I'm gonna talk about one of those plays that talked
about in the hard Rop that read if you didn't listen,
you could go back and hear the parlay that I
gave out there. But I am going to give out
the Charlotte Hornets plus the points plus six and a
half is down to six in some shops. It's five
and a half in some shops as well, So this
nine is dropping. I'm gonna take Charlotte HORNETSUS against the

Miami Heat here on the route. Now, if you know me,
you know I have this system of how you bet
the Miami Heat. You only bet the Miami Heat two ways.
You know which situation play them in. You take the
Miami Heat as a dog and you fade them as
a favorite. The Miami Heat are amazing as a dog.
They cover at a horrendous clip as a doll, like
(04:22):
it is so good, how good they cover as a doll.
They're three and oh is a dog this season, the
three and oh against the spread and straight up this
season as a dog. But it's when they're a favorite
that's when the Heat start acting up. That's when the
Heat don't start playing Heat culture basketball. You get these close,
close games, sometimes they lose them out right. If you
look at the Miami Heat and what they've done since
(04:45):
two thousand and twenty two, the Miami Heat are sixty
eight and eighty five and five against the spread as
a favorite, sixty eight eighty five and five. That is
forty four point four percent that they are covering as
a favor now straight up one hundred and four and
fifty four sixty five point eight percent. They're getting the

win straight up. They're not covering the number in these games.
These games are quite tightly close contested. Whenever they give
the Heat a bunch of credit, that's when they begin
to let you down. And so you add that on
to the fact though this Charlotte Hornets team just looks
really really solid to start the season. They have the

confidence that they can go out there and they can compete,
and they can go and win games, not only just compete,
win games. I know their two wins are against the
Brooklyn Nets and the Washington Wizards, who are, you know,
towards the bottom of the conference, are of yeah, of
the conference of the entire league.

And they played that Philly team really tough on the road.
But they've been competitive in all these games.

The offense is going out in scoring points one hundred
and thirty six, one hundred and twenty one, one hundred
and thirty nine in three games of basketball. The Miami
Heat also have had a lot of really good offense.
They've also been able to score. They found it defensively
in that's not in Madison Square Garden at home last game.
But I don't know if they're gonna be able to
keep up with this Charlotte Hornets team that plays just

as fast as they play. The Miami Heat been playing
at one of the fastest tempos all season, and I
don't know if the that's gonna scare off the Charlotte Hornets.
So I think that you're gonna play into the Charlotte
Hornets hand. You're gonna go up and down with flamelo ball.
The Miami Heat have been running the fastest pace this season.
Charlotte Horners are not far behind them at fifth. So

you're playing to the Hornet style of ball, and you're
taking a bunch of younger guys, You're putting them in
Miami and you're letting.

Them have a ball.

Like, I think this is gonna be a really good
spot to fade the Heat as a favor. Here, take
a Charlotte Hornets team that's been rolling to start the
season and playing a lot of close games. Remember they
won those two games against the Wizards in the Nets.
Then they lost by four to these seventy six ers.

So I think that this is another game where, hey,
they could play this tight. They could lose this in
the final seconds, lose it on the last shot, lose it,
lose it by four with the free throw or something
like that. But when you start getting outside of two possessions,
or you start getting two possessions, that's where I'm like,
I think it's a little much because I think Charlott's
gonna be in this game. They're gonna compete, and they're
gonna keep the Miami Heat on their toes.

So with that being said, I'm going to take the
Charlotte Hornets plus six and a half. It's plus six
and some shops. I still like it. Plus five and
a half is cool. If it starts dropping any lower

star play here, and this is really a fate of
the Bucks defense and how I perceive the Bucks defense

to be, which is.

A lot of ball watching, especially to the main players
of the offense, the Jalen Brunson's, the casts, the you know,
those top guys that are doing a lot of ball
watching around and the defense just looks horrible. It's so
many times that you just watch that game, even the
game against the Raptors, whish they won, but definitely in
the game against the Calves most recently, that there was

a lot of easy back door cuts, wide open shots
that a lot of the role players and the extra
pieces on the Calves on the Raptors were able to
get because of just the straight up ball watching that
they're doing on defense and not moving around and not communicating,
the not the not getting over on switches, and so
(10:25):
you're leaving shooters wide open as soon as they pass
out of the double team, like, oh my gosh, it's
just so many different little defensive things that doesn't look
like they change with the Milwaukee Bucks. And I think
it's gonna come all all to a head here against
the New York Knicks. I love that the prop bitch
she likes mckel Bridges because I was already looking at

Bridges because he that's the type of plays. Those are
the type of plays that he makes. He gets the
wide open threes and he cashes him. He moves back
door and he gets to the rim, and he's able
to get easy points in buckets, and he's been very,
very efficient and potentially noduce McBride, who's questionable with personal
reasons after missing the last game.
