true crime podcast. I'm your host Hunter, and today we
explore a case shrouded in fear, loss, silence, and a
disappearance that has haunted a family for almost three decades.

In June nineteen ninety five, a thirty seven year old
woman went missing from La Messa, California, after a violent
argument that seemed to have taken a tragic turn. This
is the story of Kimberly Teresa Williams. Kimberly was born

on January second, nineteen fifty eight. At the time of
her disappearance, she stood about five feet five inches tall,
weighed one hundred and twenty pounds, with black hair and
brown eyes. On June twentieth, nineteen ninety five, Kimberly was
at an apartment in La Messa with her partner, a
man by the name of Michael Greg Green. She had

been enduring a troubled relationship, living in fear at times.
On that day, witnesses say they saw them arguing violently. Later,
Green was seen leaving the apartment in his van with
Kimberly inside, motionless. According to eyewitnesses, he never returned her home.

Kimberly was last seen wearing a purple T shirt in
blue Levi's jeans. Green did come back alone to collect
his belongings, but Kimberly was gone. No one has seen
or heard from her since. Police launched a search, but

no trace of Kimberly's whereabouts or her remains wherever found.
Friends say Kimberly feared Green's temper and had talked about
leaving in the time leading up to her death. Green
was eventually arrested, but without a body or concrete evidence,
the case faced challenges, but still the search for justice

pushed forward. Eventually, Michael Green was convicted of another attempted
murder as well as for Kimberly's murder, based largely on
the mount of circumstantial evidence. He was sentenced to one
hundred and thirty one years to life in prison. Though
Kimberly's body was never recovered, the evidence couldn't deny the

unbelievable truth behind her disappearance. My thoughts and prayers are
