.
Speaker 2 (40:32):
Jess, McLaurin and Abuka. Not close, baby, Let's go Okay,
Calvin and Zay have horrible matchups this week. I want
no part of either they do.
Speaker 1 (40:42):
But Zay Flowers is also in a game where there's
a fifty point total three points.
Speaker 2 (40:45):
Highers that bet the under which I bet the under
that point total is drunk. There's nothing hell, dude, there's
no way in hell that I'm betting in Week one. Yeah,
I'm not touching me either. But here's the other part
of this. Who did Buffalo play for their starters in
the entire preseason or Baltimore? Did they play anybody good?
Speaker 1 (41:02):
Point?
Speaker 2 (41:02):
So we're expecting we're expecting both of those offenses with
a fifty point five freaking total, which is absolutely astronomically ridiculous.
We're expecting both of those teams to come out firing
when both of them have top five defenses in the NFL.
None of their starters played at all. And I know
there's continuity and a lot of guys coming back, and
(41:24):
we're telling everybody like with that point total. There's not
gonna be rest. The defenses are just gonna fall asleep
and we're gonna have a crap ton of points. I
don't see it, dude confidently betting the under.
Speaker 1 (41:35):
Yeah, and usually we see this time of year two
when it comes to whether that's NFL or college. The
defenses are head of the offense, right. It takes it
takes us a while to catch up from that.
Speaker 2 (41:44):
So, yes, that's a message of the private chet this screen. Ey,
I did, I did. So. We have two new subscribers.
Speaker 1 (41:51):
Scarlett first of all, shout Scarlet, we appreciate you. And
then Tutor mcfharton Tuner mcfartin just subbed as well.
Speaker 2 (41:58):
A great, great screen. Me, I don't care if it's funny. Okay,
I don't care. I don't have to be an adult
all the time. It's funny.
Speaker 1 (42:04):
Magic O five, Lunar and r J all just followed
us as well. Thank you guys so much for that.
We really appreciate you. Who should I be starting a hunter?
Henry or Jake ferguson tight End ppr H fourteen Man
Dynasty League from our boy pork Chop.
Speaker 2 (42:21):
I'm gonna go with Ferguson just based off the volume.
The matchup is rough, but the coverage matchup is good
for him. I do think that he gets the volume
Hunter Henry. Again, I keep talking about this, but I
just worry that the passing game could get I think
I think the game's grip could get away from them
this one, so that that gives me a little more
pause where it's like consolidated passing attack. Not a great
(42:41):
matchup for Pickens. I think ferg is gonna get enough,
and he gets in the end zone, he'll be a
tight end one this week.
Speaker 1 (42:47):
Start to a wide receiver Stefan Diggs, George Pickens, a Mecca, Buka, Tedoro, McMillan,
Wilson or something.
Speaker 2 (42:53):
I think we might have already had a lot of
Buka and tech questions. I think we already had this
one as well. Yeah, might might have already had this one.
But again a quick goodn't tip.
Speaker 1 (43:01):
Would you start Bryce Young over Dak I'm not going
that far far.
Speaker 2 (43:04):
Not deav It's going too far.
Speaker 1 (43:06):
Xavier Worthy or DJ Moore PPR flex spot this week,
So Exavier Worthy or Wheels? Are we going wheels up
on him here? With no Rashid Rice in week Wind Derek, it's.
Speaker 2 (43:15):
Not wheels up, but I would go worthy for the volume.
I agree.
Speaker 1 (43:19):
I really want to see what these these Bears receivers
look like in the target pecking order, especially against Minnesota
has a pretty good defense.
Speaker 2 (43:26):
Also tell me this, would you be that surprised if
Caleb Williams turns back into a pumpkin versus a Brian
Flores defense?
Speaker 1 (43:33):
And I wouldn't be surprised for you as a pumpkin.
A couple times this year I've been a little bit
lower on this offense as a whole. So yeah, yeah,
worthy to me. I think it's gonna be hard to
sit him this week. Honestly, Chicago is one year away.
I don't think this is the year. I think if
anything's gonna be the year, it's gonna be next year.
But we'll see from Fats not fat Salad, which is
Fats nineteen seventy four. Baby, my dad is born as well,
(43:55):
So shout to you, Fats. Who to start Rock Purdy
or Kyler Murray one action party?
Speaker 2 (44:01):
I went so I wrote about this in the primer.
I want no part of Kyler Murray from now and
into perpetuity when he plays a defense. I understand they
play the Britain Saints. Yeah, Kyler Murray versus too high
coverage is an absolute nightmare. He's not good versus it.
I think you're gonna get a lot of James Connor,
a lot of Trey McBride. I don't think that it's
gonna lead to a monster day for Kyler Murray. Even
(44:24):
though the Cardinals I do think that they stomp the Saints,
I don't. I just don't think that Kyler comes along
for the ride with that.
Speaker 1 (44:29):
Yeah, I agree. That's actually one of my parlays. I
did lay some juice down on the Cardinals money line,
and I took a James Connor over rushing yards and
an Alvin Kamara over receiving yards with that as well.
So I'm on board for that.
Speaker 2 (44:43):
Javante Kamara under rushing yards too, Just attack that on him.
Speaker 1 (44:47):
Body's yeah, yeah, not a bad one. Javonte Willems for
Jade and Blue not close Chavante.
Speaker 2 (44:53):
I don't even know if Blue has a role, like
if he sees more than like five snaps this week,
legitimately half.
Speaker 1 (44:59):
Point PPR with for turn yards flex key on Coleman,
Josh Palmer or Turpin's I think it's gotta be I
think it's gotta be Coleman probably right.
Speaker 2 (45:08):
It's it's it's it's Coleman or Palmer. It's you're flipping
a coin like II Leen Moore to Palmer. But you
tell me you want to start key on. I'm not
gonna tell you it's not Turpin though. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (45:22):
I was on with Andrew Erickson and he he does
like Turpin as potentially a sneaky sleeper.
Speaker 2 (45:27):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (45:28):
He told me that on Friday on the on the
twitch stream.
Speaker 2 (45:30):
So, but we are getting really deep in the weeds
if we're talking about freaking Turpin.
Speaker 1 (45:35):
Who should I start my flex spot? Ricky Piersoll or
RJ Harvey. Oh my goodness that this goes right to
the heart d bro Uh, it's two of my favorite things.
Speaker 2 (45:45):
I will go r J Harvey with this. The the
rushing matchups kind of hit or miss. I think r
J RT The big thing for for Harvey is Tennessee
was quietly like not Gray versus receiving backs. It is
a tough coverage matchup for Courtland Sutton. If legit jerious
need is a full go, he's gonna get shadow coverage
from ulgerious sneed so Sutton could be out of the picture.
I think we're gonna see a decent pass volume for
(46:07):
RJ Harvey and just pop quiz for everybody at home.
You want to know the defense that gave it the
most receiving touchdowns to running backs last year, Tennessee Titans. Baby.
Speaker 1 (46:15):
Okay, all right, well he heard it here first, Thank
you so much, Tom, Tomlinson. And before we get to
the next question, really really appreciate everyone dropping in their questions.
We're gonna try to get too as many as we
can throughout the rest of this.
Speaker 2 (46:27):
Q and A.

Speaker 2 (46:55):
Want to see that.
Speaker 1 (46:56):
Let's show deepbro some love. Man, you've been grinding these
past couple weeks. No day weekend for you. You're you're
in the streets. So uh uh, here we go from
our friend uh Massar Tally asking half PPR do I
flex Chris o'lave, JK. Dobbins or Jordan Mason? Are you
still on Mason in this one? Or do you want
the volume with Chris o'lave.
Speaker 2 (47:17):
I don't anythink about it. Lot, I can't.
Speaker 1 (47:21):
Come on former Ohio State Guide.
Speaker 2 (47:24):
I'll go Dobbins here. Wow, Mason, it's it's it's I
think they have very similar projections. It just depends on
what do you think about both those games. They're I mean,
they're basically they might not be separated by like three
or four spots in our rankings when it's all said
and done. So really it just comes down to, like,
I feel more safe about what I think Dobbin's role
will be versus Jordan Mason, especially.
Speaker 1 (47:46):
On week one. Okay, all right, love that? Uh Dak
or Fields, I think it's Dak for both of us. Here,
just Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh defense. Yeah, Harvey, Ridley or digs for
a flex question here from our friend Costal Key Harvey.
Speaker 2 (48:02):
I'll call it. I'll call it right here too. Harvey's
catching a touchdown this week? Ooh?
Speaker 1 (48:06):
Anytime touchdown action call there from d ro samuela Porter,
Austin Eckler. Week one from Maximoport. Yeah, I agree, I agree.
Hey y'all, can can you run through these players? Start
sitting half point PPR R J Harvey, O Mary and
Hampton Marvin Harrison Junior. I think you gotta start Hampton
with uh with with nausey just coming back this week
(48:27):
from injury. I think you probably got to run out
R J. Harvey in this game too, like Sid Harrison. Yeah, dude, Yeah,
is that is that catch up?
Speaker 2 (48:35):
Too? High? Matchups? Not good man, I'm telling you Kyler
is not good versus it? Well, are they really gonna
have to throw that much? Too? Like?
Speaker 1 (48:41):
I really don't think they're going to so.
Speaker 2 (48:43):
I mean, and when they when they do throw, it's
gonna be a crap ton of trading pride dude. Yeah, yep.
Speaker 1 (48:49):
Here's from Twitter High Pros. I have a fifteen teen
Guia teen draft tonight. Any tips or advice seems wise
to take high floor players, but wondering if I try
to take a premium quarterback or any other tips you
have for so Guillotine League's always super fun, Derek. I
usually try to do at least one per season. I've
been successful enough to get to the championship. I've never
won a Guillotine League.
Speaker 2 (49:10):
Good one to you lay out your strategy here, Seth.
Speaker 1 (49:13):
Yeah, So for me, like, I understand that you want safety,
but at the same time you have to shoot for
upside because you can't be left there and consistently having
one of the low scoring point totals or you will
be eliminated from your league. So I don't mind going
out and drafting a premium quarterback or a tight end
in a fifteen teamer. I think you can go one
or the other. I don't think you can have both,
(49:34):
So I don't mind that. And at the same time, like,
really pay attention to Week one rankings, right, I think
you just have the Week one ECR rankings right next
to you when you're drafting de bro Yep.
Speaker 2 (49:44):
I don't disagree with anything you laid out there, Bud.
Speaker 1 (49:47):
Pick three from from our friend of Maddie saying T Higgins,
DK Metcalfa, Mecca Buca, Tederoe, McMillan or Pierce All so
more stud wide receivers here. I can tell you have
a lot of fancy pros regulars tuning in because just
stacked lineups at the receiver position. What do you like here?
Speaker 2 (50:04):
Do you ran to Piercel and Ted questions? Yeah, to
see it? I'm going tea at Mecca and Ted here? Yeah,
I think I probably would too it Cocer, Ted's gonna
get like ten plus tards. Yeah this game, dude, Like
he's gonna get a crap ton of usage. No Genalin
Coker is huge, dude.
Speaker 1 (50:21):
No Cocer, no feeling. Yeah, it's it's it's gonna be
wheels up here in all Ted.
Speaker 2 (50:25):
Like, would you be that shocked if Ted comes out
and he has like a pookinakoua type of like Week
one where he gets like just something stupid.
Speaker 1 (50:33):
Like fifteen targets targets or something. No, like really nope,
not at all, not at all. And I do love
the k metcalf I'm high on this season. I think
that starts next week. I don't want to get invested
with sauce Gardner, especially a quarter a cornerback who knows
uh his former quarterback in Aaron Rodgers as well. So
which quarterback would you start here at? May or perty
full ppr. Okay, I think we already had this one. Yep,
(50:56):
yep thoughts on the Cowboys running back situation going for
I think we've already kind of addressed this too. It's
it's really like Javonte Williams, like it's a plug your
nose type of situation, but he's gonna get volume.
Speaker 2 (51:07):
Yeah, I think this is Javonte's this is Javonte's job
to lose. He's gonna have to fall on his face.
I'm not saying that that's not possible, but there's also
another possibility. And I threw this out like the entire offseason,
where like, if he has any more juice and he's
like somewhat closer to the guy he used to be
pretty injury and stuff like that, we could people could
be surprised by Javonte this year.
Speaker 1 (51:28):
So shout out to Weenie Hut Senior who just followed
us as well, the father of the famous Weenie Hut juniors.
So we appreciate hanging out with us.
Speaker 2 (51:37):
Celebrities in the chat todays I know how about it?
Speaker 1 (51:39):
And a question from tech seth, what's up, Seth Javonte
Williams or Calvin Ridley.
Speaker 2 (51:45):
Yeah, I feel like people are at in the betting markets.
Javonte Williams, his lines are pretty low, Like his rushing
attempts line was like ten and a half. Oh really,
rushing yards was sitting in the mid thirties and stuff.
I like that. I think I think he flies for
both of those. Yeah, you know, not the best matchup
for him. Quietly, a really good matchup on the ground
for Javonte.
Speaker 1 (52:06):
Yeah, not the best game script, but a matchup working
in his favor, and the production role should be there.
So appreciate that. I've met so many sets recently. Not
only is our producer uh set in the back end,
but the guy was cleaning my chimney today also a seth,
so uh yeah, sets everywhere.
Speaker 2 (52:21):
It's nice you meet sets out in the wild.
Speaker 1 (52:25):
When you grow up in a small town and there's
no sets when you're growing up, you don't meet many
of them.
Speaker 2 (52:30):
But have reached the bottom of we've gotten a name
jokes on this. We have Mecca Booker, R J.
Speaker 1 (52:36):
Harvey full point PPR. Yeah, yeah, uh full PPR Stefan
Diggs or Pierce Saal.
Speaker 2 (52:45):
I think this is where I go Peersal.
Speaker 1 (52:47):
Yeah, trade question before Week one from dip and nip
trying to get in these streets. Uh, he's got full
point PPR. Mike Evans for Tetero McMillan. Uh, he has
CD London.
Speaker 2 (52:59):
Yeah, this if you're getting that back, get tet and
a and a plus. I'm not saying it's a huge plus,
but a small plus like get it like make it
a two v two, get a player upgrade or something
like that.
Speaker 1 (53:10):
So best Week one flex half point PPR Marvin Harrison
Junior Jamo R j Harvey or Jerome Ford. Who's your
flex here?
Speaker 2 (53:19):
Jamo? Yes? Jamo would be the ceiling play of Harvey's
your floor just depends on how you want to play it.
Speaker 1 (53:25):
And uh oc language shaying buffalo chicken dip or chili
for the wind. Chili's not a dip, Chili's not a dip.
Speaker 2 (53:34):
No, that's fair.
Speaker 1 (53:36):
I guess I mean you can kind of eat.
Speaker 2 (53:37):
Keep yeah, dude, you can make you can have like
like like Freedo's and stuff.
Speaker 1 (53:43):
Yeah, I guess it kind of is a dip.
Speaker 2 (53:45):
I guess talked about a fat salad and you're staming
somebody about using chili as a freaking chip dip. Well,
I'm just saying it. I would classify that.
Speaker 1 (53:53):
Come on, it's a soup. I classified in the soup realm.
Speaker 2 (53:56):
I'm not saying wrong with that. It still means you can.
You could still dip some fret the chips in it.
Speaker 1 (54:01):
Dynasty super Flex Full point PPR Trade Analysis bo nixt
Tyreek hill A twenty twenty six First for Gibbs Davonta
Smith twenty twenty six.
Speaker 2 (54:09):
Third, how do you feel about this if your quarterbacks
are good? I like the Gibs side of it.
Speaker 1 (54:17):
I do too, Yeah, I do two yeah, And if
you think.
Speaker 2 (54:20):
You're really that's a first and Tyreek for Davanta is
the way that I take that. And then it's Nicks
versus Gibbs. And I think in super Flex you could
say it's a wash, and super Flex you can also
say that's that's also points to the Gibs side. So
I take the Gibbs side, assuming if you're making this trade,
(54:42):
your quarterbacks are good, So.
Speaker 1 (54:45):
Start Jane Daniels or Drake May is it Jane Daniels, Even.
Speaker 2 (54:48):
What are we talking about here? We've gotten, We've gotten,
we've we've lost the reasons of the season. I think
it's I think it's a closer quest were getting. No,
we're getting too cute with this.
Speaker 1 (54:56):
Come on, I think that defensive front it's gonna ray good.
Speaker 2 (55:00):
Oh you're Drake, dude, Your Drake may Love is blinding
you here? It is Yden, it is.
Speaker 1 (55:06):
I would follow that man into a hurricane, a tornado,
an earthquake.
Speaker 2 (55:10):
I don't care.
Speaker 1 (55:11):
I'll follow him.
Speaker 2 (55:12):
As I mean some have said Jaydeen Daniels and bevinted football.
I'm not saying.
Speaker 1 (55:17):
Boy PPR Josh Downs, Bateman, Luther burn or Palmer Off Waivers.
Speaker 2 (55:22):
Downs, assuming he's good to go, which right now, Yeah,
we're treating it. I didn't yeah from the primers as
anything different because we still need practice sports and for
everybody that you know, if you're new to fantasy and stuff,
first practice supports don't come out until today or tomorrow
for a lot of different teams and stuff, and you're
not gonna get vial ones till Friday. So right now
we're assuming Josh Downs is a full go.
Speaker 1 (55:45):
Yes, we already got to this one. David would be
Dak Prescott for both of us over Bryce Young there,
Joe Burrow or c J. Stroud to start in week one.
Speaker 2 (55:54):
I thought, come on, it's Borrow.
Speaker 1 (55:56):
Yeah, big surge. We officiated the question on the last man,
I understand. I mean, dude, I want to bet.
Speaker 2 (56:03):
Why why? Why would you be worried about the Cleveland brown.
Speaker 1 (56:06):
I'm the only I'm not worried about the Browns because
I want to lay the Bengals points here in this
game deeper.
Speaker 2 (56:13):
But I though the spread would be a lot like
wider than it is.
Speaker 1 (56:16):
But then you look at what the Bengals do every
season starting I think this the one year they will start.
Speaker 2 (56:21):
But they played their starters in the presets. Try to boy, yep,
I agree, they've learned, They've learned from their lessons set
that they're trying to. They're trying to.
Speaker 1 (56:30):
Yes, uh Bo Nix or Drake may have point PPR.
Is this one a little closer for you?
Speaker 2 (56:35):
Derek? That one's closer. That one's closer. If you need
the floor is Nicks higher floor. But if you needed
the upside with May, I'm not going to tell you
not to. I do again have game strip concerns, but
if you were to tell me they don't run in
touchdowns at the Patriots and Drake May again, like I
did bet his over for passing touchdowns. So I'm in
on May this week. It just I could see that
(56:56):
game going sideways versus your options, but you need the ceiling. Yeah, May,
He's not a bad option at all, man. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (57:03):
A couple of new followers, Big Surge shout out Big
Surge and uh also Fishy down there, Fishing down there
just followed and subed, So.
Speaker 2 (57:11):
Not even not even commenting on that. Yeah, yeah, I'm
just I'm sipping on my energy drink and I'm not
even touching it.
Speaker 1 (57:19):
Start Mike, Mike Evans or Garrett Wilson. It is Mike
Evans for me. Garrett Wilson just too tough of a matchup.
Speaker 2 (57:26):
Would you Garrett Wilson is going to hay Be hating
life this week?
Speaker 1 (57:30):
M HM. Would you drop Jayden Reid for Josh Dobbs
or Cedric Tillman or try to trade him away for
a Keenan Allenish player.
Speaker 2 (57:39):
I'm guessing that's Romeo Dobbs. But yes, so I wrote
about this dude, I don't. Why do we think Jayde
Reid is going to even play a full time snapshare
in Week one? How do we think Jane Reid is
going to make it through this season healthy? Like, legitimately,
there's not a there is no precedent does not exist
for a player entering the season with the Jones fracture
(58:01):
and making it through this season. So this is I mean,
I've had people and dms and stuff. I've been like,
get rid of Jane Reid, get rid of him, trade him,
if you could get Keenan Allen for him, absoluutely do it.
If you want to drop Jayden Reid for Romeo Dobbs. Hell, yes,
totally there. Wow. I've been Romeo Dobbs over Jayden Reid
(58:21):
the entirety of the off season, dude, And I think
Romeo Dobbs is going to come out and show some
people some things in Week one.
Speaker 1 (58:26):
So okay. Yeah, I just love Jayden Reid's production when
he gets on the field.
Speaker 2 (58:31):
But you like it when they go just too wide
and then he's not even on the field. You like
that so much.
Speaker 1 (58:35):
So I'd like when he's on that re field, he's productive.
Speaker 2 (58:38):
Yeah, Yeah, I get yeah, I get six here, so
sixty percent of the time he works another time. Good.
Speaker 1 (58:44):
Last question here from Big surge O lave or Debo
for the flex PPR Debo.
Speaker 2 (58:52):
I love a Labbe Bro, but Spencer Rattler No, Cardinals
might feel one of the when it's all said and done.
Right now, the Cardinals might field a top five defense
this year. That's how good they might be. I mean
line is going to nasty. Their run defense is going
to be nasty. They upgraded Will Johnson had a really
good camp during the back half of last year when
(59:12):
they went too high heavy. They were a top five
to ten defense passing like on paper, a top ten
defense on paper, and they upgraded at almost every spot.
So yeah, this is I Spencer Rattler targets. No, I
don't want to be a part of that. No.
Speaker 1 (59:30):
I think the safer floor is a lavae though. I
just want to see the US I think, because I
think you'll get the volume. Man, I think they're gonna
be trailing, so I think they're gonna have to throw it.
Speaker 2 (59:40):
So the ten targets, all right, let's do over under
he gets ten targets, how many of those are deemed catchable?
I'll give you six and a half. I was gonna
say the line is five and a half.
Speaker 1 (59:51):
I would take the over foot barely. I wouldn't feel
good about it.
Speaker 2 (59:58):
Prayers and salutation, sir.
Speaker 1 (01:00:01):
I'll bet the stack of Amazon gift cards that my
uh that my fiancee wants to use on you want
to get rid of them.
Speaker 2 (01:00:07):
That's all I heard. You just want to get rid
of them, That's all I heard.
Speaker 1 (01:00:10):
