Azzi and Ashanti open up the inbox for a full FAFO AMA, and the questions take them in every direction possible. They talk fashion musts and misses, tall-girl shopping hacks, thrifting wins, and the team fits that should probably never return. The two get into confidence, routines, leadership, and how they reset when basketball feels heavy — along with some very specific food opinions neither of them are willing to back down from.

They also answer who on the team they’d build around, which teammates they’d trust in a crisis, the real story behind CD’s team-building games, and whether aliens have already made contact (and if they’re on the New York subway). Plus, UConn superlatives, dream life chapters, and a rapid-fire round that calls out more than a few teammates’ habits.

Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of futt Around
and find Out. I'm here with my girl Ashanti.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
Hey guys, So today we have asked Me Anything aka
ask Azy Anything episodes. So we ask us anything period. Okay,
ask us anything episode and so we have a couple
great questions from the listeners and the fans. So let's
jump right into it. So our first topics are my
personal favorite. It's about fashion, and I know you love

(00:31):
it too. So as a tall girl, where are your
favorite places to get closed?

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Some of my favorite places that get closed would be
American Eagle because they have tall girl jeans. The mall
closest to campus has garage and cotton on so those
are my go to there. But then I don't love
shopping when I'm online. I'm more of like a skims.
I like mesh Keys has cute stuff. Although if I'm
looking for like cuter shoes, honor the gift.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
If I'm kind of just all over the place.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
What are your what do you go to places you're
actually a tall girl, So where do you shop?

Speaker 2 (01:04):
I like Akira, My favorite is actually in Miami. The
location in Miami, but we also have one here in
New York. I like Aso's, I like Fashion Nova. Now.
I know people are against fast fashion, however, I need
something to touch my ankles, you know, understand so, and
I also like thrifting. You will be surprised the things

(01:27):
that you get, and a lot of people repurpose things
and make things longer for girlies like us. And I
really want to go thrifting. Go thrifting with me, yes, absolutely,
especially in New York. Oh my goodness, people get like
give away like their nice, nice clothing, and I guess
it's just like it's been sitting there or they have

(01:47):
a lot. So definitely we can definitely go thrifting for sure.
Ok So you mentioned although one of your favorite shoe places,
are there any other shoe places you like? Especially for us?
Who have you know, eleven plus size Speed.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
I feel like they have the most options. I have
a couple heels from Steve Madden, but like those are
are my go to. Yeah, I'm really just a running
shoe girl.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
That's good though. Steve Madden definitely comes in clutch. They
usually have like a cute heel or boot a Kira
once again, a Kara just call me. But they also
have largest shoe sizes, and then I'm like a sneaker
girl too, so I can't go wrong with some like
Jordan's or something like that.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Oh yeah, I've got one hundred pairs of babes.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Do you have a lot of custom clothing or do
you get your things tailored? No? No, I'm really low maintenance.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Even if it doesn't fit right, I'm still gonna wear
it because what do I look like spending my time
going to get it tailored? And I don't have enough
energy in patience for that.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
It's okay, listen right off the rack. If it works,
it works, and who's gonna tell you otherwise? It's whatever.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
I wear it long, I'll wear it short, I'll wear
it wrinkled.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Yo, heavy on wear wrinkle. My mom anytime she used
to be like, iron steam your clothes, I'm like, I
don't care. I don't care. I just I'm just gonna
wear it. It's a new trend now.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
My mom was the I don't care, So I didn't
grow up learning how to iron. I think I ironed
my first shirt this summer for page and then it
was actually like a shirt that she wore under a jacket.
So she made me iron her white shirt just for
the shirt to not even be seen. Wow, and that
might be my one and only time ironing. It's okay,
Steamer is the way to go now. Anyways, we're gonna

(03:34):
work on that.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
But so I saw a video online You got a
custom like page Jersey Fit tell us about that. That
was fire. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
So Kristin Yuschek actually made me that custom page outfit,
the halter top with the jeans. It's super cute. I
actually think she just came out with a whole election,
a new collection, which I had a couple of friends
who knew about her brand and told me to reach
out and talked about kind of her story and how

(04:09):
she started like making her own stuff for her husband's
football games and was making it for other wags on
the team, And I thought that's really cool that she
started as just like a little in home making it
for her friends for the girlies, and now she has
a whole business, and I think that's just incredible. But
she is so talented, So I'm so excited to hopefully
wear that soon.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
Oh yeah, shout out Kristin. Listen, I need a custom
asy so I cannot show up to the games representing properly.
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
If you pull up to gamble and a custom asy outfit,
I know, I don't know why, because I know you will.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
I'm gonna lose it, absolutely, girl, I get your face
right here. Oh no, letud find out number thirty five.
Don't play. I'll be representing at the Games. I don't
know if I'm excited or scared both. Are there any
other customs? Are people you want to collaborate with when

(05:05):
it comes to close.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
There definitely are. I feel like with fashion, it's just
so like you can do whatever you want, So I
feel like I want to test so many things out.
Obviously in college, I feel like just I'm so busy,
and I mean I have nowhere to go. We don't
do pregame fits, tunnel fits, anything like that, so I
don't have any reason to, you know, put on a

(05:28):
fit show out. So I feel like next year, I'm
really excited to kind of experiment with just a lot
of different things and see what I like, what I
gravitate towards too. But I feel like it's a very
like it's a learning experience. You got to try things
to learn what your style is and what you're comfortable in.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Absolutely well, I'm excited to see for this upcoming season
what you end up landing on because, like I've said before,
I haven't seen anything bad ever, So thank you for
putting that thing on it. Honestly, it's whatever makes you
feel good, Like you mentioned, like, who cares whether they
like it or not as long as you like it
and you get to experiment with what works best for you.

(06:05):
Mm hm. So if you were going to make a
fashion line, what trends and styles would you want to see?

Speaker 1 (06:12):
I feel like I'm really I love a good crop,
but I'm really into like a halter or like I
love like my colorbones, like my shoulders, So I love
letting this show like I hate I hate turtle necks.
I don't love long sleeves because they're always too tight
on my arms. Okay, games, So definitely it'd be more
of like crop, halter top, tank top, that kind of

(06:35):
thing oriented.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
My miniskirt era.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Even though it's like fall now and you can't really
wear mini skirted and fall, there'd be some many skirts.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
You could put some tights under it if you if
you're good with tights, you can still rock a mini
skirt in the fall. Okay, middle school, but get some
flash color thick ones. You're not even gonna know that
you have them on.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Okay, and my go to is like a baggy sweatpant
and a crop so definitely some cute like what are
they like? Just like loose sweatpants, like not joggers.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Not joggers. No to the joggers. Pack them up. Mm hmm.
Leave those in high school. So if you could pick
any WNBA player to styalue for a week, who would
it be? And why I'm picking.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Page She's she knows what I like to wear. And
I could honestly just go in her closet and dress myself.
Actually I would do that. I would still make her
dress me. But she has great style and she's someone
that like other players, they dressed really well, but I
don't know if it's really them or there's stylist for
a page. She doesn't need a stylist. She could dress

(07:48):
herself for the rest of her life and be set.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
That's a good point. That is a good point what
I immediately think of. And she's not in the WNBA,
but Tiana Taylor she always been fly like. I'm sure
people have styled her. I know that for a fact,
but I remember watching her when she had like a
Sweet sixteen on like TV, when My Super Sweet sixteen

(08:12):
was super popular, and just even from then, her own
personal style has always been like out there. She's from Harlem,
and you know, I'm also from Harlem, so I was
always looked up to her when it comes to her
personal style, and I know that she can make something
out of anything. In the WNBA, I really like. I
love when the tall, you know, girly girls pop out,
the tall batties, so like Ray Burrow, Angel Reese. I

(08:36):
also love a more tomboy style as well. Yeah. So
if people from the Dove style me to iffy them
or their style list, who else whoever they work with
need that need that. Okay, so let's give it into

(09:00):
some basketball questions from the fans. The first one is
do you think basketball is an art form?

Speaker 1 (09:06):
I do think basketball is an art form. I feel
like it's a way to express yourself, and I feel
like that's what art is all about. Yeah, express yourself,
show your love and your passion for the game. I
definitely think basketball is an art Do you think so?

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Absolutely? I think you know, it's, like you mentioned, a
way to express yourself. It's kind of like a dance.
There's like a rhythm to the game and are and yeah,
the way one person plays it, No people played exactly
the same, so it definitely is an art form to me. Okay,
our next question, what kind of team building exercises do

(09:40):
you and your teammates do off the court? Team building exercises?
I feel like we just hang out all the time.
We live together, We're always when you get home from practice.
There's always whether it's a movie night, a game night,
just hanging out, recapping your day and workouts and how
hard things work. We're always together by choice, So I
feel like that's, you know, when we really bond outside

(10:02):
of practice and on the court. But CD does.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
She has CD games, so she she is so creative
or she just watches way too much TikTok and Instagram reels.

Speaker 2 (10:14):
Who knows.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
I think it's a combination of both. But she'll come
up with the most random games and everything always is
a theme. So if it's it'll be Christmas related, you know, Thanksgiving,
whatever holiday related, or it'll be I don't know, but
she'll put us up in teams and it will be
like the Olympics last summer. We had the Olympic Games
over the summer, so there was like we had these
little like me or like suction cup dark games. We

(10:37):
had water Olympics outside on the turf and there was
like a slip inside and water balloons and it was
just all these She comes up with all these games
and we'll play those and they get super competitive. Even
though sometimes people are like, oh, we don't want to
play these games. At the end of the day, they're
always competitive. You always want to win. But those games
are so much fun. And those definitely, you know, bring
us together and make us fight.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
That sounds so fun. First of all, I love the theme.
Next it sounds like the CD Olympics like that. That's
amazing and definitely is a way to build trust and
camaraderie outside of basketball. So yeah, that's awesome. Another question
we have is do you think it's important for teammates

(11:18):
on a great team to like each other.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Of course, I definitely think it's important. I I mean,
I think I think I'm biased. I think I've been
super lucky and super blessed to have been on teams
where we've always liked each other and it's never been
an issue there's ever been drama or jealousy or anything
that's gotten in between us. So I've never really had
to deal with being on a team of people who
don't get like genuinely get along. But I definitely think

(11:42):
that makes you know your bond on the court stronger
when you genuinely love your teammates and you trust them
and you know, like these are your righted eyes, Like
you're gonna run through a wall for them, and they'll
run for a wall for you, And that makes you
know what you do on the court even more special.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
I love that, did you have? I actually have been
lucky enough where it We've had drama on some of
the teams, but I haven't always been like directly involved,
which is really nice, like when it's not involving you specifically,
but sometimes it can impact the team chemistry if you
guys are not all, you know, doing your best. But

(12:16):
I think that you can still have some success if
you guys have a focus of the same goal and
even if you don't necessarily like each other, you can
work together to achieve that goal and you're making sure
that whatever the situation is isn't bigger than the main thing. Right,
So if it's winning a championship or winning a conference

(12:37):
or winning a game, right, letting that be the focus
and not letting the petty stuff or the drama getting away.
So yeah, I would prefer to be on a team
where people you know genuinely like each other, but if not,
at least we're all focused on the goal of whatever
we're trying to achieve. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
Yeah, I feel like, like I said, I'm super lucky,
and I feel like it's rare to be in a
situation like that. Like when you're with a girl, of
in a group of girls women, twelve to fifteen of them,
it's rare that you're going to find a group that
everyone gets along. But if you're mature enough to know,
at the end of the day, you guys are working
for the same goal and put your off court disagreements
and views aside. Like when you're on the court, you

(13:18):
only have one common goal and you work towards that.
It's fine, but can't bring that stuff on the court.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
Come home, leader. If you could have a do over
of one moment in your basketball career, what would it be.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
I wouldn't do anything differently because I don't believe in
everything happens for a reason.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
So agree.

Speaker 1 (13:41):
Really, I really strongly believe that everything happens for a
reason and everything is an opportunity to learn from. But
I think I do over my entire freshman year, reader
the whole thing. If I choose, that's just fine, back,
But I don't really think I would, because I definitely
learned a lot from that year of what not to do,

(14:01):
how not to play, how not that, but that.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
What about you? I'm in alignment with you when it
comes to I think everything happens for a reason. Who
knows one different situation and we wouldn't be here to
do this pod together. But seriously, yeah, I think that
I wouldn't do anything over There are things, horrible things
like you know, we both to our acls and stuff

(14:26):
like that, like, of course we wish that didn't happen. However,
it led to you being a national champion and most
outstanding player, you know what I mean. It's led to
a lot of amazing accomplishments and connections that I have
and job opportunities that I have now, so really thankful,
even though it's not always you know, pretty imperfect. Definitely

(14:47):
not always pretty imperfect. Okay, favorite moment so far from
the twenty twenty five twenty twenty six team. It could
be anything, doesn't have to be basketball. I know you guys,
and a lot of time off the court bonding as well.
I know. My favorite moment is watching out on TikTok.
Y'all be killing me. I literally tackle out loud last

(15:12):
the yeah videos, y'all are funny.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
I think one of my favorite moments was this summer.
We went to our doctor's house and she has a
lake house and she's a boat and we went to
go or I. A few of us went wakesurfing, but
just being on the water. It was a beautiful days paddleboarding,
just lounging on floaties. Gandy as a camera so she
was taking photos. It was just a chill day, relaxing

(15:37):
day off the court, outside of our usual environment on
campus and the apartment. So it's just it was a
chill day, but it was filled with good memories.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
One of our listeners asked, is this season the most
confident you've ever felt about yourself?

Speaker 1 (15:54):
Yeah, going into a season, this is the most confident
I felt the five years I've been here, So that's
a good.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
I can't wait to see what happened. If you could
build your perfect basketball player, what athlete traits would you choose?

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Do I have like a limit of traits that I
can use?

Speaker 2 (16:14):
Nope, no limit.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
Okay, I'm gonna go with We're gonna start with They're
gonna be disciplined, great, a great three point shot, a
great pull up, come on shoot, great passer? Like, how
many things did I say? I'm just gonna say all
the great things about that.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
I mean, if I had to build my basketball player,
I would lock down defender like the ultimate hoopa.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
Mentally tough, yeah, mentally tough, can move off the ball,
good screener, high IQ, high IQ, rebounding.

Speaker 2 (16:49):
Holl leave that to a shanty. I'm crying. I'm crying.
Let's leave that to your your big man. Okay. If
you were on a three on three team, what players
would you pick to play with you?

Speaker 1 (17:01):
I'm picking Sarah Strong. It's just any players I want. Yeah,
all right, I'm going Sarah Strong. But so i'm picking three,
I'm picking four with the sub.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
Let's say, let's say you're picking with the sub.

Speaker 1 (17:13):
Okay, I'm going Sarah Strong. Me page backers, kk.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Let me pick my team. Maya more supern Brianna Stewart me,
that's a pretty good team. I'll be cheering, go go,

(17:43):
come on now. Okay, if you could create your own
w NBA team, Oh my goodness, who would your starting five? B?
And what would the team name be?

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Guys are over us, may my creativity, my on the
spot creativity. Okay, my starting five it's gonna be paigea
O Stewie. Are you thinking about yours while I'm doing mine?

Speaker 2 (18:14):
Don't clock me?

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Okay, start thinking. You should usually go first with these,
because I need an extra second to think if.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
I go first, I'm taking your players coming with me? Page,
coming with me? You coming with me?

Speaker 1 (18:31):
Paige Page, the FSA Stewie, I need a point guard,
Kaitlyn Chin.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
Look kon reunion mm hmm.

Speaker 1 (18:42):
And we're gonna add We're gonna add Tina Charles.

Speaker 2 (18:47):
Oh okay, and your team name is how about yeah?
You know me anything with fashion?

Speaker 1 (18:56):
All right, I'm thinking about my team name while you
come with my team.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
Your team? Yeah, okay, my team, and we want to win.
I'm getting everyone out of retirement like my previous three
and three team. I'm coming with Maya more DT super Bird.
I'm gonna pick up. Were you on your own team?

Speaker 1 (19:21):
No?

Speaker 2 (19:21):
I thought we were doing current players. Nah, nah, nah,
I'm picking up. Just do whatever you want. I'm picking
up easy fut yeah, my sharp shooter. I don't know.
My fifth person would be you girl. No, you ain't
gonna have me out there running back and forth. No, ma'am,
those days are over. My fifth person is going to

(19:43):
be whoever want to try out, And I'm just kidding.
You got a team name and I'll say my last player.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
My team name is gonna be okay, they're all U
come players. It's gonna be Old Skis the Old Huskies.

Speaker 2 (19:59):
Oh okay, after say yo, that's funny, Old Skiz. My
team name is going to be Curly Sue, just because
I can. I thought you're gonna hit us with the renee.
Curly Sue, La boo boo a la dude basketball Lulu
player Doo doo. That's my team name. And my fifth

(20:23):
and final player will be what's the girl who's the
Baylor who's like six' nine she plays on like there you?
Go my, GOODNESS i cannot think of her. Name. Okay
my fifth player will Be Britney, griner perfect perfectly staying
right in the middle of the hands up spat at. All,

(20:50):
okay so we are now going to talk about some life,
questions their general. Questions the first one is how do
you stay locked in when you're doubting.

Speaker 1 (20:59):
Yourself that's a great question and that is still something
That i'm working on AND i worked a lot on last.
Season like if it's in the, moment well before, GAMES
i would make Like i'd go in my notes AND
i would make like A i guess a LIST i
would do like affirmations or things THAT i wanted to
focus on that. GAME i find When i'm focused, on you,

(21:20):
know my, teammates then it makes it harder for me
to focus on like OH i just missed that. Shot
Oh i'm not playing. Well, oh like focus on. Myself
When i'm focused on like OH kk just made it a great,
Pass sarah made this amazing. SHOT i just did, this
then it takes you, know my my focus off myself
and then like on what everyone else is, doing and
Then i'm not worrying about myself that in the. Moment

(21:41):
BUT i also, think like writing that list of like
affirmations Like i'm going to play, Well i'm good at
THIS i know how to do. THIS i believe in
myself little things like. THAT i think that self talk
is such a powerful, tool and, naturally at least for, me,
naturally it's easy for me to be like to judge
myself instead of you, know just. Observe instead of being,

(22:03):
like OH i missed a, SHOT i need to hold
my follow. Through sometimes it's, like OH i missed a.
Shot i'm done shooting. Today like those illogical things you tell,
yourself but like they really go a long. Way so
trying to really be intentional about myself talk and WHAT
i say to myself and then focusing on my teammates
to kind of take my attention away from myself as, well.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
That's really good and. Selfless what do you do IF
i start to doubt? MYSELF i, PRAY i, JOURNAL i
take time to meditate to figure, out like where is
this bad family coming? From like don't you know who you? Are?
Girl and you're not here by you know. Mistakes SO
i just remind myself that you, know on my purpose

(22:46):
and it resentses. Me so that's WHY i. Do IF
i started downing, Myself i'm, like, oh, girl looking at,
HERE i love. That what would you title this chapter
of your. LIFE i feel like such a deep. Question
so good good job.

Speaker 1 (23:03):
Listeners so many different WAYS i could go with. This,
Okay like last YEAR i was asked this question AND
i said the chapter would be Titled Staying. Present right,
NOW i would say the chapter That i'm in would
Be i'd Say finding My.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
Purpose, hmm that's really. Good, indeed what chapter are you
in right? Now this chapter Is Stewart. Well so the
things THAT i have in all different aspects of my,
Life i'm trying to make sure THAT i show up

(23:43):
and give one hundred percent and take care of all
the things That i've been you, know given or. Earned
So Stuart. Well Stuart, well next question is something you
believe everyone should try one in their. Life pineapple and,
pizza cottage. Cheese what else CAN i? Say, oh that's,

(24:13):
valid that's what you, feel and that's what you. Feel
what should they try once in their? Life they should
leave their home. Country everyone should leave their home. Country
get outside of The United. States if this is where you,
are get outside Of, jamaica if that's where you are.
TRAVEL i know some people are luckier than, others but

(24:35):
if it means beating your, feet getting on the, train
do whatever you gotta. DO i advise everyone to try
to get out their. COUNTRY i definitely agree with. That
what's something you've always been afraid to, try but have
always wanted. TO i, mean there.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
Are lots of things THAT i am afraid to. Try
definitely am shy and care too much about other.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
People. Think i'm trying to work on.

Speaker 1 (24:59):
That but if like we're in, public, like there's no
Way i'm just gonna go put myself out there in
a lot of. Situations so there's a lot of things
like that THAT i WISH i could just you, know
be carefree and just go do WHATEVER i.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
Feel i'm trying to think that's a big. EXAMPLE i don't. Know,
okay you go first some they've always wanted to try
but been afraid. TO i immediately go to. FOOD a
lot of people eat like very interesting. Cuisines and one
of the THINGS i saw was like a chocolate. Cricket

(25:32):
And i'm not REALLY i don't really experiment too much
when it comes to, Eating LIKE i can try a
bunch of different, things but they have to, like LIKE
i could try pineapple and pizza even THOUGH i Have,
yeah bugs is a whole different level BUT i want.
To i'm, afraid BUT i want to try something crazy like,
that but in like where it makes, sense like not

(25:53):
like go catch a, cricket put it in, chocolate more
like people actually sell that in other countries and stuff like.

way is the? GALAXY i don't. Know, regardless there are
definitely other living creatures on other. Planets there's no way
that we are the only living. Beings i'm in. Agreeance
there's something out. There there are some of their relatives
are walking To earth with. Us do you think that
any of the aliens have contacted? Us you know? What?

Speaker 2 (33:08):
New york every. Day. Okay as someone who is a
student of, business is there a company whose business model inspires?

Speaker 1 (33:19):
You? YES I madison read their business? Model their company
that inspires? Me their, values wanting to put out the best,
products not just the, best you, know like oh we've
got the best hair, color we got the best it,
is but like the best, quality the best product for,

(33:41):
you for your, body for their, customers but then also
just their values and their, beliefs how they want to empower,
women how they want you to leave their color bars
feeling confident and. Beautiful and then it's like the little
things that you might not know about their company that you,
know like they pay their hair colors is a bigger,
percentage AND i think like any other color bar in,

(34:03):
salon so just the way that they run their business
and that they're trying to empower their, customers their employees.
EVERYTHING i love, that AND i think that other businesses
need to step up because they show that it is
possible to be, successful be, empowering be. Inspiring SO i
think it's really. Impressive, yeah for, sure come a step it.

Speaker 2 (34:24):

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
