Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is he said, with Eric Winter and Rosalind Santez. Hi, Hello,
good afternoon noon. What it's only eleven in the morning. Listen,
I gotta start this podcast right away, right out the gate.
Say hi to the listeners first, and thank you for

(00:23):
hello listeners. Of course we love our listeners. But I
have to start with an apology. Okay, I have taken
a lot of backlash and heat for my Frankenstein boob comment,
and in self reflection, even though I was joking, and
you know me and you know how we joke with

(00:46):
each other all the time, it was a comment that
didn't need to be said, even as a joke. And
I apologize. You're beautiful, You're strong. Why are you laughing
at my apology? No, I appreciate it. Um everything your
recovery is going smooth. You're you're jamming. And I could
have been a little bit more sensitive with my comment

(01:07):
and clearly that this conversation about your boobs has made
a ton of traction. And I don't know I was
It wasn't my intention at all. Guys, I am home.
I get this text from my friend Allison saying, oh
my god, my nanny just ran back to the house
to show me your People article, and I was I
was like, I don't I don't know what you're saying
because I haven't done anything for people. And then she

(01:29):
sends me the link and the link talks about Rosa
in Sanchez as a breast breast lift um says her
body is banging, and I was like, I never said that,
So I was like more than anything. And then I
read the whole article and you know, it's very and
it was very specific because it says, you know, there
was no implants, and they quoted us exactly what we

(01:51):
said on the podcast. But I don't remember saying I said,
you know, I thought you were going to say after
I sent the picture, oh I want to bang. Get that,
But I guess. So I was mortified saying, oh my god,
I'm gonna have to just come up publicly saying that
I never said my body was banking because it sounds
so like self indulgent. But then I was like, you know,

(02:12):
let me just go back and listen to the episode again.
And there's a moment that I that I say it,
but it's very cute, like I didn't mean like an
arrogant way. But before she read it, she says her
body's banging. I was like, I never said that, so
I did, but guys, you know what I mean. I
was just very happy with the way my body looked
up after a surgery. We joke all the time, and

(02:32):
we were joking. You know what I mean. You were joking,
and I was joking even with my comment. But my
comment was unnecessary yours. We did have a conversation last
night because I'm walking in you know, I have all
these tapes and I'm letting them air, right, and then
I put the bra so I'm walking like with my
bovies hanging, and he's not even looking like zero like

(02:53):
he basically like I walk and he looks away like
he's disgusted. Ages that iven no happy last night, but
that you you acknowledged it. But the last night, no,
I gotta take a step back, like I never I
have not done it. I have never done that on
the show right now, what you're saying, so let me

(03:16):
take that back. I didn't say like I'm decided. I
walked out and he didn't even look at me. So
then last night is taking a bath and I said, Eric,
my my boobies, Oh my god, it looks like they're
so percular. They look like they have implants. This is
so crazy, and they don't. And then you were kind
of like, oh ha ha, and you didn't even react.
I said, oh okay. And then I was talking to

(03:37):
you about something else that had to do with like
the kids. I forgot what it was like, something that
we had to do with the kids, and You're like,
and you don't care, and I said, no, I thought
that I don't care. I go. I just didn't. I
didn't even comment on him. I'm not really I'm just
letting you recover and giving you that space to hear.
And then you explained last night that what you were
what you're doing is you're just letting me that you
were very attentive. When I was the first we're gonna have,

(04:00):
that was rough, that you were very attentive. But now
you're giving me my space and you want to make
sure because you know that I'm doing well, because I'm
walking and I'm going out and I'm like back to normal.
You said, I'm actually giving you your space. I don't
want to make you feel uncomfortable with comments, and I
don't want to. It's not that I'm not looking. Yeah,
I'm not going to stare at them all the time
when they are the tape and all that. I know
you're you're going through your process. I just I'm just

(04:20):
talking about life and the kids and other things. And
you made a comment and I said, okay, but your
comment was they look like they're they're huge. You said,
it look like I have like an implant there. They
look huge, As I said huge, I just said, they
look the shape of it looks. It's funny to me
because I don't have an implant, and thank god I
had enough, had enough meat a fact, I guess intensity

(04:41):
for him to be able to work it out that
it looks very like that it's gonna fall a little
bit because once they settle, is not going to look
like this. And the thing is, you've said all that
even on the podcast, and you said it to yourself,
and you said it to me, So when you when
you say it to me concerned, I just went, Okay,
they don't you know, they're gonna They're gonna be what
they're gonna be. They're gonna settle. Everything that they told
you is gonna happen is going to happen. I just

(05:02):
don't I'm not overthinking it all the time and you're
overthinking it because it's your body is so I'm just
not doing that. But we you know, I explained myself
to her, and again I'm coming across like I'm a
jerk in the situation I and I apologize for the comment.
I was joking completely. Every single like all these press
outlets is, do not respond to a breast lift the

(05:23):
way Rosalind Sanchez's husband did. And this is Rosalind Sanchez
suffered depression. No after husband's reaction to her under the knife,
So I caused a depression? No, Yeah, all these outlets
are saying, which people are, you know, talking out of

(05:44):
their ass. They don't know what's going on. Oh my god.
But I laugh and I have to take it because
just like we do on our podcast, we talk about
hot topics. So apparently your release about your your lift
made the trades or made the press and caused depression.
And I know I never said that. Well, it says

(06:06):
you suffered depression after I didn't. The guys I was
saying that, it's interesting, like after you have a surgery done.
My friend pointed out of me, saying, you know, a
ninety percent of people, especially if it's their face. I
explained the whole thing, and I was going through a
bit of a funk because guys, it's a surgery and anesttia.
But it's not like I went through depression. I was

(06:26):
just kind of like and it wasn't the depression was
not seen anything for eight days, you know, But maybe
depression was a very let me, let me be respectful
to the people that actually suffer from from depression. I
didn't mean it like that, so may apologize about that.
Also in if they had ever listened to the podcast,

(06:46):
you had commented about that depression feeling that people go through,
regardless of when I made the stupid joke about Frank
said that was already like completely separate things. So it's like,
people listen I laughed because we talked about hot topics
in our podcast. So I'm gonna dish it out and
I'm gonna take it. I'm not going to be a
hot topic. I'm the I'm the actool, so you're hot,

(07:09):
you're the hottie. See it definitely not what they meant. Um.
So to clarify, I did not cause her a depression.
She was going through that before, Mike. I was not
going through the depression. I was just I had the
blues a little bit because I wanted to see there,
and I made a joke that was unnecessary, and here
we are. So that's it. I owned up to it,
and I apologize to you and to any listeners that

(07:30):
they offended. Oh my god, tough. I didn't know the topic.
Look what I did, I should say, because I made
the comment exactly. I take the blame. But anyway, everything
is going well. You're recovering, You're doing fine. I am.
I'm doing fine. They're looking better. I'm better, Thank you lord.

(07:53):
So what do you think about j Lo and Ben
Affleck getting matching tattoos? You should get a tattoo with
my name? Come. We never did that. It's been seventeen years.
They of no, Um, what was that about? They always
what do you have my name on your body? I'm asking, like,
when people do that, what is that? They say? Listen,
I don't know the commitment, that's what they said, a

(08:13):
commitment they did with the eternity symbol, which is committment. Okay,
but they always say that you put somebody's name on you,
it's like a curse. And I don't want to jinks
or curse anything that's going great. That's what they always
say is that that's like the the thing that goes
around and you call it. It's like um a saying
I think that goes around. People tattoo other people's names
on it. It's always like the curse because it comes

(08:35):
back to haunt them and they're like, oh, man, I
got my girlfriend's name tattooed my wife. It's different, but
I got a tattoo of the name. That are done.
Then they get a you know, a divorce and they
break up and like, I'm got to cover the name. Now.
I have somebody that put an R on the finger
and then I had to do like a lighting bolt
or something like that. It was left. Yeah. See so
it's like, you know, that's the only reason I've never

(08:57):
done my you know you you know, in general, a
significant other, people always say, don't do that. Do you
like your kids or do it still and then you
can't make it into something else still related to you
but nobody knows, but it doesn't still the jinks of
it all, I don't want to. So basically, never, you're

(09:17):
never going to do a tattoo saying ros I love
you at that look at that. You want ross for ever?
That ross my life. Maybe the ross I'm gonna tattoo
best boobs ever, that would make me feel very good.

(09:39):
Oh my god, for you. So do you agree with
what Jalo and Ben did. I don't disagree. I think
you do whatever makes really cool tattoos that I always
I have this love hate thing with tattoos. I always
have loved tattoos. I struggle with it looks really good
when you came with the fake ones for the rookie,
but you know everybody was like loving it. I struggle

(09:59):
with idea that it's forever any I mean, yeah, you
can get them take it off now. But what I
think it's always and it always. I think it leaves
a little bit of a shape. Yeah, Like I just
feel like that's always. So the roster too, is never
going to happen. What about the sabell our Dylan take it? Huh.
We've talked about that. You know, maybe at some point,
I don't know about a symbol, like a symbol that

(10:21):
you do a symbol and do a symbol mode like
names of a family, symbol or something something that ties
us all together, and you'll freak me out a family.
I think I'll have I'll get I'll get scheme close
to phobia. I'll be looking at it going. I wanted out.
I wanted out. I mean, I think I have a
panic attacking. It's forever. But they don't think they did it.
It's cool, it's good for them, it's beautiful. Yeah, they
professed their life. I hope it lasts for the rest

(10:43):
of their lives. Did you see that, Mkathony? Yeah, yeah,
I think it's her name, the new wife and it's
seventh baby. Um, amazing, right, it's it's it's great. I mean,
but it's just it's I always think to myself, it's
a lot of kids. He's blessing. Yeah, but listen, he

(11:07):
he's very powerful company. Yeah no dry his women bananas
and you know he just at his age is still
like strong. Well, isn't he supposed to be like hung
down to his knee. To Anthony, I apologized like a horse.

(11:28):
He said, I don't know why who told him? That's weird.
He's like a crazy stunt for him, he's like a
crazy stude. The two people that have like that, I've
always heard rumors about with that hid him and oh
he's on my show, He's on my show, on your show?

(11:49):
Davidson also supposed to be down to his knee, Eric Winter,
what the heck are you talking about? These are the
rumors that go around. I don't know, you know, what's funny?
Do good? For them? Made a headline that's gonna mat
a head like? Eric Wind from The Rookie says, I'm
Mark and Pete Davis for them? Oh my goodness? Anyways

(12:10):
for them? Anyways? What what else? How is transition from that?
How is life? Eric? How is life? Are you happy?
What is new? Are you almost done shooting your show? Yeah,
we're getting We're close. U. We're on our second to
last episode of filming The Rookie one, and then we
have episode two starting up, which is the last one

(12:31):
in a weekend. Okay, then we're gonna be done. How
do you feel about that? It's gonna have been a
fun season, a long season. Um. I think a break
will be nice and hopefully you'll be in town and
then the family can all, you know, make some plan something.
You got yourtha up, guys. We are planning my fiftie

(12:52):
with my friend Troy Williams from Simply Troy, the most
incredible incredible event designer, even planner and designer. He doesn't
and we are so happy it's coming, is so soon.
And then I made my promise that I was going
to cut my hair very short at fifty so that
has been like I'm having dude live crisis. But I

(13:17):
don't know. I made a promise, so I need to
do it. But at the same time, I think I'm
already having like kind of attacks about it because it's
all about my hair, my whole life. Anyways, let's see
what happens. So, yeah, my my birthday, I thought it
was gonna be in Puerto Rico because, as you know,
I was supposed to be shooting the third season of
Fantasy Island starting April seventeen. But everything changed. We are

(13:37):
still waiting. Um, let me shut up about it. What
happens that. I have a lot of feelings about it,
but diplomatic, No, I'm happy on the show is doing
steady and he's doing well and he's a great season
and I'm I love I love a Line Rourke. I
love the show and I would love to be blessed

(13:59):
to do another season. Who knows. So my birthday it's
not going to be in Puerto Rico is going to
be in l a and hopefully it's going to be
epic and in a beautiful time for everybody involved. I
was going to try and do something to surprise her,
but she's a bit of a control freak, so I
can't because I would be told I did everything wrong,
not necessarily right. You wouldn't say that, you would say,

(14:24):
I just would have done it a little different exactly.
That's exactly the response. You're not wrong, I just would
have done it a little different, exactly that. There's nothing
mean about that, you know. So the surprise went out
the window. Like, for example, I reached out to Troy,
I said, let me talk to her talking to try
I reached out the next day and Troy is like, oh,
my friend, she already beat you to it. She sent
me about five d MS about everything she's already talking about.

(14:46):
And I said, what I specifically told her, let me
talk to Troy first. Troy and I were making fun
of you, and I was like, this is unbelievable. I'm sorry,
I can't even do that. Okay, I'll plan it, you
pay for it. We're gonna go fifty. I told you,
I'm gonna I'm gonna pay the home. I don't know

(15:07):
what you're gonna do you, I don't know either. It
was very simple with most things, and like even for
my zero, I either I either do that or I
just want to be in bed and cover my and
just cover myself with blankets, going, oh my Jesus lord,
I'm fifty already, which is so odd to me because
I don't feel fifty, but I am fifty. So if
I let me just receive this new age, this new

(15:29):
year with with a bang with my friends and my family,
and it's just dance. You know how long it's been
since I just dance all night. I just want to dance,
although you with my boobies, I don't. Maybe I can't.
Oh hell, here we go, and I can't even show
them because they're still taping. No, No, like do like
a little dress with a nice cleavage. I can do

(15:49):
that because oh that's a bummer. It's okay. Have you
seen this thing about Olivia Wilde and Jason sadekis his
former nanny suing them for wrongful termination after a stress leave.

(16:10):
It's awful. Didn't they Isn't this the same nanny that
also came out and said a bunch of things about them.
I don't know, but maybe, but can you imagine that
you bring somebody into your house, your home, your temple,
your energy field to take care of your children, and

(16:31):
it doesn't matter what happens. Listen. Yeah, I'm not saying this,
And we don't know. Everybody has a story. So I'm
sure Olivia has a story and he has a story.
And the lady clearly had some kind of like suffering
sometimes an unbearable anxiety and stress caring for the girl.
You you're working with two high level of visibility type

(16:54):
of human beings and they're going through hall I'm back
visibility visibility. Yeah, and just don't do that. When you're
gonna go work for somebody that has that is a
public figure, don't do that. That will be my biggest night.
But also this is when I like to me, I
always feel like people need to take some accountability for themselves.

(17:15):
If if she is unhappy, but if she wasn't, if
she's unhappy facing unbearable stress, leave the job, Just leave
the job. Quit. There's nobody, you know, forcing you to
stay there. There's no reason for anybody to face unbearable
anxiety or be treated poorly. And I'm not saying they
treated her poorly. I'm just saying I know you don't

(17:35):
want to know the truth, but I just think a
nanny coming out, or even if any any worker that
you have welcome into your house that is feeding and
bathing and and has become part of your life. And
why are you talking? Just like, why are you talking
to the press just if you're gonna sue goes through
in private. If you're gonna do something, go do it
in private. Why are you I don't know. I don't
think it's ever gonna be private. It once you sue somebody,

(17:56):
that's public record, right, so it's gonna come out. I mean,
I guess somebody could find out, but she already had
come out before this with all the other claims about
him crying on her. It's a very uncomfortable conversation, and
I feel uncomfortable getting involved because we don't know the
exact details, and you know, like it's it's it's a
that's a very private matter and so whatever. I mean,
I know, speaking of a living while that's right. This

(18:18):
came up the other day on my feet, and I'm
very confused. A boy, do you know what this whole
thing is that she's taking a little heat for because
she said, asap Rocky was hot after he supported Rihanna
at the super Bowl performance, and then she's taking a
bunch of heat for saying I thought he was hot
before or something, but now I he's even more hot.

(18:39):
I'm very confused about what do you think that she's
did something? Was something really said wrong or she just
making a comment like wow, I think he's a hot
she's supporting his woman. I also know, but people, I'm
as maoming. People took it as this is a woman
saying somebody's hot that is in a relationship, Like, don't

(19:00):
be tacking. I'm that's why people. Olivia's response to the
whole backlash was for anyone who got it twisted, I
roll emoji. It's hot to respect your partner, especially when
your partner just did that. So she's saying he was hot,
she thought he was hot before, even more attractive for
lading back supporting his lady on the big stage. Yeah,

(19:24):
that's fine, she's she's correct. I don't think she's out
there trying to take Rihanna's man was Oh my gosh,
I don't know. People just find anything to go after. Yeah,
I don't. I don't think that's what she meant. It
doesn't make you like the performance. Did I like the performance?
I thought Rihanna did. Look at that the person her

(19:46):
catalog is awesome. Rihanna looked fantastic. I thought the dancers
crushed it, the stage was it was epic. Um so
loved it. I thought it was really good. Yeah, I
loved it. I liked it a lot. You might have
liked it more, but I thought I liked it more
than you. I thought. I actually thought it was incredible.

(20:06):
And the fact that she is pregnant and took this
monster of of an event that is such a responsibility
and and did her thing. She looks so so almost
too self assured. It was kind of scary. Do you
believe that this was a call to the devil and
the red and the composition of the stage and her movements.

(20:30):
Do you think this has anything to do with what
people are saying? Do you said one TikTok thing? Again?
How do you trust everything that people post on TikTok
symbol up to start the concert or whatever? I don't know.
This all sounds like so you don't think there's all
worship to the devil, all these people dressed, and you're
saying that you thought performance is fantastic. And now you're

(20:51):
saying the performance was worship in the devil. And I'm
not saying that at all because I have no clue.
I'm just repeating what I read on TikTok with all this,
those people are saying, that's what you're telling me. What
they're they're saying that that was like, that is very evident.
People that understand the occult and people that understand that

(21:12):
world and that spiritual realm, that what what all these
big megaga mega mega mega celebrities are doing that are
incredibly wealthy and and mega successful and they can do
whatever they want. Um, they're just calling them out saying,
you know what, they're worshiping the devil. They have a

(21:32):
pact with the devil. Therefore, that's why they get to
that level of fame. And they're very protected among and
they protect each other. And it's just it's a world
that we don't understand. So it's okay, I'm not saying
that I own that, I get it, that I agree.
I have zero qualification or and I have zero idea
if it's true or not. I'm just asking you if
you believe that way you saw as a cult. Okay,

(21:56):
that's my feeling. She disputed performance. I think some there
are there were some Grammy performances that were questionable, that
were like, what the heck is that? So you believe
that this that what I'm talking about exists. I believe
people in music, or in any any form of creativity
I should say not even just music, use their medium

(22:18):
as a way of self expression and self belief and
and maybe self love and also their their admiration for
other things. So I think that that happens all the time.
When people have a platform, they use it to showcase
whatever it is they believe in, whatever they're trying to promote,
whatever is there um their anchor within their soul. Right,

(22:40):
that's what creativity is. You're trying to bring it all
out and lay it all out there. I don't think
there's anything creative of what about what they're doing. I
think there's creativity and their geniuses, But I think they
get to that to that level of genius and that
level of creativity, and they can't do no wrong because
there's something in the backstage going on that we don't

(23:04):
understand that they common years the people we don't understand.
But I don't know. This is a very deep this
is a heavy weird and it was I. I thought
her performance was exquisite. One more topic new trend on
TikTok called d influencing. You know how much I can't

(23:25):
stand TikTok d influencing, Right, So people are being always
told by this, by that, by all these social media influencers,
and I guess now there's a movement called the influencing,
which is basically other people from If I'm understanding this correctly,
it's it's TikTok is telling their followers which products aren't

(23:47):
worth the money or urging them to resist indulging in trends.
Isn't that the same thing? In a way, you're using
your social media influence to influence the way people buy
or not buy. What do you mean, well, if a
social media influencer is saying, by this product, oh my god,

(24:09):
then if if another social media influencers coming out and saying,
don't buy that product, that's all over social media, that
products crap. Aren't you still using your voice to influence
the buyer? By d influencing? Are you still influencing because
you're you're basically saying it's your opinion. What at least
are they're saving you from from things that don't work?

(24:32):
It's their opinion. So it's not like it's the Bible,
it's not written in stone, it's not it's not the law, right,
it's that person's opinion about the product. So you're still
influencing your followers by saying, don't buy that. Yeah, I
think you're being too heady. I think it complicated. People

(25:00):
just need to take responsibility if you want to buy something,
by it. If you don't like it, it it was a
bad purchase. Return it. But I do believe that all
these platforms are very out of control when it comes
to consumer You know what that means consumerism, consumerism, And
they're just like, it's all about promoting, promoting, promoting things
that that of the time they don't work. It's commercials.

(25:22):
Social media influencers are just the new wave of commercials. Right.
We did that as commercials all the time. How many
times we were we told that if I ate wheaties,
I was gonna be like Mike, or if I drank gatorade,
I was gonna be like Mike, or if I was
going to do all this junk food and crap that
we consumed as kids. We were told it was going
to make us a better athlete, a better a better

(25:42):
make a smarter, make us whatever whatever, whatever. Right, it's
all bs. So at some point you have to figure
it out for yourself and take take accountability, I think,
And you know what side, guys, I think America. North
America is one of the countries that had how are
the worst when it comes to a weird influences? You know,
the way we eat, the medications that we the powers

(26:06):
that be approved. I mean there's countries in Europe that
we eat and we put on our skin so much
stuff that is prohibited in so many other countries that
it's proven that it's just not good for you. And
over here we just don't care, and we just force
it down people's throats and we just consumer gladly, and

(26:29):
