must first invent the universe. My name is Michael Rohlman,
and I'm the host of a new podcast called From
Scratch on I Heart Radio. This isn't another podcast about
food and eating. From scratches a podcast about cooking. That

my twenty year career as a writer, I've written books
which aim to translate the chef's craft for the home cook.
Now I'm continuing that tradition here. Every episode of From
