Speaker 1 (00:01):
This is Paris. Hey everyone, we're back with another episode
of This Is Paris Hunters out of Town. So today
we have a special guest host, my friend Lucas Gage,
(00:23):
and today we're gonna be interviewing our friend Iris Apatal. Hello, Yes,
hi guys, Hi queen, how's it going, beauty. I'm so
excited to be here today. We are so excited. Did
you not know I was going to be here? Okay,
(00:47):
I'm taking over Paris's podcast. I'm the new co host.
I don't know if you heard. That is wonderful news.
You're the perfect co host. I mean, there's no perfect
guests than you. Were. The biggest Paris fans probably out there.
I would say, m hmm, I'd say we're the top
of the fan club. Guys. Number one. We started the club.
(01:10):
We started the club when I was three. Yeah. I
love your new pictures on instead You're living. You're looking
absolutely sunny. Thank you. It's yeah that I feel like
my face was heavily photoshopped in all of those pictures.
It's like it's beautiful, it's just not what I look like.
I don't think. Yes, it looks absolutely gorgeous in person too.
(01:36):
Thanks Chris, that was so much fun in Vegas. Oh
my god, Oh my god, that was the most fun
night ever. I was telling Lovi, I was like, that
was the perfect idea how Paris come in DJ. It
was one of my favorite nights ever. You did such
an incredible job. I was, I like, actually, I feel
like that was like my whole life flashing before my
(01:59):
eyes because I've just I'm such a big fan of you, Paris.
I've like watched all of your shows since I was
like such a little girl, and it's like that moment,
it was like surreal. It was the most fun ever.
It was unreal for me. It was unreal for me
to just I loved it. I loved the energy, like
seeing everyone so happy and singing and smiling and dancing,
(02:20):
and it was just like, oh, the world is finally back.
I know, I know. It was so much fun. It
was such a good night. What do you think your
favorite show of Paris was when you were a little girl.
I know what my favorite show of her was when
I was a little girl. But I want to hear
from you. I so I me and my oldest friend
(02:41):
Galen grew up watching The Simple Life, obviously, and then
after that I watched your solo reality show which I
forget the name, but that was like my favorite. The
World according to Paris. The World according to Paris was
my was my definitely my favorite. I loved The Simple Life,
but that one I just felt like the drama was
(03:04):
so good. It was what was your favorite? Because you know,
it's a it's a real mix up, because we got
Paris and love, we got Simple Life. I mean, oh
my god, yes, yes, Paris might be. I think that's
(03:28):
my favorite. Actually, that one is so so good and
honestly my favorite movie. I said it once. I'll stay
again his House of Wax. But that movie slapped so
hard in Paris. Should have got an oscar for that movie.
Wasn't there a whole campaign that was like watch Paris Die? Yes,
(03:49):
the billboards everything. What a weird way to pull people
in to see a movie like what it works? Like,
I guess, I mean, yeah, it was effective. Yeah, I
feel like that was the most iconic death scene ever
in a film, really iconic. It really was. I want
(04:09):
to be in like a crazy horror movie like that.
Have you done a horror film? Max, You're so, I'm
I haven't done anything horror I've only done like comedy,
We've only done like the best community movies made. I'm
hoping one day I can be in like a crazy
(04:30):
slasher because I'm in film school right now and me
and my roommate are going to make a horror movie
for our final short of the semester, so I'll just
create my own. I guess yes. Well, I saw that
you and Roxy short Analexis Is short got into Tiff.
Congratulations Paris. You have to see the short called Vodka.
(04:51):
It is unbelievable. Iris is so good at it. Decide,
we haven't seen it her yet. Oh I want to.
It was really fun. It was like, um so, my
friend Roxy had me come in and be in it,
and she has like this whole crew of guys that
she met in high school and they're all just like
(05:14):
super sweet, super smart and funny and like all like
work together really well and they work on like music
videos now and they're all like super great, and I
just like it was the first time I did something
and I was like, wow, like this is something I
want to do. This is something I want to do
for the rest of my life. Because I saw kids
my own age doing it and I just felt like
this is the greatest. I don't know, but yeah, I'm
(05:38):
super proud of everyone because we got in to the
festival and your new Netflix movie The Bubble is so good.
You and your mom are doing some crazy characters that
I'm obsessed with. You guys are so good at it.
Will you tell us what's the best part in the
worst part about working side by side with your mom um? Well,
(06:05):
to me, I've only like I talked about it, you know,
in a way we're It's interesting because I've only worked
with my mom technically, I've said, like professionally, so it's
always kind of been a comfort to have her. They're like, honestly,
like I've said this before, but like it's great to
(06:27):
like have your mom at work with you because why
why wouldn't you unless like you don't want your mom there.
But I think the only time we got into like
a little like tiff was like maybe like sixty seconds
before we were shooting, like they're gonna say action, It's
(06:47):
like sixty seconds and I had like tears in my eyes.
I was like so upset, and then I just had
to snap out of it because I was like, I
have to be professional. This is like, you know, maybe
I'm fighting with my mom, but it's okay, We're gonna
moved past it. And like other than that, like we've
never not gotten along when we've worked together, because she's
(07:07):
so professional and on it but also very caring and
aware that like her daughter is with her and she
needs Like I'm terrified and I'm you know, working with
older actors who are super experienced and great, and I just,
you know, know, I have to be on my A
game but also have the comfort of my mom, which
(07:28):
is amazing because she's amazing. You guys are both so
amazing and both on your A game and so so
funny in this movie, I was dying. I'm glad you
got to laugh out of it. Like it was not
well reviewed and all that whatever, but like who cares,
(07:49):
Like I think that, I'm sorry, that's like it's a
fun movie and if people want to be pretentious about
the reviews or whatever about it, like sometimes movies can
be entertaining for the sake of being entertaining and liked.
And that's what I thought. I was like because the
first day he came out, I was like, you know,
I was really sad, and I was like sulking in
(08:11):
my room because people were you know, I was reading
things which you should never do. I don't know why
I did that, but I thought after like I talked
to my dad on the phone and he was like, iris,
like really honestly, like, look me in the eyes, and
did you think that you could do a movie where
you did a TikTok with a dinosaur And you're thinking,
(08:33):
like you think that people like whatever. I don't know
that like reviewers, but they werena be like, yeah, that's
great film like it. It's funny, but it's not like,
you know, gonna be some critically acclaimed movie. It's just
I think it was something we did in order to
just make people laugh. And I think people get too
(08:53):
serious about that because it's like nothing more than just
like a big silly movie that that we had fun making.
And I think that's all that matters. It's like you
guys saying you liked it, like that's why I'm doing it.
I'm not doing it for, you know, anything else other
than pure enjoyment and people that I look up to
(09:13):
in a door liking it. Yeah, I feel like haters
are going to hate and like to not listen to
critics because I know, I don't know. There's sometimes like
I've read things about movies and then I see it,
I'm like, I love this movie, Like, how the hell
can someone say something like that of the best movies
are very poorly reviewed. And I think that's something you
just have to learn as you're like coming into that world,
(09:36):
is that there's gonna be a lot of people who
just don't like you and don't like what you do.
And that's okay, because that's not why you're doing it
for everybody's approval. Jennifer's Body was on when it first
came out into me. That's like top three best movies.
I love that movie. That's an incredible movie, masterpiece in
(09:58):
my opinion. And I love your mom so much. Please
send her my love. Tell her I said hello, she
to my whole family towards you. I love your whole
family too. You guys are so just the funniest, the cutest,
and I've been obsessed with you ever since you were
a little girl in one of the funniest movies ever made,
This is forty. You're so just those little curls. I
(10:21):
know that it's so funny thinking about that, Like people
saw me as that like teeny tiny little like fluff ball,
and I so like awkward and uncomfortable in my skin.
And it's just it's like having like a home movie,
but it's like an actual movie. It's very sweet having
those memories. And I'm glad. Oh I've seen it like
(10:43):
ten times. I think it's one of the funniest movies
ever made. Literally genius, Like your dad is such alleged
and such a genius. And I think it's amazing because
it's probably so much fun just to be able to
like have your whole family together and make art together
and just like I don't know how that family unit
where you all are passionate about doing the same thing. Yeah, no,
(11:04):
it's amazing, like getting to support each other and like
seeing each other's work and having each other's successes. It's
it's really great because I think it could go so south,
you know, with families of people who all do the
same things, and you know, it could get super competitive
and weird. But like, you know, I think we've all
grown up and become like our own people. We me
(11:28):
and my sister, I guess, like grown up you and
Mad are so supportive of each other. It's so cute. Yeah,
Like I think we like a little competitive. Maybe, like
when like I was in middle school and she was
in high school, we were like a little but like well,
you know, we were terrible little children, like, but now
(11:49):
that we're older, we're really like I just I'm so
proud of her and so you know, excited to see
everything she does. It's like it feels like my success
her her success is my success, I guess, like I
really get so excited about it now, not that I
did in the past, but I have a journal entry
(12:09):
from when I was like thirteen and I was like
mods auditioning for The Little Mermaid, and like it's her
first audition, and I really hope she doesn't get it,
because I'll be really insecure she does. But like you know,
she didn't get it, you didn't get and I was like, yes,
(12:31):
like I manifested this. I was not allowed to audition.
So it's like she has an unfair advantage for sure. Yes,
I love having my sister because I like it's like
a built in best friend. Like I don't know what
(12:52):
I would do if I didn't have her. How far
a part an age are you and your sister, Like
maybe two and a half years. Well, that's nice. I'm
I'm five years apart from mod which is a little bigger,
which causes like a little more violence in our youth.
But I that's expected and accepted. Are you only child, Lucas, No,
(13:16):
I'm actually not. I have three older brothers and my
dad had to have two half sisters that my dad
popped out with another wife. I had no idea. Why
have we never met them? Um? I'm estranged for my family. No,
(13:36):
I don't know they. They are not in l A
right now, and I think that they don't want to
visit me for some reason. They hate l A. But
we'll all meet it sometimes. Yeah, it's so exciting. Where
are you? Aren't you in London? I'm in London right
now filming exciting. London is the most fun place to shoot.
(13:58):
This is where you film bubbled a bubble right? Yeah?
Where are you saying? I'm in notting Hill right now
and we're shooting in Leaveston. Do you guys shooting Leaveston?
The Warner Brothers a lot like with the Harry Potter World.
Oh nice, Yeah, it is a little bit closer. We
shot um like these houses like kind of castlely houses
(14:23):
that were far but I don't know what area they
were on, but we lived in me and Galen lived
in Mayfair. Very like kind of spooky during extreme lockdown
in London because nobody left. You couldn't go on walks
with people, so it was just like a ghost town
(14:46):
when we like kind of walked around and explored. But
it's so beautiful. You're so lucky you get to be there.
I heard that people were like you had to pretend
to be working out at the park to be out
in the park in public, or you would get fined
in London, like you had to be at least in
the beginning of the locked up. Maybe when you guys
were there, it was a little bit like, oh was there,
But I didn't know that. That's I was used. Maybe
(15:09):
I shouldn't have been going on locks, but I was
because I like had to get like fresh air. Maybe
I didn't know that. Maybe I just made that up. Um,
I have a question for you. Your sister Mada is
on a little, tiny unknown show called Euphoria. Um you
(15:31):
may have heard of it. Does she spill any secrets
from set? Give you any tips about when she's working
on set? And you know you're I'm sure any moon
we gonna jump on a TV show and like how
a TV show? Well, you were on you were on Love,
(15:53):
so you know what it's like to be on a
TV show and you're so good in it. But does
she did she spill any secrets any t On said
reading I can't do it with you. It's too hard
because I know you, and it's like, I can't do it.
I'm just gonna talk to you. I love you. Lucas
just doesn't know at all, is um, I don't know.
(16:15):
My sister tells my sister has a big mouth. I'm
not gonna lie, so she like, And I feel bad
because I said this in another interview that I called
her the town yeller because she literally tells everybody my
inner secrets and it's like anybody that will listen, So
I'm like, it's not true for other people. It's just
(16:38):
for like me. But when you know, if you tell
them about his secret, there's a very high chance she
will tell me and my parents, So we do know
the inner workings of that you know set, but they're
all they're all so nice, like even on the show,
Like everybody I've met from that show is like weirdly
(17:02):
nice and they don't have to be and it just
seems fun. But I'm sure there's you know, whatever goes
on and like sets that are like, you know, young
adults all working together. I've had lots of friends beyond
shows with you know, kids their age, and it's it's
kind of hard because in that environment there is you know,
(17:25):
so much room for like it feels like high school.
But I didn't have that experience on the TV show
I was on because I was the only one younger
than like thirty, so I didn't have that. But I'm
sure it's a little bit fun to have that. Have
you noticed that when when if you tell them honest
you gret, it will like completely be repeated. But if
(17:48):
you say one thing and you're not even saying it
out loud, Model will be like be quiet, like someone's
gonna like hear you talk, like and every time I'm like, mom,
I'm not even saying it loud, shut up. Mod is
like She's like, yeah, I know exactly what you know
what I'm talking about. Yeah, she she loves to use
(18:09):
my you know, secrets as conversation points. But okay, I
celebrate her. Yeah I heard that rumor them you and
Maud were dating and I heard that someone here started
the rumor. How did that all come about? I always
(18:31):
do that. I didn't realize something I shouldn't do until
I talked to my publicists or like I just got
a publicist, and then I realized, like, oh, like, you
can't like act insane on the internet when you like
I thought it was funny. I thought it was funny too,
(18:52):
because I was just like, obviously, I thought I was
beating obvious. I thought you were too. But then like
the way that people how it rapidly became news and
like I just remember I was getting hit up by
my people, by like people in the US, and they
were like can you, uh, can you give a statement
on this? Like would you like to do an interview
(19:13):
on one days? You shouldn't have done it, just I know,
I should have just kept the rumors going because I was,
like I always I have like a private insterium account
where I like screenshot like article headlines and like write
about them under it's like not of me, just like
of anything. So I thought it was funny. It's like, yeah,
like confirmed their dating, When is he gonna put a
(19:36):
ring on it? Like, I don't know, I was being
a little more obvious than maybe it was. I don't know. Yeah,
I got the joke. I thought it was great. I
supported it. I'll bring back the rumor so you can
start doing a post tour on it. I think I
need a little bit right now. Can you help me.
I'll just I'll throw out some more lines. Just keep
(19:58):
them coming, boom going, No worries, no worries. It's funny
because actually before I came, I came on the zoom,
I was walking back from getting my coffee bean and
I I'm at my dorm at at USC and I
lost my key on the way back, and I only
had like three minutes before the call started, and I
(20:21):
was like scrambling to get into the dorm, and I
thought I was gonna miss it. But I'm very glad.
I'm on time. And fine, you're living in on time
and we're so happy that you could be here living college. Edition.
Do you like college? Are you liking it or you
(20:41):
like ready to go out and just keep working. Um,
I definitely enjoy college and it's been super great. I
just I have a hard time multitasking with other things
like auditioning for example, or like I have a job. Um,
(21:02):
it's like a like I work at a bakery for
I got it like a year ago, and I just
really like working there. And so I've been doing that
and trying to do that in school an audition and
I realized, like I'm not very good at that, which
is so I'm like trying to like think, like what
do I need to like cut out of the situation
(21:25):
for it to be more organized? But I I definitely
like I'm gonna vote the bakery, but I know the bakery.
The bakery sounds great. I really would love it a little.
That's fun. It's it's super fun because I am it's
a super small like Paleo or Paleo. It's like gluten
(21:49):
free derry free, right. I don't think it's like the
caveman like yeah healthy. Yeah, I don't know, but yeah
it sounds right and it's super small, so it doesn't
it like crazy um like Starbucks line. I feel like
great business doing great but um so it's not that stressful.
(22:11):
So I just love going there and like I love
all the people I work with. It's called sweetlir Ale
shout out school role very good. Paris were going on
a date. Yes, please, do you bake them? No, they
would not trust me that. But my my, my best
friend came in and she was like, I'm so excited
(22:33):
to try your coffee, Like I'm this is gonna be
so great. So I made her a maacha. She was like,
this is not edible, Like you can't tell me really? Really, God,
I felt so bad because I was like, oh, no,
that what everybody thinks when I make them coffee. I mean,
(22:54):
I don't know why I should be trusted me. Hope people,
I hope people like this, Yeah, great, thanks, come out coffee.
(23:14):
It sucks. I'm iris is disgusting, macha, this is Paris.
So when you were a little girl, what was your dream?
When I was a little girl, my dream was to
(23:36):
be a Disney like a Disney voice of a Disney princess.
I don't know why that sneak was like I liked
like voice acting lessons, Um that was my dream. I
just really wanted to be like a singer, like a
Disney princess, like singer. I guess I don't know, do
(23:57):
you sing? I did muse Coold Theater for thirteen years
and I still love it so much, Like it's kind
of what me and my sister did, Like that's like
our acting training is theater and at our high school,
so we just have always loved it. And it's kind
(24:19):
of like made me the person who I am today.
And I think I don't sing as much because I
don't know if I could ever do that, like professionally,
because it's so terrifying, but it is something that I
really do love to do. Like just you know, now
it's just Broadway karaoke, but I've heard your Broadway karaoke,
(24:42):
you and Mods both and it's really good. You guys
both can sing. She's being modest Paris. She has an
insanely good voice, both Mad and her view thanks Luka Mods.
She was like the star of the theater program at
Or High School, and I had a lot to live
up to. And I was super nervous about it to
(25:02):
go into the high school and audition, and I only
got cast as like very like sidelined character old men type,
so I would be like either a young boy or
an old man, and I was like, this isn't what
I thought would happen. Me. My sisters like playing salubles
(25:24):
and like all the like gorgeous female, and I was like,
I'm happy with that. That's that's good enough for me.
But yeah, I miss theater for sure. I feel like
you're going to do it. If I can see you
doing it, maybe hopefully, if I can get over my nerves,
(25:44):
I would love to do theater. I don't know. I'm
so scared. It's so scary. I've been seeing plays so
much out here in London and I just have such
admiration for for the actors up there. I would my pants.
I know, Cabaret, Yeah, I did see Cabaret. It was incredible. Yeah.
My my boyfriend just was in London and he saw
(26:06):
Cabaret and he said it was really really great. I
mean Writer, Writer, Yeah, you guys are so cute together.
Thank you know. Yeah, Writer is um a sweetheart. He's
super great. We have our anniversary coming up on thirty
and I just I'm trying to figure out what to do.
But I'm knitting him a scarf as a gift, and
(26:28):
I'm really very excited to get it to him because
I haven't I haven't made anything, like I'm not I've
never made a scarf, so it was an experiment. So sweet,
you guys are so sweet together. Yeah, he's a sweetheart.
How do you guys meet? Um, we just, uh, well,
(26:52):
we didn't meet because I our families, our friends, and
I always would you see him. Like his family has
like a lot of like Super Bowl Sunday parties and
that we would always go to. And I remember like
chatting with him, like and my friend Lilyana. We would
(27:13):
just like sit him down and like talk to him,
and he'd be like he could just say really funny
like kind of cringing things, and like I just like
thought he was like silly, kind of like a dorky kid,
and then he we I I guess I just thought
it was too cool for school. And then I grew
up and we started hanging out because we have a
(27:35):
mutual close friend and and I kind of just realized
that like made me very happy and always made me
laugh and the kind of had everything I wanted and was.
I just felt very excited to be in like a
healthy relationship like that, and I think it's been very
very good. And our first we got ice cream together.
(28:02):
We love a friends to love her story. Yes, Yes,
he's great. He's the best writer. Um, I feel like
you're the most living person I know besides me, besides
Paris is beyond Paris is the most she created slivingving.
(28:27):
I love that title for me. I'm I'll be third
best sliver. Yes, I I'm Irish Apatow and I'm auditioning
for Liver number three and We're going to give you
seven sliving questions. If you will accept this audition. Oh yes,
I will accept this audition. Also, I think I brought
(28:48):
sliving to USC because a lot of them living I
kind of like sneaking into conversations, trying to get it going.
It's a lifestyle and a movement. I love it. You
just have to teach your love it and know I'll
just I'll be walking on the street and random people
(29:09):
just like caught to like living. I'm like, yes, catching
on on so quickly. I have a shirt that says slipping. Yes,
are you not wearing it right now? I thought I
was like trying to like look cool, Yeah, but I have.
I have a lot of your March Paris and I
(29:30):
like wearing it. I like all your graphic tes. What
do you think? What do you think? What are your
favorite looks of paris Is? Because she's had so many
iconic looks. Do you remember one look that you could,
it would say it would be her number one, you know, honestly,
I think my favorite look is like it's on my
(29:51):
Pinterest board. Hold on, It's like you and like a
little mini Denham skirt and like blue heels. It's like
a pale blue, baby blue like tennis skirt, the baby
blue heels. Yeah, Like just like so simple and cute.
I just like love like high heels in a mini skirt.
(30:12):
I think it's the cutest thing ever. And I just
I mean, obviously I love all your looks, but I
was looking at one where you're wearing a shirt that
says like got Blow and you have like really intense
smoky and I was like, that is the cutest thing
I've ever seen in my life. I don't know why.
I was just like, that's that's good. That's really really good.
(30:33):
I love that. I got in so much trouble for
wearing that shirt. The next day, my mom was like, Paris, Nikki,
why are you guys in a red carpet wearing got
Blow t shirts? And we didn't even think about it
that way. It was because the movie Blow had just
came out. We went to the premiere and they were like,
will you guys wear these shirts? And we're like okay,
and then like now it's like years later, people think
that we're like actually running around like asking that real question,
(30:56):
and they didn't realize it's a movie promo. T No,
I so cute, little blonde bob. But I'm trying to
see if I saved it, because I always save like
different looks that I want to coffee. But maybe I
didn't save it. But yes, I think my favorite is
the stop being Desperate shirt with the flowy skirt, the
(31:20):
one they changed the stopping poor. I was like, I
would never wear a shirt that said that, and then
people literally believe that. I know, but the real, the
real ones, No, you would never mm hmm yeah for real.
This is Paris. This is seven slitting questions. Okay, what
(31:44):
is your life slogan? Trust no bitch? Love that? Yeah,
my sister and like I just lived with that for sure.
That's iconic. Um, do you believe in ghosts? Yeah, I've
(32:10):
definitely seen a ghost. Before what happened, I was on
a camping trip and I literally I don't nobody's gonna
believe me. But I was in like one of the
bunks because it was a school camping trip, and I
always bought my mom's robe with me because it smelled
like her, and I was like always homesick, so I
had it and I woke up and I swear to God,
(32:33):
I swear to God, my eyes were open and I
was in the road, but there was a person in
the road that I was laying on and I saw
it and I wasn't scared at all. I was just
like yeah, and then I went back to sleep and
I woke up and I was like, that was a
(32:53):
total that was totally a ghost. That was there's no
way it wasn't well, you're laying on it and then
it was above you. No, it was like it was
like I'm trying to remember if I was laying on
like the chest of the robe, but the rope was
filled out like someone was wearing it. And then I
like look up and I like see like like white
(33:15):
hair face, and then I just like went back to sleep,
like it was like a comforting feeling and I like
a nice ghost. Yeah, Like I always think it was
my I always think it's like my grandma Sadie, because
apparently when I was younger, I used to look up
in corners of rooms and be like Sadie and like
I didn't know her. She had passed before I was born.
(33:36):
So I did the same thing. I did the same
thing with a family in the past that I never met.
I'd tell my mom like that's him, and I'd point
to pictures and like I didn't know who the hell
he was. It's so it's creepy, but it's kind of
comforting knowing that, like people who have passed in or
like are like you know, around us. In some way,
it's comforting to know that, like after you die, there's
(33:59):
like not just nothing, because that would be so boring.
That would be so boring, Like what do you do
when you do all the time? I know, dar, I'm
so happy that there's going to be Like I don't know,
I can like spy on people, and I know I
would spy it. I would haunt them, but they would
(34:19):
be sad that I was gone. I would just make
sure they were still sad. Yes, next, Lever, what's the
craziest rumor that you've ever heard about yourself? Craziest rumor
that I've ever heard about myself? Um, maybe like when
(34:44):
I was younger, I was in a music video with um,
an actor from Stranger Things, and I think that there
was like a rumor that I was trying to like
break up the cast and like ruined their romantic relationship
attending this. We're all like fourteen, but it really like
(35:07):
people were upset about this music video. I was in
with him for like maybe three years at most, and
it was like there was fan fictions. I was always
the villain and the fan fictions about the Stranger Things kids,
and I was like, what's happening? Like being called a
(35:28):
horror when you're like thirteen, It's very confusing because you
don't understand why people hate you for like doing something
creative or you know, hanging out with somebody. It's it
was very you know, throwing. I think there's been lots
of different little rumors I've heard about myself that I
(35:50):
have learned not to. I don't let it get to
me anymore. I've definitely learned to stay off Twitter, stay
off stay off Twitter. Big comments sections. I guess I
never read comments. There's so mean mind. I get abused
daily and it's like terrifying. So I want to kill
(36:10):
all those people are little kids. I just I think
it was only traumatizing because I was so young and
I was not used to people talking about me like
I was like, I'm a child, Why do you care?
And then I realized, Oh, people don't care that you're
just like a kid, like they're gonna come, They're gonna
(36:31):
attack you no matter what, and it's all right. You
just have to learn to know understand it and have
self respect and just move on. No, jealousy is a disease.
Jealousy it's such an evil, ugly thing. One of paris
Is greatest lyrics. Um, I know that you're a fan
(36:53):
of Paris' music as well, just like me. Iconic. Next
living question that I's made up is what is the
last sliving text that you sent or the last raging
text that you sent when you went off on someone
like I guess you can choose either or like I'm sliving,
(37:14):
I'm having the best day ever. I'm gonna look up
sliving that, I guess. I think. I texted my best
friend and because I was crying all night, I was
(37:35):
like having a really hard night and she said, how
are you? How are you doing? Do you feel better?
And I said, I'm at the cafe having a lot
of taste living happened, I guess, uh, then there's I'm
and then I sent another person that same day, I'm
(37:57):
living at a cafe will come after, and then another
person so happy you're in New York and sliving. So yes,
living is a big part of your life. It was definitely.
It's very incorporated into my vocabulary. You can use it
(38:17):
in a lot of different ways. Oh oh yeah, there's
it's live tastic, there's yeah, Limania, Livonator, Livella, if you slive,
you live, it's my life mantra. Yes, it's been a
(38:41):
random thought that is a reoccurring thing on your mind
lately besides living. Um, Like, I thought like be more specific,
more specific, like, okay, so I have this random thought
a lot, maybe because have been on the subway and
(39:02):
taking the tube as they call it London the Tube.
But how who thought of the idea to dig underground?
Like that blows my mind? And I think about that.
Do you have a thought a random thought that you
just like are constantly having replaying in your head? Um?
I have. It's not as like because that is actually fair,
(39:23):
like who did think of that? I'm like, really it
can be more random? My I think about this every
day because I live with every roommate. This is our room.
By the way, you can't you can't see um. I
always think because I watched, like I'm an avid Desperate
Housewives watcher, Like I watch it all day every day.
(39:45):
I watch it while I do homework, I watch a
while I knit, I watch it while I do anything.
And I always think that I am like the housewife
of this home and my doting husband who's off at work,
and I have to like get Primpton pampered for her
and like get the house ready to make dinner, like
(40:05):
get the flowers, prepare it, and like that's my thought
all days like and then like, honey, I'm home having
overpare Like it just feels like that, like Desperate house
I was gotten to my head and now I want
to live like that. But it's not even like it's
like trapped in my mind. I'm like a house I've
(40:26):
trapped in this body. And like last night, I got
my dress on, I put my pearls on. I was
like everybody came and like sweatpants. I was like, what's happening?
Like why does nobody care about my dinner party? Why
does nobody dressed right? And I realized, like, oh, like,
not everybody is a psychopath constantly thinking about Brivanda Camp
(40:46):
and the resting, Like, but that is so that I
think about. That's a fair one to think about. Your
life is a movie and everybody's watching, you know exactly,
just we're going to do a rapid fire slipping questions.
Speaking of housewife, what is your favorite real housewife of all? Um?
(41:11):
This is um ohoh that's a hard question. Like of
any city, you can do Beverly Hills, you can do
one for each one, like Beverly Hills, New York, Salt
Lake City, Atlanta. Well, I've only ever seen Beverly Hills. Yeah,
favorite Beverly Hills of all time. I love I mean
(41:33):
I love Kyle. Kyle is the best, She's amazing. And
your mom was like the best on the show. She's
so funny. I meant Crystal recently, it was really nice. Um,
all of them, I don't know, Like I never want
to say because I'm like I don't want to offend
certain how like I don't want to say the wrong one.
(41:55):
You know, you said all the right ones. They all
make me laugh. Like it's my favorite show of all
time for sure. Paris. Who's your favorite besides Kathy and Kyle? Obviously,
I just like them. I've literally I've never I haven't
watched it since like the first season, and then I
(42:16):
only watched for my mom, but I only watched her scenes. So, like,
I go on this like YouTube channel, they only cut
my mom scenes and that's it. So I don't really
know what anyone else does. Your mom is so funny
on the show. That's the funniest thing ever. So good.
(42:40):
That's where I get it from. Would you want to
live forever? No? I don't think so. I think I
want to know. It's not that I don't like if
I was like a vampire at one of it forever,
but not like just like me, Like I don't like
(43:01):
me that much. Like, but I think like a solid
like ninety years with Suffice and then hit the hey,
get out of here, my access. I don't want to, like,
you know, be around them. You know that's my philosophy.
(43:25):
We're gonna be ghosts together and haunt everybody. Yeah. I
just did this interview with David Asbury for one of
our One This Wednesday podcasts, and he told me that
it's possible to live to like a hundred and eighty
if you do it right with this like bio hacking,
how crazy a hundred and eighty. But yes, when you're
(43:49):
on to you, I don't know, like what do you
what are you going to do with your time? Like
everything is probably boring by then, you know that's watched
every show possible, Like yeah, we're just gonna like rewatch
(44:13):
like the old classics. By then, who knows, we'll just
be like living in the metabors. Yeah, we'll just become
n f T s. Sorry And oh yeah, do you
like texting or facetiming? Um, I like face I don't
(44:39):
I like texting or I don't like face timing like everyone.
I like face timing like my good friends. So I
guess yeah, facetiming Irish will leave you unread. If she
leaves you unread, she doesn't respond a lot. I'm like
bad responding. I'm the I'm working on it. I like
(45:01):
give myself like an hour to answer, and I have
a hard time doing it, Like on the go, I
have to like dedicate some time to you. Avatel girls
mode is the same way. She'll respond like eight days later,
and like in real life, I'm just bashing water. I
(45:24):
feel bad. I'm sorry, that's why. That's why I'm making
fun of her. Okay, the last letting question is what
is your favorite dance move? What is my favorite dance move? Umm,
(45:51):
I'm trying to I'm literally trying to pick the robots. Yeah,
like honestly, like like a lot of like isolation on
the day us floor in the body. Like that's what
I go for because I've been terrible to um. Maybe
I feel like I think it's funny when people do
(46:14):
the cat daddy, for sure? What's the cat daddy? It's
like I don't know how to describe it, just like
I don't want to do it for us? Do it
for us? I don't have I can't don't like cutting
(46:40):
like catiers. There's like there's also called the SpongeBob that
I saw someone do. It's very apparently a British dance move,
the SpongeBob. I learned something every day, we really did.
(47:01):
I learned something new. I didn't know it about this
at all. Well, this has been the most insane interview
of my life. This has been so hard to talk
to you, um as Paris. I have a new fun
respect for all you do that this was very hard
to do with someone, you know, um, but I love
you and I adore you, and you're so talented and
you're so good in the short in this movie, and
(47:25):
I can't wait for you to take over this living world.
Thank you, Thank you guys for having me. I love you, guys.
I'm so grateful I got to do this. It was
so much fun. We love you so much. I'm so
