Speaker 1 (00:01):
On the podcast Health Stuff, we are tackling all the

Speaker 1 (00:09):
I'm Harry Kindebolu, a comedian and someone who once googled
do I have scurvy? At three am.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
On Health Stuff, we're talking about health in a different way.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
It's not only about what we can do to improve
our health, but also what our health says about us
and the way we're living. Like our episode where we
look at a potential new breakthrough treatment for type one diabetes.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Type one is actually an autoimmune disease. Basically, the person
with type one their body destroys their own pancreas cells
that make the insulin or our in depth analysis of
how incredible mangoes are.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Oh, it's hard to explain the rest of the world
that like, your mangoes are fine, because mangoes are incredible,
but like, you don't even know.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
You don't know, you don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
We'll also be interviewing experts about their specialties and what
they find to be essential for good health and healthcare.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
We as doctors are so trained to see like repetition
to see what's happening. To see patterns that we hear
a story, we start to know what's going on. I
do think there's something to be said for that, But
just letting them tell their story is huge.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
And we'll be taking your questions whether they be big, small,
or weird. Actually, honestly, the weirder the better.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
That's a very good question about chia seeds, which, by
the way, I recently discovered are the same chia seeds
from chichichia, the same ones.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
These are the commercial.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
It's the same.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
It's the same stuff, Like why were we wasting it
on on toys when we could have been saving our lives?
For us, health is not about trying to live forever.
It's about practical advice that can improve our well being.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Today on our show, we're committed to having a healthier
conversation about health.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
