Speaker 1 (00:00):
I am all in again.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Oh that's just you.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
I am all in again with Scott Patterson, an iHeartRadio podcast.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
Guys, it's the Gazette. Oh my gosh, I hate that
I said, Hi guys.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Do you ever notice on like Instagram or TikTok when
everyone's like, hi guys, Why is that like everyone's crutch?

Speaker 4 (00:34):
Everyone needs their own flare?

Speaker 3 (00:37):
Too many? Hi guys.

Speaker 5 (00:39):
I say it in text, Hey guys, Hi guys.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
I know I need to like come up with a
new way to say we should to say.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
This is the Gilmore Girls Gazette.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Extra Extra extraxtra.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
My favorite story is what I saw today and immediately
my mind was like, something isn't right.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
I know, something isn't right.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
So I see this headline Milo vent Emilia, and I'm like,
first of all, I'm in because it was like Dennis Quaid,
mylo vent Emilia and a dog movie, So everything about
it was like I love this.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
But immediately when I saw it, I'm like, something isn't right.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
And I don't mean to call out the Hollywood Reporter,
but they spelled Ventimilia wrong.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
That's a hard last name.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Pardon me, pardon me. It was deadline.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
I don't think it was the Hollywood Report. I think
it was Deadline, one of them. They spelled ventimilia and
I knew it looked wrong. They put an a, so
they spelled it v E NTI a venta miglia, but
it's I.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
And I was like, this is what like? I mean,
seems like we should be checking the spelling.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
It looks like they have corrected it now.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Oh for sure, they probably corrected it within five minutes.
But I grabbed it before.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
It was Oh my gosh, let's put on Instagram.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
Do you have a screenshot of it?

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:05):
I said, didn't I send it to Oh no, I
cut and pasted it.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Yeah, yes, I do.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Have a screenshot of it. I do.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
Sweet.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
It's gonna be hard for me to find because I
got to go into my trash emails, but I think
I'll be able.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
To do it.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
So they are starring in a Netflix holiday film, A
Dog's Perfect Christmas?

Speaker 2 (02:22):
And when is that coming out this holiday or not
till twenty twenty six.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
It doesn't appear to have a release date.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
And it's definitely a dog holiday movie. What it was
it called.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Again, A Dog's Perfect Christmas?

Speaker 3 (02:35):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
First of all, I love it because wasn't Milo in
some other dog movie that everybody loves.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
Yes, I've seen that. What was that movie?

Speaker 4 (02:44):
It's called like Racing in the Rain?

Speaker 3 (02:46):
Yeah, I feel like I pictured him in a car
racing with a dog.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
The art of racing in the rain.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
The art of racing in the rain? What was this?
What was the deal with that? Who saw it?

Speaker 1 (02:57):
I did?

Speaker 5 (02:57):
It was from the dog's perspective of Milo was a racer.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Or something like that, or I got it.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
And then Amanda, the girl from Mean Girls Say Freed,
was in it. Yeah, yes, And then I remember, yes,
I remember distinctly one scene the dog smelled spoiler alert
smelled cancer on Amanda.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
No, so she had cancer?

Speaker 1 (03:23):
She had cancer? Yeah, and the dog smelled it.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
And that was his Was that his girlfriend or wife?

Speaker 5 (03:27):
Yes, that's his his love interest. I forget if it's
a wife or god, oh my.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
God, what a happy movie? Does she live? No, I
don't know.

Speaker 5 (03:36):
Gosh, I watched it years ago, the art of racing
the ring because he's Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Don't quote me, but I don't think she does.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Never has a movie been described to me more than
I will not be watching the scription like you're like, yeah,
the dog smelled.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
Cancer and she dies Like I no.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
No, yeah, Well the thing is, do you what?

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Milo goes off with the dog and their best friends
because he's like so sad.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
Yeah, I don't worry, mum.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
Does your find love again?

Speaker 1 (04:07):
I don't think he finds love again.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
I don't think he finds I got this is twenty nineteen.
This is how long ago I watched it.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Wait, it came out in twenty nineteen, two and eight.
That feels like I thought it came out in twenty ten.

Speaker 5 (04:21):
No, it's based on a novel from two thousand and eight,
so maybe that's it.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Oh my god, the dog's name is Enzo and that's
the name of my son. Oh how funny. I just
looked it up again.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
It's just such a hard no for me. Why I
cannot watch that?

Speaker 2 (04:37):
Wait, twenty nineteen feels like so it came out right
before COVID, Like that's so weird to me.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
I don't remember it having much promotion. I just remember
wanted to watch it with my dad because of his
character and this.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Is us And then did you just cry with your dad?

Speaker 4 (04:51):
Yeah, he's in a lot of sad movies, and he's
also in a movie coming up in February called I
Can Only Imagine two, also with Dennis Quaid and Milo
I believe plays the character with cancer.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
Are you serious?

Speaker 1 (05:08):
I can only imagine.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
First of all, I have not recovered from that show
with Eric Dane and some other famous hunky guy and
then Milo vntimiliate just gets blown to bits in like
the first ten minutes.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
Oh yeah, you told us about that. I don't remember.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
I told you guys. But what was that called?

Speaker 2 (05:25):
And who's the other hunky guy? It's Eric Dane and
then some other hunky guy?

Speaker 4 (05:31):
Is it Countdown?

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Yep? Who's the star of Countdown? Can you look that up?

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Sorry that we always have to do stuff in real time.
But the thing, thank you, I knew it was another
hunky guy that has a Gilmore girl's connection because he
was on Supernatural with.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
Ye Oh my gosh, did you see that?

Speaker 2 (05:49):
Milo also said, now somebody keep me honest with the quotes,
but that he didn't know about the Panera.

Speaker 5 (05:56):
App Yes, because he has a newborn and so he's
been living under a rock, so he hasn't even seen anything.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
But he loves working with them, and that He's like, cool,
they've woked. I love these people.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
They all love each other and it's so cute. What
was Milo? Was Milo? Black Bean? Aga?

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Milo was? Yes, the black bean.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
I am a big fan of Panera, but I'm going
for that squash.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Is it still Can you still get all these soups?
Are they still available?

Speaker 4 (06:21):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (06:21):
I don't know. I haven't been lately since I went
and tested.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
Did you literally have three bowls of soup in front
of you?

Speaker 1 (06:27):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (06:28):
Family also beats soup.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
Does your kid eat food?

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Yes? Yes, he's two and a half. Yes, he's fully
everything that.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
He fully eats food. So did he taste any of
the soup?

Speaker 1 (06:38):
No, because he ate a little bit before we went.

Speaker 5 (06:41):
But because you know how they get. It's like two
year olds. Once they're hungry, they're hungry. I have to
feed them, you know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (06:48):
Your kid is two and a half. I feel like
you had that baby yesterday.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
I know.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
Well, it's like Danielle, you know, like I know.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Kid say, we won't name Danielle's baby, but I literally
talk to Danielle and it was the fifth week.

Speaker 3 (07:02):
Birth or already.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
My response was, I feel like it's been a year.
I feel like Danielle has been gone from us for
a year. I'm like, I need her back so bad.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Oh, I goes.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
I can't wait till she comes back and tells the
name she's gonna be. Well, I don't want to reveal.
We've got some big announcements coming up there and Danielle
will be a part of it. So just letting everybody know. Okay,
what is our next story we want to talk about.

Speaker 5 (07:27):
I want to talk about Reminders of Him, trailer that
just came out starring well Long Graham is one of
the characters in the film.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
Reminders of Him.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
What Colleen Hoover new movie. So there's trailer came out
for that already and then won't be released till March.

Speaker 5 (07:42):
But there's confusing people because there's another movie that's out
right now called Regretting You, and that's a Colling Hoover movie.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Right. I knew she's got two because who's in Regretting You.

Speaker 5 (07:51):
Regretting You is Alison Williams. Yeah, and she's blonde and
oh gosh, the young girl. But that's out right now,
the woman Layd Graham.

Speaker 3 (08:02):
Is there a trail? So there is a trailer now
that we can watch.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
Yeah, there's a trailer.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
It's like, well, I'm sorry, but I'm gonna need to
We're gonna need to watch it in real time.

Speaker 3 (08:10):
Can can we play it? Can? I? How can I
watch it and then give my a review of it?
Right now? I think we'd be okay playing the audio
of it.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
Yeah, I can send you the link.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
Because it's a trailer, they want you to play it.
That's the whole point of trailers.

Speaker 6 (08:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:25):
Yes, I watched it today and to me, I haven't
read the book.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
I listened to the book.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
Yeah, I really do want to read the book before
I see the movie, but I feel like the trailer
it kind of gives away things.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
Yeah, I have no introth.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
So now I don't really want to read the book
now exactly.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
There are a few more places that they didn't reveal.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
But it is because for one moment, I have a
couple of questions and then I am going to pull
I'm sorry, I'm in the car, everybody.

Speaker 3 (08:54):
I know. I know it's bad. I don't want to
be late. I'm in the car. I know y'all probably
I sound like goo boo. It's okay, But.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
While I pull over, so that I can watch this trailer, Jackie.
Have you started the Michael J.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
Fox book?

Speaker 1 (09:09):
Okay, my partner has.

Speaker 5 (09:11):
I have not because I am in the middle of
Taylor Jakins read book called Atmosphere, and I'm so into
this book.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
And do you read or audible?

Speaker 6 (09:19):
I read?

Speaker 1 (09:20):
So I do both.

Speaker 5 (09:20):
Actually I do both, but I like having the actual
book in my hands.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Oh you do. I think my eyes are so bad
that that's why I can't read.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
And I read fast, like I read one hundred pages
and like in two ins. So do you did you know?

Speaker 3 (09:33):
They say? And I saw.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
I want to give credit. I love this lady, the
Positive Pa. I think it's her Instagram name. There might
be like some sort of underscore and there I'm doing
my best, okay, she said, And I believe her reading
lower's anxiety by sixty percent. I might be messing this up,

(09:55):
but I believe that that is what she said, that
reading every day can lower your anxiety by sixty person
sides agree.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
I love books.

Speaker 5 (10:06):
I've always been a book person, but I've also been
an audible person. So like, I do both, but mostly
I like to hold it because it just takes you
away too. I had this conversation with my thirteen year
old niece. It just takes you away to a different
world and you get like it exercises your brain and
you can just like escape and then you look up
you're like, oh, I'm home.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
I don't happen. My brain does not do that, but
my brain does do that.

Speaker 2 (10:32):
With the audible book, Like, even though I was like
walking while listening, I was just so in it with
Michael J.

Speaker 3 (10:39):
Fox and everything Back to the Future. I need another
book that was as good as that one.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
It's definitely the best audible book I've ever listened to.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
Ah by far, and I do listen to books.

Speaker 5 (10:53):
Yeah, I listened to like I listened to Reminders of Him.
I listen to that.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
I don't know what remind what's reminders of him?

Speaker 1 (11:00):
The one we were just talking about with Long Graham.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Oh, this is so worry of us. By the way,
are we right now?

Speaker 2 (11:06):
So okay, A couple questions, because I'm almost gonna be
able to watch this trailer. I'm going to watch it
and react in real time. So I know that Lauren
Graham plays the mother. Don't don't tell me. I'm going
to watch it cold. I we all talked about it
at the time. Let's do one more story and then
we'll go back to me watching the trailer and you
guys too.

Speaker 1 (11:36):
What about nobody wants this?

Speaker 3 (11:38):
Oh okay, thank you, Jackie. Did you finish it?

Speaker 1 (11:44):
I did?

Speaker 4 (11:44):
I finished it this morning.

Speaker 3 (11:46):
Oh my gosh, okay, amazing. So look is it good?

Speaker 1 (11:49):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (11:50):
Is it as good as season one? No? Do you agree?

Speaker 4 (11:53):
I agree?

Speaker 3 (11:55):
Here is my big sort of bone.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
Meant, it's not even like I'm mad about it. First
of all, I thought season one was was good. I
never thought it was the greatest thing ever, right, Like same,
I do want to talk about that Dynamite movie I watch,
which we will talk about.

Speaker 3 (12:14):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
So my problem or critique I'm not even mad about
it is that it literally the finale is the.

Speaker 3 (12:24):
Exact same as season one.

Speaker 1 (12:26):
Yeah, yep, it is literally the same.

Speaker 3 (12:30):
Yes, thoughts share your.

Speaker 4 (12:32):
Thoughts watching the finale this morning? I was it was
kind of a roller coastal of emotions for me, because
I just it's kind of a spoiler to say that,
like things kind of happen in the finale and bad,
but yeah, the same, and it was disappointing. But you
could also see that there was going to be a

(12:53):
third season because there's some it's.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
So it just for me, it was a little bit okay,
here's my thought.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
Okay, and then I have my thought and I don't want.

Speaker 3 (13:02):
To ruin it, but like bing it, guys, like this
is not my problem.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
If you can't keep up, keep up with the world,
that's what we're doing here. And if you listen to
listen if you want to, which will be coming in
twenty twenty six.

Speaker 3 (13:14):
It's gonna have spoilers because that's how we roll.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
So it's just the finale episode with the two characters
which I shouldn't even say, but let's just say it,
Adam Brody and Chris and Bell repeat of the finale
of the first.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
Season, exact repeat.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
Let me say my favorite characters that need to hook
up the sister and the brother. Yeah, like just I
think her name is Justine Loupe, Yes, which she is
so good in this because she's literally like she's sort
of like Sarah Foster exaggerated.

Speaker 4 (13:50):
She's a little bit exaggerated in my opinion, but she's
she is.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
A lot of it. She's a lot of bit exaggerated.
I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
She's like a lot of bit exaggerated, but I'm sort
of like it's tall car because Kristin Bell and Adam
Brady are so understated for me that like because the
parents are over over like they're a little all the
parents are a bit a lot, right. So anyway, Adam
Brady's brother and Kristen Bell's sister are like meant to.

Speaker 4 (14:19):
Be Morgan and Sasha.

Speaker 1 (14:21):
I thought there was something was gonna happen in the
last episode after me.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
Too, and maybe they're just dragging it out like moonlighting
for us, but which I'm fine with.

Speaker 3 (14:31):
But they are the couple. They might even be the
couple more than Kristen Bell and Adam Brody. I'm sorry
for my hot tape.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
Yeah, and also Kristen Bell just convert, Yeah, like stop
making me deal with this, like convert.

Speaker 4 (14:47):
There was also a pattern I noticed of there was
a tension in each episode, each short twenty to twenty
six minute episode, and then the episode always turned out
to be good or it had a.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
Great end, Like you're like feeling a little tied up
like a bow too much.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
Yeah, like it was like it's gonna get solved in
about thirteen minutes.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Yeah, it's a little bit like the.

Speaker 4 (15:10):
It felt a little bit stiffer than the last season.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
How about when they played the game and they all
just implode and you're like yeahing, like in a picnic
and you're all yelling at each other. I mean, I
have some criticism of it.

Speaker 4 (15:23):
You know who I've really enjoyed watching was Jackie Tan.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Oh my god, m she is thriving. She has really
found her way in this season. She's probably the one
that I'm like, Oh, she's better than ever. I agree,
And I've always liked her, right, I like her and
I know I like that she was on American Idol
and like she worked when she was a kid. And

(15:47):
she tells some hilarious story that I saw on a
podcast where she had gotten a part and she thought
she had the part and then she pulls into the
lot and she literally sees them painting over her names.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
Oh I heard that one too. I heard that one too.

Speaker 2 (16:03):
Yeah. Whatever podcast that was definitely went viral. But she's legit.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
I love her. You know, girl can sing too. I'm
like that could look her up. She can sing amazing.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
You want to hear my bone?

Speaker 5 (16:17):
With this series or this season, I felt Kristen Bell's
character Joan was too whiny, like it bothered me. She
was like obsessing over the relationship. Oh, I want a
day off and she let that like she let that
bother her. And then like, oh, he's acting the same
way he did with past girlfriends and he's looking to
the path and I'm like, the past is the past.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
Let it wait.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
I'm sorry, Adam Brody, like, come on, he's iconic. Just
be happy and.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
Convert and the party the brists or whatever they went
to the naming the name naming, Oh yeah, I did.
That made me un coumps. I was like, I don't
like that. They're like, oh that was Layton Easter.

Speaker 4 (16:55):
Yeah, what do you think of her characters?

Speaker 5 (16:57):
Okay, I liked her, but it's so funny because I
can tell the chemistry between them.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
I just didn't understand that, Like we had Leyton Easter
and then she's married to the guy and then they're
not gonna be married.

Speaker 3 (17:07):
It was like too much, too fast for me.

Speaker 5 (17:09):
But whatever did they did? You catch something too? So
when they were talking about where they're going to move
at the like beer garden with the game, they said
they were talking about Orange County. They were like and
I caught that.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
Oh yeah, that's right they did, but they were.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
Like, okay, never see myself move in Orange County.

Speaker 3 (17:25):
Oh I can, or oh they should have said the
o C.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
That's funny, not to Adam Brodie's character.

Speaker 3 (17:32):
Did anybody watch Adam Brody on Hot Wings?

Speaker 1 (17:35):
No?

Speaker 4 (17:35):
No, I need to, Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (17:37):
Watch it so that you can report back next week.
But I also saw him like so lovely. He just
seems like he seems like a publicist dream like he's like,
thanks for the great question. So the Hot Wings guy
in the Hot so like honor, Adam Brody could possibly
be one of the nicest celebrities there is.

Speaker 4 (17:57):
He seems like he's gonna get sexiest man oh.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
Oh, because it's his time.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
I like the suggestion that is coming out when it's
like any minute.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (18:10):
I didn't realize it was something that you could turn down,
like Pedro Pasqual has turned it down each time.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
I think you can turn it down because they have
to interview you and take your photos.

Speaker 4 (18:18):
You have to be in Why would you not want
to be the sexiest man a live.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
Here's my thing about Pedro Pascal. I kind of love
that he turns it down. Because I kind of love
him so much. And my favorite other thing is like
we've talked about it and I'm sorry to be repetitive
when he grabs the girl's hand when he has anxiety
and me so like they all help him and then
he It's like I love everything about that except for

(18:42):
idn't spoiler alert.

Speaker 3 (18:43):
I can't even watch the last of US season two
because he dies.

Speaker 1 (18:47):
Yeah, in the beginning, I have not.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
I did go back to nine one one. Did I
tell you guys that that?

Speaker 2 (18:53):
Like I skipped over the episodes where Peter Krauza dies
and they deal with it, and I picked up again
on this season.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
I'm happy to be watching nine one one.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
It's totally been unhinged with this, you know, trip to
space and like they're lost on a space station. Now
it's very this is my thing with nine one one.

Speaker 3 (19:14):
I love it and it's ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
Yeah, I've never seen.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
It high and I roll my eyes in every episode,
like I love it. I totally love it, and it's
also so far fetched and then I'm literally like, oh
my god, I'm so emotional. And then also there's like
a little girl flying to the sky on a kite,
like it's just totally crazy, you know. Like I think
it's kind of the thing with the show that like
it's okay to be campy and over the top. Mark

(19:40):
and Suelo's got swallowed by a whale and his fake
apple watch. He's kind of supposed to be like Elon
Musk or something, and his apple watch still worked inside
the whale.

Speaker 3 (19:51):
It just wasn't an apple watch.

Speaker 5 (19:52):
It it's like the biblical story of somebody getting swallowed
by the whale.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
Are Yeah, what whale was that?

Speaker 1 (19:59):
Jonah?

Speaker 3 (20:00):
Not movie dock. Isn't there a whale in movie?

Speaker 2 (20:02):
It makes you think of Pinocchio, to be honest, wasn't
there like a whale and Pinocchio?

Speaker 6 (20:05):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (20:06):
I was right. Oh he's swallowed by a big fish. Wow,
pull that out of nowhere, biblical story of it.

Speaker 2 (20:11):
For some reason, at Disneyland, you go into that whale,
do you know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (20:14):
You go through that way.

Speaker 4 (20:15):
Oh, yes, it's a small world.

Speaker 1 (20:17):
No, there's another one.

Speaker 3 (20:19):
No, it's storybook Land.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:21):
Okay, we're going to get back to all this about
Storybook Land and whales and all that, But first I
got to watch this trailer.

Speaker 3 (20:28):
Okay, give me what it's called again.

Speaker 4 (20:30):
Reminders of him.

Speaker 3 (20:41):
I have a few questions.

Speaker 1 (20:42):
Shoot, I got answers because I listened to the book
on audible number one.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
Why is she responsible?

Speaker 1 (20:48):
Want me to spoil it for you?

Speaker 3 (20:50):
Yep, Okay I do.

Speaker 1 (20:52):
Parent's got to get in a car wreck because they
were drinking.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
Oh and she was the driver.

Speaker 5 (20:57):
No, yes, she was a driver because she was less
than Scottie. They crash, she thought he was dead, and
she ran away from the scene because she was paranoid.
It turns out he wasn't dead. He laid there for
six hours and just couldn't move and needed help.

Speaker 3 (21:11):
Oh, so she is responsible. She is responsible.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
Yeah, and then that's why. And she was just like rozen.

Speaker 3 (21:17):
And cherable though, like why did she do that?

Speaker 1 (21:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (21:21):
She goes to court and she's like regrets the decision
every day. But she didn't find out she was pregnant
until she was in jail.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
But why did she That was that's rough? Why did
she do that?

Speaker 5 (21:31):
She wasn't she was she was scared. She was like fear,
like she made one bad decision. That's the whole thing,
is one bad decision. Yeah, and so she's trying to
redeem herself.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
And Bradley Woodford looking hot, sexy, punching somebody. So who
is that cute boy that she obviously is gonna fall
in love.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
With Scotty's best friend, the man that she killed.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
But how did she not know his best friend?

Speaker 5 (21:56):
Not until because she comes back to the town and
he owns a bar, right, I see that she walks
in and she meets him and she's instantly attracted to him.

Speaker 3 (22:04):
But why did she not know her boyfriend's best.

Speaker 5 (22:07):
Friend because he played in the NFL and he was
away all the time. So when she was Dane Scottie,
he was in the NFL playing football and he was
away all the time.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
And who is that boy because he looks familiar?

Speaker 1 (22:19):
Oh I don't I have to look up his name.

Speaker 3 (22:21):
I've stumped too. I'm sorry, stumped you.

Speaker 5 (22:23):
My my thing because like I, like you said, audible
Ukraine an image and all that. When I saw the trailer,
I thought they looked too young. I was like, they
look really young. They look like they're like, oh you
picture them older, like a little bit like you know,
later thirties. But then I do remember it was like
mid twenties when they were young.

Speaker 2 (22:43):
Yeah, they looked about right to me. Here's my other
hot take on Colleen Hoover. She's very Nicholas sparksy.

Speaker 3 (22:51):
Am I right, yes, okay.

Speaker 2 (22:53):
So it's like to me, I'm like, is this a
Nicholas Sparks movie? Like, and I'm fine. I like Lauren Graham,
but we only saw her for like bits and.

Speaker 5 (23:00):
Bobs, like yes, and she you don't see, you don't anything. Yeah,
you don't hear too much about her in the movie.
There is a pivotal scene towards the end with her
and the blonde girl.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
I forget her character name. It's fine, but yeah, I'm
still gonna gets the end.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
Yeah, here's my thing. That's not totally my kind of movie.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
I'm not gonna oh I love this kind of stuff.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
This is it's very Nicholas sparksy. But I will see
it for the good of the Gazette.

Speaker 1 (23:28):
Yes, I'll watch it on demand because I'm.

Speaker 3 (23:32):
Not even go to the theater.

Speaker 2 (23:33):
But I'm going to be like crying, and I'm gonna
be unhappy that I'm crying, and I'm gonna be like,
I'm gonna definitely cry.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
I cried listening to the audible. I believe you.

Speaker 3 (23:43):
I cried during the Michael J. Fox book like, Hello,
I cry. I already cried twice today.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (23:51):
My hot take with this movie and calling Hoover books
is that her books should not be made into films.
I think her books are great and short for the
way that they are, but I did not like it
ends with us.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Wow, have you seen Have you read Verity yet?

Speaker 4 (24:08):
I have read Verity and I'm really nervous to see
it because I'm a huge fan of Dakota Johnson and
Anne Hathaway.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
Is that a movie that's out?

Speaker 4 (24:16):
No, it's coming out in twenty twelve.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
We've seen images of them like filming it and stuff.

Speaker 3 (24:20):
So who wrote something borrowed? Who's that woman? She was
sort of the souper de jore for a minute there.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
She was on Jana's podcast.

Speaker 3 (24:29):
Yeah, what's her name again?

Speaker 4 (24:31):
Emily Giffen?

Speaker 3 (24:32):
Yeah, where is she is? She still making books?

Speaker 4 (24:35):
She has made a lot of books.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
We are rory today. I am sorry, but I feel sady.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
I'm gonna give that trailer a high mark for what
it is, but for movies that I like, I'm a
little bit you know, So before we go, I know
we have so many stories to cover. We'll just have
to continue next week, but my listen if you want
to moment. Also, I could do a menopause, but we
can do that next week. A menopause is not going anywhere.

Speaker 3 (25:05):
There is a movie number one on Netflix right now,
starring Jason Clark and Rebecca Ferguson. I don't know the
full title, but.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
It has dynamite in the title. Can anybody tell me
what the title is. It's a movie, not.

Speaker 3 (25:17):
A TV show, and got dynamite House of Dynamite. Thank you.

Speaker 2 (25:22):
I'm going to give it a high rating, but I
need you to watch it so that we.

Speaker 3 (25:27):
Can discuss the ending.

Speaker 2 (25:28):
And I can't discuss the ending until you have watched it,
so I'm gonna need you guys to watch it. I
cannot think of a Gilmore Girl's connection, but I we
possibly could find.

Speaker 4 (25:40):
Well, we can end on a Gilmore Girl's connection because
this story did make me chuckle.

Speaker 3 (25:45):
Okay, bring it.

Speaker 4 (25:47):
Gilmore Girls star Sally Struthers reveals hilarious unscripted moment that
made it on screen.

Speaker 3 (25:53):
I did not see this.

Speaker 4 (25:55):
She made a surprising improv contribution to the show in
CS six. When she was shooting at night, her character
Babett had to run from the town square to Luke's
diner because she had news to tell, and after so
many runs, her breasts were starting to hurt from being
jiggled up and down, and she didn't have a sports

(26:17):
bra on, so she was holding them and running, and
it made it into yeah, yeah, I read and.

Speaker 5 (26:23):
I read this story and I went back to the scene.
So it's at the end of season six.

Speaker 3 (26:28):
I totally remember this.

Speaker 5 (26:29):
Yes, and she's running to Luke to say that she
heard a rumor about Lorelai and Rory's rift and that
they're not talking and that's why Rory hasn't been in
town all summer.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
So she's like, tell me it's not true.

Speaker 5 (26:42):
But you see her holding her boobs and Sally's my, gosh,
get it.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
I get it, And also props to them for keeping
that take because obviously.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
Oh it was hilarious.

Speaker 5 (26:54):
I had to scroll back in Netflix and I'm like, girl,
I put I wear two sports bras when I go
work out, Like, I get.

Speaker 1 (27:01):
It, so bunny. So that was cute story to end on.

Speaker 3 (27:07):
And that's the news, and.

Speaker 6 (27:08):
That's the news, hey, everybody, And don't forget follow us
